My wife and I could not have been more pleased with our stay at A Peaceful Getaway! The staff at Cabins USA all went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. The cabin was clean, private, and comfortable. The necessary amenities were available. We will definitely stay with Cabins USA again. Just a wonderful experience!
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice. We had a problem with the hot tub & the maintenance guy got right on the job & fixed it. We loved the location. We hope to come back soon & visit again.
Was satisfied and please with the cabin & location. We made 1 call to help with the shower but when Cabins USA person arrived only found out that was a new faucet with a different way for turning on shower head.
Otherwise we were completely satisfied with everything.
A Peaceful Getaway is a great cabin for a couple and we enjoyed our stay. (Easy to get to and close enough to the parkway and quick access to head to the wonderful mountains!) Cabin is fairly comfortable - the living room furniture pictured on the site is not what was in the cabin for our stay. (Looks like it would be more comfortable than what is in it now.) A few more dishes and glasses/cups would also be a plus. The lighting in the kitchen is connected to the lighting in the living room - would be nice for it to on separate switches. We had a small issue with the password to the WiFi and called CabinsUSA - the representative that I talked with was so friendly and helpful and had us up and going in less than 5 minutes!
The actual door knob needs to be replaced as it caused issues trying to open the door after unlocking. There is a musty smell throughout the cabin. I was spraying Lysol every day. The cleaning people seemed to have done a much better job this time than before. I wish the two chairs in the setting area were replaced with a love seat and the TVs updated. The TV in the bedroom is so small (less than 24"). I have stayed in this cabin about 6-7 times and LOVE it. Just minor things the cabin owner needs to address.
After a big issue with an air b&b cabin that we booked, we immediately called cabins USA. I've stayed with this company for years everytime I come back home and should have known better than to look elsewhere. They were great to our kids in the office while we were all searching for a cabin with the gentleman behind the counter. You definitely get southern hospitality with this company. We found a cabin within minutes and were out the door headed to our cabins USA cabin. Our cabin was extremely clean while tucked back in a holler but close enough to not have a long drive to gatlinburg. I 100% recommend this company and cabin "a peaceful getaway" to anyone. We stayed in the "Perfect Getaway " , celebrating our birthdays. Our cabin was so cute, perfect for just the two of us. we especially loved the pool table, but it needs more space and new tips are needed on the sticks, it was an amazing getaway; we will be back!
Great cabin. Stayed for honeymoon week. Loved hot tub and overall cabin. Couch is different than in pictures and honestly less comfortable. Not a snuggling couch. Tv had cable but is not a smart TV, with no place for firestick, or anything else. Kitchen was adequately stocked with plates dishes cups. Location is the best, so convenient! Pool table in cabin but room was too small for it. You can see back side of next closest cabin, but still felt private. Keyless entry near perfect! Overall great place to stay.
We loved it. Great location. ???? the only negative was the pool table is just to big for the room it's in. But everything else was awesome. Staff and everyone was so helpful.
We loved the cabin and it's location. It was nice being the last cabin in the back without traffic. My only complaint (and I know we were in the woods) is that there was always little millipede like worms on the floor. We would vacuum them up but 5 minutes later there would be more. Also, it seems that's the cabin was not level. My 11 year old was very excited about the pool table but it was very difficult to play in that small room.
Cabin wasn't very homey feeling. No curtains anywhere! The front door has 2 large window panels on each side with no blinds or covering. The cabin has a funky smell to it and the ants in the kitchen were terrible! WiFi was so bad. Lots of room for sure, just need finishing touches on it. The drive way to get up to it needs to have the gravel taken out we slide going up and down it. But it was ok for the most part.
Other than running into issues turning the shower on we enjoyed it. We had a very nice lady help us on the phone because we waited 2 hours with no call from them. We called back she helped us then maintance showed up at 10 pm no warning and it scared us. The lady on the phone was wonderful.
Cute little cabin tucked in the woods, semi private. Trailer next door always blaring loud music. Bedroom door lock was broken, shower was broken and could have been cleaned up a little more on the outside but other than that, it was a good place to stay!
This is the cabin!!!! Soooo glad we picked this one. It was clean and comfortable. But best part is the privacy!

