This was a last minute booking for us and we made the reservation by calling. This process was simple and I was instructed to pick up a late check-in packet and go the the office the next day to sign paperwork. I picked up my packet around 11:45pm and they had failed to write my door code for entry on the paperwork.
The tub was backed up and the hot tub was not heating. I called for maintenance to get it to drain as well as to fix our door knob to outside as it was not working. Maintenance was responsive, but unable to fix the door, and instead left us with a physical key, which would still not lock the door. It remained broken throughout our stay and we had to leave it unlocked and hope for the best while we were gone.
The hot tub also went back into eco mode so after heating it went back to cold. I did not want to call maintenance every single day, so we were not able to use the hot tub, our highlight of booking this cabin. I will also note that the large windows in the living room were VERY dirty. I understand these are likely not cleaned often, but these were excessively dirty.
I told the office of all my challenges during checkout and they said they noted it, but really seemed to care less. I will likely call a different cabin company in the future. I have rented quite a few and this experience was the first I have ever had like this.
Everything was wonderful EXCEPT the fact when we got to the cabin at 4pm to check in it was still dirty from the previous guest. While we were standing there trying to figure out our next move the cleaning crew came in, they profusely apologized that it was dirty, they didn't have anyone down as checking into this cabin on our check in day. They got the whole placed cleaned in about 30 minutes and they rest of our stay went off without a hitch. Disappointed that we had to wait to check in, I don't think it was the cleaning crews fault at all they were awesome but it seems like there was a disconnect between whoever schedules them and the crew. We have been loyal customers for about 4 years.
This property is in a beautiful location, but if you drive a pickup truck, you need to know that getting in and out of the driveway is very challenging. The truck can't make the sharp turn into or out of the driveway. We drove further up the mountain and were able to turn around to get in or out of to the property. Also, once we got up the driveway, it was very difficult to turn the pickup around so you could drive down to get out of the property. NO WIFI at this cabin. I was told none of the cabins in Kimble mountain have it when I called to get wifi information when we got there. Phones worked sporadically. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfortable but was noisy when rolling over. Plenty of space in the two bathrooms. We had everything we needed. The cabin had a Christmas tree and stockings hung on the mantle so it was quite cozy when the fireplace was on. The hot tub was nice after a long day exploring. I had to call the office to get my email sent with the door code and address. It was less than 24 hours and had not received the email. Our GPS worked to find the cabin. We loved the cabin but the drive makes us not want to stay in a cabin again unless it is easily accessible. I feel that should be known before you book the cabin. We would have picked another cabin that was accessible by pickup truck.
My wife and I had a great time there, cabin was very clean, the views were great!! If I had only one request is that some living room furniture upgrade.
The cabin was greatly! Cozy, comfortable & had a great view from the hot tub! My only suggestion would be to have the cabins clearly marked out at the road so that they can be easily seen at night. We arrived shortly after dark & had some difficulty locating the cabin since the drive made a sharp turn & up hill to the left.
This was a much needed little vacation for my Husband and I. It was so cozy and relaxing. I specially loved the fire place. The cabin had everything that was needed you didn't have to leave the place for anything.
Very Cozy and romantic for couples! But there were a couple of things....the tight space getting into bed by the vent was hard to get in and out of, the Living room furniture needs to be updated, the rocking chairs needs to be cleaned with new cushions added, wifi is needed no phone access is necessary anything can happen and no way to dial out is scary! We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend Cabins USA
The king size bed was to large to be in the master bedroom. The room is to small for that size bed. The hot tub was just medium warm . I believe the heater is probably going out. You could tell the hot tub has some age on it. Overall we loved our stay. A bear came up. to the cabin. This has very exciting for us. We were on the back deck and he just appeared out of the woods. He didn't bother us, we did take some great pictures.

