I recommend that they have jetted tubs put in. They have a lot of space for them and maybe could add 1 or two more games, besides a pool table. This cabin is very spacious.
This was our second visit to Pigeon Forge and our second time staying in a cabin with Cabins USA. Both stays have been great. We loved the location and the cabin was spacious and clean. We definitely will book with Cabins USA when we visit Tennessee again.
When we arrived the A/C was set on 74 but it was 87 in the cabin. The staff was very quick to respond and get the A/C working but with the size of the cabin it took all night to cool it down. After that it was great. The cabin is in a great location. It needs a few minor repairs. There were a couple of bathroom cabinet doors that need to be fixed and the microwave door handle was broken at the bottom. Again i have to commend the staff with the speed in which they responded to repair the A/C.
The property was super awesome! Great location to Pigeon Forge! My family loved everything and we will 100% be back, could not have asked for better customer service and hospitality from Melissia and the team!
This is a great cabin for a big family. Lots of room for everyone. Love that everyone could have their own bathroom. Loved the pool table. It kept us entertained In between going out. Hot tub was great too. Location is great. Close to everything.
Beautiful cabin and great location. Parking and step climbing not good for senior citizens. No combination lock on bottom level of cabin.
Great cabin for younger couples.
We were traveling with two handicap children and were having a hard time getting up the stairs of the cabin. One call to USA cabins and was moved to a more handicap cabin. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. Thank you Cindy for going above your job.
The lower level door needs an access pad for entry as we had to walk up the steep driveway to the main floor to get in. The driveway light was not working. We had to call and get them to run us some chalk for the pool table. The pool table worked for fun but it needs replaced. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay! The cabin is very spacious and comfortable. It could use a little attention. Just small things like no working light in the laundry room. It has a pool table, but no chalk. I've rented from many different companies in this area and have never not had a hair dryer in the cabin until this one. I'm sure these things sound trivial, but they do make it more enjoyable. Overall I would stay with this company again.
As our visit to the mountains our cabin was very disappointing this time. There were several issues with the cabin, we have stayed in this cabin before and loved it. That is why we chose to stay in this cabin again. Here is a list of what was wrong with the cabin
- several light bulbs were out, but was fixed
- hot tub running out of water (not enough to use)
- no broom, just a dust pan
- light in washer room out supposedly fixed but didn't, It did come on but then went back out.
- no light coming up the hill to the cabin. There is a light on the deck part but doesn't work
- water coming thru floor to downstairs bedroom due to a crack in tub. It did soak the bed and suitcases.
- in the kitchen, they had a mixer if that what you want to call it. it was falling apart
- can opener did not work at all
- not many utensils & cookware to use in the cabin.
- no measure cups or measure spoons in the cabin
- gas grill had no gas! we called the service number, and it took them 5 hours to get us some gas.
- there was no hose pipe for the hot tub to add water to
- we did purchase some measuring cups and measuring spoons for the cabin
I would like something to be done about this. As we have been staying with Cabins USA for over 10 years now and never had an issue like we this time. I think I should be confiscated for half of my stay back. That was a lot of money for us to spend to have so many problems. We stayed 7 night and 8 days it wasn't like we were only there for a short time. We always stay a week at a time. If you would like to talk to me further, please call me.
The Dew Drop Inn was a beautiful cabin and the location was perfect. It was close to everything in Pigeon Forge being located right off Teaster Lane. There was plenty of room for all of my family. The only thing that would improve the cabin would be more outside lighting in the driveway area. It was dark getting from the parking area to the front door. And I would suggest a second keypad lock on the first floor door to access the cabin from the stairs in the parking area. But overall the cabin was excellent. We will definitely be returning for another stay.
We had a wonderful stay. It was in a great location - high enough in the mountains but not very far from Pigeon Forge. Also, there were only a few other cabins around us. The 3 king-sized beds in each bedroom were comfortable. We also had a great time playing pool in the mornings and evenings when we returned to the cabin. Thanks for a great stay!
GREAT LOCATION!!!! Had one issue in the Master Bathroom and they fixed it immediately. Only suggestion I have would be that there needs to be some more lighting on the outside other than just the porch lights. Overall it was a great cabin and we will definitely be booking it again!
I enjoyed are stay a few things need to be done at the house such as shower liners need to be changed out their mold on all. The pool sticks needs to be replaced. I would probably update the description of the house it's appears that it's secluded and it's not their are houses very close which should probably be mentioned we were looking for more secluded and so was a-little disappointed. Over all great time.
While it was an amazing cabin, we had big ants and the hot tub lights didn't work and the water was cloudy(but that's ok, we enjoyed it anyway). We got a key code for the game room and started carrying everything up only to find there was no keypad. But overall, it was a great stay!
