We loved the cabin! The only issue we had is the late check in, we did book the cabin last minute but didn't know we wouldn't have our key code emailed to us like usual. Staff wasn't very friendly about the situation but otherwise our stay was nice. Would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean, the location was good and the staff very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Two tubs had hair in them. Couldn't get garbage picked up. Other than that GREAT. We will be back

This was our fourth time booking bear play that's how much we love this cabin and the location they upgraded all the tv's to bigger ones and added a fire pit everything was clean we will book this cabin everytime we visit location is great right by all the action east to get too

We enjoyed our weekend stay here with family. Plenty of room for us all. Cabin was clean and very nice. Only regret it wasn't a longer stay.

This cabin was great! The location of it is only a 2 minute drive to the pigeon Forge strip! The only few complaints I have is the parking sucks. If you have anything bigger than an suv it's a tight squeeze. The level with the hotub has no chairs or tables outside. & the floors were dirty. I played one game of pool barefoot and my feet were black... other than that it was great! Also, the master bedroom on the 3rd floor, the hot water DOES work it's just opposite than what it says. So the hot is cold and the cold is hot. Can't wait to come back!

The cabin was everything that we expected and more. I will book with cabins USA again

We had a wonderful long weekend with friends in this cabin. It was clean and a great location. The only complaint was of the third floor shower ran cold and there was no propane for the grill. One porch rocker was broken but the fire pit was awesome!

I love Cabins USA, however they screwed me with this cabin.
I was charged a cleaning fee, and the cabin was not cleaned.
There were no brooms to clean for Myself. The sofa bed mattresses needs deep cleaning. The worst part the cabin had a 8 ft spot of Black Mold in the ceiling. My wife and a few other guest started becoming sick from the Mold. Another gues was using the juccuzz tub in the main level room and water was dripping from the ceiling to the room under the room. Cabin USA please close this cabin an remove the black mold. I'm looking into possibly getting a lawyer if my wife does not get better

Just a few negative things. No hot water in the master bedroom shower. PacMan game didn't work, it would never start a new game. The light switches are wired weird (backwards?). The fireplace in the master bedroom didn't work. Pool table is not situated right, you have to be very careful not to hit the glass in the doors, playing pool is cramped at times. Had to hold the TV remote way up in the air in order to change any channels, my arm got tired.

Positives. Good location, peaceful and quiet. Fire Pit was relaxing, hot tub was relaxing, and the beds were soft. Lovely wood work inside the cabin. Shower on the kitchen floor worked just fine. Fireplace in living room was working great. Didn't use the kitchen so I'm not sure how it was.

Nice & clean cabin. Parking can be a little tight for big vehicles if cabin next door is rented. Was quite and peaceful with a nice fire pit. We had 11 people and it was spacious for all of us.

The cabin was amazing. It had everything my family needed plus more. It was very clean. Definitely booking this cabin again!

We really enjoyed the cabin. We had everything we needed felt like home. If anything was wrong made a phone call they came right over and took care of it. Had courtesy calls through our stay to make sure we was ok and we didn't need anything. We will definitely be booking with cabin USA again and soon.

Beautiful place

Loved our stay. Beautiful cabin. Had everything we needed. Only complaint would be WiFi would cut in and out a lot. Cabin stayed nice and cold which was very much appreciated during the Tennessee heat and humidity. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed staying at the cabin, it was close to all attractions yet still secluded enough you didn't feel you were right on top of other people. The staff answered questions immediately. The cabin was spacious and had adequate cooking supplies. I will be booking here again!

The cabin was fantastic. The location was a 10 out of 10 less then a 5 min drive to the Parkway yet still have the feeling of being nice and tucked away. The staff was amazing from booking to every single interaction with them. I travel from Canada and have stayed in Pigeon Forge every year for the past 10 years and I would have no problems using cabins USA again and again

We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin very nice, great location. Would stay here again. Need more parking especially since you share driveway with another cabin.