The location of the cabin is great! Very close to the strip and easy to find. The cabin could use some updating. Microwave didn't really work; it worked but it didn't spin. The bed was ok not the comfiest and I'm pretty sure the bed frame had been broke and they fixed it by bolting it to the wall. There is no WiFi so hopefully you have good service there. The A frame ceiling had black stuff on it not sure what is was but definitely should get it checked out. Really should get new couches lots of stains on them. Tried using the fireplace but it wouldn't come on. Would have called the customer service but my phone service was pretty crappy there. When I did have to talk to someone they were very nice and polite. Would I stay here again probably not unless there was so updates to it. I would recommend the company
I highly recommend Cabins USA!!! Check in and out was so easy. Our cabin was beautiful and so clean. My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary week. We will definitely be using y'all again.
This was our first experience with visiting Pigeon Forge \ Gatlinburg and with CabinsUSA and we could not be more pleased. The cabin was very clean, relaxing and peaceful. I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was, almost as good as home. Check-in\check-out was a breeze. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely use again in the future as we plan on coming g back.
My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Bearadise. We felt like it was secluded enough from other cabins and it was perfect for our honeymoon. The only negative thing is that there are no flashlights or lanterns in case of power outages. The power did go out during our stay and we hunted for flashlights since we didn't want to drain our phone batteries, not knowing how long the power would be out. We ended up sitting in the dark until it came back on after not finding any. Luckily it was only out for an hour or so.
My wife and I were up for our anniversary for a few days and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The cabin was in a very good location and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great. We had an issue with the coffee maker made a call to the office and when we returned from our day a brand new one was waiting on the porch. Another thing I liked about it was we had NO cell service at the cabin which was perfectly fine with me. Peace and quiet. We really enjoyed our experience with Cabins USA. We take a trip to Pigeon Forge a couple times a year and will definitely be using them again.
Bearadise! Watch for bears. We had one come on porch, slide cover off hot tub, turn over trash and then leave.
Good location / secluded yet close to town. Only thing you need small vehicle to turn in and out driveway. Definitely not 250 truck
Bearadise Cabin was a great little cabin for the money. There were a few things that needed work. The cabinet under the kitchen sink had a broken door that was just put back to give the appearance that nothing was wrong. We took a photo and sent it to the lady that helped us get into the cabin because the lock code we were sent in our confirmation packet wouldn't work. The carpenter bees were horrible you couldn't walk or sit outside without being bombarded constantly. The hot tub wouldn't get any warmer than 84 degrees which wasn't a major problem considering the weather was warm when we visited. The coffee maker could use replacing (took almost an hour to brew a pot). All in all the cabin was pleasant, we didn't know the wifi password and didn't really care it was nice to be "unplugged" from the phones. The gas grill was in great shape, all the utensils in the kitchen and the pots and pans were very adequate for 2 people. We have rented from Cabins USA several times and have been pleased overall with the quality and cleanliness of the cabins. We had an issue last year and were told by the service man that they only have 1 guy per 100 or so cabins that could be a huge part of the issue. Spreading the workers too thin doesn't make the issues go away it only magnifies them. We are willing to stay again but have growing concerns......
We had a wonderful!! We always love coming to Pigeon Forge!! The only thing we would like to say negative about the cabin was that it has a smell...something is going on with the commode downstairs and when we first arrived the smell hit us at the door. It wasn't horrible, but definitely there. I bought some air freshener and we used it a lot during our stay. Also the corner guards on the pool table all need to be fixed. One had a screw sticking half way out and actually ripped my pants because I didn't see it. Several others were just sitting in place and feel off while we were playing. Other than that everything was wonderful!! That you and we look forward to our next trip!!
We were very happy with our cabin. Just what we were looking for. Privacy and seclusion but not too far from everything. We would definitely rent from you again. There are just a couple of things I would suggest with the cabin. Maybe leave a couple of extra garbage bags in the kitchen or maybe a bigger trash can. It was over flowing by the end of the week. We did not want to put it outside because there was no lid on the trash can outside, which was my second suggestion because one night we came back to the cabin and something had knocked it over and was rummaging through it. We had only put pop cans in it, no food for that reason. Otherwise everything was great!! I also wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the phone call to check on everything after we arrived. Great customer service all around!!
My boyfriend & I stayed in Bearadise for our anniversary. It was a great cabin! They could work on getting wifi & updating the pool table other than that it was wonderful. Plenty of privacy, not far out of the way, quite, etc. it was everything we was looking for.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed at other cabins before but this is a first time with Cabins USA and Bearadise. Sitting in the hot tub while it was snowing just added to the great experience. The only negative thing I would say about the cabin would be that the pool table is in need of repair but I wouldn't let that deter me from booking again with Cabins USA and Bearadise. Can't wait to schedule our next trip.
I would highly recommend staying with cabins USA and not staying in a chain hotel. Very unique experience and great location. Will 100 percent be coming back.
Me and my wife stayed here for Christmas and it was perfect. Even had snow! Only thing that could of been better would been wifi. I have AT&T and got service pretty good. My wife has Verizon and she couldn't get any. But that was the only little down side. Loved our stay. Would book this cabin again!
Everything was great! Very clean. There was even a full size Christmas tree lit when we came in. Impressive! My only complaint is that the cell service is terrible for that location. We didn't have service all weekend. WiFi would be a huge advantage for this cabin. We hope to stay there again in the spring.
Absolutely beautiful! Everything was exactly as it was advertised and it was one of the best vacations I've ever been on. I will definitely be booking through them again!
We loved our stay at bearadise just wish it could have been longer. Very secluded the driveway is really small hard to turn around if you have a large vehicle. But the cabin had a lot of space very clean nice porch. Cabins USA is easy to rent from and everything has been nice and simple when we use them. Will definitely be using them again.
Bearadise was in a great location. It was close to town, yet still very private. The only inconvenience was the hot tub would not stay at temperature. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, and silverware. There were plenty of blankets and towels. It was a very relaxing stay.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Bearadise, only complaints would be the dvd player did not work, the microwave where the time shown there was a squashed spider, and a few bugs in the bottom of the fridge door. Jacuzzi was nice and we loved the fact it had a pool table!
I gave the amenities a 5 only because there was no WiFi, and I was only concerned about that bc there was NO SERVICE. We could barely send texts, and that was if you were standing at the right spot at the right time. We couldn't make phone calls either. It would be great place if I had my kids with me, but this was a trip for just my husband and I. So I was worried something would happen to them while I had no service. If we left the parkway to go to the cabin we would not be able to contact anyone until we got back to town. It was really nice to be without social media tho. Lastly, The hot tub had algae in it, and only got in once bc I felt like it wasn't cleaned very good. We stay with CabinsUSA all the time, and this is our first complaint. Also, just so everyone knows looking at the photos there is no view, But that wasn't really a concern. I would stay again. Really nice and clean! Great great location from parkway!
The cabin is set up the way the pictures shows the appliances could be updated. The bed was not comfortable and is in need of updating as well as the pillows. The couch pillows are sinking and could be updated as well. For the price that you pay I was expecting top comfort. The cabin is secluded but could use some trimming of the trees in the back. You have no views. Could use more chairs on the back there are only two. The incline is steep and if you are driving anything other than a car it may be hard to turn around especially if you have a trailer attached. Other than that the stay was great close to town. Could use WiFi because had no cell phone signal and no phone in cabin to call out.
Everything was a 10, other than a few slight issues. The fridge handle was dirty, a few of the dishes were dirty (not sure if the utensils were left like that from the previous renters), and the kitchen had some an infestation of big black ants.
Check in and out, was done by my cell phone (online and text) very simple! Close to everything (30 min max to downtown)
