The cabin was small but good for the two of us.
Hot tub was nice and clean. Jacuzzi was nice and clean. The bed was nice and large.
The TV was fine but a lot of the remotes were missing batteries so I just plugged in the HDMI to the DVD player. And watched two of the three DVDs. (one was missing from the box lol.)

The shower had some loose tiles in the bottom, and the water pressure wasn't great but it was good to have a shower as well as the Jacuzzi tub.
The location was harder to find even with the directions from the office I just think putting a sign down at the turn would help similar to the cabin 940 (I think was one with a sign at the bottom).

Definitely need a vehicle with AWD to get to it if there's any kind of bad weather or snow.

All in all we loved it.
And it was what we were looking for.

This is our 2nd time to stay at Romantic Evenings and it is by far our favorite place now and we've staid at a lot of cabins over the years! I would recommend this place for everyone to stay at, but that would reduce MY opportunities to have the dates I may want to stay there! haha Super private with an incredible view in the day and at night!

The booking process was easy and the checkout was convient and stress free. This cabin was stocked with what you need, dishwasher, washer and dryer kitchen supplies and satellite tv. Price was good for our stay. No issues with the staff, they were friendly when I called. The bed was a HUGE issue. It was so worn out and uncomfortable that we had to sleep on the couch and chair after the first night. Also, the hot tub was touchy. It never got better than warm but I did call the office and found out that you had to set the temp then press the light button to cycle from EC, to SL, to ST then it worked somewhat. This was nowhere in the instructions. Also, finding the cabin DO NOT use GPS. Use the directions they send you when booking. The sign has no light at night and it's hard to find if you don't know (take a left at the big sign for the property and go straight up a hill). I would give this cabin a 3.5/4 out of 5. If the bed gets changed and the hot tub instructions were more clear I would rate it closer to 5.

The hot tub takes forever to heat up so beware! It was pretty clean but there were a few areas that could've used a little deeper cleaning. We slept great in the bed. The drive up would be a little sketchy getting up in the rain or snow without 4wd.

Cozy cabin not too far from the attractions. The road going up to the cabin is very steep and is only one lane so if someone else is trying to come from the opposite direction there is no where for you to go. The driveway is tiny and can be difficult to pull into especially because there is a bit of a drop on one side. The cabin was great but don't expect a pretty view from the deck. There's a lot of tree branches blocking the view. The check in and check out process was super easy

Beautiful cabin! We had a very delightful stay and 10/10 will be coming back!

A little disappointed that the cabin was advertised at $170/night and ended up being over $600 for 2 nights because of all the fees. I guess if we were able to stay more nights, it wouldn't seem so bad. The cabin and location were amazing! Check in and check out were very easy.

Overall this was a wonderful place! We appreciated the location and seclusion from other resorts areas. The check in and check out process was easy. Everything worked and we had no worries. We are the type of vacationers who look for accommodations where we can feel at home.
Minor suggestions would be to make sure there is a garbage can lid. A recycling area/bin would be helpful. Minor suggestions. And overall wonderful place to stay! Thank you!

This is one of the best cabins we have stayed in..The view is awesome from the back porch,the shower is wonderful,bed was really comfortable. The issue we had was the TV there was many days we could only get news channels called to report it and was told maintenance would be out to see what was going on with it but no one showed up. The parking could be better,Would recommend 4x4 for this cabin especially in the winter months. But over all we would rent this cabin again. Thank you cabins usa!

Loved our stay. My wife and I have celebrated our wedding anniversary 3 of the last 5 years at this wooded, quaint cabin.

we like this cabin. Love the view, the fireplace, the hot tub. Bed comfortable. not a deal breaker but if we suggested 2 things it needs a double vanity in the bathroom for a couple to get ready and a full length door mirror . other than that its perfect.

Great company to work with ,excellent customer service which is a rarity in this day and age.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our only issues were that the hot tub seemed a little dated/in need of service and, the kitchen was not as well equipped as we would have liked.

We stay at this cabin multiple times each year. We truly enjoy each stay. The cabin is easily accessible, very cozy and comfortable. We highly recommend this cabin!

