This cabin was spacious and very clean, we enjoyed our 5 night stay here with our grandkids. Had everything we needed . The kids enjoyed the arcade game and their own space downstairs. We enjoyed having our privacy in the evening upstairs. The only problem we had was checking in, the door would not open so we had to call the office, easy fix , we just had to push down on it after entering the code . The lower deck door was jammed and would not open, but they did send someone out to fix both doors. Otherwise it was great
Response to ignite the fire place was great. Enjoyed it very much. Had a problem keeping ecords plugged in near the table window receptacle. Very loose and kept falling out. Repair person for fire place was notified. Also, the cords to the bathroom window shade overlooking the hot tub was broken on one side (
Great cabin in a convenient location, the cabin was clean and welcoming, the only negative thing I would have to say was the dryer did not work...but other then that we had a fantastic stay!!
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The cabin was clean and full of everything you would need in a kitchen. The location was handy to get to everything we wanted to explore. Thank you again for the relaxed stay.
Please allow early check-in when possible especially for families traveling from out of state... Also, find the water was very hard. Adding a water softener will help.
Our stay at A Hilltop Heaven was overall a great experience. Our family of 5 had more than enough room in this cabin. We enjoyed the location, close to Dollywood, close to the strip, however, the road is a very well traveled road. You do hear the traffic, but it doesn't interfere with your stay. We do have a few "knocks" against this cabin. The kitchen needs to have a couple basic things included; there were no pot holders at all and the refrigerator leaks. The washer and dryer are nice to have but the dryer gets too hot (even on the lower temp.) and burnt several of our items. The hot tub is nice to have yet there are no working lights in the tub.
Again, overall a great experience, and we would definitely select this unit again. We would love to see these upgrades for the next time.
We enjoyed our trip. Difficult to find but we made it. Had no internet as advertised. Called and had timely response, but was unable to fix. Overall we would stay here again.
This cabin was very clean . The staff was great and always ready to answer questions even weeks before we arrived .
Very quiet and cozy cabin for a family of 6.
I loved the cabin itself. However, when booking I didn't realize there was a cabin right next door and a road nearby where you could hear all of the traffic. The cabin was extremely clean and our stay was good other than those couple of things.
Overall, we were happy. Love the deck and hot tub and appreciated the 9x13 pan and muffin tins. Upstairs bathroom water didn't get very hot (downstairs was fine), WiFi was hit or miss and a bit of traffic noise. But I'd use this cabin again. It was clean, comfortable and I loved the rocking chairs and porch swing. So cool how close the cabins are yet how isolated you feel. Very nice!
We enjoyed our stay. Location was close to things we wanted to do .We had issue with toaster and I saw a maintenance truck ask could they help me with toast they replace it with no problemn.Hot tub was a very relaxing at the end of day.
The only problem we had was the driveway. We own smaller cars and they scrubbed when we came in and left each time. I would suggest making the driveway easier for smaller vehicles to enter the property. Other than that it was a beautiful cabin in a great location close to town. Woukd definitely stay again.
Cabin was clean at arrival time, location was great although we have a hard time to find the cabin at first. Garbage was not pick up during our stay, but plenty of trash bags were left at the property. I will suggest more cookware in the cabin
We were very hot in the cabin and were unable to lower the temperature below 69 degrees. We did turn on the fans but woke up very hot each night. Not sure if you restrict guest to be able to lower it or not.
It is hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Checked in at 4. Called office at 4:30, 7, and 9 to find out wifi info. Left 2 messages. No call back. Had to go to Office the next day to get what I needed. They said it was because the phone was ringing off the hook, but when I walked in the office I never heard a phone ring once. Plus, someone should have checked messages before closing that night or the next morning and returned my call. I had a similar issue when trying to book the place. I called several times, left a message and didn't get a call back. I didn't want to book online cause I had questions and wanted to talk to a person. I finally got someone to answer the phone the next day. Never had these problems in the past with Cabins USA.
The cabin was beautiful, clean, had a pretty view, and we loved having the 2 porches and games downstairs.
2 words of advice from a motorcyclist: the road up to the cabins is steep with a sharp turn and gravel bottom so use caution and the driveway to this particular cabin is tricky for parking but doable. Not negatives but rather just for informational purposes to other riders! We lived the cabin and WILL return!
The only thing that was disappointing was the fact I had to check out by 11am but didn't get to check in until 4pm. I didn't even get to stay a complete 48 hours. Other than that I was satisfied.
The down stairs bathroom has a rolly Polly problem and there was also no pool table. And in the pictures it shows a nice open view. But al there was trees right at the porch. Cabin needs more updated pictures on website
Very clean, very cozy! We truly enjoyed our stay! Also it was very quiet even though there's others around! Didn't hear a sound! Only one suggestion, we didn't see anything on the Wi-Fi password but really wasn't a big deal! We will definitely be back to stay at your cabin!â¤ï¸
It was a good size cabin for 5 people. There wasnt much seating space for everyone to sit though. I would recommend a chair or another couch. The view in the picture is not what the view is in person. There are trees surrounding the cabin and there is another cabin right next door to where u share the same driveway. It is close to town pigeon forge so not far of a drive. The futon downstairs is not very comfortable. The only thing to play with is one xbox game. Other then that it wasnt a bad cabin.
This is our 4th year staying in a CabinsUSA cabin. We thoroughly enjoy our stay each and every time. This time was no exception. A Hilltop Heaven was the perfect size for myself, husband, and three children to stay in for three nights. I especially appreciated the full sized gameroom/playroom on the lower level. The children had ample space to let loose. This is a nice little cabin. The only suggestion I would have is to increase the size of the TV in the gameroom as it is mounted and poses an issue seeing the screen with the futon placed at the other end of the room.
We was extremely happy with the cabin, it was very clean and had more cooking utensils than any cabin that wr have stayed in. The only complaint I would have is there wasn't eneough seating room for four people. The sofa wasnt very comfortable and we watches movies with one person having to set in a kitchen chair. It needs four chairs on each porch but other than the seating it was great. We was very happy . We will try to get this cabin again next year. Thank you.. Kenneth Smith
The cabin was amazing! Perfect size for my family of 5. We enjoyed our stay and it was hard to leave. Will definitely be going back and would rent the same cabin agian!
A Hilltop Heaven is conveniently located in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very clean. There were 5 adults in our party and the cabin was a little cramped in the living room/kitchen for that many adults. There was only a couch so we went and bought a couple bag chairs for additional seating. The bed in the upstairs bedroom was very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. There is also a futon in the down stairs that is supposed to sleep two however, it was like sleeping on the frame. Also had to buy an air mattress for our daughter to sleep on for the rest of our visit. We we're very impressed that there was always hot water even if the dishwasher and washer we're running. Over all this is a nice cabin but I would recommend replacing the mattress in the upstairs bedroom and also replacing the futon with a bed.
This is our 2nd Time staying with cabins USA and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the property or experience of our stay! Will stay with them again!
Nice clean cabin, good location. Kitchen was well kitted out with everything we needed for our stay. No complaints whatsoever.