Other than that, we cleaned the dishes we needed to use and cleaned after using... we also Lysol everything (furniture, remote, linen) to be safe.
Nice secluded cabin! I would definitely book again... just another cabin to explore my options.
This was everything I hoped for and more. My fiance and I had a great time. The cabin was ducked off by its self couldn't see the other cabins unless driving by which made us able to relax play music loud as we wanted and enjoy ourselves more.
This was one of the best trips. The cabin was great and the right place for me and my husband for our honeymoon. Far enough from the road but close enough to town and all the things to do. The only thing that I didn't like was the end of the driveway has a big drop off and we had a trailer with our motorcycle in it and it was hard to get in and back out. But other then that I love everything min I was there. Oh and by the way if your sitting on the porch at about 9:30pm you will have a friend climb the porch....🦠raccoon we would just go in and watch him from the window he would look around and then leave. But he come almost every night. Thank you cabins usa for the great cabin.
The cabin was beautiful and relaxing, a very quiet environment. The view was not that great, there are vines on the trees coming onto the porch. Exiting the driveway there is a HUGE dip down when turning right that caused damage to my vehicle..if anyone books this cabin just please be careful when exiting the driveway. Other than that our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed our vacation! The home was VERY CLEAN!
The cabin was very comfortable and private. Having a private drive and no other cabins in sight was really nice compared to other Cabin USA properties we have rented. The cabin was clean and ample linen was provided.
Enjoyed our visit in October ! We love to stay at Bearadise whenever we visit the Mtns . Property needs a lot of work w/ cutting down the kudzu. So much now that it is destroying the view! Could use new mattress as well. Check out was not clear w/ email express instructions. Followed instructions & later recvd email needing to call or submit notice of departure for check out. Express checkout was sent by us early that morning.
I booked Bearadise for my husband and I for our anniversary. The main amenity I was looking forward to was relaxing in our hot tub. When we got there we opened up the hot tub to start heating up and there was absolutely no water in there. I feel like that wasn’t even maintenanced before our stay, which was a little upsetting. I called the office and put in a work order. Fortunately, my husband is a hands on guy and we were able to find the hose hookup and breaker box and were able to fill it up ourselves, which I feel like we shouldn’t have had to do on our vacation. I’m not sure if we were confused with the hot tub, but I believe the buttons/controls were broke or not syncing. The hot tub ended up filling up and we were able to enjoy it. That night, a maintenance worker never showed up so if it wasn’t for my husband knowing what to do we wouldn’t have enjoyed it. And we were only there 2 nights. We had plans the next day so we weren’t in the cabin but I believe a maintenance worker finally came to check hot tub. I’m not sure what was done since we already took care of it. That was my main complaint and I’m not one to complain at all! I do though have a few suggestions I noticed with the cabin for the next couple to enjoy their stay at Bearadise. The skylight windows were super dirty, the back door to the hot tub was hard to close, some light bulbs were out in the kitchen and very dim. There was even a cover missing from one of the lights. The ignitor on the grill didn’t work, we just had to light grill ourselves. We enjoyed the seclusion and nature but the trees/branches could have been trimmed back a little. The driveway was super hard to go up and down (which is understandable in the mountains) maybe making the driveway wider for a turn around at the top. Thank goodness we had a truck, we had to back up the driveway every time, which was a little easier to get in and out of. We had absolutely no service in the area but like I said what do you expect for being in the mountains. We were just nervous trying to keep in touch with our son. I recommend maybe keeping the house phone that was there in working order for emergency purposes. The bed was super uncomfortable, very hard and super squeaky, may need a new mattress sometime soon. We also noticed that we didn’t have any extra garbage bags (we made the one given work). And we only were given one paper towel roll (which we made work too). We could have been given a couple extra. I understand housekeeping was available but there is no need to bother you guys. I would recommend just stocking up with garage bags and paper towel rolls. Overall, our stay was nice. We enjoyed the pool table. And regardless of the imperfections we would stay at Bearadise again. I hope my advice can help future stays. I’m not trying to complain whatsoever I just really would like you to know what we experienced so things can be fixed. I do feel like we should get some sort of refund for the hassle we had with the hot tub that wasn’t even ready for our stay. That really was disappointing since that was one main reason why we booked this cabin. Thank you again CabinsUSA and we will definitely book with you in the future whether it’s at Bearadise or another bigger cabin to enjoy with family next year.
Very nice cabin. Great location close to town. Be aware this cabin has very little cell phone service and no WiFi. So it's a good place to get away from technology. Only complaint is the Hot tub cover is very damaged and needs replaced.
The hot tub cover was falling apart and pieces were coming off. Also, the dishwasher was having issues staying shut. Besides those difficulties, the place was amazing.
My husband and I just had our honeymoon in bearadise and it was fantastic, secluded and quiet. We noticed the first night that the headboard on the bed leaned and they sent someone within the hour to fix it. We could not be happier with our stay and plan to return for our anniversary trip.
We love this cabin. This is our 2nd stay in Bearadise. We noticed that the porch is beginning to settle, and causes a noticeable slope. From the driveway, walking towards the entry door, you can see the slope. I doubt it's in danger of crashing right away, but it'll need some attention at some point.
Everything was great and it was even decorated beautifully for Christmas. The only thing with this cabin was no wifi, no landline, and no cell service. We had to go down mountain to get a signal. Also, the propane grill was not working so we had to improvise to grill out. All in all it was a nice, quiet, and relaxing stay.
My husband & I had a wonderful visit at Bearadise. Always a great & relaxing time . Looking forward to our next visit. Each time we come back , there is less of a view from cabin porch due to all the kudzu talking over the beautiful trees. Would like to see work done to restore that beautiful view.
I loved the unit. I just didn’t like the bed. The head of the bed was torn up. The unit was very clean. Really bad dip at the bottom of the driveway. Checking in was easy and quick.
This cabin is in a great location. It is well maintained and clean.
Not a crazy drive. The only complaint I have is that there is NO WIFI. I should have known this, since it is not listed in the amenities. I had read on a previous review that wifi service was spotty, but this cabin has no router to even attempt to connect a network. It wouldn't have bothered me except I left my 2 year old with my parents. I had no service from Verizon at the cabin and no WiFi, so I had no way of contacting my parents back home. Also, the landline phone did not work in the cabin. It's a great cabin if you're looking to get away from it all.
The cabin was just as nice as expected. There are a few minor things needing attention but not affecting our stay. The Driveway was a little challenging at first but fine after a couple times. If you must have internet service, this is not the place for you. I used the express checkout which apparently works fine but I would have thought a confirmation text or e-mail would have followed. I then called the Office to confirm checkout and was on hold several minutes at which time I left a message and went home!
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend both Cabins USA and the cabin Bearadise to anyone for a nice secluded Smokey Mountain stay.
The cabin was absolutely amazing. The hill to get there was not so great but we definitely enjoyed our stay :) cell reception is horrible but if you go out on the deck it was so much better :)
We loved this cabin! Very clean and hot tub was great. Perfect location not far from the main strip. I really liked that there wasn’t cabins right next door so you get that secluded feeling.
The cabin was so nice and cozy. It’s definitely a steep hill to drive up, but it’s very nice and secluded. We could still see some cabins around us, but no privacy or noise issues. The cabin was clean. We got a new sofa the day we arrived so it was very nice, but the chair could use replacing next. The hot tub was nice and clean. You’re provided plenty of towels and toilet paper/paper towels for a week or long weekend. The bed was comfortable. The pool table was so nice to have. It was also really nice to be so close to Parkway. The grounds could use a little maintenance (there was some litter around the cabin, as well as some articles of clothing that look liked they were flung over the edge of the balcony for hot tub time haha). The customer service was great, everyone was really friendly. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would go again!
Absolutely loved this cabin, very cozy and nice view. Great location, just 2 miles from town yet far enough to feel seclusion as well. We will never choose another company to go through Cabins USA is #1 in our books. Only one small detail is to watch out pulling out of driveway to your right, very large hole that can’t be noticed until it’s too late.

