Very nice cabin. The only issue with it was that out back, where the hot tub is, there were fake eyelashes on the railing and beer cans and clothing that were on the ground. Other than that, it was great!

The two bottom bedrooms had little to no heat. Minimal kitchen items. The location was very good. Our group was all older adults. Having to go up two flights of stairs whenever we went out was not the best for us as the main living area, kitchen and two bedrooms were upstairs.

The only thing that concern me was the BBQ Grill... It didn't work, the equipment seem old and it was not clean.. Top of the grill was shutting properly. Other then that everything else was good...

House size was perfect for our family.
But a lot of things were broken or missing.
Grill was dirty, broken lid. Pool table wobbly & pool sticks broken. 3rd floor tub drain broken. No salt & pepper (simple kitchen necessities) living room rug is gross & sheds on EVERYTHING.
Location was convenient enough for attractions

Overall good visit & not major problems or concerns. Just giving the niddy griddy details or problems with cabin. Price seemed a little high for 3 nights only considering.

Quiet little location even though cabins are all around. Minutes from parkway. Plenty of space for 9 people. Only issue was the main area (living room, kitchen) was on 2nd floor. Wish we could have walked in front door to the main floor. Comfortable seating area. Would book again!

Pool table was in bad shape felt and rails horrible, sticks broken had to call to get a couple sticks, air condition in top room wouldnt go below 69 degrees and seemed the lower unit struggled to keep cabin comfortable, very few pots, glasses, pans, and cooking spoons were in bad shape, televisions were mostly spanish shows, but we made the best of our vacation we have used Cabins USA for 20 years and feel we should have been a valued customer with a price reduction, we will be back next year, so all in all it was enjoyable!

I would've given this property all 10s except we booked two cabins beside each other and though this one was great, the other had roach/water bug problems.

It was a beautiful cabin and had plenty of space for my children to spread out to do their own things. However, it did not have enough cooking utensils and only had one fork in the whole kitchen. Also, one of the sides of the grill does not work so had to light it myself. It was a relaxing spot but could of used a little bit more activities for the kids to do beside the pool.

We enjoyed our stay! The pool table was a hit! Wi-fi was a little challenging. Any time I called, the staff was polite, helpful and professional. Our location was very convenient to the Parkway! We didn't use the hot tub or pool. . . Too many things to see and do in a place we had never been! I would recommend CabinsUSA to friends and family!

Had an issue with a water leak, but they were very prompt about taking care of the issue. Cabin was nice, needs some minor upgrades. Location was great!!

The internet was horrendous. We kept getting disconnected and even when it was connected we could barely do anything.

Also for the check in, I do not feel comfortable with the fact you scan and save copies of my credit card. I will be getting it replaced with a new card.

I think this makes about 8 years we have booked with Cabin USA. Very nice people to rent from. Everything was great and clean. No complaints what so ever. Will book again for Dec. Hopefully the Christmas parade will be a go. Great.Great Great Cabin.

This is the second year we have used CabinsUSA for our annual motorcycle group trip. The accommodations are excellent and the checkout process with a text message was great. I have already recommended CabinsUSA to a friend who is booked for July 2020 and we would use them again on another motorcycle vacation.

Had only minor issues like needed more towels and tv remote. Our maintenance guy Chris was outstanding in taking care of our needs and did it very promptly. First time visitor, but not last. Our family really enjoyed the Cuddly Critters cabin. We had outstanding service from everyone. Thanks!

We love this cabin. Had lots of space for myself, husband and 8 grandkids. Will definitely be renting from Cabin USA again.

We had a couples weekend retreat and the entire cabin was big enough for all of us. The check in process was so easy. The only thing was that we had an issue trying to find the cabin. We had to call several times and I think that the WIFI password should be posted in the cabin instead of us calling for the password. Other than that it was Great !!

Great cabin. Only compliant was that the directions were not clear and we had to call for better directions.

The cabin was great for our family. Only a few minutes away from the Parkway. Would stay here again. The only complain I have is finding the cabin. No street sign at where you turn off at the cabin.

We enjoyed staying in Cuddly Critters.... Only concerns was that in the pictures it showed couches, and when we arrived the couches that were there are out dated and uncomfortable. We also wished that there was more space outside for the kids to play. But overall my family and I was very happy with the experience.