Beautiful cabin that is really close to everything but feels away from the busy areas. Everything was very comfortable inside and out on the deck. Kitchen took a little time finding items but had everything we needed. Booking and check in was so easy. We had a great time and would stay in this cabin again.
I would stay and book through cabin USA again. Everything was great.. the only problem I had was there was no broom in the cabin but when I called they sent one..
Communication was fast when I reported a small issue. Check in was super easy. The location was excellent! There were not a whole lot of check out instructions which I appreciated. I can't comment on how stocked the kitchen was because we did not cook in the kitchen and we brought up plasticware and paper products.
The cabin itself was nice. The parking is a downside to the cabin. You can park at the lower level but no access to get in through the 3rd floor. If you park in the main driveway, I suggest a 4 wheel drive its a decent incline. We loved that you could hear the train from Dollywood, just wished we had a view of the fireworks.
We did find a dirty baking pan in the oven, the 3rd floor bathroom commode kept running all day and night. Be careful about the main floor bathroom and make sure to have the curtain inside the tub when showering or you'll find a nice wet spot by the bed on the 3rd floor from where the water was coming through the ceiling.
Overall a decent cabin and we liked the stay.
I was very displeased with one of the agents when I called to ask about the remainder of the balance coming out earlier then the day of come in. When I booked reservation it stated that remainder of balance will come out at the time of check in but it came out before and I was trying to tell him that and asked for a manager and he gone say they gonna tell you the same thing and said umm umm and yeah and was very very disrespectful and would not get me to a supervisor to complain on him. He was very rude and I am very disgusted with USA Cabins for having such a idiot to work for them. I have used You guys twice now and have told multiple family and friends to try youll but if we have to deal with people on your team like that we can go elsewhere. Other then that we really enjoyed your cabin it was beautiful and we gently safe . Thank you for allowing me and my family to vacation with you.
The only thing that needs to be changed is to add a keycode to the bottom level. We all parked on the ground level because of the level surface there. But then had to walk up the hill everytime just to get to the keycode.
We loved the cabin! The location was perfect! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, but the cabin could use some "extras".
There's nothing to hang the towels on after use in the main floor bathroom. Also we were given barely enough towels to accommodate all of us. A lamp by the bed in the main floor bedroom would have been nice. After buying steaks and preparing to have a meal at the cabin, we found out that there was no propane for the grill. Even tho the cabin can sleep so many people, there's only enough seating in the living area for 4 people at the most. A couple of more chairs would be great! Also, a couple of chairs down stairs by the pool table would be nice for spectators
With a little "extra" care this cabin could be perfect! We would definitely stay here again!
Our stay at Dew Drop Inn was nice. We only experienced a couple issues in the beginning. When we initially arrived, the cleaning crew forgot to check beside the hot tub and outdoor picnic table. Both had cigarettes and empty drink bottles and cups on or next to them. Second issue was we had NO internet. Obviously, this was our fault for not checking, but I assumed in today's time, every place would have that..especially when you are in a spot with no signal. It made it terribly difficult to plan our next day by not having good service to go online and research. Location was PHENOMENAL. We were literally less than 10mins from everything, but we still had plenty of privacy at the cabin. If having Internet isn't a huge deal for you, this place is perfect.
Beautiful cabin my only complaint is the shower and bath tub are not for larger people way to small other than that is was well worth the price we paid
We have booked with y'all several times and never had any big issues! Will continue to stay with y'all! Only issues we had this time was this is the first cabin we've stayed in without WiFi so that was hard to get used to. There was several light bulbs out(not a huge deal) and only 1 wash cloth per bathroom so we had to wash towels and wash clothes during our stay. Overall everything was fine and we enjoyed our vacation!
The location was great. The cabin itself was nice. However, there was no wifi and the signal there was not good. This was the only cabin I have ever stayed in that there wasn't wifi included. The hot tub did not have a good smell to it. There were only one towel per person for a 3 night stay, and only one roll of paper towels and two trash bags. There were 6 adults staying here so as you can imagine, that stuff goes quick.
I Absolutely Loved it . It was amazing our cabin was right down the road from all the activities..I'm most definitely booking again ..I just didn't like the darkness yu couldnt see anything at night but overall at major 10
Cabin was very comfy, and beautiful decor. Some small issues like there was not a broom and dust pan in cabin making daily cleaning a little challenging. Hot tub water was cloudy, but maintenance came right out and fixed the issue. We took advantage of express check in, but the code that was sent to me did not work, we had to call office to get the correct code, which normally would not be an issue but we were having cell service issues and it made it a little difficult at first, however staff was very pleasant and helpful when were able to call. Only other issue is we really wish this cabin had a better view and felt like too many cabins too close together. We definitely will rent from Cabins USA again.
Awesome cabin, very clean. Location is good, very close to many restaurants and attractions. The only thing missing is Wi-fi, everything else was great.