We had a fantastic time. The hot tub on the deck was incredible, we almost didn’t get out the entire weekend. The best Christmas ever. And the seclusion of Bearadise was huge plus.
A few, very minor issues. No WiFi as promised and of course, being the holiday the office was closed, even though, we were told a person was on call, we were not able to connect. After four or five attempts we just gave up and enjoyed the rest of the weekend without Wi-Fi. And there were numerous burned out light bulbs, in the kitchen, master bathroom, wall sconce on the stairway. I know this is such a nitpick thing, but it is such a gorgeous cabin you want your guests to be able to enjoy all of its splendor. Oh, and watch out making that right hand turn out of the driveway, that’s a major bottom scraping ,tire buster hole. .
Spectacular views, seclusion, relaxing hot tub, and a beautiful interior, all in all a most excellent Christmas day vacation! We are already planning our Valentines day stay.
The location of this cabin was great, less than 2 miles from stop light #10 in Pigeon Forge. We had no trouble with traffic on our drive. Everything inside cabin was clean, the outside there was some trash from previous guest on the backside of cabin, also the bed frame looks to of been connected to the wall at one time but now it almost leans in. Other than that, everything else was in working condition and very relaxing! All TV's worked, turned on the fireplace one night, and also used the hot tub & pool table. Will recommend this cabin to others in future!