I would have given the property a 10 save a few issues. It is located in an excellent location. Secluded but close to everything. The process of check in and check out was so easy and I appreciated that. The outdoor lights in the driveway were out, but one call the day after we arrived and a ticket was created and fixed by the next night. The cabin is very nicely appointed and has a beautiful view of pigeon forge. The lights at night are beautiful.

My concerns were that half the jets on the jacuzzi don't work. The cover for the jacuzzi has a broken arm and so the process of opening and closing the tub was difficult until I figured the problem out. The dishwasher is holding water so we were fearful of using it. The mattress on the bed is very soft. Too soft likely for some, but was comfortable.

I would definitely rent this cabin again for the positive reasons given, but would definitely have concerns if the ongoing things I commented on remained.

almost everything is fine, it is very comfortable, quiet, good view. The only detail was the cleanliness in general, a lot of dust, cobwebs, dirty table, the floor was not mopped, foot marks were seen all over the floor, they should be more careful in cleaning.

It was a great stay! Really enjoyed the cabin, the view, the layout of the bedroom! However, it seems that there is an infestation of hornets somewhere in the Cabin. I killed several hornets in the cabin throughout the week which hornets are no joke, not like a bee! I would suggest someone finding the nest before someone gets stung. I know we were out in nature, but the number of bugs that we found in the house was disturbing!

Cabins USA are fantastic... had a very relaxing and beautiful scenery... while enjoying are time away .. easy access to all the area has to offer .. or just stay in and appreciate the amenities that they offer... would recommend this to all who want a hands free..on the stop... with freedom to choose...thank you very much

This cabin has a great view of downtown Pigeon Forge. The night lights are a beautiful sight. The cabin is very nice. Our only issue is that the bed was very soft. After sleeping on in for 3 nights I had back pain as I need a harder bed to sleep on. The hot tub is getting old and either needs replaced or repaired as we had trouble getting the jets to come on and stay on. The kitchen and living area was very nice and comfortable. The shower floor has come loose tiles but overall it was a great place to stay.

First thing - the view from the back deck is stunning - best one we've seen yet! The cabin was the perfect size for two, and very comfortable. One of the windows had a horrible collection of spiders and spider webs (in between the glass and the screen...no one has lifted those blinds in quite awhile), and the cleaning crew missed a couple of small things (coffee pot and the hot plate on the coffee pot were dirty, crumbs down in the cracks of the dining chairs). Aside from this, it was a great place. We would stay again!

This cabin was GREAT! Just as pictured on line. Great view from the cabin of Pigeon Forge. You could see the fireworks from Dollywood. The cabin sits up high so just be prepared for the drive up the mountain. Only issue I had was with the Direct TV system- it was down 10 of the 14 days we stayed. 2 different maintenance guys were out to try to fix but needed to order a new card. Thanks JD at least you Tried! So if you want to watch TV during your getaway don't rent this cabin! Internet was iffy at best. BUT again the cabin was great and I would return.

One of the nicest cabins we've stayed in in Pigeon Forge and we've stayed in quite a few. The only issue was the TV box in the living room was not functioning properly and maintenance was having to order a new box which would not be there until after we left but no big deal really. TV in bedroom was fine. Maintenance guy that came up was super nice. Very clean. The view of the mountains and Pigeon Forge from the bedroom was really nice especially at night and sunrise!! This is definitely a honeymoon or anniversary type of cabin. We would certainly use again.

Love this cabin, we will rent again. Parking a little narrow and hill was steep coming up but we didnt have any other issues. Trash can outside was small and already full from someone elses charcoal. Cabin was clean and we loved the view and fireplace the most.

The only problem we had was we could not receive a outdoor garbage can ours was missing and they did not bring one by request . But the cabin itself is beautiful has all the amenities. We always love our stay there

Location was amazing and relatively easy to find! View from the back deck was stunning, and even though we had a couple of other cabins nearby we still felt secluded enough to relax! Only complaints is that the dishwasher was not attached to the counter(causing it to tip outward if we opened the door too far), and that there were only two forks in the kitchen. Minor complaints overall! Will definitely consider coming back to this location!

