We love Cabins USA! Our group has been using Cabins USA for over 10 years. This cabin was one of our favorites. The location and level parking was an extra bonus. Very close to all the stores, shows, restaurants and activities we were looking for. This cabin had sufficient kitchen utensils and items needed to cook any and all meals. Rooms were comfortable and the entire cabin was spacious.
There were a few minor housekeeping issues with clogged sinks and the fireplace, but the maintenance personnel was to come out and take care of the issues.

We will be back!! Hope to be able to book this for next year.

It was a wonderful experience the place we originally booked the pipes broke due to the freeze, but they contacted me straight away and gave us multiple options to choose from as our replacement. Also, during all this, we were about 4-5 hours away from arriving, but they took care of it asap. The cabin we picked was beautiful and had plenty of space for the ten of us plus my two dogs. The driveway was good, and the drive to town was great not too far, but far enough away, it was quiet, and their was enough space to walk the dogs. The view was beautiful, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

good spot, but the cabin needs to be deep clean... ceiling fan had so much dust bluild up on them, couch had so much trash and debris under them, sheets and covers were dirty, broken lamps and remote controls in every room had no batteries in them, windows were flirty and it smelled like sewage at night so you couldn't sit on the pouch at night. No trash put up the entire stay, by the time we left we had over 15 bags of that every night the raccoon got hold to it.

My family had an amazing time. We will definitely be returning soon. Our cabin was great and provided more than enough room for our group. We didn't have a single complaint and have already recommended your website and the cabins we used to our friends and other family members. If I were to offer any recommendations, it would be that increased staff during busy times be considered. We called for assistance and it took almost 2 days for someone to come to our cabin. Also...I recommend all TV remotes be checked for good batteries...and that the appropriate remotes be left in the rooms for the televisions they operate. We spent the first 24 hours without television in the main room because of the remotes not working...turns out it was the last remote to be checked, from a room in the basement. :) ALL IN ALL...A GREAT TIME WAS HAD BY ALL!!! Thank you for the amazing memories our family will have forever!!

The management company is AMAZING!!!! The cleaning company should definitely be let go and hire a different company. There was food, other people's belongings and debris under the couches and in the cushions. The dishwashers start button cover is broken so you have to stick your finger into the hole to start it and microwave handle was broken off (no big deal to me, just fyi). One hot tub had a huge chip out of the inner plastic or whatever material it is and cut my granddaughter. I called the management company and they sent someone over right away and took an incident report and made sure she was ok. The other hot tub stopped working the next day and they sent someone over to fix it. There wear parts that needed to be ordered so when it got fixed we were able to enjoy it for the last two nights there. We did get some money reimbursed back to us. The only other thing was the ant problem.... Ugh they were HORRIBLE! We kept food in the fridge, cleaned the sink and counters like crazy and used vinegar to clean as well, NOTHING helped. So just an fyi about that so it's not a surprise. I am NOT against tell ppl to stay at these cabins or even renting one again BUT I really hope that they can bring in a better cleaning crew and I am NOT a clean freak but finding other people's belongings is a little much for me ????

Absolutely LOVED staying here for my bachelorette trip! There were 14 of us, plenty of beds, and plenty of room. When we arrived 1 of our hot tubs wasn't working so we called and they had a maintenance man out the next morning! Easy check in easy check out. We felt safe and we will definitely be staying with cabins USA again!

My family enjoyed our stay and it was definitely enough room for everyone. The only negative was that the kitchen needs more pots, pans and baking dishes since the cabin can accommodate 22 people. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back again soon.

Power wasn't working in one bedroom when we arrived, but CabinsUSA was extremely responsive. The group had to be in Pigeon Forge right after check in, and when we got back, power was fixed.

After making the call about the power being out in one room, we noticed that the coffee maker didn't have a pot at all, and I tried a few more times to call and never got through. In CUSA's defense, after the first try, they did call back, but at that moment I was driving, so when we got done and I could call back, no answer.

The pockets on the pool table need some major repair or replacing, many held together with zip ties. The dishwasher is 100 percent not attached to the cabinets and is super loose, leans forward when you open, etc. Nothing bad, what I'd consider some normal wear and tear from a rental cabin like that. But wanted to make sure you all are aware of those maintenance issues that if fixed, could really make a difference

Love the Cabins in the Crossing,the ease of the parking,right at Tanger Outlets and some of our favorite restaurants, we have been doing this yearly girls shopping trip for over 15 years and Cabins USA always does us right

This is the second time we have stayed in this cabin.. We love the location and there's plenty of room for our large family group. However, both times we have had ants. And this year the kitchen was not as well stocked. This being said, we will probably try to stay at this cabin again next year since it works well for us.