Though I really enjoyed my stay there where a couple of issues. We didn't get to enjoy the Hottub even after calling it didn't work. The dishwasher also was not working. Otherwise this was a great cabin to stay in.
We stayed for two nights during the 2020 Rod Run event. For a cabin off the main strip, it was a fantastic location; very close. As for the cabin itself, we were very happy with it. Most importantly, it was very CLEAN! YEAH!! :-) If you plan on cooking........you'd better bring a frying pan because they don't have one. We struggled with bacon and fried eggs....
We found that the hot tub wasn't heating or jets turning on so I called maintenance, and even with the CRAZY-CRAZY-CRAZY traffic, they managed to get to the cabin and fix it while we were out.
Will be staying here and/or using Cabins USA again!!!!
Cabin was very clean. Kitchen could use more useful items. Would have been better to have a
sleeper sofa in the living room. The A/C quit during our stay, but was repaired the next day.
Side parking is limited to one vehicle and if you park down front there are a lot of steps.
The short hill is very steep.
We always stay with Cabins USA, best value for the money. Probably would not stay in this
cabin again b/c we were traveling with children and not any space for them to get outside.
We had a "bear" sighting outside the entry door on the bank!!!! Enjoyed our stay and close to

Some furniture is pretty worn, even broken. Really enjoyed peace and quiet. Teenagers had to do without wi-fi, that was good for them. The adults didn't mind being disconnected for a bit. Very clean, I brought extra supplies, but didn't need them. Good location. Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin and look forward to visiting again. Thank you.
needs minor repairs done, toilet paper holder needed fixed, down stairs bathroom sink had front panel missing. The Dew Drop Inn is one of the cleanest places i have stayed. The air conditioning was great and the beds were very comfortable. The pool table needs a couple of more pool sticks, needs leveled and you had better bring your own chalk, there was none. Need more seating for six people. The location was good. The extra bathroom was good to have. I would recommend this place for anyone that was looking for a nice clean place to stay while in this area.
We loved our stay the cabin it is in a great location close to everything.. only issues we had was that the grill was out of gas and the remotes where low on batteries so we did have to buy new batteries and replace the old ones .. the hot tub was wonderful.. the interior of the cabin was beautiful but somethings need to be updated and fixed like the bathroom down stairs had a piece from the sink missing.. there was not a pot holder for getting hot things out of the oven the doors where a little worn especially the entrance door.. over all I would highly recommend this cabin and cant wait to stay there again..
This cabin was huge and absolutely beautiful!! The kitchen was a little bit lacking when it came to utensils and such, there were no pot holders at all and no soap to hand wash dishes. Other than that we loved this cabin it is super convenient to town and the new grocery store! As always, the fine folks at Cabins USA were wonderful!
We had trees laying in the driveway last year, and again this year. The towel rack was broke in our bathroom, and the other bathrooms didn't even have one...
Should be able to enter lower level with key code and not just front door. Trash cans had no lids to keep animals out, had to clean up trash. Cabin was very clean but I still saw a roach in the kitchen which almost made me leave! Fix this because this is not the only time they have been seen in this cabin. Overall the stay was great, cabin was great! Also wanted to let you know that you have several carpenter bees that are destroying your wood. And you should spray for wasps because my daughter was stung twice just walking up the stairs on lower level.
I have booked with CUSA 4 times and out of all the cabins this one by far was the cleanest and nicest one. Perfect location and parking(no steep hills or mountain side). You do not get a spectacular view but the privacy is worth it. The only downside is they’re so many stairs and like others have said the front door is technically the side door.
The cabin was nice, and clean. But the cabin is very basic, there are not a lot of extras here for the price. The tub didn’t get very hot. The dryer made an extremely loud noise and could not be left running over night because of the noise. Overall we had a nice experience though.
Cabin is clean and spacious, great location. The cabin will sleep comfortably 6 people but there’s not enough seating in living room for all 6. The cabin is up a hill and parking is at the bottom, so I would not recommend to anyone who has trouble walking 1-2 full flights of stairs.
There was no garbage can lids so we could not put out the garbage to we left. A cable was missing from tv in bedroom off kitchen so tv wouldn't work. My wife called for service they came in an hour, corrected issue by take cable off tv on upstairs tv . Then next night another service guy came at 840 pm for service call. Not sure why but got my wife very upset so late in the woods, besides that was a great get away
Just an FYI....back porch grill does not heat like it should...we had to borrow a ac cable from the downstairs TV because the one in the loft was missing...