Loved location. Been there several times. Cabin needs update. Dresser is old. Pool table and equipment showing age. WiFi was terrible. Some money spent to update would make it a solid 10 across the board.
Had a few hiccups with hot tub, fireplace and internet wasn't working , bathtub faucet had a very steady dripping flow of hot water, air filter had missed a few changes , several small other things. I'm anal about cleanliness and things being maintained. Service was phenomenal, cabin and location was good. Just needed a little attention and I do understand things happen, get overlooked, unreported and rental properties get abused or overused, it was handled quickly and professionally, will be reserving many times in the future and absolutely recommend cabinsusa. The cabin was not entirely what I expected based on the photos, I would recommend updating them. The hot tub jets were not very strong and I was not happy that the hot tub did not have privacy screens like the other cabins. Especially since we could see the closest cabin from the front porch so it wasn't as secluded as I thought it was based on the description. My husband and I still enjoyed our stay and his birthday. Also it was still really chilly at night so I would have loved to been able to use the fireplace since it was cold in the front but really warm in the bedroom and bathroom. I would also recommend that you all advise guest that the GPS cannot be trusted for this cabin and offer guest who do express check in the address to one of the cabins in front to use in there GPS and then direct them to the correct cabin in the email. Overall we enjoyed our stay the staff was very helpful and friendly and I will definitely book with Cabins USA again.
Great cabin. The couches were a little old and uncomfortable. But the everything else was great. Enjoyed our time in Pigeon Forge and will definitely use you again and recommend you to anyone staying in the area.
The cabin was nice. Room to small for pool table. We had ants an the maintenance guy that came out sprayed for them but did not get rid of them. The service was great for the heat not working it was fixed very quick.. the area around the cabin needs to be cleaned up an road to it needs some serious cleaning up an limbs cut that hit your vehicle. Need some gravel in the big mud holes we kept driving thru.
Another incredible stay at one of the cabinsusa cabins. I only make down every 4-5 years and I am always satisfied with my experience. I've never stayed in the same cabin twice, and yet they all feel like home. Looking forward to my next trip and another stay with cabinsusa.
Love it was so peaceful and they had everything ready for us it was easy to check in and easy checking out already told some of my friends to use this company
We loved the seclusion of the cabin as well as how close to everything we were. I rated low for cleanliness because every air vent had some kind of chewed up insulation in them and it definitely could have been cleaned out because the vents were shut and the insulation or foam was on top of the part that closes inside the vent. Otherwise it was relaxing and nice!
It is too bad that you have so much built around the cabin. Beautiful place, rustic. Had some problems with the hot tub but worked past it. Maybe some instructions located in the cabin that could explain use especially for novices. The lady I spoke with tried to help. All in all a very quiet, nice stay and would stay again!
There was a musty smell inside the cabin and we found ants on the counter. The pool table, which is a nice idea, is to big for the room because you do not have the room to shoot without your pool stick hitting the wall. It would rather make a nicer bedroom or something. It is not completely private like we had thought due to the neighbors on the hill next to it who, by the way, was playing loud music and building something. Our last night there we were woken by scratching sounds and upon inspection found small pieces of insulation on the floor.. not sure what it was but.. suspect a mouse.
The staff was great we enjoyed the area immensely. It was our first trip to that area and we plan on returning. The location of the cabin in general is nice due to the fact you are only a couple minutes drive to the Main Street. Thank you for a great trip!