The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We had no issues with the cabin, it was very nice and everything worked as it should. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone. The location of it was great just a couple of minutes to the heart of Pigeon Forge..

We had a wonderful time with our family at Bear Play. Cabin was great and met our expectations. Parking was a little tight as we had 4 cars with our group. But we made it work.

The sinks did not drain. The air return right by the kitchen was filthy. The kitchen was not very well stocked, no cookie sheets or anything to bake on. Parking was a challenge. However the cabin was perfect for our group and the location was great! I would rent again for sure.

Overall the experience was great...be prepared to take your own propane tank Bc there were 2 tanks that were empty...bring extra toilet paper and paper towels and laundry soap if you plan on doing wash...the washer and dryer worked great.. the couch in basement is a little outdated but was comfortable for seating and pulls out to a bed...a tv in one of the downstairs bedrooms had a bunch of cracks in it so you couldn't see a clear picture...could be a little more clean underneath the beds and a broom would be beneficial...other than that, the cabin itself is beautiful and it's only 5 min from the parkway...would def stay again...we had enough parking space for 4 vehicles, so make sure the Bear Shack cabin next door parks in their correct spot, which is down behind their own cabin and not up the drive where Bear Play is ??????

I book all my stays in Pigeon Forge through Cabins USA. I love Cabins USA as a company and the layout as well as the location of their cabins are great. The only improvement needed is with the cleanliness of the cabin and upkeep of the furniture.

Bear Play was a great cabin, for my family and I. The location was hard to find but when we did i was grateful. My only concerns were, the deck view which was nothing but bushes, and the lighting in the Oasis bathroom was very dim, and when I requested garbage pick-up they never came and the trash had been opened for 2 days and something got in it. But other than that a wonderful cabin.

Me and my family love staying at the bear play cabin it's in a great location easy to get to this was our third time staying there this will be the cabin we choose everytime we go we was glad to see they upgraded the tv's in the living room and downstairs area room to big screen tv's but the one upstairs don't have good channels only a few to choose from

Only issues we had was the sink was stop up and the tub called them maintenance came pulled out lots of hair I mean lots of it and he also replaced the hdmi cord and remote batteries someone took

We also called for more towels and toilet paper that never came so we went and bought our own towels and toilet paper one bathroom only had used toilet paper left in it barely had towels and rags and one bedroom cover had lots of animal looking hair one it on the white sheet other than that the cabin was great we had a great time can't wait to go again

The basement started flooding and they moved us to a different cabin so things worked out.

They did not have a good selection of pots. We Louisiana people like to cook. No pitcher to make ice tea. We were a party of 11 and did not have enough forks for everyone to sit and eat at same time.

On the other hand it was a great location. Not far from from
Parkway and easy to get in and out, We had a blast and will definitely recommend this place.

The cabin was nice. Had a little trouble finding it at night. It would be nice to have the 2 cabins names at the end of the driveway to make it easier to find.

The location was hard to find. The signs are not easy to see. That would be the only concern I have. We loved it!

It was difficult to find the cabin the first time. There are no signs on the road letting you know where the driveway is for bear play.

Furniture needs better cleaned and more sizable cooking items and more trash bags to clean up. We were gonna cookout but propane is low in the tank.

As stated in previous reviews the parking situation isn't completely ideal. If the neighboring cabins guests aren't there then you can turn around but if they are you're forced to back down the driveway when you leave your cabin. The cabin itself was clean upon arrival and was as described. The one couch wasn't the most comfortable and was well used, but it served our needs. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and the location of the cabin was perfect. The pool is smaller, but was well maintained and can be walked to easily from the cabin. We had a few issues during our stay but they were quickly fixed by maintenance.

Overall, a good cabin for our stay, but it really needs some maintenance. Both the shower and sink in one bathroom barely drained, the shower curtain rod was broken, and there was a sizable gap in the bedroom wall that was letting a cold draft come through. The main tv in the living room had a dark spot through the middle of it, making it difficult to watch. The parking was also pretty congested, as this cabin shared a driveway with another 4 bedroom cabin which always left someone blocked in when everyone was in for the night. For the positives, it is close to the parkway and has plenty of room inside. The WiFi worked great, and the kitchen was well stocked to allow us to cook.