It was great being able to book online. The checkout was so easy, just a text and your done! The Cabin was in a secluded but very close to things location. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. Would for sure use this cabin again. I thought the price was a little high after all the fees.
The cabin was very nice, comfortable, very clean. Not recommended for elderly because of steps and stairs. Entrance door is difficult to reach because of steep incline. The front door on lower porch is not entrance. Nice gas grill but needed a overdue cleaning and was no gas. We had to use our gas tank. Enjoyed our stay.
My family and I were there for a few days. Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again. Only thing wrong was you could not watch tv in all 3 bedrooms at the same time. Not sure why or if it’s a directv problem.
No view of the mountains so if you are wanting a scenic view this is not the cabin for you. It's a lot of stairs so if you have knee trouble or are elderly may not be the best cabin for you. It was very close to town which was very convenient. I would say about 10 minutes from dollywood and 5 minutes or so from the main strip of town. I do have a few recommendations for the home owner. The porches have nail heads sticking up out from the wood. My son was playing on the porch and cut his toe. We saw 2 roaches in the kitchen while we were staying. Need to get a pest man to the cabin. The propane tank was almost empty and halfway through cooking we had to call the maintenance department. The air was messed up upon arrival and the temperature down stairs was 61 degrees. We did call the maintenance department and they were out within 15 minutes and had everything fixed for us. I enjoyed our stay but will pick a different cabin the next time. The staff were great!
We had a great time at the Dew Drop Inn, especially the fact that we were mere minutes from Parkway and restaurants. Be aware that there are lots of stairs! We couldn't get the code to work on the front door so we had to climb the steep driveway to get in.
The beds are comfortable but not enough chairs or seating for 6 people in the living room.
Overall, very good. Nice wooded setting. Beds were comfortable. Cabin was well maintained and equipped with all we needed. Plenty of room to park. The last time we stayed there the floors were carpeted. This time there was hardwood. About the only negative I can come up with is that with the hardwood there was more noise transmitted from floor to floor. The convenience of being just a few blocks from Teastor was great. Had a great time.
My family and I visit Tennessee every year and we always use CabinsUSA , and by far Dew Drop Inn is my absolute favorite . Very convenient to the Parkway, yet so peaceful it doesn’t seem like you’re that close. The cabin was perfect , plenty of room for my entire family. Definitely would stay here again ... lots of stairs so you get a good cardio workout .... but all in all another excellent vacation by CabinsUSA !!!!!
We had four best friends staying here for a girls weekend and we each had our own bathroom! The beds were huge and super comfy. This house is very spacious and very clean. The only issue would be all the steps - we didn’t really mind, but we commented that we couldn’t bring our parents because lugging suitcases and food up the stairs would be a nightmare for older people. I also wish they’d explained which door the code worked on because we tried and tried on the wrong door. Haha! Even so, this home was beautiful and we want to go back with our hubbies!!! Cabin USA is great to work with as well!!!
My family and I spent Christmas 2017 here! We absolutely loved it! It's very close and convenient to everything! We were thrilled to see the tvs had all been updated to flat screens! The pictures need to be updated! The only complaints I have is that we arrived 30 mins prior to check in because it was starting to pour down rain and we wanted to get everything unloaded...We called cabinsusa and explained our dilemma and were quickly told we had to wait 30 mins! (the cabin was empty and cleaned so I never understood having to wait 30 mins) and I specifically called to ask about the cabin being decorated for Christmas and was told no. The girl advised me that I could bring my own artificial tree from home (which is what I did) because they didn't allow real trees. I hauled my tree all the way to the mountains taking up so much room in my car to arrive and find a real tree standing and decorated! It was a nice surprise but at the same time I wish that I had known so I could've saved having to take mine up there for no reason. The cabin is beautiful, spacious and close to everything! We really enjoyed our Christmas there!
I was surprised there was no internet access. Also it was a 3 bedroom cabin with tvs in every bedroom yet it is set up to only allow 3 tvs at a time to be playing. And once the one in our bedroom would play, you couldn't change the channel. With the amount of money spent, I would expect everything to work properly. I'm usually very satisfied with Cabins USA but I was disappointed in this particular cabin.