Bearadise one of our favorite places to stay. Had trouble w/ Express Check-In & Check-Out this time. Difficulty getting thru & then told documents did not go through. Express check in process had been completed months before. Representative wanted me to go thru process again. Received our door code for check-in same day.
The cabin wasn't bad.....just not many dishes in the kitchen that you need to make meals... The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Literally I have laid on bricks more comfortable so spending 3 nights on that bed definitely wasn't fun! I did however like the location it was out of the way of the insanity of town! Overall if pigeon forge is your thing I'd recommend the cabin if they get a new bed in there!
The cabin was beautiful had everything we needed love the private location and close to everything . I would come back to the cabin I want to thank the owner for letting us stay in their cabin and thank Cabin U S A for having such clean cabins I will use them again

Little shocking to see the cleaning people still there at 4:15. They were running late so they said. The toilet water was very stinky. Dishwasher had a burnt smell due to plastic fan laying on the heating element. Assume the cleaning crew should have checked this. Also, for the price there should have been shampoo in the bathroom.
For the price, the cabin was not terrible. The water smelled rancid (being from the country we assumed well water). There was mold on the ceiling in the living room. The couch cushions were torn. Other than that, the overall experience was fantastic. The check in and check out process was very simple.
The cabin was very nice and secluded. It was perfect for a get-a-way!
The only couple things that could be improved on was there were no grilling utensils, and the hot tub didn't seem very clean.