Our stay was wonderful. Only things that need to be addressed is the driveway and DVD player. The driveway needs a little gravel added next to the cement slab because it had a few inch drop which was touch at the angle of the drive. The DVD player was skipping and not functioning properly.
Overall, my 2 kids were happy so we were too :)

LOVED our time at this cabin! We were their for our mini-moon & couldn't have asked for a better experience from check in, the cabin itself, & the check out process! For our first trip to the area, it was very convenient to town--maybe a 5 minute drive to The Island! My only downside was that we were unable to spend more time at the cabin because we were our sightseeing but we will definitely be back & are already looking to come back soon, as a weekend trip was just too short!

3 kitchen chairs and 1 was broken. Kitchen floor in need of a good mopping. Upstairs pillow sham stained needed washing. Upstairs carpet stained, old needing replaced. Location was great!
We loved our stay at A Hilltop Heaven. The only reason I didn't give a 10 on cleanliness is because the carpet was in desparate need of being cleaned or replaced. It is also frayed where the carpet meets the linoleum and you can feel the tiny tacks when you step on it. Other than that everything else was perfect. We are already planning our next visit with Cabins USA and will recommend you to our family and friends.
The mattresses need to but up dated, they were a little in comfortable. Our stay was wonderful and the children loves playing the Xbox but difficult to play long when the was one controller and the batteries died.

I gave an 8 to Amenities , 6 to Staff and 7 to the Company because of the following reason. We were unable to use the coffee maker and TV in the main room for the entire stay. Upon arrival, I called to report the coffee maker didn't work and the TV in the living room area wasn't working properly. The lady said they were too busy today to look at the coffee maker but would try to come by the next day. When I asked her about the TV, she said she didn't know anything about the TV or how to operate it. All the other TVs worked. The coffee maker NEVER worked, nor did the TV. Nobody called us back to see if things were better.
The property was excellent and would recommend the property, but the company was not. The reservation and check in was fine, just lack of service once on the property.
My family is coming back to TN in March and we will be staying with a different cabin company. We will also be traveling again in June 2016 but haven't made reservations yet. We will decide after our March trip which company to go with, or try a new one.
Very frustrated with the lack of service from Cabins USA. Again, the property was awesome and we loved it; just not the "service".
Cabin was clean and size was good for 4 people. One or two minor suggestions. There was no blind on one of the bathroom windows. And the only mirrors were in bathrooms and too high for petite women. Would suggest putting a full length mirror on the back of the bedroom doors. One last thing, the coffee pot did not match the machine it was with and we had to come up with a way to get it to work. Would recommend CabinsUSA to friends and family.

2 things: the bed downstairs was disgusting. Definitely could tell the sheets had not been washed in awhile and there was little hair all over the bed! Needs to be a blow dryer and body mirror...
Was very happy. Already have reservations again for September. Have already refered friends.

