Our family loved the cabin. It is very spacious and comfortable. They layout is really good for a large family. View is Spectacular and parking is adequate. I only have one suggestion and that is to upgrade the cookware. As a large party, we cook and eat at the cabin almost every single meal. I would give this cabin a 9 overall.

The cabin was great. One bedroom and bathroom had not been cleaned. Clean sheets and towels were brought but the rooms should have been cleaned. We couldn't get the media room electronics to work. Some games didn't work. Overall, it was a good experience. The decks and outdoor furniture were great. It is a beautiful cabin.

Very clean home. Nice view. Clean deck and REALLY NICE deck furniture. No issues. Game room really kept grandkids busy. Nice hot tub. Only suggestion would be access to a broom and waste bin .

The cabin was amazing! Stunning views! We would definitely stay at this location again! Cabins USA once again provided a top notch cabin and service. Cant wait to come back and stay again! Wonderful memories made! Thank you!

The property was absolutely incredible with magnificent views. Upon arrival, we did have several issues with the property. However, those issues were quickly resolved. CabinsUSA were prompt and went above expectations. I would love to live in Magnificent Views To Remember cabin year round, but I now have found a permanent rental to use for future use. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful cabin with spectacular view, stayed 2 nights. Lot of amenities but ...
We had to call about hot tub not useable first night. Cable system had to be fixed second day ( didn't have 1st night)
Broken / missing tile on master bath tub ledge that had sharp edges . Theatre room wiring was a wreck which also had to be repaired 2nd day. Couldn't use it the first night either . Air hockey table missing disk, kids unhappy they couldn't play . Just needs some TLC to make it right . Just wasn't worth the price with the problems we had. Maintenance showed up first night to do what he could to fix hot tub, didn't heat till next day to use but needed someone else to come next day to fix cable and theatre room for us to use . Most remotes were missing batteries or backs to them. We did have a black bear right outside our back deck area . That was cool !!

This cabin was everything we've looked for since we began booking with cabinsusa about 6 years ago. It was almost perfect. I only have two criticisms. The living room fireplace did not work the entire time. We were told by the workers that a vendor had to be called, but they never came. The other problem was the HDMI cord for the theater room. It was stated that nothing extra can be connected without an added fee, but the dvd player for that room was not hooked up. We had an HDMI cord from home, but we did not use it for fear of getting the mentioned fees. Other than that, this cabin was perfect and we are definitely going to book it again.

The cabin was very nice and all bedrooms were spacious with king beds and their own bathrooms. The beds had comfortable bedding on them. Our only complaint was there was quite a bit of maintenance that needed to be done to the main floor bathroom when we arrived. The main floor tub and sinks wouldn't drain, the tub drain plug was missing, the 3rd floor shower leaked down into main floor shower, and there was a tile missing on the main floor tub. Maintenance was called and was very nice and came out the next morning. They resolved the issue of the sinks and tub not draining well.

The view was spectacular as promised. We had a group of 14, my children with my grandchildren and my husband. Each family had a private king room with big bathroom. The overflow bunk bed room was perfect for the older children. The guys totally enjoyed the media room and activity room. I loved the spacious decks which had a spectacular view. An added treat were the black bear , who walked around the area at least once a day. There were 3 swimming pools which were easily accessible, 2 with tennis courts. One of the pools had a slide, which the little ones loved. The only negative was the main bathroom needed a new shower curtain, there was mold on the existing one. I would 100 percent recommend this property for its beautiful location, spaciousness , and amenities. Our stay was perfect.

The cabin and location are fantastic! Couldn't ask for a better experience for the Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain area.

We didn't have interaction with staff this time but last time it was great.

Our only complaint is the washer and dryer are still disgusting. They need to be replaced or at the very least cleaned.

Overall great experience and will definitely return again!

The cabin was comfortable with lots of room to spread out. The view was truely spectacular. My complaint was the cookware because there wasn't any pan or skillet big enough for the number of people we had (8). Also the sinks in the main floor bathroom drained very slow and the kitchen stopper didn't hold water. A trash can was spilled down the hillside and left there. It could be that there hasn't been time to pick it up but it took away from the property.

The cabin is great! We really had a good time!

This is our third time staying at A Spectacular View to Remember. We just love it. The view is 'spectacular', and the cabin is fabulous. Our only complaint is that each time we've been there we have so much trouble getting the DVD player to work in the theater room. This time we couldn't get it to work at all! Also, we felt very bad that even though we placed our garbage in the pails in the metal cage area, the bears were able to get the garbage and spread it on the hill on the side of the cabin. It was too steep for us to clean it up.