Overall this was exactly what we wanted. Great place to relax. Close enough to things if you want to get out. When we arrived there were only 4 forks available to use. I contacted Cabins USA and additional ones were brought out and left at the door. No trash bags were available or dish soap for sink but definitely the good outweighed the missing things. The booking/check-in/check-out was very easy and smooth. Thank you for giving us a great three days !

Great cabin, the only real complaints I have is there was a few dead bugs in the floor and the hot tub had way too much chemicals in it. When we opened the hot tub the chemicals were so strong they choked us out a little but other than that the cabin was great! Would stay here again for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful cabin. Very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need to make meals. The view off the balcony was great as well. The hot tub was very clean and well maintenanced. The cabin is about 5 minutes from the main strip in Pigeon Forge where there are endless things to do. This is the 2nd time we've used CabinsUSA for a cabin in Pigeon Forge and the booking process is very simple. Highly recommend this cabin as well as the CabinsUSA company for rentals.

This cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway. The view from the back porch was beautiful overlooking pigeon forge. I would recommend it for a couple you wants to rent a cabin that is cozy. We would definitely rent again for a weekend away from the kids.

Overall the cabin was breathtaking... Bathroom could've been just a tad bit cleaner around and in the toilet, but overall I'm satisfied.

The cabin is due for some maintenance. The coffee maker didn't work, the dishwasher wasn't attached to the cabinet, (when you open the door it actual pulled out from under the cabinet). The refrigerator was missing a handle. The hot tub needs an upgrade.

The cabin met my expectations! Everything thing was clean and nice. I would request the same cabin again for a weekend get away for two.

Our stay was perfect. Our reservation process was smooth from start to finish. The cabin was just as described and the location provided the peace and quiet we were looking for. We hope to return again soon!

My husband and I needed a getaway for our 10 year anniversary. The cabin was delightful. It was incredibly clean. The only thing I will say is I tried calling the company a few different times and never was able to speak to someone. Our cabin had wifi (I chose a cabin with wifi) and never had a password to use it.

My first cabin trip and i enjoyed it .The view was everything . The Only biggy was the WiFi not working .

The cabin is absolutely beautiful with what I would rate a 8/10 view from the back deck. It was extremely clean and the shower as well as the fireplace were our favorites. Only improvements that I would suggest would be to provide some bare necessities for guests such as dish soap since you have to wash the dishes before you leave in addition to salt and pepper, maybe some cooking spray, just some little things. Also, it would have been a nice touch to add some pamphlets for things to do around the area. All in all it was a great stay though!

Positives at the end.

First and foremost something needs done about the steps. Cabin is referred to as a one story, and all the wood, windows, and decor make it deceiving in the low light when first arriving. Unless you are looking down the steps look like flooring. My wife opened the blind on the door and took a step toward the window to open that blind and fell to the bottom of those stairs. We spent our whole stay nursing wounds and monitoring her condition. Now we're missing work. Second, the cabin was clean, except some dishes in the dish washer (which isn't secured to the countertop) and a few beer bottle caps laying around. We didn't arrive to the cabin until 4pm (strict check in time), but the cleaners didn't leave until 4:15pm. Third, the cabin is $79, but you end up paying an extra $200 in fees (a little deceiving at first). Last but not least, because my wife was confined to the bed (for fear of moving too much), we realized the bedroom TV is not a Roku like the living room. So bring DVDs you like to watch in bed or watch absolutely nothing on DirecTV because it's basic. Also, bring a cheap single serve Kuerig, they're inexpensive, because the coffee maker is old and cheap. For the most part our belated 5yr anniversary would have been great if not for the steps leading to nowhere, almost ending my wife's life and destroying mine. They need to be blocked off with something.

This cabin has the makings of a beautiful getaway for 2. The bathroom is awesome, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. It is a peaceful, convenient location with a great view. You can see the mountains and the dancing lights of Pigeon Forge from the deck, and bedroom.

However, because of our experience, no more spur of the moment, one night stays. We will stick with planned trips to the cabin we stayed in on our wedding night.

I had an amazing experience at your property. First time being in the woods the view was amazing and very relaxing. The check in/out process was effortless. Housekeeping did leave their cleaning supplies and rag on the fireplace, but no big issue. Just removed it. We will definitely be back.

