The TV remotes didn't turn on TV's and could not find the power buttons they were mounted on TV. We also had to fill the hot tub ourselves and buy chlorine locally. The hot tub was not full upon arrival and there were bottle caps under the hot tub cover from a previous tenant.
Very dangerous location due to the curve at the entry. The location could be addressed or marked better. The cabin wasn't the cleanest, but was nice and spacious. Toilet paper! There was only ONE roll in each bathroom, and it was gone by day 3. I do not recall reading that we should supply our own toilet paper. I always try to leave a place better than how I found it, so I hope that I done this. Overall, however, we were pleased. Thank you.
Only issues were no wifi and the proximity of the cabin to the main road. The back side of the cabin sits above but near the road making sleep difficult for me, a light sleeper. Had a hot tub issue but Cabins USA fixed it the following day.
The staff was wonderful getting back to my emails and they even called to check on us late the first full day, I felt bad I didn't call them back! We kept forgetting! The cabin itself was beautiful! And in a wonderful location close to alot of things we wanted to do! But the hot tub needs drained and cleaned there's like thick gritty sand like stuff in it, which I think is from the hard water. It does need updated utensils and pots and pans and spatulas, they were all so old and just needed replaced. The bed and couches were so comfortable! We were surprised since we both have back issues, we woke up every morning refreshed! Another downfall is there is no wifi and we could not get the TV to work. And pool sticks also need replaced, they were bent when we tried to play.
We have stayed in a few different cabins, B&D is very nice. We did have a couple issues upon arrival ( fireplace, hot tub), but maintenance got everything taken care of. The location is great, not too far from the parkway, quiet enough to enjoy time away from everything. We will stay at this cabin again.
We arrived late Thursday evening found out the downstairs shower did not work. The shower handle needs replaced. There were also cigarette butts all over the Hot Tub deck and cobwebs in various places. Completely satisfied with Customer Service, however Housekeeping should get it together.
It would have been better with WiFi. It was very enjoyable without it, but you had a Roku on the tv but nothing to connect it to, kind of odd. Overall an enjoyable stay. Will definitely book again in the future.
Very difficult to find.directions said when u get to light at top of hill take sharp left there was no red light stop sign at 3 corners.took is over an hour to find it after getting directions from someone who lived near there.cabin was very nice had no internet connection and we had no phone connections. Dishwasher didn't work nor ice machine.all was good enjoyed the stay.
We had a wonderful stay in B and D hideaway! It was very nice and very clean. It had everything we were looking for and I loved the location. It was easy to find and accessible to all the great things in the area!
The one problem that I found was the directions to get to the cabin. It says on the last part to turn at the street light. That isn’t very clear. You should put that there are several mailboxes on the left side of the road and give the address also. Most people use a gps and that would be helpful. I had to call to get that. There are spots that don’t have a cell phone signal so we had to go a little farther to get a signal. Other than that it was comfortable. The sofa in the living room area could use a new mattress. It is not comfortable and the springs hit you in the back. I couldn’t imagine sleeping on that. The upstairs area is hot. Maybe a small air conditioner up there for guests that need to utilize it.
This place was perfect! Staff was great to deal with checking in and out cabin was very clean and comfortable. We had a awesome vacation there and will be back.
I took my boyfriend on a surprise birthday weekend and he was surely surprised!!! The cabin was beautiful!!! It was everything we wanted, hot tub and a pool table . We had a Blast! It was right near everything, and i also made reservations to The Comedy Barn ! That was halarious! We really enjoyed our stay and Thank You Cabin USA for helping us make Beautiful Sweet and Romantic memories! We will be back for sure!!! A perfect score 10!
Went out to the hot tub and saw where it was leaking. Didn't use it. The mirror in the top bathroom where the loft was it needs to be replace. A lot of markings on it. We enjoyed staying there.
We loved the cabin. Very nice, neat and clean. Only room for one car though. Also would have been nice to have a camp fire area. A lot of fun. Much better than any hotel. This was our first and won’t be our last
The property was very relaxing and hommie feeling. The distance from Parkway was very convienente to all the stores and attractions. It would have been perfect if there was WI-FI and the Bar B Q grill was not so old, small, and mounted to the side of a downhill slope. I had to purchase a table to grill in order to cook out for six people. Otherwise, my all over rating would have been a perfect 10. I would recommend this Cabin to a small family.
Would like to give a big thank u to the two guys that saved the cat that was stuck in our tree for several days. If we needed anything u guys was there to help us thank u will had a great time and will be back for sure
My family had a wonderful time in this cabin, and would come and stay again. Roomy and comfortable with everything we needed to spend a fun filled week exploring the surrounding area. We will be back!!
The only thing that I noticed that needs to be clean better is the toilets . Other than that everything was perfect. Maybe keep cleaning supplies in the cabin. Thanks!!
Over all we had a good stay .. even though I almost got hit going into the drive way .. that is the most dangerous thing out of our whole trip and the tv's were to small for the space .. could have done better ...
The cabin was simply amazing overall. The secluded hot tub, pool table downstairs and loft, just an overall amazing cabin. Had an amazing time. Will definetly use
Cabins USA again. And cost us 60% less than Dollywood cabins.
**** only things I would work on in cabin is needs WIFI, new mattresses & the yellow ladybugs needed to be addressed.****
Overall we had a very pleasant experience during our stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. I recommend B&D Hideaway for your next pigeon forge get-a-way.
Check in at Cabins USA was very fast. Check out was even better; I just sent a text and we were on our way. The only problem we had was trying to find the cabin. I called the front desk several times trying to get more directions because the directions given were hard to follow. A bad accident was in the area of our cabin so we was delayed an hour or so after check in. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable. One recommendation would be to get a bigger TV in the living room area. The driveway up was a little hard to get up but manageable. Overall my friends and I enjoyed B&D Hideaway. The staff at Cabins USA needs to be more helpful with helping you locate the cabins for out of town guest.