This is the second year we have rented this property and greatly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again! The only issue we saw wrong with the property were some of the window blinds did not function correctly and the one near the hot tub was missing entirely.

We stayed in Bearadise for 3 nights. The second evening, when we returned for the night, the air conditioning was not working. I called Cabins USA, and within an hour, there was an HVAC tech there working on the problem. By bedtime, the cabin was nice and cool. Both the service dispatcher and the tech were very nice and quick to respond. Perfect response!
Also, Bearadise was the cleanest cabin we had ever stayed in. It was our first time staying with Cabins USA, and we DEFINITELY will again, and will recommend them to our friends!!

Our trips to the Smoky MTNS (>10 yrs) are always wonderful & Bearadise is one of our favorite places to stay. Plan to return again in Fall. Love the Express check in & check out! Would love to see better Kudzu vine control. See more destruction each time we come.

Our stay was overall good, HOWEVER, we had an issue with the ladies in the office on the last day of our stay.
I received a phone call months before we checked in and was told that there would be no cable or wifi. Being that I was going to be on my honeymoon, this was okay with my husband and me.
Friday morning, the day before we checked out, a man showed up at 8am, without notice, to work on the cable. My husband and I were asleep and were rather startled, being that no one had told us when we checked in that there was going to be anyone coming by. 15 minutes after the cable guy showed up, I got a phone call from the cabins usa office trying to tell me that the cable guy was going to fix the cable so that we had it for our stay.... I tried to explain that this was not necessary as we were going to be leaving the following day, but was told to just call when we were leaving the cabin for the day so that he could return to actually fix it. Frankly, I did not like the idea of a stranger being in the cabin with our belongings while we were not there, and I don't think that was our responsibility as renters anyway. But, nonetheless, I called anyway once my husband and I left.
At this point, I was annoyed, but not angry. When I called though, the woman I spoke to on the phone was rather rude. I explained to her what had ensued that morning, and rather than being apologetic, she told me someone had tried to contact me and couldnt get in touch with me. When I asked her when this attempt was made, she said it had been that morning... which I had indeed answered that phone call, but the cable guy WAS ALREADY THERE. When I pointed this out, she still did not apologize, but was rather rude to me for the remainder of the conversation.
I had very little issues with the cabin. In fact, the only issue we had was that the drain in the master bath was not working from the first day we got there until we left, so we showered upstairs. My main concern was how I was treated through out the "cable" issue.
Beautiful nothing was wrong except the tvs did not work and a few small repairs but it was fresh, new and secluded.

We enjoyed the Bearadise cabin being very comfortable, privacy to adjacent cabins, wonderful pool room and Jacuzzi.

We loved our stay especially with it being the first cabin we have stayed in. The only suggestion we had is maybe cutting some of the trees for a better view of the mountains but the trees in front of the hot tub gave plenty of privacy and only the tv on the living room worked but of course we were not there to watch tv. We would absolutely recommend this cabin it felt like home and would definitely stay again and it was the easiest check out process.

I was very happy with our cabin. Loved the location close to town but still felt secluded. I would recommend this cabin for a couple that wants privacy with easy access to the downtown attractions. We were very happy with the kitchen as well and cooked breakfast in every morning as well as most dinners at night. I will defiantly try to reserve this cabin for future visits!

Absolutley wonderful from check in to check out.Very curteous staff.Clean cabin...close to peigon forge and gatlinburg just minutes away.The one and only complaint we had was that out of three tvs only one was working.But hey we werent there to watch tv. It was a wonderful stay. Already have reservations to come back and stay with cabins usa same time next month.Thank you cabins usa for a wonderful week vacation that was luxurios and very affordable!! See you next month😃

The stay was great. The cabin was clean, tidy and well kept.
While there were televisions in the guest bedroom and game room, the cable did not work. Maintenance came out promptly but due to the holiday was unable to replace the mixing boxes. As this was a retreat, we made do without It and still have a wonderful stay!