We stayed here a few days ago.The cabin was very clean.Although there were ants in the kitchen.There is a big privacy fence on one side that is broken in places needs to be fixed.Could not use the sofa bed it was as hard as the floor.Pool table to big for the room.Would be so much better if that was a bedroom.Very peaceful.We would use cabins usa to rent another cabin,but not this one.
There were ants in the Kitchen. A lot of ants. The location was great for convenience to pigeon forge/dolly wood...but there is not a great view and there is this big ugly fence right on the property line that is not mentioned in the property description nor is it shown in the pictures.
The cabin was great. The whole process was very quick and easy. While we were there a tree fell across the drive way, someone came within 30 minutes and removed it. Excellent customer service!!
We absolutely loved it!! It was perfect for us!! I would make a couple of suggestions though, we noticed the cabins in front of us had some privacy to the Hot tub but ours didn’t. With that one being on the front porch and on that end, I would suggest maybe putting up a privacy wall. Also the pool table is great but way too big for that room. You couldn’t play a game comfortably due to the walls. Other than those 2 things it was the best!!
This cabin was in a great location. Bed was comfy. Cuches culd be updated. We ad a Tree fall across re driveway leaving us stuck most of the day. Called company at 8 a.m., had to call re a few times. Someone finally showed up about 1:30 to remove tree. But all in all it was a enjoyable stay.
Although our stay was only for the weekend, this was our second booking with Cabins USA. We love that they have one night rentals available. Our cabin was in a perfect location. We were only about 5 minutes from town but in a very private secluded area. There was a convenience store close to our cabin also. We definitely recommend this property for couples or small family. Cabin was very clean when we arrived. Very hard to play pool in the room where the table is, as the room is too small for the pool table. The closets were stocked very well with extra pillows and sheets. There are plenty of towels to utilize with the hot tub also. Hot tub was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need for cooking. The only recommendation we have is to update the worn couch and love seat. ( they definitely need it ) and utilize the room where the pool table is as an extra bedroom instead.
We would definitely visit this property again.
Cabin was outstanding. Very easy to find. Place was spotless. Hot tub worked perfect. Little hot first night, turned it down halfway and the water temperature was perfect. One mile from all the stores. One big benefit was right down the street, there was little convenient store that sells a little bit of everything. I will be back. This was my forth time staying with Cabin USA. What you see is what you get. No hidden surprises. I do have one very small issue, The couch could be upgraded. No problems with it. It just had a lot of wear. Thank you!!
The cabin was very close to everything and had flat parking which we like and can be hard to find when you’re staying in the mountains. It was clean and comfortable, perfect for us and our year old son.
We did have to call maintenance because a tree fell in the driveway and blocked us in! They responded in less than an hour. We were very happy with the quick response since we we stuck there.
We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends
The cabin was exactly as described, had a issue with the hot tub but when I called they sent someone right out before we even got back and was ready to go.Highly recommend
The jets on the hot tub did not work. There were little ants on the counter. Upon leaving I realized the kitchen sink was leaking. We enjoyed the cabin, it really was a Peaceful Getaway. The entrance to the driveway was a bit steep with loose gravel which was a bit dangerous since we had our motorcycle on this anniversary getaway. We hope to get back to Pigeon Forge and will use Cabins USA again. It is a great value.
we love the cabin it was are second time staying there its close to town but the ants needs to be address on the counter tops and needs some pot holders for when cooking but other than that great place to stay and we will be renting that cabin again next year and the staff was great also
We were very satisfied with our stay at the Peaceful Getaway Cabin. It was a very quiet and secluded location. We will stay at this location again should we come back to the area. Diana & Buddy
This is our second stay at this cabin; we enjoyed it very much, and the easy access to other places to go to. Minor "Cons" were minimal
a lamp was missing in the living room........we had to buy a lamp. The porch light was out.........had to buy bulbs. Other than that, we
had a good time, as usual. We briefly lost water due to repair at one of the other three cabins on the same line, which was very quickly resolved.

