What should I do if there is an issue with my cabin during my stay?
At Cabins USA Gatlinburg we do everything we can to make sure your stay is everything you want it to be. In some cases issues can happen during your stay that can be a nuisance. In the event your cabin has an issue that is less than satisfactory please call the reservation office and report it to us. We will be more than happy to fix the issue for you in a timely manner so you can go back to enjoying your vacation.
Does Cabins USA Gatlinburg have pet-friendly units?
Yes we do units where the owners allow for pets weighing no more than 25 pounds. When searching for a cabin during the dates you would like to stay, toggle the advanced options button and check the Pet Friendly box.
What happens to my deposit if I have to cancel my reservation?
Cabins USA Gatlinburg understands that circumstances can get in the way of advanced reservations. As long as a guest cancels their reservation 14 days before their arrival date, they will not be penalized. Cabins USA Gatlinburg will give you 1 year to reschedule your stay and apply your deposit to that stay. If you have further questions on this topic please see our policy page.
What are your check in and check out times?
You can check in at our reservation office at 3pm and gain access to your cabin immediately after. On your day of departure your check out time is 11am. If your cabin has a keyless entry just call the reservation office and notify us of your departure. If you have a keyed unit please return your key to the reservation office by 11am to be considered properly checked out. Please view our policy page for further questions on this topic.
If it snows and I can't access my cabin, what should I do?
Most of our units have relatively easy access on paved streets. Though severe winter storms are rare, some cabins may require 4 wheel drive and/or tire chains during winter storms. Road surface conditions are not guaranteed at any time. In the event that one is unable to get to their cabin due to weather, every effort will be made to move the reservation to an available cabin that is accessible. There are no refunds given due to weather and we cannot provide transportation or take responsibility for towing service.