This was a great Cabin 5 min from the Pigeon Forge strip. Had a lot of room for our family trip of 12. The only thing that could be updated was the tvs in the bedrooms. They were very small and in the bunk bed rooms you could not see the tvs at all not unless you were on the top bunk. The resort pool and playground was nice and just 1 min away from the cabin. Overall we had a great time.

Overall the cabin was great. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had all that was needed for a large group. The wi-fi worked well. Plenty of parking, close to the pool. Minor issues-- missing batteries from the remotes, the propane tank was very low we called for replacement and it came at 11 pm at night. The back door on the bottom floor was not working. Again we called and someone showed up the next day. Luckily someone in our group was able to fix sooner, this was a concern since people sleeping on that floor needed it as an emergency exit. The hot tubs were very nice but difficult to turn off, the controls were well worn. Staff were always very nice on the phone. The location was far enough for views and privacy but close enough to everything. No issues with check in or check out.

Great location! This cabin is less than 3 miles from Tanger Outlet and the main strip so we were very pleased about the location. There was great parking for our 2 vans, and 3 trucks. There was more than enough room for our group. The bunk beds were actually Queens so plenty of room.
The only negative was that the back deck may need some maintenance soon. I loved being able to wake up and go from my bedroom right out to the private deck for my morning coffee. Bathrooms were very clean, bedding was fresh and clean, there was more than enough dishware for us to use. Most importantly, we did not have to go up steep heels and turns to get to our cabin. It was wonderful.

Everything was great. We had a few issues with hot tubs and gameroom they quickly resolved them.

The booking was very easy, check in was great. Check out was easy. The location was perfect, it is like 10 minutes to most attractions. Restaurants are just around the corner, so is Walmart. The house is perfect for a large family, the online pictures are truthful, the house is very nice. It was clean but a little dusty. The pac man machine does not work, the pool table only has one stick. The bathroom sink in the first room to the left as you walk in was stopped up. We woke up the first morning and notice roaches in the kitchen. ????. We only seen them in the kitchen. We had to call maintenanace for a power issue in one of the bedrooms and they came quickly. I will give my overall stay an 8 out of 10. Only because of the roaches. The rest of the issues did affect our stay at all.

Very pleased with the location, size of the cabin and the quiet country atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony/deck at night was relaxing watching lighting bugs. An enjoyable visited overall.
There were some cons, such as, pac man video not working, only one cue stick to shoot pool, multiple remotes for television on lower level, and size of refrigerator. Thin Walls and flooring contributed to noise levels in bedrooms and bathrooms ( no or quality of insulation ). Adjusting the a/c temperature for comfort on all floors was a challenge., but we survived. Handicap provision were not well defined at this cabin.

There were ants all over the cabin, but when contacted your company sent someone that morning to spray for them. They had already gotten into some of our food. When we arrived the beds on the bottom floor were not completely made, so we had to make them before we could sleep in them. Besides these difficulties we really liked the cabin and hope to rent it again next year. Hopefully without the ants and with the beds made. Have a good day. Barbara Hamby

From June 16-20 2021 we brought all of our children and grandchildren and stayed in the timber lodge cabin at the crossing. It was absolutely perfect for our family. It was the perfect location, perfect size we all had plenty of room to move around in. We did all our suppers at the cabin and had everything we needed. Beds were nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. We will be returning again. This was our second time to stay with cabins USA and we have been very satisfied.

Overall the cabin was great for the number of rooms. The cleanness of it was ok for the surface, but as we were hunting for some lost keys, the floor under the love seat was full of dust. There was even a set of measuring spoons under there too!
The other issue was there were A LOT of remote controls. Understandably these can get switched around. Might I suggest color-coding these for each room.

And last, but not least; the place could use more pots and pans. I don't think there was enough for the size of the cabin.

The cabin was vey neat and clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The bedding was so relaxing. I will recommend this cabin when I return. Thanks

We stayed at Timber Lodge for a women's conference. We had 14 women, 2 per room. The cabin is in a great location to hit the back roads and not travel the parkway. The cabin was stocked with a lot of kitchen items. We did not run out of anything. Never could get the WiFi to work but it was not an issue, we enjoyed the fellowship. I have booked with Cabins USA for 5 years now, and have never been disappointed. Already booked next years cabin.