Other than furniture really needing to be updated -- great experience.
No coffee filters -- had to run out and get some upon arrival / but otherwise had all we needed.
We had to call two days in a row to get the r=fireplace to work - the second day it wasn't fixed until 9:30 pm which was almost too late to enjoy the fireplace.
We had a wonserdul stay on our annivsary trip!! Great cabin great location. I would would here again!! Just light up the sign and the road so people foot drive past it like we almost did! Thanks
This cabin was perfect for a couple and extremely clean. It had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. I was extremely satisfied with everything and will always pick Cabins USA any time we go back to the Smoky Mountains.
we very much enjoyed the cabin, its location to other places like the Gatlinburg Golf Course, the ease of getting into and out of, and the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Only negative thing we encountered was the aggressive bear who seemed to like to visit us. He got into our trash which caused us to have to keep ALL trash inside. He also liked the hot tub ! Threw the cover out into the yard and helped his self to a bath.......and he didn't put the lid back on. :-) We will be coming back to that cabin, but..........in the meanwhile, you all need to contact your local wildlife people to trap this bear and relocate him before others come to this cabin.
My boyfriend and I had a great time while recently visiting Pigeon Forge. We really enjoyed the Peaceful Getaway cabin. The only complaint that I would have was the pool table was a little too big for the room - it was hard to shoot the balls with the pool sticks. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this cabin!
If you get a chance while in Pigeon Forge go visit Dollywood and the new Alcatraz museum! Both attractions are fun. :)
Hot tub was amazing, everything thing was clean. Only a couple down falls, hard to play pool with the such small room, main front door was kinda hard to shut, no big deal though, An if you drive a big truck or SUV it may be a bit hard to turn around at the cabin and may have to back all the way down the drive way. Other than that, it’s perfect for a couple to stay at.
We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was great, no real problems. The only minor inconveniences we had were hardly worth mentioning and may have even been my own fault on some level. The hot tub either didn't have enough jets or they were not all working and neither were the lights in the tub. No real biggie!! I have stayed in a lot of cabins in different areas and they always had aluminum foil and salt and pepper, the 3 things I did not pack or pick up at store on the way in, lol. Again, no biggie, my fault and the store wasn't far away. Other than that, as others have said, the room with the pool table could be put to better use, way too large in that room to play, but again no worries as I don't use game rooms much myself, but if you brought along children something else, even a 2nd bedroom may be more suitable. Lastly, and I should have researched better, if you are wanting a view, forget it, there is none, and I mean none, just a long driveway in the woods and there you are, the hillside on one side and a big fence on the other. Overall, I would stay here again, it suited our needs perfectly and most important to me was clean. We had no problems, and no need to call maintenance or anyone. The express check-in/check out was great!! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Loved how far back in the woods this was and gave us a remote feeling. Never heard any vehicle noises from traffic that was nearby.
After dispensing with a few cobwebs and a "sewer smell" from under the sink, (a wet and dirty cutting board was left under the sink), the cabin was in great shape, The bed is in desperate need of replacement as noted in previous reports and we did report this. We fixed this by sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed. It worked! I would definitely recommend the stay for 2 people. Four adults would be crowded. All amenities were working perfectly. Check in and check out staff were extremely pleasant. We used this as a base camp for exploring the Smokey Mountain area. Please keep in mind that this is located in Pigeon Forge and be ready that this is the "Las Vegas of the South". - Not the remote backwoods calm. You will be driving through tons of traffic to get anywhere. That being said, I would still recommend Cabins USA as a reputable and accommodating company to book through.

The cabin was ok as far as location . The WiFi internet wasn't working when we arrived so I called to get it looked at . The maintenance was sent out but as hard as he tried it never worked . The pool table was way too big for the room that it's in. It was pretty private area but not a real view of anything . The front door stuck too and didn't feel very secure when it was locked , really needs to be fixed . There is a security light out in the driveway but it wasn't working but thank goodness the front porch light worked . I've stayed at two other cabins through cabins usa and this one was my least favorite.
My husband and I stayed in the peaceful getaway it was super clean out to it's self just what we needed to get away . I think it's a little pricey but all in all a good place to stay
Close to town but still have privacy. When you turn onto the road you see several other cabins, but this one is back away from the others. Easy to find. Clean. Hot tub was great! Perfect for a couple to relax and have a "peaceful getaway".

The cabin was nice, but was disappointed with the cleanliness. The floors hadn't been swept or mopped. We reported it and send a picture of the dirt we swept up to customers services. They sent someone out to take care of it but they still didn't do areal good job. My only recommendation for the cabin itself is a new couch and love seat it's not comfortable. Other than that we had a great time. We would recommend the company and the cabin also just needs better people to clean it.
Secluded little area, but right next to everything. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was well equipped. My two kids (10 & 8) and I had a blast and enjoyed the cabin. We hope to return next year.

Cabin was nice and clean, couch needs updated it's not very comfortable at all, the bed matress is lopsided it was hard to get comfortable, can't play pool there is not enough room to use the pool sticks, and it's unlevel, some spots you feel like your walking down hill. I do love cabins USA and will stay with them again.