My husband and I took all of our 3 children, 4 grandchildren and my sister and bother-in-law. Never once felt crowded, plenty of places to sit and visit. The view was beautiful. We even got to see a bear in the top of a tree eating berries. Had a very good assortment of cookware, utensils and dishes.
The were a few things I was unhappy about. This would have to do more with the owner. There was not a dresser in the master bedroom. And the race car game didn't work. So all the guys were disappointed. I feel like I should get a little reimbursement for not having all that was either pictured or described. But I'm sure I won't.
But I do recommend families to stay here. It was wonderful having my family all together.

The bathrooms were clean, but the furniture was worn and the pots and pans were awful. The view was fantastic and the patio furniture was great. Some of the fireplaces in rooms did not work and the grill did not work as well. The place could stand some updating for the price but in general, we made the most out of it.

We had a good booking experience and we really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was we reserved 2 cabins that were within the same compound so our families could walk between cabins. Our reservation was paid in full and about a couple weeks out when we got an email stating that the owner won't have one of the cabins available due to maintenance. We then we're given a cabin that was about 45 minutes away from the other. I had to call until I got someone who could assist me in finding a closer cabin which ended up being about 25 minutes away. We planned ahead for convenience and that was the biggest inconvenience for our family. I also called one morning for trash pickup and we saw the trash pickup truck but our trash was not picked up so a family of bears got into it. I was not at the cabin at that time but luckily my nieces were able to call me so that I could make the call for another trash pickup. Overall we enjoyed our trip but these were the big issues for us.

Book it! This cabin was beautiful and exactly as pictured on the site. If nothing else the views pay for themselves. The cabin was clean and all amenities worked. We had problems figuring out the sound system for the theater but the tv speakers were enough to enjoy watching things. Our ONLY gripe were the narrow, winding, high roads to get to the cabin. If that doesn't bother you or make you nervous you'll be fine. Check in and check was a breeze and I can't praise enough the hot water pressure in the showers. Overall a 10 and will book again through this company.

I absolutely love this cabin and I would most definitely return. The cabin was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. The only issue we encountered was the hockey table but we managed. As we played, the puck kept flying off the table and the air didn't function properly to allow the puck to float as it normally do. Overall though, awesome trip!

Really nice place, the drive to the cabin was a little bit concerning at first but was fine afterwards. Last couple of days there and the day of check out the sewage got to smelling really bad couldn't enjoy sitting outside. Had a very exciting encounter with a black bear that got into our truck on night but did tear up anything, did get to see him the next day which was awesome. Had a very nice stay with the exception of the really bad smell.

The cabin was 'spectacular'! However, we were all disappointed when we tried to watch a movie in the theater room and couldn't get the volume to work. One of us is very good with technology and couldn't figure it out. The system is setup in a very complicated way.

This was a great experience. My family absolutely love the cabin. We had a minor set back, but the issue was resolved. Thanks again for excellent customer service.

It was a great place to stay and beautiful view. I just like to be a little closer to the downtown area. But then I wouldn't have the view!

Had a great three day birthday break The only problems Were the refrigerator was broke the dryer was broke But customer service got someone out there The next day to take care of my problems. I don't know the guy who they sent out to repair my problems but he was great I'll give him a 10

We had ten people at the cabin and we didn’t have enough silverware, we had to eat in shifts. There was also a leak in the main floor bathroom so the couple that was in the room below had to deal with a bathroom that had water everywhere all the time

1) The View - only one way to describe it - SPECTACULAR. 2). Sleeping arrangements - plenty of room. Five kings each with a bath. Great for large crowds. The shower in the main floor bathroom was small and difficult to take a relaxing shower. 3). Kitchen - large enough but lacked some cooking and dining essentials if your party plans to cook on site. 4) Housekeeping - only fair. The cabin was clean but there was several places that needed a good dusting. 5). Access to cabin- driveway was steep with gravel. If you had to stop on it to wait on an oncoming vehicle to exit , your vehicle would spin on the gravel and you would have to reverse your car and reve the engine to exit. 6). Cabin identification - hard to find the exact location. There are three cabins in this section and as you approach, the only visible sign is a mailbox with 1177. Therefore, you assume that 1173 is further along. Better signage on the road by the driveway needs to be visible as you approach. The location of the cabin makes it almost impossible to see the cabin number from the road. 7). Bears - are in the area. Our group wanted to see bears and we were rewarded by a visit from a mother bear and two cubs. The latch was broken on our garbage container and she smelled the food that was in there. The mother bear lifted the lid, pulled the entire trash receptacle from the container and proceeded to go through our garbage. It must have been delicious because we were stuck in the cabin for almost an hour and then had to deal with the litter. I have a 2019 Honda Odyssey and had moved my car to the front door of the cabin. We were almost ready to leave so I left the car unlocked. All you have to do is pull on the door latch and the sliding doors will open. The mother bear apparently knew this and opened my car door. She and her cubs checked out the interior but in the absence of food, exited shortly after. Luckily there was no damage to the interior of my car. Exciting and very stressful for several minutes. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and the amazing view was worth it. Our group would definitely return to this cabin but next time all car doors will remain locked until we are ready to leave the premises.