Overall wonderful experience, with the exception of the neighbors to the right of us and the cabin across from them were very loud and outside until the wee hours of the morning. We also had a random car just parked in front of our cabin and the man inside was just sitting there drinking.

We stayed in Cuddley Critters in July of 2019. We had a few issues but every time I called Cabins USA they sent someone the same day to take care of problem. Cabin needs bigger pots n pans. Biggest problem someone prier to us renting put towels around air handler upstairs and when it got stopped up we came home to find water all over kitchen and dripping from ceiling. I called rental company and someone was there within an hour. Thanks cabins usa for helping correct problems and saving our vacation

Cuddly critters was a great cabin that fit our needs. I think the only improvement could be to pick up the trash around the cabin some; the inside was thoroughly clean upon arrival. The cabin had a very convenient location to Pigeon Forge and was a short 2 minute walk to the resort pool. Only location downside was that it didn't have a view and was crammed close to a few other cabins, but we didn't hear or see the neighbors much. As for the inside, the cabin was as advertised and super spacious. Recommendation would be to create a little guide book for the cabin that has tv instructions, wifi reset instructions and if possibly, local suggestions for food/drink/activities (cabins usa is big enough I would think they could partner and even get a few discounts). We loved the look and feel of the cabin and that it had everything we needed. It was a short 5 minute drive to Publix, the main drag i Pigeon Forge, and easy access to back roads to the Smokies.

It was great. Spacious and very comfortable beds. Picture is a little misleading though. It was jammed in between 2 other cabins. Thought we would have some privacy.

PERFECT Location right in the middle of Pigeon Forge not far off the strip. Especially perfect for small children who do not have patience to drive way up in the mountains. Very private area, clean, and perfect for a large family or group of friends with 4 separate bed and bathrooms. We really enjoyed our entire trip and the cabin was a large part of that.

We had a great experience with Cabins USA. All staff we spoke to were very courteous. Cuddly Critters cabin was spectacular! I only rated the amenities as 9 because I would’ve liked to have had a kuerig coffee maker instead of a regular one. If ever there are updates done to this cabin, it would be awesome if there were steps outside to the 2nd floor where the living room is so we could use that as the entrance too. (Just a Thought) We will definitely be renting this cabin again!

Nice and clean close to the strip. Lady that was cleaning the cabin next door was rude to our children about checking out. Front desk check in were awsome. Overall 9

We really enjoyed our stay at Cuddly Critters. The cabin was beautiful, the location was perfect, check-in and check-out were a breeze and the staff was very helpful and courteous. There was a blown light bulb in a bathroom, a broken set of blinds and the paint had been chipped on the entrance door frame. Nothing major and we could have overlooked the issues during our stay but a very courteous maintenance guy beat us back to the cabin and had already begun repairing these things. He even painted the door frame where it was chipped!! Now that's service!! My only requests would be a radio in the pool table room and a lamp and alarm for the bottom back bedroom. We will be staying with Cabins USA again!!

We had a fantastic time in the cabin. There was room for our entire family. The addition of the pool table, hot tub and Jacuzzi's made it extra special. The cabin was very clean and ready for us to live in. Had one issue though. The shower leaked into the kitchen. Hopefully that will be repaired. A couple of other minor items: A few light bulbs were burnt out and the animals got into the trash even though the trash was inside a latched cabinet outside. An extra note, the cabins were VERY close to each other. The location of the cabin was close enough to the main strip. Finding the cabin was a challenge though. It wasn't on Google and the directions they gave us was from their office which seems to defeat the purpose of checking in on-line. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin. We can't wait for another vacation to Pigeon Forge.

We came for a couples trip and had a great time. I loved the fact the chalet is close to the Parkway. The chalet has a lot room and plenty of space. I would recommend updating a few things such as adding a few bigger pots and pans and pot holders. The TV in one of the bedrooms kept messing up after it being on for a certain time. Other than that the cabin was clean and very comfortable. I book with Cabins USA sometimes twice a yr and will continue.