Parking should be marked and designated between the two cabins. Some furniture needs updating

We enjoyed our stay at Bear Play. There was a problem with the hot tub, but when we called the response and repair were in a very timely manner. There was a couch in the main sitting area on the main floor that had an odor and the odor seemed to be stronger the day we checked out. We called to let you know. The couch was a pull out and my husband felt that something could have possibly crawled up in the couch and had met its demise. This same couch also had a dirty appearance in places. Might want to have the cleaning staff look at the top of the refrigerator in the kitchen. The large frying pan needs to be replaced, someone allowed it to get too hot and it is warped, not great for cooking on a glass top stove. Please check the remotes between guests. The fireplace remote and TV remote did not have batteries. My father-in-law purchased batteries for use during our stay. Parking is an issue when the cabin next door is occupied. All three spaces were occupied making it extremely difficult to turn our cars around to head out of the driveway. Backing up or down that very steep driveway is not a wonderful option.

I was impressed with the fact that we had enough towels for our entire family. There was soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and dish towels. I expected that we would have to pick up those items when we went to the grocery store.

The location was great, convenient to everything.

Overall, our stay was very good and we enjoyed the cabin. We would stay with Cabins USA again in the future.

We love this cabin but it need new couch upstairs and you need to put a recliner in all you cabins for people who can not lay all the way down in the bed and for someone that has a broken leg to set in thanks

My family enjoyed "Bear Play" very much and they loved being 5 minutes from the main attractions! The parking was very tight and limited, but the neighbors next to us were super nice and they parked at the bottom of the driveway. I would recommend finding out beforehand if the hot tub can be turned off. It ran the entire weekend and when sitting on the back deck, it was a nuisance to hear all day and at night, it is right next to one of the downstairs bedrooms and it's like a dishwasher running all night. Those are "simple fixes" I'm sure, but nothing negative can be said about "Bear Play" just pay attention to detail in what you like and don't like when booking!!! However, the cabin itself was awesome! I loved the jacuzzi and fireplace in the upstairs suite! Everyone had ample space to enjoy the meals and enjoy themselves all weekend. I'm sure our next stay will be more like "One In A Million" where it was more secluded, not next to the street or nearby pool, have an open view of the mountains instead of a wooded view. Again, just pay attention to details when booking!!!

Everything was great, was locked out cabin for a few hours cause the battery in keypad was dead, but staff did everything possible to help us in. Maintenance came and he was great. I will be back soon. Thank you

Everything was nice except we were missing some household items, and the television in the living room went out the first couple of hours we were there. I contacted maintenance and no one showed up that night so I contacted the office the next day and she apologized for no one coming out and said that they were short staffed. Eventually someone came and brought the things we needed and looked at the television.

The cabin was great and right by all the main strip exactly what we was looking for this will be the cabin we will be choosing Everytime we return parking is a lil tight especially if the people in the cabin beside you have three cars when we got there it's nothing like what u see in the video every room does have a TV one of the rooms downstairs TV is hung on the wall right beside the bed so to watch it u will have to sit up or lay on your left side and it will look blurry because u laying down trying to watch it only one bathroom had a roll of toilet paper in it so we had to go buy some the cabin was really clean and u can walk to the swimming pool it's a very short distance walk the toliet on the main floor had water running from under it when u use it so we had to put a towel down other than that the cabin is great we loved it one of the best cabin's we ever stayed in if u go on the back deck u will see the beautiful tree house cabin we just wish check-in time could be earlier then some 4pm

Great cabin! It is spacious! Parking however is limited if the cabin next to it is occupied. I highly recommend this cabin if you have a large group.