A Spectacular View To Remember was simply beautiful!!! Everything about the cabin was excellent! The view from the bedrooms and main deck is something to behold! Just be prepared for the steep drive up the narrow roads to get there, but it’s worth every twist and turn!!!

Beautiful property and view! We’ve stayed at many properties over the years and watched our 4 children grow from mini- golf and go-carts to challenging hikers, river swimmers and moonshine tasters. This cabin is our favorite!

Considerations for the owners are parking/ driveway entry. Bee cud (or something else on kitchen windows. This should be sprayed off before anyone stays there and has to see that at the dining table. The outside “bear proof” trash had no clasp. So bears made a meal of our leftovers. And the most trafficked location of the cabin - the deck - is in need of maintenance. The amenities, view, beds, showers were all fantastic!

Calling for help or questions to staff at office led to long holds and leaving messages 100% of the time. But calls were soon returned and staff always pleasant.

My biggest complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! I encountered a record 20 bears on this visit in 5 days! And no they weren’t the same ones over and over. Watch out!

We will certainly return and highly recommend this property!

What can I say this cabin is a Spectacular View that had friends ready to come back to it the following weekend after we left.
Everyone loved it... the only thing was parking we had 5 couples and the driveway in there is a 😕cause you have to come in at a angle otherwise you will scrape the bottom of your car. We had some very minor maintenance but their maintenance man was on top of it...plus the manager called to follow-up. Other than that it was a Super weekend with excellent for a boring Superbowl weekend. Thx you Cabins USA.... P.S. It is GPS friendly. ✌🏾ðŸ'ðŸ½

We all loved it. This was our second year booking a 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom cabin with Cabin USA. I am sure we will be booking this cabin again .

Cabin could have been cleaned better. A lot of the handles were broken on the bathroom faucets. One sink didn’t drain very well (water was very slow going down). Had to ask for more towels because we only had a couple for each bathroom. Other than that, the cabin was very nice. We had a great time.

We loved this cabin!! The view is amazing!! We were a high school reunion group, loved the fact that all rooms are the same! Everyone had their own TVs, baths,fireplace,and king sized bed!
When we arrived one fireplace would not work. We called and it was repaired in less than one hour! Thank you so much USA cabins! We will return! 😍

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay in the cabins at Cabins of USA. The staff was wonderful and they met all of our needs. We will definitely be back again and tell all of our friends how wonderful it was and is to be there. I give them 10 stars for a job well done.

Had a great time, gorgeous cabin! Cleaning staff did awesome job. The only complaint I have is the dryer drum caught a few articles of clothing and put holes in them. Probably needs replaced or serviced. Also on express check in paperwork it says to pick up pool pass which we made special trip to come to office and when we arrived were told the pool pass is already in the room. It wasnt but maintenance did bring a few hours later. Other than that everything was great!

This cabin was amazing! The kids wanted to stay in and enjoy it everyday versus going to the attractions there! We will definitely be coming back and booking with Cabins USA again!

It was a great cabin will be renting again . Only downside was that the cabin had a few things that didnt work properly, the dryer didnt work, sink faucet and bathtub faucet in master suite didnt work properly was broken. But over all it was very nice and I could see myself renting again from cabin USA.

Wow!!!!!!! What a great place to stay. We stayed at this cabin for 3 nights and saw a total of 6 Bears! One up by our vehicles and trash cans but it did not even attempt to touch our vehicles. We saw momma and three cubs right below the decks its was Fantastic. We got a lot of use of pool table and air hockey. Would be nice if the listing stated that it was a Charcoal grill but no worries we brought it just in case :). A grill brush would have come in handy but this is hardly a negative just suggestion. It Myself and my Wife and 4 of our grown children and their spouses and grandkids (10 adults & 4 Kiddies) and there was plenty of parking to the side and in front of cabin. Would have been nice to have few more chairs on main deck that is where we hung out the most (WHAT A VIEW). There were ALOT of carpenter Bees but besides flying around us it wasn't a bother. Overall was a wonderful place to vacation, sights we don't see here in lower Michigan. My kids will not stop talking about it. One more thing my wife is scared of heights and the roads to the cabin are steep she was freaked but have to get up there somehow to get the view !!! But wasnt unmanagable by any means.

Excellent property. We have seen so many bears it was incredible the view is amazing. Make sure to lock the garbage up very carefully we did have Bears get into a garbage and create quite a mess. This was one of my favorite places to stay from all the years of us going to the Smoky Mountains.

The knobs on the jacuzzi tub were broken.