I loved the place, as usual, and is why I have come back to you guys for the last 4 years. There were a couple things, however, that bear lookong in to. The dryer, while in use, makes a squeaking sound and the back porch seems a little close to the ground behind that wild animals may be able to gain access. Also, outside your countrol, the check-in process was delayed due to double-charging of my account by the motel the previous night. Keep up the good work. See you next year.

It’s was great been in Tennessee but this cabin was clean when we arrived we had to wait an hour and half to get in the cabin because the code to the door wouldn’t work then the dryer made awful Noises , but I’m willing to try out more if there cabins

I really loved the cabin in all, I just hate that the commode handle on the third floor kept coming off. Also I was told it was a pool but we didn't see one. And the couch in the area where the kitchen was had ants in it they were crawling on you if sat down long. But other than that it was a nice place and in a great location close to everything...

The cabin is beautiful. All 4 beds were amazing! The furniture is fine, the coffee pot is fine, if your renting this property you should know to expect the stairs. WiFi is not the best, we brought DVD's for the littles. The only thing a family with small children may not be prepared for is that the dishes are not kid friendly. I had to run to the store for cups and silverware for our little ones, not a big deal with 2 four year olds and a 2 year old we will use them. Renting the cabin, checking in and checking out were a breeze. My only recommendation to the property management team is to include directions to the pool in the welcome packet! We will book through Cabins USA again and if needed would book Cuddly Critters again. Perfect for large group.

My family loved it!

This cabin was just about perfect for our stay. We were close to the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge which was a plus, it was quiet even though the cabin was in a grouping of six cabins and the grounds were very clean. My only recommendations would be to update the furniture, it was well used and not real comfortable. The beds were perfect and comfortable. Please update the coffee pot, for me, who is an early riser I was in need of coffee early and the pot literally took 35-40 min to make a pot of coffee.

Great spacious location only issue we had was the WiFi would not connect to the tablets for the kids but other than that it was a great stay!

we had a wonderful time, the cabin was lovely. we will be back again.

Good clean cabin but could use some maintenance.

Due to the owner selling the other property we were referred to this property.It was ok Not exactly what we usually have when we get cabins from y'all.I didn't really like coming in on the bottom floor.And you had to go up the stairs to be on the main floor.But the guest I bought with me enjoyed it.We will be staying with y'all again hopefully for the summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Cuddly Critters. The cabin was clean and very roomy. Had one little issue with the refrigerator and called maintenance. They came right over and resolved the issue. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our second time to rent from Cabins USA and won't be our last. Very pleased!

I love love this cabin. When we got there the t.v.'s ,tub was clogged up and the Wi-Fi wasn't working I called and they came right out to fix everything other than that everything was great

We booked this cabin for Christmas and it was very clean and had everything that we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. Would I stay in the cabin again probably not. Because the electric heater didn’t work . Bedrooms down stair was very plain one had a private bath the other one you have to go out of the bedroom. Not fix up at all.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice facilities. We rented for Thanksgiving.....plenty of room.

It was a nice cabin. There were 9 of us and we all seemed to have a great time. There were a few issues though. The main fireplace didnt work. The tv in the living room could be updated. And the tv by the pool table could have been larger. A couple of the tv's had some issues. The pillows were not all that great. But the kitchen was great with just about everything we needed. And it had plenty of clean linens. Overall it was a nice cabin. Very quiet.

We had a lovely stay at the the Cuddly Critter Cabin. It feels more secluded than it's actual location. It is conveniently close to the main strip of town. The pull out couch bed on main floor was excellent. The one downstairs was adequate. Televisions were flat screens but the one in living room is an old flat screen floor model. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were several stains on the 3rd level master bedding. This was our only problem with cleanliness. There is a grill, hot tub and 2 tubs inside with jets. They do have Internet but it is so slow that it is truly impossible for even one device to use. I would highly recommend the owners update the internet coverage. When you have several members of your family unable to get wifi for vacation, it eats up your data plan with your wireless provider. This is not the cabin for anyone that has issues with stairs. The main floor is accessed by full flight of stairs. The entrance is in the basement.