The cabin is very nice and is extremely close to downtown Pigeon Forge. Very easy to get to all the attractions. I would have personally liked a better view. They were building a cabin right behind us so we couldn't enjoy sitting outside during the day. The furniture in the main living area needs replaced, it is very worn down. The washer/dryer unit is too small for a cabin that will hold so many people. It took all day to do laundry. Parking is minimal, so it you have more than 2 vehicles that would be a problem. Other than those few things, we had a great vacation.

We always try to book Bear Play when we are coming to Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was conveniently located in Pigeon Forge only 3 minutes away from the main strip, but it was still tucked away enough in the mountains to get the full experience. The cabin was large and full of room. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a few issues with things not working though. The hot water in the upstairs shower would not work, we could not get the tv channels to work, the fire place in the upstairs bedroom would not work, and the hot tub would not exceed 90 degrees. Parking was also another issue. Our neighbors in the cabin beside us took up the 3 spots available multiple times and we were forced to back down the steep driveway. I would stay there again, but it would be nice to have everything in working order.

I loved the cabin. My kids enjoyed it. This cabin was not far from everything or the parkway. I would only recommend they check the heating downstairs it was always cold. If you have more than two vehicles and someone else has the other one it kind of a tight space. Other than that this is a lovely cabin and we enjoyed it.

The cabin is in a Fantastic location. It's a Beautiful cabin. Keep in mind when booking that you will need to bring kitchen towels and rags, there are none provided. Also sheets for the pull out coaches. The cabin could use a major cleaning and new living room furniture. Refrigerator is a little slugish in being cold enough. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely use Cabins USA again.

The only problem with our stay was the hot tub quit working in the second day of our stay, which was a Friday and it was disappointing for the weekend not having the hot tub to come home to in the evenings

We enjoyed our visit. It would be helpful if there were more comfortable chairs (with backs) for the table. We were playing games and the bench and especially stools were not comfortable.

Great stay with Cabins USA as always!!

I do not give 10's on anything because there is always improvement. Now let's get down business. The directions to get to the cabin was easy until the last two or three. There needs to be a better side showing the second set of cabins or saying the second set. The cabin floors was real bad dirty, We did not have enough towels or enough bedding for the beds. We did not find this out until about 1 in the morning when we was all getting ready to go to bed. So to accommodate us we went out and bought her own bedding. Other than that everything else was great.

No sitting on front porch and with the hot tub being in the lower level deck there is no privacy from other cabins. It says cable tv as an amenity but the 2 bedrooms that the kids slept in didn’t have cable.
This isn’t a complaint but a suggestion, in other cabins we have stayed at they have a journal where families can write about their stays and their visit. It’s always fun to read what others have done on their visit and get ideas or to read that they saw a bear or other animals. There is nothing like that in bear play, my daughter was disappointed after looking for one and not finding one.

The cabin is very nice we have been staying with cabin USA for five years bear play is nice it needs to be updated on pots and pans and the couch is in comfortable but we will always stay with cabins USA they are the best we will be back in September

The cabin was very well located, the ramp was in very good condition and easy to find. the cabin, even thought it was close to the neighbors was private.

The downside:
the cabin has a capacity for 12 people... there were no 12 towels, and no sheets or blankets for the sofa-beds. not enough pillows neither.
there was not enough toilet paper or paper towel and we had to go buy gas for the grill.
the fake chimney, was partially working besides the weird raddle noise it made.
it would've been nice if the cabin had a coat rack, also would've been nice if it had WIFI ( I didn't read the fine print on this one, since WIFI is pretty much standard everywhere)
we found socks in one of the rooms, from the previous people who rented the cabin....

we liked the place but we didn't love it.

Beautiful cabin.... but next time ill be looking for something with wifi and a unit where all the tvs work with cable.. only 3 of the tvs work.. other than that everything else was ok.. had to clean a little...

Air condition up stairs didn't work when we got to cabin. It was late so we didn't report it till the next day. They sent someone out and it was fixed by that evening. But we were there 24 hours with no air up stairs. The temperate was 81 degrees in the bedroom upstairs before they fixed it.