The price looks real good until all of the "extras" are added in. But I knew in advance and we did enjoy our stay. We had stayed in this cabin many years ago for our anniversary and it still has the same charm it had then.

To get to the cabin was a bit scary for me personally, but the view was worth it. We loved that it was close to everything. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, the hot water in the shower/tub, and the hot tub. We also like the double sided fireplace. Kids enjoyed the wifi and dvd player. We would consider renting again.

This Cabin was absolutely breathtaking! I stayed here the night after my wedding night and my Husband and I couldn't believe the view! Thanks for such an amazing night we will recommend to all our friends and family!

This is our 3rd year staying in Romantic Evenings as it is where we spent our honeymoon. We love this cabin and always book early in hopes of getting it every October. The staff are always helpful and great and the cabin is fantastic. We look forward to staying there again next year.

We stayed in Romantic Evenings for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it!!! It was super quiet, private, and cozy! It's a bit of a steep hill to climb to the driveway, so I'm not sure this would be a great pick for snowy weather, but otherwise I would say you will not be disappointed in this sweet little cabin!! Super close to downtown Pigeon Forge too!

This was the second time staying in this cabin. The view is one of the best we have seen. You can see Pigeon Forge from the hot tub and it is in a private location even with a few cabins near by.

We absolutely loved this cabin and our time there. You definitely wouldn’t want to stay there in bad weather/winter months as it is a straight up hill drive, but it was perfect for our stay in the spring. The view is breathtaking and the cabin is very tastefully designed. We loved the large walk-in shower, gorgeous kitchen, and hot tub on the back deck. Our only complaints would be we had a very hard time getting the wi-fi to work and the mattress was quite worn and sagged in the middle. Overall terrific trip and we would absolutely stay here again!

The cabin was extremely comfortable and had just about everything I needed. The only exception was the shower. There was no floormat in the shower and the tiles were very slippery. The center part of the showerhead didn't work cutting down on water pressure, and the light in the shower didn't work. The shower itself was very spacious, they just need to address, the floor, showerhead, and light to make it great. The cabin was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, the bed was amazing and there were plenty of covers provided for the cold nights. The fireplace ran on a timer which was great because I didn't have to remember to turn it off before going to sleep. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay during their visit to Pidgeon Forge.

We have been coming to this cabin for several years. The location is great and the view is wonderful - especially at night. The cabin is always neat and clean. We will be back again next year.

Very nice romantic cabin with privacy located on Pine Mountain . Deck view is beautiful especially at night . Close enough to Pigeon Forge for convenience , yet distance for a private getaway . We love this cabin .

This cabin was almost perfect. The view of Pigeon Forge and beyond was incredible. The tranquility was deafening.
If the cabin had only noted "4x4 access during winter months required", that would have at least prepared me for the tremendously steep incline this cabin was perched on top of. Thankfully we had gone in the warmth of September when the roads were only wet.

Fantastic except for dirty shower floor. Shower had not been cleaned.

We loved our stay overall. The cabin was ver cozy and had everything we needed. We were not provided the wi-fi password but the office gave it to us when we called. Would definitely stay again.

We were on our honeymoon. We loved everything about this cabin! It is beautifully decorated. The bed was awesome as well as the amendities. It's very quiet and we felt we had a lot of privacy on the deck in back. We will definitely be back! I would highly recommend this cabin.

I would not have chosen this cabin if I had known there were no shades, or curtains in the bedroom. I had to call to get the internet code and then someone had to come out to reset since It didn't work. It worked afterward. It would have been nice to have a notebook showing the internet code and area attractions. There was also the issue with the fire alarm in the bedroom that went off the first night there-it stopped for an hour then continued until we left for the day. I had put a service call in when It started going off. It was too high to reach to take the batteries out. Needless to say it was a long night. The view was great and it was very clean. It was also close to town.