The Check in and Check out was Awesome! We never had to deal with people and lines!The Cabin was Very Neat and Clean and very Comfortable! It was Peaceful although we didn't get to use Hot tub on porch because the fire burn all the way around the Cabin and all you could smell was where it had burn!The Pool table was a good thing to have however the pool sticks need replaced some even had tip broke off them and the room where pool table is located isn't big enough! Could not get the DVD to play! Would I stay there again No and the reason is I think with you Not being able to use Hot tub because the fumes from the fires were so strong the owner should have at least took some off the price! They never called to see how things were or anything!
We had a wonderful time and check in and check out was the easiest I have ever experienced and quick! The cabin was wonderful and we had no problems with anything. We will definitely be back and request A Peaceful Getaway for our next visit! We had everything we needed right there! Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation!

My experience was very good!! The cabin was clean and neat. The check-in process was great, easy and everything worked as it should. The only issue was not enough bath towels, luckily we had some of our own. I will book again!!!

My ratings are based on the code not working on the door upon check in where we waits for an hour for someone to let us in. The cabin was pretty deep behind the trees so I wasn't quite feeling safe. The staff did though, everything they
Could to remedy the situation and even discounted the room for the inconvienance. They even changed the code on the door and showed us how to get in. I would use the company again but just would pray something like that never happened again. Thoroughly enjoyed myself on my 5 year anniversary!

The cabin was very Beautiful. The only issue we had was the mattress was very firm. Very hard to sleep on. We did not have a good night's sleep any of the nights staying there.

Peaceful Getaway is a good cabin and the location is great. When we arrived however the cabin was not cleaned from the previous guest. I called Cabins USA and they took care of the problem while we went out to diner. The TV's there were great and the internet was really fast. The pool table was in nice shape, but it is hard to play in that small room that it is in. I would recommend a new cover for the hot tub though, it is worn down. Over all, this was a good cabin for the price and we enjoyed our stay!

A peaceful get away is a very nice cabin for two, secluded but only 5 min. From Dixie stampede, was clean, plenty of towls, dishes and cookeware. has washer and drier, the hot tub was nice and clean. The room where the pool table is, is to small to play pool...

We had a great spring break here! Our biggest down fall was the hot tub cover, it was horrible! It was old and very heavy, to the point of us not even using it! Overall nice cozy cabin!! We will diffantly book with Cabins USA again!!

The cabin was great. My GPS didn't take me to it, but a quick turn around and I was there. The hot tub was set to lowest temperature, and had to set up on hot, but it was ready within a couple of hours. I recommend bringing a couple of pots and pans if you can. They had plenty, but had been used extensively and were scratched and a little warped.
The driveway is a little small so there's not a ton of room to turn a large vehicle around. Works ok with SUV.
We had a great time and will definitely stay again.

I think the pool table room would be better with video game system in it instead of the pool table. The ac unit kept running with cold air coming out of it when we were not even using it.

My husband and I stayed at the peaceful getaway for our Anniversary in October. It was Fabulous!! Very clean,homey and back away from the other cabins. Great location. We will definitely be going back. Jennifer Johnson
As in past reviews, the couch/sleeper was old and extremely UNCOMFORTABLE; suggest you getting a new one and possibly a recliner chair. Only two dining chairs and their were three of us. Also, the outside security light was out and I believe that has been mentioned in past reviews also. Overall, it was a pleasant experience though and the amenities were numerous: large screen tv, dishwasher, washer- drier, comfortable bed, hot tub, etc.
The "A Peaceful Getaway" cabin was great. We booked this cabin cheaper than the holiday Inn express down the street (Do not go there by the way) and my wife and I were extremely happy with our cabin. Much better than the other hotel and felt like we were in the comfort of a home. There was a few things that could be changed but very minor details, small drink stain in the pool table room but the rest of the floors were spotless, looks to be swept daily. The location is the only thing I marked as an 8 only because it gives a creepy lane vibe to it but once inside it's great. The only thing that should be changed for sure is that the front door windows must have blinds or curtains so if for some reason someone came back there they couldn't see in. But we just hung paper towels in the window to get rid of that creepy feeling. The staff was excellent, very professional checking us in and getting us a cabin right away. Always using yes sir and yes ma'am. All and all I would highly recommend this company and cabin rental. It was the highlight of our vacation and saved our experience we had with the other place. Oh and to save you about 15 mins of your time, if you plan to take a shower in this particular cabin you must pull down on the bottom of the bathtub faucet to make the water come out of the shower head. This seems to be an issue with the guest before us because the shower head was pulled slightly out of the wall. I fixed this for them. Just a recommendation that they put these instructions in the welcome pack or update the shower head to avoid confusion.

