The property was wonderful I loved it just the only thing the pool was like ice it was a little hard to enjoy that but everything else was great
Place was really nice and exactly as described. My family and I had a lot of fun at the location. Having to drive to the home office to check in instead of just showing up at the property at check in time, and having what I feel is a pretty late check in (4 p.m.) are the only things I think could be improved upon. Even considering that, I am very likely to use your site again, and may even stay at the same property. Thank you all for your help.

It was very beautiful BUT wish I would have known that it was so high up in the mountains on a long winding road. We did not get there until after 10pm and was not expecting the road to be like that. I was in tears trying to find cabin We had to call to be guided to our cabin because it was so dark I think there should be some type of reflectors on road or at least light on signs so you don't miss your turn. We went down the wrong way until he guided us back to panther way. Also we used the oven but there was no oven mitts. We had to use a towel to get the food out. So we made sure we were in before dark because neither of us wanted to drive in dark again But other than that it was a beautiful weekend and cabin.
The cabin was beautiful especially the view! The power in the upstairs bedroom did go out as well as the Wi-Fi thankfully on the last night. Overall a good experience
This was the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in. We stayed here for the pool and it was the perfect size. It could have been warmer in the room, but the kids were able to swim and enjoy it. The downstairs bed wasn't the most comfortable. The waterproof pad made it feel like sleeping on plastic. The shower could have been cleaner, but overall the cabin was very clean. The recliners in the living room were very comfortable. I would definitely look into booking this cabin over others if it is available next time. It doesn't take long to get to town. Even though there are cabins on either side it feels secluded.
Overall a nice cabin but beginning to be let go. Light over stove was not working. The dishwasher did not work properly and did not clean dishes. Air filter was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Our family recently stayed at the "The Swimming Hole" The cabin was just the right size for our family of 5. The cabin was great, clean and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool and playing the games.on the upper level. The checkin and checkout process was super easy. We will definitely come back again.
The swimming hole property was very enjoyable. The pool was great and we had fun playing volleyball in it! Hot tub was clean and after we figured out how to use the opener was even better! Everything was clean and there were enough paper products for our entire week. Also appreciated extra towels. Weird that the breaker box is on the outside of the home as we lost power the first night but maintenance came next morning and then I knew what to do when it happened second time. Maintenance guy was wonderful! Could not figure out fireplaces and cards provided were not accurate. Really wish there were shades as it is really bright when the sun comes up in the morning if you are trying to sleep in front room or upstairs sleeper sofa (which is not super comfy but made it work). Couldn't use shuffle board as no stuff you shake on was available and air hockey needed a new paddle. I wish there was a way to turn off hot tub to enjoy wildlife/nature sounds instead of hum of jets. Overall it was a very fun week!
Very nice cabin! The kids didn't want to get out of the indoor pool! Mountain cabin so not much yard to speak of, but nice! Took a little getting used to traveling the mountain roads up to the cabin as this was our first cabin rental. That adjustment came quick and enjoyed our stay.
I'd like to start off by saying we have stayed in many cabins in the smokies. This cabin was awesome! Many cabins you rent, cleaning is always a big issue. I gave this one 8/10 it wasn't perfect but the cleanest cabin we have rented. The arcade upstairs did not work, there was sound but no picture, so that needs repaired or replaced. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances we used did work. My kids loved the pool! I will for sure be renting this cabin again!
Overall Nice Cabin, I had read a lot of reviews from many different companies. I hunted around for the most affordable cabin with an in cabin pool, hot tub, and a pool table and hockey table. I think it really depends on the owner and how they keep up their cabin, you know you need to replace things in it as people using it create so much wear and tear on the stuff in the cabin. We were happy with our stay and the cabin suited our needs. The pool is more of a wading pool than swimming pool, its only about 2 1/2 foot deep being filled to the filter level, but we played hide and go seek with pool toys, the pool its more for small kids. Hot tub did get hot and was clean, jets did not work, it had more chlorine in it than the pool did, I could not smell any chlorine in the pool water and was cloudy. I would think is more of a public type pool between all the visitors it gets. Beds in both rooms are Kings and spacious and are firm. I slept fine, my kids put a mattress cushion over the bed upstairs out of preference and slept fine. We did not use any sofa couch bed, they did have one upstairs. Wifi was great Xfinity internet and my kids did complete an online day for school. All 3 kids did fine and completed their work. We had 4 tv's and the all had xfinity cable and all worked fine. We had 2 electric fireplaces that heated up the rooms fine and 1 gas fireplace in living room worked fine. The outside fireplace on the porch worked great and we made smores a few times. Cabin was clean, pool area had some leaves and cigarette butts on the floor in the corner. It was a good stay.