Every thing was great except
We arrive around 7:00 pm go to cabin and the cabin door was unlocked . That was a very un easy feeling going into a dark un familiar place which was unlocked
The cabin was not cleaned . I have pictures where i wiped up the tile from the bathtub and it was purely black and also the floor upstairs was too . Our feet were purely black from walking on the floor , you could tell the floors had not been swept and dust everywhere. You could tell that the cabin was not clean properly. They were suppose to have came to clean it and never did. Maintenance came and fixed 2 of the toilets that were backed up the next morning after checking in that night . I hope then cleaning fee that i paid is put to use for the next renters because the prior guests cleaning fee wasn't

The view was beautiful n peaceful would like to had more parking area but we managed well the pool was not that far and we enjoyed that as well!!

The main living areas like kitchen, bathrooms were clean. However, the deck on the main level appeared not to have been cleaned in a long time. Parking is very tight and it is not clear whether the spot at the close in left of the cabin is for our cabin or the one next door.

Could improve by having cable tv in all rooms. Parking is bad at the cabin. Overall I was happy and would return but most likely would look for cabins with views of the mountains.

The cabin was very nice. Some of the furniture was way beyond worn out an needed replaced. We will rent a cabin again from CabinUSA.

It was a beautiful cabin. It wasn't as clean as it seemed. The baby spilled something and we wiped it up and towel was black. It made me worry about how clean the beds and bath were. Parking was bad. Directions to the cabin were wrong, it said it was on the left but it didn't tell us to turn right first. We found it and it was a beautiful cabin with nice rooms. No Wi-Fi. It was close to the parkway.

When we arrived we could not get into the cabin because the battery in the door lock was bad. Once the maintenance man arrived and let us in everything was great. Every employee that I dealt or spoke with during our stay was always pleasant, courteous and professional. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again and this time stay a little longer. A friend recommended Cabins USA to me and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

The price, booking and location of the cabin was great. There were a few minor things that need to be addressed. I called ahead and was told that there was an iron and ironing board. The ironing board was there (albeit a small one) but we never did find the iron. I understand that some guest could have taken it. The upstairs toilet needs to be fixed (it was rigged to work, but kept coming unrigged). Upon inspection, it would be a simple fix, but it needs attention. Both tubs in the downstairs bedrooms didn't work properly. One of them didn't drain right, so when you showered, you would be standing in about 8 inches of water. The other tub has a broken plug, so you couldn't take a bath, only a shower. The washer doesn't work when you set it to hot water. It would fill for about 10 seconds and then shut off. You would go back later, and your clothes hadn't been washed. We found that the trick was, you had to use cold or warm, and it worked fine. There were 12 of us, and we had all of our meals there, so we used a lot of trash. The bin outside wouldn't hold all of the trash. On the last day, we left a small bag inside the door of the cabin, simply because, we already had to clean up from a critter getting into the secured bin, earlier in the week. We knew if we had left the trash outside of the bin, when we left, it would invite more critters. Even though these things are listed here, our family really enjoyed staying in your cabin. The things listed above, are things that you can only find out, if someone that has lived there a few days can tell you. When a crew walks in to clean and evaluate, they wouldn't readily see these things. All of these were minor things, and had they needed immediate attention, we would have called the office. I can genuinely tell you, that we would stay at Bear Play again with no hesitation.

This was a nice cabin, but no one had cleaned the trash up in the back and neither of the outside electrical outlets worked. The jacuzzi tub on the main floor leaked water to the downstairs when you filled it up. Parking is a little tight. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable and just minutes away from the heart of Pigeon Forge.

Staff are wonderful! Very quick to respond to our need while staying. The cabin floors were very dirty when we arrived and with small children in the floor we asked for a broom/mop. It was brought in a reasonable time. A kitchen chair was broken (propped up) when we arrived and a lamp broken in the basement bedroom. We didn't report those as it was before our stay. We did not have sheets for the fold out beds the first night so used blankets. The sheets were delivered next morning. Again the staff have been awesome but cleaning crew needs improvement.