loved the cabin, but the drive way leading to the cabin needs repaired. and didn't like that driveway to the other cabin was right in front of the porch for our cabin.. had to keep a close eye on the kids when coming and going.
We had a wonderful time at B&D Hideaway. It was a spacious cabin. The location was convenient to activities. We have stayed in Cabins USA cabins during all of our visits to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and loved them. I would recommend them to friends.

Loved the cabin except beds were hard and TV room was uncomfortable. The TV was way up on the wall and it was small. The road to turn on to get to the cabin is a hard left and you can't see the on coming traffic. On as positive note the hot tub was nice and private with screened enclosure. There was a nice downstairs with a pool table.
This was an alright cabin. Take the direction warning about the blind curve serious, cars fly around the curve and you can't see them. There is a steep slope leading up to the cabin that would be hard to maneuver if icy. Cabin needs updated and several things need attention. In the kitchen--microwave needs replaced, dishwasher buttons are under the counter making it difficult to turn on, FYI not much prep space. Living room-- curtain rod on front door has punctured the wall, TV above the fireplace needs secured, the main level floor needs some drastic repair, carpet needs cleaned, carpet transition strip needs replaced. Main bathroom needs towel bars and a shelf to sit your toiletries on. Could use 2 more chairs in the dining room. Upstairs loft is nice and has a bigger bathroom. If you need dark to sleep it is not the place for you. Basement is roomy, pool table needs maintenance, loose legs, broken ball rack. TV in the basement has directv but you get no signal. Warning: the heater on the wall in the basement gets extremely hot and there are no warning signs to let you know. It is vey close to the pool table. I was standing in front of it, about 12 inches, for approximately 5 minutes and it melted a hole in the back of my velour shirt (luckily I was wearing a shirt under it).
The location was perfect! Only about 10 min drive to the convention center where we needed to be. The cabin was right off the main road so we didn't have to drive up a steep mountain. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Everyone had a great stay at B & D. I will reserve this cabin again!

Easy check in and checking out. Cabin is nice for small number. Clean and very close to all Pigeon Forge activities. Needs Bigger TV in setting room downstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Kids missed not having wifi service but we loved the family time we got from them. The cabin was perfect, loved our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend CabinsUSA for rental.

This trip was a very nice one. We enjoyed the cabin, hot tub, and the surrounding. The cabin was very clean. The beds was the way we like them to be. It was nice to wake up in the mornings and it to be so peaceable and quite. We will use your service again in the future. I would recommend to our other friends about your company and service.

All in all the stay was amazing. I believe there was only one problem it could've used a vacuum cleaner. The location was amazing an I definitely enjoyed both the pool table and the hot tub. I will be coming back to enjoy the cabins and great views.

I was very pleased and have told many friends about your property and plan to come back next year. The only thing I would change in the cabin would be to have at least one king size bed. I was disappointed when I looked at the charges and noticed the "fees". I was very impressed with the advertised price of the cabin then noticed your "fees" make up for the difference.