Nice little cabin , close to all the attractions but yet secluded ... clean but the couch wasn't very comfortable and the hot tub was a little slimy to the feel and the dusk to dawn light wasn't working but all in all I'd give it a 7 and would more than likely visit it again and thanks
We loved how secluded the cabin was for our honeymoon. We were unable to stay our entire stay due to an emergency at home and the staff at Cabins USA we very understanding! We will defiantly come back and stay with you again!!!

We stayed for 3 nights. The location was great. It was by itself and secluded. The cabin was very clean. The issues we had with it was the pool table is to large for the room it's in. It is very hard to play pool in the room. The hot tub was not very hot. It was like taking a Luke warm bath and there is not light when it gets dark. The porch light doesn't give off much light. Another light needs to be put in over the hot tub. The pull out bed wasn't very comfortable per my son but those normally are not. A few night there were some loud fireworks or something going off that was loud and annoying but only lasted about 30 or 45 minutes. All in all we enjoyed the cabin and look forward to booking another one in the future.
This was our first time renting a cabin so I didn't really know what to expect. However once we got there all my worries were put to rest. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed, the customer service was friendly and knowledgeable, and the location was absolutely perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about A Peaceful Getaway, and we're already planning to come back next year.

My wife and I had a very relaxing stay here at "A Peaceful Getaway". Was a convenient location to shopping, restaurants and attractions but still very peaceful and private. Will look forward to staying here again on the future.
My wife and I were here for our honeymoon. The staff was so nice and anything we needed they would do there best to fix it or get it within reason. The cabin does have other cabins nearby but is the most private of the 4 that surround it. The cabin was worth the month we spent and we really have no major complaints. The only thing we both said we would have changed is the couch is very uncomfortable and the pool table is too big for the room it is in but that is nothing that would keep us from staying with this company in the future. Also if you go during the winter bring tire chains unless you have a 4 wheel drive because getting to the cabins in the snow and out can be kinda fun if you don't. Overall our stay was great!!!!
We really loved the cabin and the location. The only thing we were dissatisfied about was when we did the walk in to get a cabin we where not told that if you do 4 nights you can get a 5th night free. we found a brochure on it. We had to check out after 4th night and find a motel. We will definitely come back but we will check more into it.

This was the perfect honeymoon cabin, private & clean, close to every attraction; everything was perfectly fine and have already recommended it to friends & family. We wanna come back!
We came in the middle of the week. The check in is very straightforward and is thorough. We arrived..found the Cabin to be exactly as described..is very clean and neat inside. The needed items..Towels..soaps, DW soap etc., were supplied and very helpful. Beware...it is really dark there at night...the security light on the pole doesn't work...so coming back at night is a bit scary at first...the porch light came on though so that is good. I cooked out on the grill late 1 night...was nervous...haha..a chicken here... We had an excellent and relaxing couple of days...we would book again, but for more days next trip.
My husband and I had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place for some alone time and it was close to all the restaurants and the attractions. The only thing my husband wasn't fond of was that the billiard room was a little to small for the pool table.

I enjoyed my stay at A Peaceful getaway. It was a little Mir private than the cabins on the same drive as us. We stated here for our honeymoon and had everything we needed. I was especially pleased with the abundance of cooking tools. Food costs a lot in Pigeon Forge when eating out. I'm glad I had the utilities needed to cook in. The only problems we had were the huge spiders enhabiting the front porch which kept us from using the hot tub as much as we could. The pillows were very flat and left us with some neck pain early in the mornings. The pool table room was a little small to play pool in, but that's nothing major and we still made it work. Overall, I was very happy with this cabin. I would recommend this one & stay again.