Would suggest runners being placed on outside steps. Very slippery when wet. We have stayed in 2 different cabins and each time we had someone fall on slippery steps into the cabins. Also if we would have found a broom and mop we would have cleaned more before we left. Mattress on couch beds were very worn and thin, hard to sleep on.

Overall we loved trip and plan to make this a yearly outing for our family.

Everything was great! I only have 2 complaints. 1. The shower/tub: the drain seems to be stopped up in every bathroom. We would be standing in ankle deep water before we could get out. 2. Bed: one of the bedrooms did not seem to have clean sheets. There was blood spots on the sheets and hair everywhere in the sheets. Other than those 2 complaints everything was great!

Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed it and would gladly rent the cabin and utilize cabin USA once again.

My rating were positive I did rate staff low and it's not because they were unfriendly. Very friendly, easy to deal with. My only dislike was calling 4 times to have to beg someone to please come take the trash from the holding area. We ran out of room and had to keep trash bags in the cabin to keep the raccoons out of them very disappointed there.

One bed had dirt in the sheets so that made it a bit uncomfortable on weather they were fresh sheets or used ones from a different guest so we took those off to wash just in case.

Overall good experience, not anything that would keep us from renting from them again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean! Bear Play was nice of course that's an old picture when it was first built! We didn't have a great view but plenty of woods! Parking should have a sign for each cabin. The staff that I meet was nice and fixed everything quickly! Only Issue we had was the tv for some reason something was recording he said prime time. So when we changed one tv it changed the channel on all the televisions. So We didn't like that. We had 9 adults and 3 children and it was plenty of room. It also was close to the parkway! All and all we had a great experience!

The cabin was great the location was great if we needed something we called them they were right there need more trash bags in the cabin and you need Wi-Fi we had a great time we will return we will use you all over and over again I will recommend you all to anyone

Pros: Bear Play has a beautiful vaulted entrance/living area and a warm, woodsy interior. The walls are as pictured, but the floors are now covered with a very natural looking laminate and the stairs are now hardwood. (No carpet!) The living areas are spacious and the kitchen and bathroom surfaces and beds were very clean and comfortable. With temps in the 80's and low 90's, the cooling system was completely adequate. The upper suite had its own thermostat and even a delightfully set vent about waist high to cool you as you get ready. The kitchen was supplied with nice dishes and plenty of cookware. Our company of 6 was supplied with plenty of bath linens, pillows, and bathroom tissue. The hot tub was clean and worked nicely. The exterior doors do lock, but the front one requires the combination so you don't accidentally lock yourself out. Very easy access to Pigeon Forge. Cons: Sadly, the view off the back decks is now(Labor Day 2016) unattractive due to excavations for a new cabin. Contrary to the video, the kitchen countertops are laminate, not solid surface. The refrigerator is missing its handle. Previous reviewers mentioned a lack of potholders, televisions that do not work downstairs, and a confusing system to operate the satellite tv on the televisions that do work. We had the very same issues. Two of the showers had stinky shower curtains with pink, moldy bottoms. I took the first one down myself and CabinsUSA sent someone over to hang up a clean one that same day. Clean socks were quickly blackened on the floors. The living room furniture is worn out and uncomfortable. There are even exposed staples sticking out in the back of the loveseat. We needed one of the sofa beds and tried the one in the basement, but it was awful, even for a sofa bed. There was no padding (you could feel the wires with your hand under a thin covering) and it sagged between the supports. This could be a very nice cabin..... with new furnishings, clean shower curtains, and clean floors. Also, in 2016, no WiFi is a big disappointment for families with teens and young adults.