This location was great! My wife read earlier reviews that were not so good , but im here to tell you that the cabin was clean and comfortable. The floors wear spot less. I wore white socks around the cabin and they were not dirty like other reviewers stated. The hot tub was awesome and the third floor master suite had its own climate control. Not hot up there at all. We had a problem and the maintenance man came out promptly. Management called me that morning and was very helpful and understanding. We WILL BE BOOKING WITH CABINS USA AGAIN! Thank you guys for caring about your customers!!

Great cabin, very pleased with location. My family had a wonderful time, we would definitely do it again! Only complaints are very minor ones....coffee pot didn't work properly (we were able to make coffee, but not easily)...we couldn't find a broom (so had to clean the floor on our hands and knees)...and the toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom was broken. Really not a big thing and certainly not a deal breaker! Look forward to our whole family coming back again!!!! Thanks for helping us make memories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did not have wi-fi until the last day we were there, the hot tub smelled really bad, and the floors were really dirty. we had trouble finding it because the directions were not as clear as they could have been. but once we got there it was a nice place. All in all I would come stay with you again.
As far as staff we did not see any while we were there.

Beautiful cabin!!! However, the pictures online make it look alot bigger than it actually is. The location is great...very close to the main drag in Pigeon Forge but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The floors were not clean enough....it made the bottoms of our feet black.

We had a really good time. Seven of us attended and this was everyone's first time to Tennessee. The property was spectacular, the location was close enough to the activities on Pigeon Forge Lane but remote enough that when at the cabin it felt secluded. Not that it's anyone's fault but we will consider a two level cabin the next time, the three floors were too much for us old folks :). We had two small issues at the cabin and maintenance responded very quickly. My only complaint would be wi-fi access, the connection was poor at best.

We will be back and we will encourage family and friends to visit!!!

we were very pleased with our stay at the Cuddly Critters Cabin, especially the private baths with each bedroom, that was fantastic! The cabin was clean and was stocked with all the essential items that we needed. My only recommendation would be to replace the dining set and the sofa and chair in the game room, they are very worn and outdated. The check in staff were great and we received a call to make sure everything was going okay during our stay, plan on staying here again and would recommend it to anyone for an enjoyable trip!

Having a couch cover on a old couch is Not a great look
microwave hood should be fixed and bottom of oven.. although they both work it is an eye sore and oven door does not securely close.

There should be directions to fireplace in living room not sure if it did work because my family and I could not get it to come on
I was disappointed that the wifi did not work unless you were standing right next to it, we did reboot it and it wasn't any better.

One of the bedrooms did not have a dresser nor rooms hand hangers it could use those things for families with a longer stay

Comforters and bed were very comfortable.

Overall stay was not bad I have definitely been in worse and had little that were better

everything was good we enjoyed the cabin and the location was excellent. The only problem we had was the check in. I feel if the cabin is ready before 4 and you call to see if you can get in and everything is done then you should be able to you pay for that day I understand giving time for cleaning and all but if its finish you should be able to check in.

We had a great time at the cabin but on our last night there we killed a huge roach in the kitchen and also looked for More. We didn't find more but we did find that under the appliances was filthy, disgustingly filthy. Dirt, dust and paper and all sorts of things were under there. There was also not enough towels in the room which it does not state in the rental agreement that we would need to bring more. We had 10 people and 8 towels. I had to go buy more at Walmart just so each person could have one. We went to the pool as well and there were snakes swimming in the pool and bushes grown so far out that they were covering the signs that were posted. Other then that we had a great time and will definitely be back to TN again!
I would definitely rent from cabins USA again just don't think I would choose this specific cabin.

The kitchen was not as well stocked as we would have hoped. There were very few spoons (not enough for our 11 guest) that the first night that we needed to eat in shifts as we had brought soup. We did go and purchase plastic spoons to use for the rest of our stay. There was also no baking sheets to use in oven other than one small pizza pan. Also most of the other cabins we have rented in the past also had an electric griddle which would help preparing breakfast for 11 much easier. Other than lack of kitchen necessities, our stay was very enjoyable and we are more than likely to book again with Cabins USA!

There is also no temperature control to help regulate temperature on the lowest level of cabin.

We did run out of gas in grill and your staff brought a replacement tank within and hour and 1/2.

Really enjoyed staying at cuddlycritters, plenty of room and located close too any and every thing.