Loved it. Great location and bed was comfortable. Needed some dusting and had some small.cobwebs throughout, otherwise, very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed at romantic evenings for our 15 year anniversary. The views from the cabin were amazing. Check in and out process was very easy. Upon arrival the hot tub was broken, bedroom tv had a lot of static, and the WiFi wasn’t working. Called and maintenance came very soon. The tv and WiFi was fixed right then. A note was left saying a vendor was contacted for the hot tub issue. A day later they could not tell us when the hot tub would be repaired. The weather was warm enough that we were going to try the hot tub out without the jets and extra heat when we found what looked like “bodily secretions” floating in the tub. There was no soap or dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. Called 2 times and requested this and was told housekeeping would bring some. It never arrived before we checked out. We ended up buying soap and washing dishes our self as the cups had lots of dust and grime in them. Overall nice cabin and location. Would have been nice to have a clean, functional hot tub. The drive to the cabin is steep and parking is very narrow and limited. Only enough room for one vehicle to park.

Planning on coming back!

Kids had a blast which in turn made us happy. Cabin was close to the parkway and was very nice overall. My only complaint would be the hot tub needs some work but other than that it was great!

Cabin was nice and everything was in its place, but there was a ton of dust on everything and a lot spider webs. I found a box of hvac filters and changed out the dust clogged filter myself. We went and bought pots and pans also to cook with because the ones provided had caked on grime in the bottom I recommend if there is going to be a cleaning fee that the cleaning crew look into this.

The cabin was nice! Love the view from the master bedroom. Bed was soft & comfortable. While the furniture in the living room looked nice it was not as comfortable. Light bulbs need to be replaced in lamps. Enjoyed our stay!

This was the fourth time we stayed in this cabin and it is always a great experience. The only things that I think need some improvement are: more towels are needed (I had to wash them twice over the course of five days because there are only two for two people), the pillows are completely flat (we do not use decorator pillows for sleeping so that only left two pillows for sleeping on and neither of them have any fluff in them), and it's time to get a Keurig coffee pot (this is all my husband and I use at home so the coffee from a traditional pot does not taste the same anymore). Otherwise the cabin is clean, has a great location and it usually very quiet. We will definitely be back.

Made for a great getaway for my wife and I. The view was great and it was very relaxing. Can't wait to be able to do it again.

Romantic Evenings is a beautiful cabin. It is so peaceful and the view is gorgeous.

The first couple of nights we did not have wi-fi and not one of the three repair guys could fix it. Finally on the second night at 10 p.m. someone finally got it fixed. On the third night we had a severe rain storm and the roof started leaking in the kitchen. Someone came out and gave us a "bucket" to catch the water. This is our third stay in this cabin and we are happy with it as long as the problems don't get any worse. It's in a good location and we love the hot tub.

We called about no internet working and they came out and told us that to use our own data plan, which not everyone has enough data to use. I had to do payroll for our company and Wifi was very crucial to have and once it was checked out, we got a note saying to use our own cell phone carrier (really?). It never got fixed.
The lid on the hot tub was broken off and was very hard to lift off the cover and use the hot tub. It was held on with a bungee cord and when cold out, you had to lift lid off that wasn't connected to hinges to assist lifting off to enjoy. You then had to set on ground and lift up and put on when wet and done, it was very heavy to and took 2 people to do.
Otherwise it was overall a great stay and will return in the future and in hopes these items will not happen again!

The cabin was lovely and we had a wonderful stay!

This property was amazing and beautiful. The view was magnificent. The deck was very private. You could see the twinkling lights of the Pigeon Forge strip (we especially liked seeing the lights of the ferris wheel) but it wasn't close or so bright that it kept us awake at night. The wall of windows in the bedroom were awesome. It was clean, well maintained and minimally (but beautifully) decorated. It wasn't too overdone or cluttered. I would definitely stay again. It was a wonderful romantic weekend. The ONLY thing we were not 100% satisfied with was the fireplace. It kept cutting off and on. It would not stay continually lit once turned on. Otherwise, this cabin was a perfect 10!

My wife and I went up to Pigeon Forge to celebrate my birthday We go at least 5 or 6 times a year for the last 15 years. We have stayed in many of cabins over the years. All the cabins we have stayed in this has been the best one it was very clean the bed was comfortable you could not have asked for a better cabin to stay in and a beautiful view. Thanks for making my birthday a great one

Overall it was great but the mattress on the master bed was simply way too soft for our comfort level. I have to assume it has been used for quite some time so I strongly suggest it is time for an investment by the owner.