We were so pleased with our cabin! My girls kept saying how they couldn't believe it looked just like the pictures! Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Great sized rooms and beds. Will definitely book again!

this was my 1st time renting a cabin with cabins usa. the cabin was great. when we got there we noticed that the grill was out of propane but we called your office and that was taken care of. The two TV's downstairs in the bedrooms didnt work. they were not connected to the dish network. Some of the remote controls didnt work so we had to buy batteries for them. You might want to check the remote to make sure they are all working. Parking wasn't issue but I would recommend a sign or something to let people where they can park their cars. there is parking space between the two cabins . we weren't sure on if it was ours or the cabin next door. It would be nice if the cabin had Wi-Fi but I am sure that is something you cant do anything about. Other then that the cabin was nice. I will rented another a cabin with cabins usa next year.

This cabin was wonderful! Our pack packing trip was rained out at the last minute and I was scrambling to get a place. Everywhere else online added ridiculous extra charges to the price (bait and switch). But cabins USA had a low price from beginning to end.
The only real problem was there were not any hot pads for cooking, but we did have towels to use.

Overall very satisfied with stay! Only complaint is the cabin being 4 bedrooms there should be living room seating for 8 and there is only 5 unless you sit at counter or kitchen table. Definitely would not keep me from staying here again though!

We loved the cabin. Enough room for the 6 adults and 2 toddlers. No problems at all with the stay except the morning of check out a skunk had been outside and the whole cabin smelled like it. Will defiantly be coming back.

Over it is a GREAT cabin with lots of space for a large group. The only complaints we had was that the house wouldn't stay at the same temp. If we set the heat to 68 degrees, the middle level would be burning up, and the upper and lower level would be FREEZING. And the second issue is that the jacuzzi tub in the main level had a leak and dripped onto the bed on the lower level. This cabin is directly next door to anther cabin so if you plan to get loud, be aware. Our group got loud for New Year's Eve, thankfully we had no complaints on us. We will definitely book through cabins USA again.

We absolutely loved our cabin however there were a few things that could have been improved. The tvs didn't work downstairs. There was mold on the shower curtain downstairs. My kids found a pill in the floor next to the couch downstairs. Thankfully they aren't small kids and knew to throw it away. The hot tub wasn't clean. Someone elses laundry was between the side of the washer and wall. Other than that everything else was great. The beds were super comfortable and clean. We loved the pool table. The kitchen was really clean.

Our family's Thanksgiving holiday in the mountain turned out to be a wonderful experience partly due to the comfort and beauty of our cabin accommodations. We brought a lot of extras from home (pots, pans, toilet paper, paper towels, measuring cups, etc) not thinking the cabin would have these things but we were wrong. It was fully stocked with kitchenware. It felt like we were cooking at home. We will certainly reserve again!

I would like to start by saying thank you for great service. Our family had a great time and enjoyed the stay greatly. The bear play cabin was a great place to stay. The only down fall was the BBQ grill was not clean and the trash cabinet on the porch had a bad smell. I have stayed with USA Cabins several times and it has been worth it. Again thank you and i will be seeing you soon for another trip.

Please let the owners that the mattress on the main floor is worn out. We had to put all of the extra pillows underneath it to be able to sleep the springs kept popping. The carpet needs shampooing very badly. The house had pretty good parking and was furnished very comfortably. The location of the house was also very good. Would stay in it again if it had a new mattress.

The room was better than expected! Love how you don't have to back to check out and that you guys are open till 10:00pm to check in. The only thing that was not satisfying was the refrigerator, it was not working properly and because of that our milk went bad. Other than that it was a nice cabin and we enjoyed it very much!

Reported to staff that one toilet in lower level bathroom was leaking water through tank, bad seal. Also had problems with TV's not working. Something with cable network and remotes

Had a great 5 days. Good location. House was nice; had room. Need new mattresses. Need more pantry space. A new skillet would be great. Had to buy my own tea pitcher. Not much sitting space. The hide a bed may be comfortable for sleeping but definitely not for sitting. May rent this property again, but will definitely use CabinsUSA.