The location of the cabin was great & so was the cabin itself. But trying to get to the cabin was the difficult part, there was no address when we were given directions. So we had to go on a search which by the way there are other cabins that look the same. So as we thought we arrived to the cabin, it actually wasn't our cabin & the door was left unlocked as we walked in we noticed that the cabins have the name on the outside so this is actually how we found our cabin after 15 minutes of driving into different cabin driveways trying to figure this out. Which wasn't on the paperwork either. We even tried calling the number for you guys & no one awnsered the phone 8 times! This is confusing and an actual address should be given to guest to make this easier. Also customer service should be able to pick up a phone call just in case guests are lost which is very easy to do in a town that you aren't familiar with. Anyways, after that we were happy to start our vacation. We try turning on the television after a day of exploring & none of the televisions are working & unplugged & 'not set? I don't understand why there are three televisions in the house if they aren't set up & I wasn't going to to let me husband do the work for you guys. Anyways we were there to vacation not watch tv. But it would of been nice to watch tv while cooking. We did receive a voicemail, but unfortunately when you guys called we were out in the smokey mountains & we were not going to call you when we got home really late & we wanted to be present in the cabin if someone was to go out because of our belongings. We were also told a grill was there. The grill was disappointing..... there also wasn't charcoal for it. Overall the cabin was great. But directions & the televisions working would of made our stay a lot better. We aren't the type to complain about things because we rather enjoy our vacation so this is why you didn't hear from us.
The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed the peaceful time alone to celebrate our 25th anniversary.

I have stayed with Cabins USA multiple times over the years and I have never been disappointed. Bearadise was a perfect cabin for two and a weekend away. The drive is really close to stop light 10 and the cabin was very comfortable. The DISH satellite and TV in the bedroom did not work but that was something minor. Loved the place. I have already booked with Cabins USA for a December trip. The staff is amazing and very helpful with any questions or concerns. I will continue to use Cabins USA for all my trips to Tennessee.

I stayed at beardise on july15 for a week. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Enjoy our time there. Will tell my friends. Liked the easy way to paid so little down to hold our reservations. The roads to the cabin was very narrow so be careful... the television needs to be worked on. And some trees need to be cut down for a nice view. If I return to Tennessee, I will stay at cabins usa.
Everything was fantastic about the cabin. Homey, good location that was close to Pigeon Forge, etc. My biggest complaint about it, however, is that there were tons and tons of dead ants upstairs. On the pool table, on the shelving, on the balcony to go down the stairs, etc. There were also little white pebbles, which, I'm assuming is ant poison surrounding the dead ants. I realize the need to get rid of unwanted visitors from the cabin, but cleaning staff should have cleaned it before we arrived. If there were children staying with us, I would have had a much bigger issue. Also, a few more towels would have been nice! With only two per bathroom, we continuously had to wash and rewash the four we had.
Other than that, we had a fantastic time! The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus and everything else was phenomenal. Really enjoyed our stay and we plan to use Cabins USA again.
Our stay at Bearadise was fantastic it was at an ideal location and we do plan on staying there if available for our next visit to pigeon forge

This is the first time we have booked with cabins USA and it was great. Cabin location was good, cabin itself was clean and the staff at check in were great. The property itself had trash all around it that hadnt been cleaned up and the upstairs and bedroom tv's did not work. All in all we will book with cabins usa again.

I have a suggestion for finding the cabins easier for future guests. On the sign at the end of the driveway you should also put the name of the cabin, or maybe a number. We had to drive up a couple of driveways before we found ours. Also, other guests were looking for their cabin one night and ended up in our driveway by mistake due to not knowing which cabin they were at.
But we LOVED our stay and would do it again! Thank you!

Just an issue with the bedroom tv. We could not watch it due to not being connected. Also, only one cable remote. And no fresh batteries....