This cabin in honestly a little slice of heaven! This was by far the most beautiful cabin I've ever had the luxury of staying in. My husband booked the cabin for our family for a fall break getaway. After being stuck at home for 7 months due to the pandemic, he wanted to go all out for us... I never would have imagined he would've found something so amazing. From the moment we opened the doors, I was in tears due to the breathtaking beauty. I hadn't even seen the indoor pool room, hot tub or game room yet at that point. My family has the most relaxing, peaceful and much needed 3 days. My son didn't even ask for his video game or computer because the cabin had so much for him to do. It was so hard to leave when it came time to check out. I just wanted to stay forever! We will most certainly be back and hopefully very soon!!
Loved the cabin! It was perfect when you have a bunch of kids! It could have been cleaner. I didn't like that that there were things there left from previous stayers. I also thought it was crazy they wouldn't give you trash bags & toilet paper. Especially considering the price of the cabin & all the added charges! We did enjoy our stay & will return!
This was my family's second year staying at the swimming hole and it was just as good. The only problems we had were the pool was cloudy and we left for town one day only to return to the pool boy inside the cabin. We did not report on the cloudiness of the pool so it wasn't an expected visit and a few of our valuables were out. It just would have been nice to have a heads up if someone else would be entering the cabin. But other then that our stay was great.
We just left the Swimming Hole after a four night stay and had a great time!!! We did need to add water to the pool each night but that wasn’t a big deal since the hose was right near it. The kids had a blast in the pool and with all the games upstairs. The upstairs was hard to cool because of all the heat coming in from windows but didn’t seem to bother the kids. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We definitely want to come back!!!
The view was great and property was relatively clean. We did find lots of hair in the upstairs shower when we checked in. The kitchen had everything we needed. My kids loved the game room and the pool. The major complaint we had was the pool did not hold water. We had to use the outside hose daily to fill the pool as it lost at leat 4 inches of water each night, and that was with very little spashing from my kids. The hot tub also did not reach desired temperature our whole stay. We did have a great time otherwise.
It was a very nice cabin the pool and hot tub both where clean. Clean cabin will be staying again. The only thing I found that needs to be fix is the bed downstairs needs to be replaced mattress is uncomfortable has springs that you can feel. Other than the bed it was wonderful.
Loved the location of this cabin great mountain views..The only things i have to complain about is..The hot tub never got warm till our last day staying there..They were no extra pillow cases for the extra pillows and only a sheet on the down stairs bed witch has springs in your back and no cover on bed..The outside fireplace does not work either i would of loved sitting on the porch at night with it light being its still cool.And we had no batteries in the tv remote.But we still had a good time in sprite of these few problems.
The only issue was that the hot tub never heated up and the pool was not holding water. The service guy sent to us was professional and courteous! Overall, a great time!
This Cabin was Amazing! We stayed for the weekend and didn't want to leave... The game room was awesome, pool was so nice and Jacuzzi was Excellent! The only issue we had was the upstairs toilet flushing, it was stressful to monitor at each flush. The grill could have been bigger with a cover. My hubby even saw a black bear. Check out was a breeze via email. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to using Cabin USA in the future.
We had a great 3 night stay at the Swimming Hole! Our 3 year old son absolutely loved the pool, arcade games and the air hockey table (we didn't allow him to play with the billiards table or shuffleboard). Aside from the beds not being as comfy as our own, we felt comfortable and at home in the cabin and wished we could have stayed a few more days. We knew coming in that most places in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg would be closed (due to COVID-19) so we packed a cooler full of food to cook at the cabin since we had no plans to do anything other than hanging out in the cabin. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prep food and cook except for a cutting board. If there's one there, I couldn't find it. Another item the cabin is missing is a hair dryer. Overall we thought the cabin was great and we definitely plan on returning. It was a perfect fit for our family.
(Side note: there's some trash in the brush to the right of the driveway that needs picked up...kind of looks like it's been there awhile)
It was a good cabin but we paid a lot for a heated pool and the pool was not heated. The water wasn’t above the filter to push out warm water. No hose to fill the water ourselves either. We paid 50 dollars for a cleaning pool fee when we couldn’t use it. The cleaning fee should include filling the pool up. We kept the door closed like the lady said to keep the heat in but again the pool wasn’t high enough to shoot out hot water. Won’t be staying in this cabin due to fees of pool you can’t use in the colder weather.
Hi! We just left the cabin so I wanted to make a few suggestions and bring something to your attention.
1) There is a very heavy wooden chest of drawers in the upstairs bedroom. While putting a few things away in the drawers, the entire dresser fell on me, bruising my face, cutting my hand, and breaking several of our things that were sitting on top. Had it been my 10 month old sitting there, things would have been very bad. This is a very dangerous situation and that chest of drawers should be bolted to the wall immediately (along with any other similar furniture).
2) Another 4 or 5 towels and wash clothes would be very beneficial, especially because there is a pool and we constantly found ourselves without clean towels.
3) We were without water a few times throughout the trip. It always came back on eventually, so I'm not sure what the issue was with that.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and everything else was great. I do hope you take my first suggestion seriously, to protect future families as well as your company.