We loved this cabin. The furniture, and bedding could be updated and the carpet should be took up and some other type of flooring put down. We also cooked every meal in the cabin so a Crock Pot and a skittlet would be great additions to the kitchen. Overall we loved our stay ,and we will definitely be back. The cabin is also in a great location.

I am hesitant to recommend this particular property at this time all due to the condition of the carpet and the shower curtain in one of the lower baths that has mildew growing up the curtain. That curtain should certainly be changed. I realize the entry and lower living area are the same and anything thing outside on the driveway is likely going to be carried into the cabin on the many feet that enter. The carpet is extremely dirty. Could be that a change to hardwood or tile would help alleviate some of this problem with an area one could leave their shoes and go barefoot or wear house slippers. Any patron that respects their own home I imagine would be glad to have an area where one could leave shoes and not feel apprenhensive about going in sock feet or barefoot. I love the mountain atmosphere the cabin has, and one does not have to drive up to the nosebleed area of the mountains to experience it. A really big plus for my mom and dad, the senior citizens of the group. Their driving safety is one of our main concerns and this cabin site was perfect. Add in the fact that it is only seven tenths of a mile from the main strip and the many attractions one could hardly go wrong with this rental. Another plus is the quietness of the area. The only noise we experienced was from the smaller ones, my neices and nephews as they played pool and ran up and down the stairs on occasion. We would certainly love to come here again as the whole family was able to be together and experience one of the most beautifu places God has made on this earth. Thank you, The Ramseys

Loved this cabin! Very clean and nice! Thank you so much for moving us to this cabin after not being satisfied with the original cabin we had booked. We were pretty disappointed in the other cabin(Honeysuckle cottage). We should have been told that the hot tub was not working and also the cleaning wasn't the best. We also couldn't get the wifi to work. Thanks again for taking care of us! Will definitely recommend your company!

We have used CabinsUSA twice now and almost everything hase been perfect. If you were to improve anything at all, it would be updating the warn out mattresses in the property we stayed in (minor detail). I also think you should change your check-in location set-up. When people are traveling your office is usually a big stop for families. Having a reception area with bathrooms, beverages and snacks, plus an outdoor area for kids to stretch there legs while adults stand in line would make the entire experience with your company a first class vacation accommodation. When we arrived the kids had to wait for a bathroom break, and another family was stretching there legs playing football in the parking lot, but as you know it would be better if they were in a grassy area away from the cars. We will be using CabinsUSA again for our next visit.

All around my group and I had a fantastic stay! It is a lovely cabin, and was very clean! The one thing we did not like was that it was so close to all the other cabins. Also the door going outside in the bedroom on the second floor did not lock. The water did not stay hot very long in the shower. Which for us was difficult because we had 10 people staying in the cabin. The bed on the top floor had a huge dip in it and was not very comfortable at all! But all around it was a great stay. It was not to far away from everything but not to close.

We had a lovely time in Pigeon Forge and the cabin was beautiful. We had 4 couples staying and it accommodated to us very well. We enjoyed that there was plenty to do within the cabin. It was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. A electric frying pan would be an awesome thing that could be added, would have come in very handy for breakfast. The open floor plan was great. We were very pleased with our stay with Cabin USA in the Cuddly Critters cabin.

We had a very enjoyable family time. The cabin was the perfect size and the location was very good - easy to get anywhere. It would be great if carpet and mattresses could be upgraded - otherwise it was wonderful.

Loved everything about it!

We loved the cabin! It was out far enough to be relatively quiet yet still very close to everything in Pigeon Forge. It was clean and everything was in working order. There were three things that would have made the stay a little bit better. The biggest was the bed we slept in on the third floor was terrible! It woke us up two nights in a row when it sounded like the springs were exploding in it! The second item was some type of screens or blinds to go around the hot tub because the other cabins were right beside you so it didn't give very much privacy. The third item would be the directions to the cabin since we had eight guests traveling from three different states. The only directions I found on the website lead us all to Gatlinburg instead of Pigeon Forge. When we checked in, we were given very detailed step by step directions to get to the cabin and made it easy to find. If these would have been made available online, it would have saved several of our guests from getting lost.