I was looking for a clean cabin with one bedroom on the main level. I was having back problems so as few stairs/steps as possible with comfortable seating was my main goal, and that's what I got. In looking for those things I failed to notice there was no Wi-Fi. We were away from home for several weeks so Wi-Fi to get online and pay our bills was important. Also, the washer and dryer were very small. We liked the big bathroom, but it only had one small rod to hang towels to dry. When we first tried to turn on the tv in the living room and the tv in the bedroom they would not come on, there were 10 remotes total, really! After trying for quite awhile I called the office. The lady was very nice and said she would send over the maintenance man, but it would be awhile because he had several stops before us. He did come several hours later and had to rewire the tv in the living room, someone had unhooked it to play games on it and he said the tv in the bedroom would was not hooked to the dish, it would only play dvds. He also, lit the pilot on the fireplace because it was out. We later noticed there were two bulbs out over the bar and three out in the fixture over the table. There was only one dish towel and no dish cloths. I would have thought the cleaning people would check those things. Over all I thought the amenities were bare minimum.

Very clean and roomy with a nice view . Hot tub,wrap around deck,nice furniture, large kitchen,pool table and did i mention very clean! Built on a side of a hill with a steep driveway which didnt bother me but might bother some people . The cons,no wifi and tv upstairs wasnt working as far as the Dish was concerned . But thats a minor thing since we were on vacation and didnt need to be online . Cabin was extremely nice and would rent cabin again !

My wife and I stayed at Bearadise Sept. 18-20. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay again. Just a few issues that need to be addressed, more with the property owner than with Cabins USA.
The TV's in the cabin were recently upgraded which was nice (the old tube TV was outside for trash collection), however when we arrived, two of the three TV's did not work... in the master BR and upstairs game room. It would have been nice to watch college football while playing a game of pool, but at least we had one operational TV. Cabins USA did send a technician on Friday and Saturday to get the other two TV's working, however they were unable to do so, and the satellite company would not send their tech out on the weekend.
I read several other complaints about the pool cue sticks and thought to myself, how bad could they really be? They are bad! Tips have been broke off which renders them almost useless. Owner needs to make a small investment in new sticks.
The only other complaint would be the carpet in the master bedroom. It really needs to be replaced. Very dirty with stains.. not a good impression.
Again, overall our stay was great. Cabin was secluded, in a nice location relative to area attractions, and Cabins USA did attempt multiple times to fix our satellite service. Just wish the owner would resolve a few small issues. If you are paying for the amenities, they should be operational.
Rented this cabin in August of 2015. It was clean, spacious, cozy and comfortable. If you are looking for a mountain view, this is not the one. However, it is a very quiet and secluded place to stay. My only two complaints are that they should have instructions on how to work the satellite TV and the fireplace as there was no remote so we could not get it started. We would stay at this cabin again!!

Very nice place! TV's have been recently updated, cabin was very well kept. Only complaints were hot tub light didn't work, and pool sticks were all damaged. Others than that, this place is great! Will probably come back to this location and will definitely recommend to others!

Our stays at Bearadise have always been wonderful! We had to cut our time in July due to family emergency. Staff were wonderful & agreed to credit any future visits. Check in Docusign process had a few glitches but we were able to get it resolved before arrival date. Kitchen needed trash bags & hot tubs light was out.
Everything was wonderful except the "state park" BBQ grill (we used grilling foil and that worked well) and the express check-in: information never arrived so we had to go to the office in Pigeon Forge to check in and get the door code. Other than these two minor things, everything was immaculate, comfortable and "log cabin-esque"! We would recommend this cabin to anyone and would rent it again with no reservations. Everything we needed for bathing, laundry, cooking and comfort was provided in abundance. Thank you for a fabulous, memorable stay in the Smoky Mountains.

We loved Bearadise. It was a great cabin and perfect for us. It was secluded but still close to all the attractions. We liked it so much that we have already booked it again for next year. We cannot wait to come back again. The phone call asking if everything was fine was a great touch and all employees I talked to were very pleasant. I will highly recommend Cabins USA. We had a great five day vacation at Bearadise. Every thing was perfect from check in to check out. This was the 12th time we have rented from USA cabins and was probably the best cabin we've got. Very easy to get to, and a very clean and enjoyable cabin. There is one thing the owner might do is update the TV's, our first day was the last day of the Masters golf tournament and I was a bit bummed with the size of the TV's. Thanks Cabins USA for another great vacation!!!
Cabin was nice just had some issues like spider webs in tub area an mold around tub area. Tv's are extremely old an out dated we did not like that! Hot tub had no lights & an would not get hot! Wish the name of the cabin would have been at the bottom of the driveway. I have stayed with Cabins USA before an they were nice so will stay again but this cabin needs updating!