My family and I just loved the Swimming Hole. We come the area each year around the same time and this was the first time we've booked with Cabins USA. "The best decision ever!" The cabin was beautiful and everything in the game room was in working order. We stayed at the cabin more this trip than we ever have on recent trips because it was so wonderful. Might just stay here again next year😉
Checked in, paid balance on account, and provided keycode to enter cabin. After reaching cabin, keycode nor any other codes given over the phone worked. Maintenance had to bring a key which took about 1 hour 45 minutes. It was discovered that housecleaning also could not get any keycodes to work and had to use a key. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN A KEY AT CHECK-IN since we arrived early so the kids could enjoy the pool before bedtime. In essence, Sunday night was cut short by failure of your company to get us in the cabin as agreed upon. Although employees were nice and seemed to want to help, your company simply failed to meet it's responsibilities.
We really enjoyed all the cabin had to offer from the pool & hot tub, to the pool table and air hockey. The cabin was very nice and clean and the bed were comfortable.
The back roads to the cabin a very scary and small. I wish this cabin had better roads to lead to it and a wider driveway. We loved the cabin but hated the roads to get there.
The Swimming Hole created one of the best vacations we ever had ! This cabin was beautiful and the ammenities were terrific! I would reccomend on your first night going before it gets dark we did have a little trouble finding the place and the roads were a little scary especially during the rain and fog but overall this was awesome! We did have some issues with the alarm the 1st night and they never fixed the alarm sensor in the pool room. We also did find a dead bug in the bed and a fake eyelash set stuck to a decorative pillow. Everything we needed was there for us when we got there and any issues we had were quickly resolved.
Cabin usa never fails me. I enjoyed every minute of this much needed vacation. The cabin was beautiful and plenty of room for us. The only concern i have is the upstairs bedroom mattress was not very comfortable. We had a hard time falling asleep on it but the other couple with us said their bed was fine, so it might just be us lol. I will definitely be back again. I come down at least twice a year and ALWAYS book with cabin USA!!
The cabin has so many great amenities! The games all worked properly which is a pet peeve of mine. The house was very clean and everything seemed new. Great cabin!
House was wonderful very clean and user friendly. Would recommend telling people about steep driveways and advise people to gonoff your directions and not apple or google maps
The pool wasn’t warm... I’d recommend turning the heat up - as soon as “FALL†hits. I rented this place specifically for the pool aspect of it & only put my foot in it. And the fireplace outside on the deck didn’t work when we got there - we called it in immediately. The screen was off & lying to the side.. the maintenance guy came the next day around 12. Supposedly fixed it & it was going. But later when we wanted to relax outside on the deck in the evening, we turned the timer switch to on & nothing. Therefore, the deck fireplace NEVER worked... once during our 3 night stay. The shuffleboard also was one of the things that caught my eye.. being we enjoy shuffleboard.. we had to request shuffleboard dust because there wasn’t any anywhere in the cabin. They brought us 1 container. Which was barely enough for one days use let alone 3. I’d have at least 2-3 there for guests! Other than that the cabin was perfect. The hot tub was amazing. The views and decks were amazing. The couch and living room setup was great. The logs on the gas fireplace could use some rearranging in the living room - the fire wasn’t hardly visible due to placement of logs. We’d definitely rent from Kimble again. But turn up the heat in the pool & get the fireplaces up and going.
The cabin was extremely nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the games. I rented this particular cabin, though, for the pool. The advertised heated pool that you can't adjust the temperature to your satisfaction. There was a sign on the door that said to keep the temp between 80-100, but you don't get to control that. Maintenance came out and told us the temp was 84 and that it couldn't be raised any higher. Well, it appears by the note on the door that it's been able to be raised to 100 at some point and time. THIS completely put me off. I brought my 3 grandchildren and they all stepped in the pool once and got immediately back out as it was too cool for October. I was very disappointed as the pool was the whole reason to rent this particular cabin. You have a nice place and it's kept well, but for a pool cabin, I was not pleased.
This is a beautiful cabin that had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Besides having the regular comforts of home, the indoor pool and all the game tables really provided a vacation rental where we could have just stayed in and been fine without going into town. I would definitely stay in this cabin again.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Swimming Hole. It was very clean and definitely met our expectations. The game room was wonderful and we spent a lot of time there. The pool was also adequate and me and my daughter enjoyed evening swims in it.
The view was very nice and we enjoyed the porches. The cabin was very spacious and my family also liked the TVs. We have stayed with Cabins USA before and have enjoyed all our experiences but this was by far our favorite cabin yet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Had a great time at swimming hole!!! Location was awesome. Only issue was door lock did not work on day 3, called office and was told someone would be on their way to let us in and fix the lock. After an hour and a half passed, called back and was told “not sure what happened but I will send someone nowâ€. So after a two hour wait we got back into the cabin. Other than that we had a great time.
The cabin was really nice. There was some cleanliness issues that should have been better. Hot tub was to cold to use the first night as well as water was brown and dirty looking. Thought the heated pool should have been warmer but was told that was the highest we could do. I stayed at several cabins and was able to have the pool warmer. Staff was good for the most part. I called about and issue that i had and was told they would find out and get me a answer but no one ever called back after about 20 minutes I figured out myself. The cabin was very difficult to get to the road was way to small hard to drive when another vehicle was coming. The cabin was really nice. My wife and I really enjoyed the cabin.
The cabin was absolutely gorgeous! The staff was excellent. We were missing the grill and they brought it out the same night. We didn’t get WiFi until our last night but not a deal breaker we were on vacation and plenty to do (shooting pool, shuffleboard, air hockey and hot tub) The only thing we weren’t happy with was the pool was too cold and unable to get in it. Asked for heat to be turned up on the pool but was told that they weren’t able to turn it up. (What a waste) Recommendation would be turning up the pool heat and add a cutting board to the kitchen.