The dryer made a horrible squealing noise, so bad we heard it upstairs. Also being located in one of the bedrooms, it was not convenient to use.
Could use some chairs/rockers by the hot tub
It really sucks that the beds were so horrible, if it was not for this I would have given a 10 across the board. I would love to stay here again if they bought new mattress, box springs and bed frames. The couple of minor problems I had issues with was taken care of right away...I did not complain about the beds to the staff right away because it wouldn't have made a difference. But I did advise one of the tech's on our last day. Hopefully the owner's of the cabin will address the bed issue in order to keep business.
Our only complaint was the mattresses. They are very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that we were thoroughly pleased with everything else about the cabin.

Cabins USA is great and we have been staying with them for years and will continue to do so. However this cabin... we will not be staying in again. My husband and I went to lay down in one of the beds and upon laying down the bed broke. My husband tried to fix it, and of course it broke again. We slept on the broken bed all night and woke up very sore. I'm just thankful our daughter wasn't laying on the bed when it collapsed or else she could have been hurt. Also one of the TVs would not work properly (which wasn't that big of a deal). Other than that the cabin was very clean and very pretty
We love cabins USA we only rent from this company they are very affordable. Dew drop in is very nice cabin was very clean wonderful location a whole lot off space only thing that was wrong was no dish cloth or dish towel and the mattress on the bed on the main floor was not comfortable at all it was hard An the side I slept on felt like it was leaning to floor but I would rent this place again we loved it can't wait until our next trip

1. Hand rails from front porch rotten , loose about to fall apart .

Our stay at the dew drop inn was awesome! They staff was really great about letting us stay until the ice melted off the road!! Our only complaint was the mattresses!! There were none there were only box springs and we had to take extra covers and put on top on the mm to make it comfortable enough to even sleep on!! There needs to be more furniture in the game room so everyone can have a seat! Also coffee filters would be nice.
Location of property is central and handy to get to park. Overall cabin was clean but for this money I expect that at least the carpet should be replaced. It's stained and buckling in places. Furniture starting to show age. I would rent again if floors updated. Otherwise there are other properties to choose from. Cabin USA express check in and check out works great.