House cleaning needs more attention. The refrigerator was not working properly food did not get cold. Remote Controls did not have batteries or backs on them. The wifi did not work. There were no wash clothes just bath towels. Need larger trash bins. Overall, the House was nice. I will come back to stay at Cabins USA.

The cabin was nice and spacious but the hot tub didn't work and we were given the incorrect WiFi originally. The city wasn't far which was very convenient. The stove was missing a knob we could only use 3 eyes to cook.

Check in and check out was easy, breezy. Loved the cabin. It was very spacious for all of us. However, all of the receptacles where the kitchen sink is located didn't work, one of the eyes on the stove didn't work and the refrigerator didn't get cold. We were there for only 2 nights so wasn't that big of an issue. I contacted the office because both hot tubs wasn't working. Maintenance came and informed us that one of them needed a board and the other was fixed. I would stay again but if it was longer, then I would have requested everything get looked at

The cabin was in good condition, it met the expectations of space and accommodation for everyone in our group (14 in total) although there were several things that could be improved ...
1. cleanliness., the cabin was not completely clean when we arrived.
2. The trash in the trash cans in the main level bathrooms was uncollected. Speaking of garbage, in the 5 days we were there, the garbage was not picked up so we had to place garbage bags on the designated cage and its surroundings.
3. The fireplaces in the rooms at the top did not work at any time. At least the fireplace in the downstairs room worked as the rooms were really cold. The fireplace in the communal area stopped working from the second day on, it was a shame.
4. The top of the stove did not work one of the burners. The small burners were the ones that worked .
It has everything you need in the kitchen. We had to buy liquid for washing dishes and washing clothes, take it in consideration when arriving.
5. Most of the TV don't work.
6. The pool table was in bad condition and the arcade game

The location was excellent , close to everything, including shops and supermarkets.

Overall, this cabin was exactly as I expected. The location was good and very close to everything including Walmart. It was spacious and allowed for a large group to move about the cabin easily without feeling crowded. However, there were a few things that I was not satisfied with as listed: (1) The big grill barely worked. I had to cook for a large number of people on the smaller grill which honestly wasn't much better. The drip pan was unavailable which caused the for large flames (2) The refrigerator didn't keep items cold. It was on the highest setting to cool and items felt room temperature after multiple hours. (3) The ice machine barely made any ice while it was actively on for many hours. (4) The variety of cooking pots/pans was very limited. Only one flat baking sheet was available. Skillets were uneven which made it hard to cook on a flat top. Also only having one large burner and three smaller ones, two that actually worked made it hard to cook as well. (5) The couches need to be replaced. They are very sunk in and make it hard to get up as you are almost sitting on the floor. (6). The cleanliness of the cabin didn't match the cost that you pay for cleaning. I sat on the couch and my keys got lost. When searching the couch I found: huggies baby wipes, a pack of opened chocolate chip cookies, socks, and many crumbs and various other items. Dishes are expected to be washed however, only hand soap was available in the kitchen, and no dish liquid or dishwasher liquid or pods were available. I had to purchase these items myself. Also, the trash bags provided were so cheap the bag ripped inside the trashcan with only a couple items. I had to purchase thicker trash bags during my stay for regular household items. (7) Directions of how to lock the cabin when leaving were not clearly stated. I had to call the office to figure out how to lock the door from the outside using the keypad. The office staff was also confused on the type of lock on the door for the specific cabin which made that process take longer than expected. (8) The lighting on the front porch/balcony was very dim at night making it hard to see your surroundings. The motion sensor light requires you to walk off the porch in the dark before it activates. This could lead to potential danger. (9) Some wall outlets are very loose making it hard to plug in and charge items. (10) No blinds were available in the living room area which limited privacy at night and blinded you during the day by the rising sun. Other than those things, I, along with my group enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Bed spreads were stained, beer cans were in the drawer where my kids slept, laundry room had a could odor, kitchen trashcan dirty with juice boxes and q tips