There was only a couple issues I had with this cabin. The pool table was to large for the room and not enough space. The hot tub being on porch may be good for warmer weather but not convinent for winter weather. Water was not hot enough in shower. When I was looking for a place to stay the price shown was eye catching and seemed very reasonable but when registering all those other add ons made it pretty expensive. Overall it was a very nice cabin and we was happy with our stay and the privacy.

Our stay was an awesome experience only had a problem with the intruders,the whole weekend there was an infestation of large black ants inside the cabin. However this will not deter our return. Already planning a church retreat

Very nice cabin. Pool table room was too small for the pool table itself. No room for full length pool sticks. The hot tub was way too hot and had soo much chlorine in it, it was not relaxing at all. I understand chlorine is used to kill bacteria, but It was too strong for my wife and myself, we were only in it briefly. Not much of a view, the cabin is between two ridges.
Very nice cabin though, all kitchen appliances worked and were clean and is close to town.
We had a great time. Once you got past the cabins out by the road the cabin was nice and secluded and quiet!! In some cabins your bed isn't so comfortable.. not in this cabin.. the mattress rocked!! It rocked so much that it made my husband and I realize how bad we need a new mattress. Loved everything about this cabin!! We have used Cabins USA before and would recommend the company to all our friends.
The cabin was great. We loved that it was secluded and very clean. The concrete drive from the main street was a bit steep and slippery in the rain. The gravel road was narrow and had several dips which filled up with rain and became huge puddles that almost took over the entire road. The more it rained the more we were worried about the road flooding to the point we would not be able to get in or out of the cabin.
The cabin was great and in a great location. The only problems, not wireless internet for the duration of the stay and the room in which the pool table was placed was way too small. There was no room to move around the table.
very nice cabin,the gravel drive could probably use some attention as it has a fairly large pothole that someone may not notice if they were going to the cabin after dark
We stayed in A Peaceful Getaway in June of 2013 and overall we loved the cabin. It is very close to the parkway, yet secluded and private. Very close to Dollywood, which was the reason for our trip this year. The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend replacing the living room sofa though. There is very little padding in the cushions and you can feel the sleeper underneath when you sit. The sleeper could not be slept on at all. My 14 year old son was going to sleep on it, but the mattress felt like springs wrapped in thin fabric....no padding at all. I would suggest removing the pool table from the second bedroom and putting in air hockey and a futon. The room is really too small for the pool table anyway. For the life of me, I could not figure out how to turn the shower on. There is no knob that I could find or handle to be pulled to turn it on, so I had to take a bath instead. We never could get the wi-fi to work either. It required an access code, but the person I spoke with in the office said that it shouldn't. She suggested I reset the modem, but that didn't help. I even tried plugging it directly into my computer. She was helpful and offered to have someone come look at it, but we were didn't want to wait. We had planned on being out and about for most of our stay. We stay with Cabins USA every year and we will be back next year, but probably won't stay in this cabin again.
Our stay was very nice. We had a problem with the shower but your staff did everything to remedy it for us.
There were only two issues.
The peaceful setting was not quite as peaceful as we expected with the guy next door zooming up and down his drive ( behind the privacy fence hiding a trailer). The "creek" was littered with trash also.
The final morning, when we awoke, imagine our surprise that a pair of womens panties fell out of my husbands pillow case. That was less than impressive. Up until that point we had no issues with the cleanliness.
The cabin itself was very nice and comfortable. We did enjoy our stay.

We stayed in A Peaceful Getaway for our 16th anniversary and it was aptly named. Everything worked properly and it was private but with the convenience of being close to the main strip. We would be happy to rebook this cabin again and probably will in the future.
The cabin was wonderful, but my husband and I have one suggestion; instead of the pool table in the room, we would suggest maybe a air hockey table. The space of the room is too small for a pool table.
I enjoyed the cabin the hot tube should have been more private. we could not ever get the internet to work and i called for help and to my knowledge no one ever came to fix it because it did not work the whole weekend.