Beautiful place! Cabin USA staff were awesome. Only negative was....had to buy a hairdryer and the cleaning folks need to use the duster more, particularly in bathroom/washer dryer area. Will definitely be back.

Romantic Evenings is a beautiful little cabin with all the comforts of home. The decor is lovely and the cabin overall is very comfortable. Loved the view off the back deck and the gas fireplace. Would easily recommend this cabin to friends and family. Highly recommend Cabins USA for their ease of the check in and check out process as well.

Loved everything about it to the beautiful view from the deck overlooking the main strip. Looking forward to our next trip & will defiantly stay there again.

We randomly picked this cabin online, the pictures represented the property well. It was very nice, private and check in could not have been easier. The only issue was with the Jacuzzi, but that may have been us, we didn't even bother to call the staff. Definitely plan to stay there again.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was beautiful we didint want to leave, but the drive up the steep hill was not my favorite. The booking and everything was easy but when we couldnt find our cabin the woman was rude and acted like it was a burden to help us out. Other than that i plan on staying in a cabin every year for my anniversary.

Loved this cabin! It was furnished nice and all the appliances were in great shape. We found it to be VERY clean, and I am really picky when it comes to cleanliness of places! Everything was in good repair and well kept. King sized bed was comfortable but if you like thick, fluffy pillows you might want to take your own. I also thought the sheets were not very soft but that is just my opinion! Bath towels were supplied and plentiful plus you could wash them right there so that was very convenient. I liked that there were also hand towels and wash cloths supplied because I find that those are not always available even in hotels without asking for them. Despite a few other cabins being in that area, they were situated such that we felt like ours was very private. Loved the deck and hot tub out on it. The hot tub was also very clean and worked well. It was filled and ready for use! The road up to the cabin was steep and narrow in places but I expected that being in the mountains. The parking space was somewhat small but we drive a Chevy Traverse so most anything should fit ok, it will just be tight and harder to turn around if your vehicle is real large. As stated on the website there was a starter supply of paper towel (1 roll), toilet paper ( 2 rolls), two packets of one time use dishwasher detergent, approx a 4 ounce bottle of liquid dishwashing soap, and 2-3 small bars of hand/bath soap. I did not find the small sample box of laundry detergent until we had already bought some but it was stored up high and had been opened so what was left of the powder spilled anyway when I grabbed it. Items that we had to go buy because it did not occur to us that they would not be furnished since we are used to staying in hotels were shampoo, Kleenex, and a hairdryer. Be sure and take those things with you! Internet worked but we had to call the office for the code. We took advantage of pre-registering and doing the early online check in and that was very convenient because we were able to go directly to the cabin and bypass the office. We also utilized express checkout which simply consisted of texting them when we left (or you can call them if you prefer) but again we did not have to stop at the office on departure day. We had a great vacation and hope to stay in Romantic Evenings again sometime!

The cabin was great except for there was no sign on the cabin telling us it was the right cabin . Also the drive had tree limbs which hit our truck while driving . All in all would stay there again .

Parking is a little inconvenient. It's hard to get in and out of the space. We've stayed at Enchanted Evenings as well, and the parking there is worse. The price was a little too high, your company charged more for the cabin than the last company did, but I understand the cabin has changed ownership. But overall, we love Romantic Evenings and will stay there again if it's available.

This is THE nicest cabin we have EVER stayed in!! It was absolutely SPOTLESS!!! The owners of this property definitely have your best interest at heart. It is decorated very tastefully and has EVERYTHING you need! The bed is a dream to sleep on and the shower is awesome!!! And the view from the deck off the bedroom is breathtaking 😊
We will most definitely rent from Cabins USA again!! We were told at check out that the Tennessee Shriners were responsible for the cleaning and let me tell you... You could eat off the floors!! Everything was fabulous and we really appreciate and applaud your efforts to make your customers feel at home ðŸ'ž

The cabin was very nice and cozy. Well furnished and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The view was very nice. The drive after you left the main road to the cabin was trecherous and getting in and out of the driveway difficult.

This cabin is adorable & we enjoyed ourselves so much. It's very romantic & inviting. It had plenty of dishes & cookware. We will & have recommended it to others.