I was really disappoint with the cabin. The couches has a lot of wear and tear. It is really hard for an elderly person to get up off the couch because the cushions are sunk in. They need to be replaced. One of the jacuzzi's on the top floor did not have cold water at all. The sink in the other bedroom on the top floor did not have cold water. One remote had duck tape on the back of it. The amount of money that was spent on this cabin, a lot of things definitely should have been different. The outside of the cabin needs to be pressure washed. A lot of very big spider web nest and could tell it had not been cleaned in a very long time. No one came and removed the trash out of the bin outside the entire time we were there. There were 2 stovetops that did not work at all. With the COVID pandemic, I figured it would have really been cleaner than what it was. We wiped down there railings going up and down the stairs and they were black. We then knew we basically needed to clean the entire cabin and that is what we done. The hot tubs didn't work properly. It took 4 days for one of them to warm and the other one never did. The one that did get warm, the jets didn't even work. The express check in went really well and the code worked.

The only issue was with a newer lock and some confusion with our entry code at check in. I got one email a day before we arrived (I did Express check in) that had a key code. The next day (day of arrival) I got an email that said to call when we got there to get the key code for entry. When we arrived, I tried the code I had received the day before and it did not work. I called and it took probably 20 minutes on the phone to get the proper key code. So maybe just better coordination on the key code would be useful and how you communicate that to the customer. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

I love coming to this cabin but this visit I was not happy. We had ants, the back 2 stove isles don't work, my bed sheets has stains on them and the jacuzzi tub knob was off so I couldn't use the cold water. Other than that I enjoyed the cabin. I still will return again.

Timber lodge was a nice large cabin with plenty of space for the family. The beds were comfortable for a rental. The AC worked extremely well. As other reviewers stated the couches need replaced. It was extremely difficult for my elderly father to get out of the couch and often required assistance and it would be nice to have additional seating in the living room area to be able to sit together . Let me state that I live in a rural country area, but the ants were incredibly problematic. A few bathroom sinks would be filled with ants and you could leave nothing out in the kitchen. We left a laptop bag by the kitchen bar and the next day when we removed it ants were everywhere in the bag and the laptop (there was not food in the bag). It really does need addressed. In addition, we were cautious of the outdoor rockers as they appeared to have dry rot. Other that than that the house was very clean, well taken care of and in a convenient location. The resort was well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed out time and with the fix of the few minor issues listed above it would be a cabin I would return to.

Actually enjoyed our stay at the cabin didn’t realize how steep the hill was until I actually walked up and down it I would definitely recommend cabins USA to anyone!!!

Lovely place we enjoyed everything,I think you all need to add an address at the bottom of the hill it makes looking for the cabin much easier! I loved that lil sub division, all the supplies we need were at the house besides an iron! Last but lest please up date the living room furniture The couches are sunk in you can tell it has worn its welcome!overall the place was nice

The only complaint I heard was the condition of the couches.

The cabin exceeded my expectations!!! We really enjoyed our stay and was pleased with the staff of Cabins USA. There were a few things that we thought that should be addressed. All three couches in the house need to be replaced. When you sit on them, they are comfortable but it is very hard to get up because you sink into them. There is a shag type rug that is in the living room that sheds like crazy. We had to roll it up and place in the corner to keep from sweeping every 10 minutes. I'm not sure if there is a plumbing problem or what, but when someone upstairs goes to the bathroom you can smell it throughout the house, even on other floors. Other than these minor issues, this cabin is a wonderful place to stay. We had 11 adults and 9 children in the cabin without any issues regarding somewhere to sleep or sharing a bathroom.

Second stay with Cabins USA. We loved this cabin and the fact that they put the Christmas tree in the living room. It's not as isolated or high up like the Four Seasons in Gatlinburg but we needed the space. This time we had 21 people and still had plenty of room. Close to everything and about 30 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg with traffic.


Had to call for the Wifi password, the one on the router is incorrect. You have to call for Garbage pickups otherwise nobody will come. The grill had years worth of grease piled up; cleaned it up for the next folks to enjoy since it had not been done. Clogged bath tubs. Didnt bother messing with the indoor jacuzzi's, but the jets looked full of gunk. The ropey rug in the living room sheds a lot, we removed it and placed it again when we left. The large screen TV is netflix capable but cannot access any of it's smart functions because the original remote is non-existent.


Nonetheless, this cabin is great for large families. Lots of beds, very comfortable, and lots of space.

This cabin is perfectly located! It is so close to all the action and very easy to find. It is a very beautiful cabin. The only complaint we would have is it could use a new sofa. It had a hole and was kind of worn. It is definitely worth a try!