It is a nice house was was clean except for the carpeting which needs either deep cleaning or replacing. It was hard to find- we tried to go into the neighbor's house. Then we looked and found the sign but the door it was near was not the "front door" even thought it was on the front and we could not get in. You need to move the sign or add a sign that says enter through the upper, side door (or send instruction ahead about this). There is not enough seating in the living room. Pull the sofa back and add a chair or two. The weather stripping needs repairing on the side/front door. The kitchen needs a bread knife, juice glasses in acrylic or polycarbonate, and potholders. You need plastic cups/glasses for the bathrooms. You need at least one hairdryer. The upstairs loft bedroom needs a long table to put things on so everything doesn't have to be put on the floor- that dirty carpet. There's plenty of room. Things like a purse, cosmetic bags, shopping bags, a sweater, etc. You need longer fan pulls so they can be changed from high to medium or low. You need to put TV remote instructions in there.
When we called because we could not get in and could not get the TV to work, people could not have been nicer. We were very frustrated so we appreciated that very much. If you fix those things, I'd give the cabin a 10 rating.
This cabin was wonderful. It was very clean and was in a great location.

Everything was fine. Only downside stain on carpet,and no extra trash bags. Cabin was clean,good location and lots of room,didn't feel cramped.

The cabin was perfectly located to all areas of interest. I would suggest updating the carpet and possibly adding some extra seating in the game room. Perhaps new furniture throughout the living areas.

Cabin could of been cleaner ( trash behind doors). Needs extra trash bags. Beds are harder than a rock. If I had known this is would of gotten a different cabin. Kitchen needs more towels and wash rags and pot holders. Needs new can opener. One of the steps going upstairs ( outside) needs replaced it is really loose.
We loved "Dew Drop Inn" and would stay again. The cabin is very roomy with a layout for plenty of privacy for each bedroom. It is also in a very convenient location. The Express Check-In and -Out save lots of time and are very easy processes. Only complaints are the beds are hard and the carpets need to be cleaned. Otherwise, a perfect stay!!!

I love the cabin it was beautiful all of the amenities were so nice and so clean! The only thing that sucked was the bed, it was hard as a rock and I'm still recovering from it! Also the check in process was bad, we had to wait on a maintenance guy for a few hours and was stuck outside because of the door locks weren't properly working. Very inconvenient because it held our plans up. But the cabin was a beautiful cabin and I'll definitely come back if the beds are replaced
In this day and age, the ability to connect to the internet should be available.

Great location for a girls weekend. Loved the cabin. Would definitely stay there again.
Several observations that would make it better:
Carpets really need to be cleaned.
Kitchen not well stocked for cooking...especially if we had been there for longer and with a family. For example, very few glasses. No wine glasses. No garbage bags. No drying towels for kitchen. Limited number of cooking utensils.
Mattress on main level desperately needs a thick topped mattress pad or new mattress. Hard as a brick.
Hooks in bathrooms to hang robes, etc.

I have stayed at the Dew Drop Inn before always love it. My reservation was changed from The Lucky Logs we wanted it because it has a chair lift that is why we booked that one my older sister can't climb stairs very well & they could not provide us with a cabin that had a chair lift ( It was changed the week we were to arrive) but it worked out ok except for that . We had a great time This is our third year for Mother/Daughter week.

We got this cabin by default. The cabin i booked was not ready and the Hot tub was broken. I enjoyed this cabin but was upset that i had to pay more and got less of a cabin. I have stayed with cabins usa the past 3 years and i have enjoyed my stay every time. Tracy Davidson would not work with me about price and again i think it was wrong i had to pay more and got less when it was not my fault that my cabin wasnt ready. I will shop around next year before my next trip to Tennessee .
The cabin was nice and clean. The only changes we would like are that there needs to be more dishes and the tv in the main room is small and outdated.

When we checked in at the Kimble's Office the lady that helped us was not friendly at all. Like it was an inconvience to her and she didn't want to be there. But when I went to get more towels at the Cabin's USA office the ladies their were very friendly and asked if we needed anything to just give them a call I really enjoyed that. The cabin was beauiful and in a very convienent location. The only thing we have a problem with was the size of the TV in the living room. It was too small. Needs to be larger, but everything else was perfect. Thanks again and we will be back.