CARPETS NEED REPLACING OR CHANGED OVER TO HARDWOOD FLOORS ON 1ST FLOOR, OTHERWISE-AWSOME CABIN.

We really enjoyed our stay with Cabins USA, the only issue we had was with the grill, the two tanks were both empty but that was resolved the same night. With everyone having their own bathroom made it even more enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest is to spray for spiders, etc and the carpet could use an update or cleaning, I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the only problem we had is that on the bottom floor it was like there was no heat, we could hear it running but it was so cold we did not sleep. The cabin itself was very nice and in a great location.

We had a wonderful time while staying at Cuddly Critter cabin. After a tiring day of messy, rainy travel we were pleasantly surprised how easy check-in was and how friendly the staff was. My only negative remark , which isn't even really negative, is that the cabins were so close together. However, we were never disturbed by our neighbors and enjoyed a wonderful, snowy Thanksgiving. The cabin was well furnished and we were able to cook and enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner. The cabin was centrally located to shopping and all activities. We will definitely choose Cabins USA again when planning our future stays at Pigeon Forge,

12 adults stayed here over Labor Day Weekend. We were very satisfied with the location and the property. I do advise that the pull out couches are not comfortable for an adult. Bring something to go on top of them or an air matress. It would probably work fine for a child that's not as heavy. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we will use this company again. We may even return to this cabin. Highly recommended.

Extremely satisifed with everything except the check-out process. I was on hold for 25 minutes.

I was disappointed at the location of the pool. The carpets were very dirty in the entry. The pool table didn't have all the balls and one of the sticks was broken. There were only 4 glasses in the cabinet. We were out and about so we didn't cook or eat there but it could be a problem.

Overall, I liked the cabin.

The cabin was great! Our kids loved the hot tub and we loved having 3 levels to spread out. Fire places kept it toasty warm and the pull-outs let everyone have their own bed. Super convenient location to all the activities of Pigeon Forge and allowed us to avoid the crazy crowds in Gatlinburg. Would definately recommend this cabin. The check-out was only a phone call, very easy. Only problem was the key pad on the house was tricky to use as some of the buttons were missing. Fortunately, we had our "electronics-guru" son with us and he figured it out. Don't forget to bring your own shampoo! (we did) :) Overall, great experience.

The only problem that I had was the refrigerator didn't keep our food cold and the freezer didn't work either....they sent a person, but it wasn't working right when we left. I didn't tell them until the 2nd full day of our stay and they had someone out the 4th. The cabin was very nice and kid friendly. Everything else was fine, we were very close to everything so we didn't have to drive far.. We would definitely stay again.

Our experience was wonderful, the cabin is beautiful and comfortable. The lowered score for amenities was due to no hair dryer or shampoo/conditioner. Otherwise the stay was perfect and we look forward to visiting Cuddly Critters again!

This was a beautiful cabin! My entire family enjoyed staying here. It was close to everything and quite. One negative issue we had was the sofa sleepers. It said that it will sleep 12 but the boys and girls had to sleep on the floor because the springs in both sofa sleepers were coming through the mattress. No one could have slept on those beds. We asked for blow up mattresses and they sent out two. One worked and the other one did not. So, we still had people sleeping on the floor....very uncomfortable! The last negative comment is the pots and pans. Some were so bad that they could not be used. Everything else was great!! My suggestion is to replace both sleepers so it will actually sleep 12 people comfortably and replace some of the pots and pans.

The cabin was very accomodating for 6 adults and 2 children. The children enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The cabin could use some better cooking utensils to help people out. The fireplaces were very nice. All in all we were satisfied with the cabin and talked about renting it again for a longer period of time.

I would recommend having an actual picture of the cabin. The picture on the website looks like it is out in the open with a view.

The dishes were not vey clean from previous users. The pots had crud on the cooking surface that was not previously cleaned properlly.

Also, there was a contracted price for the unit. Although it was only a few dollars, I was charged a price that was a couple dollars over the contracted price. When I asked why it was changed, the attendant, although very nice, could not offer an explanantion and stated that I would have to come back and speak to a manager. The $3 was not worth a return trip to talk to the manager.

Other than that, we were very satisfied and look forward to returning to the same unit in two years.