Over all we had a great time on our trip. We did get locked out of the cabin on the first night and had to wait almost 2 hours for someone to come change the battery in the lock. This was very inconvenient with 4 small children. Also, some of the tvs in the bedrooms didn't work. There was also an issue with parking since the cabin next to ours had 7 to 8 cars there all of the time which was taking some of the parking for our cabin.

Had to wait outside in freezing cold because the door was not opening due to battery died in keypad lock
thanks to the maintainance guy who came and fix it in less then 10mnts.

the only problem was with the dishnetwork. no one in our party was familiar with it and we needed four different channels but were only able to have three so we were not pleased with that aspect of it. Also two of the bedrooms did not have any tv reception at all only dvd players.

Great place to stay. My kids loved it!!

Our ladies enjoyed the Cabin. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

THE ONLY THING WE DIDNT LIKE WAS THE TV'S CAUSE WE COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO WORK THE DISH AND WE COULDNT WATCH TV SHOWS LIKE WE WANTED. I THINK YOU NEED TO LEAVE SOME INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT SO PEOPLE CAN WATCH DIFFERENT THINGS IN DIFFERENT ROOMS BUT OTHER THAN THAT WE LOVED IT. THE EMPLOYEE THAT CHECKED US IN WAS JAMIE COX AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE AND JUST WANTED TO THANK HER FOR BEING SO NICE TO US.

There is no wi-fi in the cabin and its a bit difficult to reach the cabin with given directions. Except that its excellent in all other aspects. Had lots of fun with my friends

Parking was very difficult. The property has a long steep driveway and having to back all the way down it was difficult - and I would never do it in the snow. There is parking for 3 cars between the 2 cabins on this driveway, but those spaces were always filled by the renters of the other cabin.

The inside of the Cabin was extremely clean. The outside had cans and trash around the porches. The only complaint we have about the cabin was the thermostat. We are not small people by any means and we get very hot at night. Only being able to get the temp to 72 degrees made it hard to sleep. Especially in the upper master bedroom. Other than that it was a perfect vacation home !!

This was my first stay with cabin USA. Loved the cabin. There were spider webs in several areas inside the cabin but other than that I was very pleased.

Air conditioning was not working when we arrived & water from AC unit was running down thru the ceiling into the kitchen..fixed in about 3 hours. TV's did not work in 2 of the rooms were told owner took boxes out or were stolen! The other cabin was alot closer than we expected. Constant problem with ants in the cabin.(understand we are in wooded area) Sofa & loveseat in the living room were very worn & uncomfortable. Loft area mattress needs replaced.

The drive way was not real biker friendly. Had one tv in the basement that didn't work. I had to take alot of lint out of the dryer for it to dry properly. It would also be helpful to have signs on the road of which cabins are up the hill. All in all we had a very good time despite these few items we found. Thank-you, Mark

My husband and I, our two kids, our daughter's friend and grandparents stayed for two nights in this cabin. The cabin was very nice and somewhat clean. The only issue we had was the hot water did not work in the upstairs shower. Since we were only there for 2 nights, we just used one of the other showers. This is the second time we have used CabinsUSA and both times, we were extremely pleased with our entire experience.

The cabin was nice, but the furniture was very uncomfortable. I also recommend that you put a sign on the road so the "right" cabin can be more easily located. A few more towels would have also been nice along with a better "new" TV in the living room.

Overall a nice stay.

This was a great cabin. I loved how the upstairs had it's own air unit. The only downfalls were that the only grill was a charcoal grill (all the other cabins we have stayed in have been gas) and the parking. The people in the cabin next to us either blocked us in or took our parking! Cabins USA is a great place to rent cabins and I highly recommend them :-)

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Bear Play. We were sorry to go! The cabin was in perfect condition and the location was easy to come and go. We were extremely pleased with our weekend in Bear Play. We have even discussed using it again when we go back with a group! Thank you so much!

In the winter months, the bedrooms down stairs need to be heated.

The sofas in the cabin need to be replaced. Very low to the ground and hard to get up and down. We liked the cabin layout but the location was a little hard to find initially. Once we found it, we had no problems returning each day.