Had a great time. The Cabin location was great, it’s easy to get to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge within a few minutes. The cabin provided lots of room for all 14 of my guest. I cannot wait to book next year.

We had a wonderful time and our stay was great

Great place! Our friends had a blast! A couple of suggestions. 1) Make room for more garbage cans. With seven bedrooms, two garbage cans fills up in a matter of hours. Trash was piled up until we called once or twice a day. 2) Get a new carpet in the living room. Something modern. The straw carpet was falling apart and made it so we had to sweep multiple times per day. Other than that, great location and great place!

Timber Lodge is a beautiful cabin. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck and enjoying the cool breeze. The furniture in the sitting area was a little worn but we didn’t do much sitting on it anyway, so it wasn’t a problem. The only problem we had was we had ants in one of the bottom floor bedrooms, but the staff immediately took care of them. We Loved It!!! I would definitely recommend this cabin. Cabins USA rocks!!!

We love staying here. Great cabin for the value. Great location. A couple of matience issues but they were solved very quickly. Cant wait for our next trip here. Thanks again cabins usa.

The only complaint, I have is it took 3 different calls to get them to get rid of our garbage. I also recommend getting a can opener, and better pots and pans.

Our family has stayed many times with Cabins USA.
When we arrived this time an exterminator was just finishing up spraying for little ants. I’m sorry to say we had an ant problem but only in the kitchen. I hope this can be resolved, we love the location!

I enjoyed my stay but when we first got there one of the rooms when you take a shower ran down into the room down stairs so no one could shower or use that bathroom that was on the main floor. In my room the tub drip all night long I had to wear earplugs just to go to sleep. 2 of the bump beds did not have latter's to get on the bed 40 and 50 year old people could not get up there so we had to double in beds. The cabin was nice just need to fix those problems.

Dishwasher does not work properly.
Need larger pots in kitchen. The ones there are to small for preparing meals for large groups.
when you turn lights on in main floor bedroom and then the kitchen, will cause breaker to turn off.

Location and size of kitchen and size of cabin was great.

Great stay on comfort i have a 8 because unfortunately our stay it was raining so a lot of time was spent indoors and there was no wifi i called a few times to see if i can get it fixed but didn’t get done but overall amazing cabin loved it would recommend

Everything was good for the family and I , only thing the downstairs bedrooms had ants and was cold

Cabin was beautiful. The bottom level was cold when the rest of the house was warm. It looked like dried up dog poop was on the balcony that went unnoticed by cleaning crew. And cabin should be sprayed for ants. It would be nice if game system was available for free and not just demo mode.

We had to change our fall break plans from the ocean to the mountains because it’s close to home and we had to evacuate the beach we got so lucky because it being fall everything was booked UNTIL we found this cabin it was perfect for our group of 14 booking was effortless, it was spotless, roomy, perfect for 3 separate families, perfect location, we only had a couple of minor things (refrigerator had broken shelves, one bedroom the lights wouldn’t work, and a piece on the hot tub was broke) but we called and they sent someone over right away to fix them and he was so kind when he came I would definitely recommend this cabin and company and I think we have changed our fall break plans to the mountains every year now oh and just FYI a small bear visited our second floor balcony and used it as a bathroom but we just thought it was a funny memory to have

The cabin was beautiful and spacious. It did have pros and cons. They were:
Pros- beautiful, spacious, well equipped, easy access to most of the popular restaurants and sights. Many amenities including pool table, stand up arcade game, washer and dryer and two jacuzzis.
Cons - need deep cleaning, new furniture needed (the couch nearly sinks to ground when you sit on it) dining room chair legs very weak, just about every television remote is missing the back, DVD player would not work, televisions not working at all or with extremely limited channels on most of televisions,( need to keep remotes stocked with fresh batteries because that may have been the issue with the ones that would not come on at all), blinds needed cleaning, king bedroom upstairs had ants

Inspite of the cons I would still recommend because the issues were minor, we weren't there to watch television anyway so it only became a nuisance once we were in for the night. Even then it was late so it was just as easy to just go to bed. The place definitely need more lighting around unit and on decks. Any wild animal could have come up undetected because it was so dark. Also would have love double queens being side by side instead of bunkbeds. Our party was older adults, climbing to top bunk....not fun. Overall everyone enjoyed the cabin and the experience. We would rent again but would hope the owner would have put a little money in the place and made the necessary updates.