Our group of five really enjoyed our time in Pigeon Forge at A Hilltop Heaven. The cabin is not isolated or very private, so I would not recommend it if you are looking for some seclusion. However, it was a perfect short drive to Pigeon Forge and nearby Gaitlinsburg. The cabin was clean and provided most amenities (we could have used a few more kitchen items). We especially enjoyed the hot tub and air hockey. Thanks for a great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at "Hilltop Heaven." The cabin was very nice,cozy, and clean. However, it was pretty close to another cabin next door, and the parking area was a little confining. it also would have been great to have had another comfortable seat in the living room. The location from town was great. It wasn't too far from town but far enough. Besides this, everything else was wonderful. We love staying with Cabins USA.
Everything was great. My only complaint is that I requested late check in and someone forgot to include our packet in the night box. This was frustrating since it as near midnight and sleet and rain were falling. We were tired from the trip. Glad there was an emergency number on the door. I was fortunate that the maintenance person was nearby. He responded quickly and was able to get us the directions and door code.
The cabin was excellent and the process of renting went very smoothly. It is on the small side, which was fine for our group. As others have said, the only real issue was the lack of comfortable seating in the small living room. There is a single couch. I could happily do without the Christmas tree in favor of another small sofa or recliner.

I will definitely rent a cabin through cabins USA next time I come to Gatlinburg. The booking process is so easy, we even had to change the size of our original cabin and the reservation dates, and it was not an issue at all. This cabin was Super clean and in a great location. The only reason I didn't give all 10's is because the shower drains are very backed up; after each of our showers we had water up pasted our ankles, and it took at least 20 minutes to drain which slowed the process of all of us getting ready for the day. Other then that issue which I'm sure can be easily fixed I loved everything about this cabin and highly recommend this company!

The living room should have more furniture---now I know it's small, but a choir or two and a love seat would be more comfortable. There was only one sofa and a table with four chairs. When my daughter came to visit for the day, someone had to spend time in a hard chair.
The shower heads were awesome!!! I would really like to find out what kind they were so I can put them up at my house!

We really enjoyed our stay in A Hilltop Heaven, it was very relaxing, peaceful, and very clean. The staff were very professional, checked on us to make sure everything was going well during our stay. The Cabin was a great place to stay. A place a little more secluded would have been nicer, but we had great time and loved it. We will definitely book another Cabin if we come back to the area.
Great cabin. Plenty of room for family of four. Cabin was fully furnished and easy to find. Close to everything we wanted to see and places we went. Loved the privacy. Will reserve again when we return to the mountains.
great location. bed was comfy. i was kinda surprised at no furniture on second deck so didn't really make use of it, probably would have had there been some rockers or a swing
The cabin was wonderful. The only issues we had were the wireless router - it was next door, and so we had a delay in being able to log in. That said, the staff was very responsive to our request. The other issue was that the water heater was switched off. If easily found the breaker and turned it on, but it delayed my morning shower by an hour.
The views in the online pictures was outdated - the trees have grown up behind the house. That is both good and bad - not as much view, but also not as much sun.
My only wish is that it was a bit more remote, and the road below the cabin was quite busy.
We enjoyed our stay a Hilltop Heaven. There were just a few things that the house needed to be more comfortable. First there needs to be another comfortale chair in the living room, the microwave light over the stove was burned out, no light over kitchen sink,and the air hockey table could not be used because the goal areas were broken. The location was great and we really loved our time there. We hope to rent this cabin again but would really like to see the things mentioned above added or fixed.

Great place stay. Not to far strip. But not to closer. Air hockey table broken. Realy didn't have time play it any ways

The cabin was wonderful and very clean. The only problem was that my car dragged very bad coming out of the driveway. That problem needs to be fixed or the guest need to be told that they need a vehicle that is higher up to stay in that cabin.
We loved staying here and would recommend this cabin to anyone.
There was a bit of a "septic issue" (we think) in the area. When using the hot tub, we'd occasionally get hit with an unpleasant odor (probably when another cabin's toilet was flushed).
We were quite pleased with the cleanliness and overall appearance. The kids found a sock in a drawer. That's it. That's the worst of our complaints there. Not too bad, right?
You can't beat the accessibility to all the attractions from Hilltop Heaven! We were close to it all, but far enough to have to drive. Plus the driveway wasn't extremely steep like some of the other cabins we've seen.
The water pressure was great, but the kitchen faucet was tempermental (had a drip if it wasn't shut off in a specific way...no biggie!) Oh! And the hot water is HOT...not lukewarm.
The hot tub got a little gross from usage, but it was serviced almost immediately when we notified the office. The serviceman was very polite, professional and friendly.
Overall, we were happy to call Hilltop Heaven "home" for a week.
Although the cabin was not as remote as expected, it was a convient location for seeing the sights. the lower level was rather cold so you might want to concider requesting additionally heating since the fire place was upstairs along with most the heating veintalation the downstairs froze and the upstairs was a saunna.
Nice place, but the hot tub didn't have any chlorine in it and the cover was torn and smelled. Air hockey table was also in poor condition. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the propery.
The only things I was not satisfied with was the parking, it was no problem this time because we came in one vehicle, but had there been two vehicles it would have been hard to park, and the 45.00 cleaning fee is quite pricey in my opinion.
Everything was great!!! The only problem we had was that the upstairs shower leaked into the downstairs when it ran. Other than that everything was awesome.