We loved it. We had family that rented another Cabin, and came over for a swim and cookout. I will say I wish there was a gas grill. But over all very nice vacation for us and our family.

We had a great time at the cabin . It was a very relaxing vacation . The staff at cabins USA are very helpful . For instance : we could not get some of the remotes for the tvs to work and they sent someone right out to show us how to use them . A very nice cabin .

Me and my friends absolutely loved this cabin, it was in a prime location and the view was just magnificent. The big seller for us was the indoor pool and it did not disappoint. It is roughly a 12x6 indoor hot tub and an absolute blast. our own personal oasis.The pool table was fun but the clearance around the table was restricting during gameplay and there was no hand powder, I only say this because me and my friends are pool enthusiasts and it was a minor inconvenience. During our stay we did experience times of little/low water pressure due to high water usage filling up the hot tub, jacuzi, etc. The master bedroom bed and bedding was ridiculously comfortable, and they layout of the cabin was perfect for us. On top of a great cabin, that already miss, Cabin USA was very friendly as well as helpful with any concerns we had during our stay and they're service was fast and effective. The check in was quick and easy, and just had to text them to check out. I would recommend this cabin and company to anyone.

We absolutely love this cabin. In fact, if you ever wanted to sell it we would definitely be a contender. My daughter absolutely loved the indoor heated pool. Pigeon Forge has several tourist attractions, but my kid would have been happy to stay there all day and swim.

The original booking was for a different indoor pool cabin, however due to a problem with the pool heater, the staff quickly moved us over to the Swimming Hole- I can not remember his name, maybe Eric, I'm not certain, but he was very kind and helpful. The cabin itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. I do highly suggest checking the weather and a four wheel drive vehicle if inclement weather is expected. The indoor pool was fabulous and the hot tub was super- I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful view as well. The kitchen was well stocked, even having a George Foreman grill for bacon:) Overall this cabin is great and we will definitely return!!! Thanks again!

We had the best stay that we have ever had. First time renting cabins usually stay at hotels but will never do that again. Love the cabin an the staff at cabin usa, enjoyed the stay in Pigeon Forge Tn. Can't wait to do it again.