The cabin was nice and there was plenty of room for our group. Two minor issues: 1 - the propane grill seem to malfunction. It wasn’t clear whether we needed to purchase propane or if it was supplied. In any case, it took almost 4 hours to grill meat that should have been done in 1 hour. 2 - the couches are well worn. While comfortable, they presented challenges for older members of our group to sit on and get up from the couches.

Otherwise the cabin suited all our needs. Our group has come to the area 4 years in a row and this was the first time I got a request to book a cabin again! Kudos to customer service for helping us with issues on the phone and in person.

We enjoyed our family reunion stay at Timber Lodge. We did have some concerns....we had major ant problems in the kitchen, bathrooms & a downstairs bedroom (we went & bought ant killer). The main tv had 5 remote controls with no instructions, it was not user friendly at all. Some mattresses needed to be replaced as you would “meet in the middle”. The kitchen could use some pot holders, hot pads & more than 1 kitchen towel. Hangers would be nice in the closets. Trash needs to be picked up more often when you have a large group & there are only 2 outside cans. The rugs in the cabin needed to be either cleaned or replaced. Cobwebs on light fixtures & in corners. Curtain rods are up, but no curtains. There are 2 gas grills on back patio & only one is useable & not in good shape. We hate to sound harsh & negative, but we have stayed with Cabins USA for many years from 1 bedroom to very large cabins, & just wanted to share our concerns as we feel this cabin was not up to your standards for the major cost involved and there needs to be some upgrades. For the premium price charged, we expected higher quality. We did create wonderful memories though as we enjoyed family time at the pool, playing games & taking walks down to the pond. We booked another cabin in the fall with Cabins USA & the staff was very helpful. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The only drawback that I have is during the time up until our check-in it was difficult to reach representatives to make our payment it would be nice if once you book your reservation you are able to make your payments online... this will prevent the customer from having to continually call in to make payments only to get a voicemail or never get through

This was one of pur best trips yet. The kids loved our cabin and didn't want to leave despite one mishap that I will not put on here very thing was wonderful. The only thing that I would request is that when we text to checkout, we receive a response back so we are aware the checkout went through successfully.

This was the first time my family had gotten together in years and this was the perfect location. Everyone enjoyed everything about the property and cabin and the views were beautiful. We look forward to our next trip!

The only problem we experienced was the shower head was broken in one of the rooms on the lower level. Tried to call the office to report it and non answer just an answering machine. We decided to just allow the people to use one of the other bathrooms. Also there wasn't enough room for the trash. We had about 6 large bags and there was only enough room in the cafe for two. So we had to keep the other trash in the house

This cabin was wonderful.
The issues were the video game stick was broken.
The porch with hot tubs needs to be enclosed. In 7 days, never used it.. The bears were roaming, even walked on our cars. Muddy footprints are proof.
Also, its too many bunkbed rooms.. The TV's are high on wall.. Children are not always invited. Very uncomfortable for adults. Other than those issues.. Timber Lodge was great....

This is my second time booking with cabins USA. Usually travel with large groups when I visit pigeon forge. This cabin had everything we wanted. Home away from Home. It was so comfortable and fit all 19 of us. 7 bedrooms each with they’re own bathroom. It was very clean. I loved that it had enough space for the kids to play in the back yard. I would definitely stay here again.

Only thing I would I do is to change out The mattresses they are worn out and need news in the 2 on the main floor and took along time for the hot water to work . Other than that the chalet was a very great place to stay.

Great cabin perfect for our needs. Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. Only negative was the entire downstairs area was very cold. Heaters provided for bedrooms but had to leave on all the time to keep bedrooms warm. Also, had a few ants in one of the bathrooms. Cabin has a beautiful view of mountains and is in a quiet area. Had a great time and would definitely rent again.

The cabin was nice the common area was a little small for our large group. The ice maker leaked down into the bathroom downstairs and maintenance was there quickly to get it repaired. Our biggest problem was not being able to heat the lower level. Everyone that slept down there froze. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at house. The house is nice, it is big, it is comfortable, and it is a great value. It can use need a little routing maintenance, There were several minor issues of things not working and they immediately responded it was fixed within 1 hr. Technician was very courteous. However, definitely needs better housekeeping. Housekeeping did not do a great job at all. Garbage is an also an issue. You constantly have to call to get garbage picked up and they do not provide any more garbage bags so bring your own garbage bags. Location was excellent. You are only about 2 miles from the parkway where all the shops, restaurants & attractions are. Over all great amenities. We would rent this cabin again. I would definitely recommend it and we all had a very good time in this cabin.

This 7B/7B is a Great value. We were 22 total . There were some minor issues with maintenance where the AC was not working and they immediately responded and repaired at 12AM in the night. The BBQ grill was not in a great condition and no propane but again after reporting they fixed within 1 hr. Over all great amenities , seamless checkin and checkout process. TV and Speakers could be better. I would definitely recommend it and we had a very good time in this cabin.

Had a problem with ants in kitchen.

On arrival the upstairs air unit wasn't working. Reported the problem and it was fixed on an emergent basis. Very good service. Technician was very courteous.

Location was excellent. You are only about 2 miles from the parkway where all the shops, restaurants & attractions are.

First let me say that we absolutely loved our cabin and it's location.
The things with which we were less than satisfied pertained to customer service.

The check-in process online would have been wonderful, had we been able to actually get into our cabin. It was almost an hour later than the allowed 4:00 pm check-in when we were finally able to get into our cabin because the cleaning crew was still cleaning our house.

The washer in our cabin was broken, and we left messages or talked to Cabins USA several times before a washing machine repairman finally came out to fix it. (And that was Friday morning)

We requested an additional garbage pick up several times also, but that never occurred. I can understand a once a week pick-up for a small cabin, but for a 7 bedroom cabin?? The last night we were there, raccoons or some other animal got into the garbage that was on top of the cage (because we could no longer fit it inside) and spread it all over the front porch. My husband and I spent our last morning in Pigeon Forge cleaning up garbage, because we didn't want to leave a mess when we left town.

We were completely satisfied with this cabin. We were relocated and would like to thank Danielle for her getting us relocated in such a timely matter.
This was a very good location and the cabin was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Cabins at the Crossing is an excellent location.

We had a great trip with friends and our stay at Timber Lodge was phenomenal. It was very spacious, had great views and was close to Pigeon Forge with just a short drive to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. We are already planning our next stay here.

A cabin for 20+ and no trash pick up during our stay was totally unacceptable. We had trash stacked on our porch way out of the cage. By the end of our stay it was stinking and looked horrible. You've got to correct this. Our stay was 6 nights. Again, fix this.

Excellent getaway spot for our extended family of eleven! Well kept, well cared for! Enjoyed every minute!

Nice cabin great location. Close to the outlet mall or can take backroads to the far end of the strip. No wash cloths the first day and when we requested them they brought10-12 for a cabin designed to sleep 20+ people. We had to go buy them. Pool table pocket were broke so balls would drop onto the floor when you would hit a shot. At night there was a strong septic smell outside that keeps us from going out on the decks. Large wall of windows out the back of the cabin was great except the upper widows were pretty dirty so it was a bit of a distraction.

This cabin was perfect for our group (a mixture of couples and their mostly teenage children). The downstairs with the pool table and video game was the perfect area to let the kids play giving us and them the ability to separate and do our own thing. Two hot tubs was great for our large group. The proximity to town was great, but we still had the feeling of being in the mountains. We would rent this cabin again.

My family loves this cabin and Cabins USA. I just would like to be able to check in and go in the cabin if no one has rented it the night before we stay. We travel two hours to get there, so when we have to wait until 4:00 to check-in, we have lost almost a whole day. I do think if check-in is going to be so late, check-out should be much later than 11:00. We have stayed with Cabins USA for years, and we stay at different times of the year throughout the year. This is the first time we have not been able to check-in as soon as we got there if no one had occupied the cabin the previous night. Please go back to that policy!

This cabin is a great value. It is spacious, comfortable, and in the perfect location. Our trip was for our annual shopping trip and while you are in the country with some beautiful views we are minutes from shopping. Also, one of my favorite things is that the drive to it is very easy and do not have to traverse any windy mountain roads.

We had a destination wedding and everything was gorgeous. The Timber Lodge Cabin was spacious enough to allowed our friends and family share this special day with us. We had 7 children's in total and they had a blast between the game room, park, field, etc. I was concerned a lot on the space due to so many people coming, but it was great. The only issue I had was my room upstairs in the 3rd floor, the bathroom was not flushing and it got annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be using Cabins USA again.

This was our first time staying with Cabins USA, but it definitely will not be our last. Everything was Great! Loved the cabin and location. Thanks for asking our trip memorable!

This was our 11th year staying in cabins at the crossing area. This is our favorite cabin so far plan to return next year!! 16 ladies stayed everything worked out great and plenty of parking!

This cabin was just amazing! We had 21 people and it never felt crowed. The kids and adults had a blast with the pool, hot tube and pool table. The views were beautiful and it was so close to Dollywood as well as all of the other places we went to see. My family and I hope to return soon!

The cabin was nice overall especially for my large family. Everyone I spoke to during the reservation process was kind and helpful. There were a few issues such as remotes not working or missing for certain rooms, bar stools were loose, the flushed on the toilet broke, there was a rip in the sofa on the front room, garbage area wasn't large enough for that size family, however when we called in to report it they were prompt in resolving by picking it up. I love that it was close to the pool area. (There was a dead rabbit in the pool but we removed it.) I would recommend this cabin once they replace the obvious wear and tear of the place. Any of this was enough to damper or ruin our stay. We had a blast.

This is the second year that we have stayed at Timber Lodge for a family get together for about 15 people. The property is easy to get to. The express check-in and check-out was great and made it so easy. There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed (a TV and a running faucet). The maintenance man came and fixed them quickly and he was so nice and so helpful. Great place for a family reunion!!

i absolutely enjoyed my say..i only recommend grill up keep,and tv to be upsized in the master bedrooms,but overall its a 10 and i will use cabin usa again!!

very nice place, we had 4 families with 3 children each, the 3 queen bunk rooms in basement worked great for the kids and the adults in the 4 bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. Good location, close to all the neat things to do in the area. Everyone enjoyed our week in the area and staying at this cabin.

The only thing we would have liked to be different was the location on the hot tubs. The cabin has two which was awesome but it was on the ground level in the back of the cabin near the woods. It just didn't make me feel safe. Other than that it was a GREAT cabin!!!

Cabin very nice and spacious for our large group. It has plenty of amenities, is comfortable and clean. The mattresses on the beds were very soft. (am used to more firm mattress). The cabin can also be noisy as all sounds can be heard throughout, but that can be expected from these open style cabins. TV in living room large and nice for this cabin size. WE really LOVED our time there and would return.

My only real complaint is that for the 6 days/5 nights was that no one came for our trash. For a large group eating in most meals it is a must that they come collect the garbage more regularly. We didn't want to leave it outside because of the risk of animals, so we had bags of trash by our front door most of the later part of the week. Even after calling the office 3 times to request trash pick-up, no one came.

The house is perfect, great location and good parking. Our only problem was a mold/mildew problem in one of the basement bathrooms. other than that the house was clean. The rooms were spacious and we were able to visit and play cards or go to our rooms to watch TV.
We will book this property again for next year.

we really enjoyed being in the cabin this past weekend. it was in a good location-close to everything. there were a few things that need attention in the cabin. the stoppers in the bathtubs would not stay down, you can only get one channel on some of the TV's, it was hot upstairs and cold downstairs, there were ants in the kitchen, and the cabin next down hogged up all the parking spaces. it could have been cleaned a little better and the beds could have been made better. all in all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again.

Great way to spend time with family and have your space when too much or you want to just have quiet time. My father celebrated his 85th birthday while I needed family and love to encourage me with prayers and love to continue my treatment for breast cancer. I can do all things through Jesus Christ that strengthens me, family is one of His support systems! Best vacation ever!

I brought a group down for a conference in Knoxville. The cabin was awesome! All the amenities were great!! We intend on renting this property again next year!

It was to cold no heart work good down on bottom. But everything else very very good. i will stay with you all every time

My family stayed at The Timber Lodge 9/12/14-9/14/14. This was the most amazing cabin. It was clean inside & out and everyone in my family had only good things to say about it. We wanted to stay for Christmas this year but its already booked. We will definitely be returning. Also, the staff was very friendly as well. Thanks Cabins USA!

When calling your office ( 4 times)) I was always the 5 person holding. This seemed a little strange to me.

My visit at cabinsusa was wonderful. The cabin was just right for me, family and friends. I really enjoyed it the days that we stayed especially by it been my birthday weekend. I couldn't have picked no other place than a cabin. I was 100 % satisfied with everything.

The Timber Lodge was a great place to stay. We had a wonderful time. I recommend this cabin