Overall our stay was very nice, but a few areas could have been cleaner. The shower curtain in the bath on the main floor had mildew on it and smelled bad. The bedspreads on all beds were worn and should be replaced along with the throw pillows. The game room was fun and we really enjoyed the theater room. I would book this chalet again if the updates were made

The cabin was awesome and the view is to die for. There are a few things that you should be aware of. The air hockey table doesn't work right not enough air to play. The sink upstairs in the bathroom at the top of the stairs (right) doesn't drain, it takes a long time. The WIFI is terrible, needs to be upgraded. The tv in the theater room is a little small and it is hard to work the dvd player. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking another trip for next year. Do you have a cabin in Gatlinburg that is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath or a 6 bedroom with 6 baths, theater room, game room and an awesome view for us to book for next year.

We’ve enjoyed vacationing with many of CabinsUSA properties throughout the years. This was no exception.

Of note with our accommodations - the view is truly spectacular. Very roomy indeed with plenty of space to entertain. Lots of deck space too for enjoying the outdoors. Plus great parking - more than adequate for 3 vehicles.

Never sure why WiFi could climb beyond 6 to 8 mbps. Poor reception for what everyone is used to everywhere else.

If you like billiards, bring your own chalk.

And, you may want to bring your own favorite blanket. A sheet and bedspread is what’s standard in this unit.

The theater room was fantastic. Awesome theater sound system.

A thought, for a unit this large, a second mini refrigerator would be an added bonus. There is a wine refrigerator on lower level for those wine conisuers.

This cabin is just what it says, its is a Spectacular View. we came up for anniversary along with our grown children and their spouses and I must tell you they enjoyed it more than we did. It was a welcome vacation for all of us, the view was much more then we could have imagined. Even though we had a couple of issues with something in the cabin it still was a wonderful experience. The staff and the maintenance department came out and took care of our issues with no problem. The only problem I was unhappy about we were told that we had parking for three cars, however once we got there, we found out that we only had two spaces for parking, so we had to park right in front of the front door which made it inconvenient for other people who may have been leaving out of that road. But we enjoyed it we would definitely go back and use the same company. We wish we could have checked in earlier but we understand the rules and regulations but that would help guess if they could check in early especially when they've been driven several hours to get there.

My family has been visiting the Smokey mountains bi-annually since 2010. This year was the best vacation ever. The location, the cabin and the amenities were outstanding. The reservation, check-in and check-out procedures were simple and convenient. We will viait again. We will definitely choose Cabins USA. Thank you for everything. God bless!!!

We had a great vacation and loved our cabin ! It was pretty far up the mountain but worth it for the view and pretty close to gatlinburg. The second night we were there some of our party saw a bear eating out of the trash can with the broken latch so that should probably be fixed. The only complaint with the house was a lot of light bulbs were burnt out and need replaced and the cooking wear was really old and flaking. Needs to be replaced. While we were there the upstairs ac went out. I called and they sent someone out that night who was able to get air flowing . The guys who came out were super nice and considerate! Great customer service! We saw a momma bear and her cubs walking around towards the end of our trip so I would suggest being careful in the evening. We had a really great time and will definitely be renting from cabins USA again! Thanks

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and comfortable for our family . The beds we're comfortable , everyone enjoyed the game room and theater room and the view was awesome.
One of the highlights during our visit was when we
got to observe up close a Mama Bear and her 3 Cubs who showed up right outside the cabin. The only complaints we had was that we really weren't able to use the WiFi even though a technician was sent out
And a couple of the bedroom fans were loud and kept some of us awake. The other thing I would mention is that it might be nice to have additional deck furniture.
Other than that we had a really nice time and we're overall pleased.

Only wished grill was on the deck and some patio tables and chairs on the deck other than that it was awesome the cabin was absolutely beautiful and clean..one other comment the bathroom on middle floor may need exterminator for big black ants

Great cabin for a family vacation. The location was awesome and had fantastic views of Ski Mountain and the tram. The cabin was spacious. Beds were comfortable.
Like with most Gatlinburg cabins, a small starter amount of kitchen and bath products are supplied. However, this unit did not have any pot holders, oven mitts, or dish scrubbers.
Only issues encountered were a problem with the dryer (loose drum that caught clothing) and hot tub (needed bromine and filter replaced). A maintenance employee was sent to address these issues. He was prompt and courteous.
Overall, a fantastic stay!

Upon arrival at the cabin, we were delayed by approximately 45 minutes due to the cleaning not being completed on time. If you will notice on this form, a home phone number is listed. At approximately 1:50 p.m. and also at 2:10 p.m. Eric Wickwire made attempts to reach us at this listed phone number to inform us of the delay. Since we had a reservation, common sense would tell you that we would be traveling and not able to take a call on our home phone. Then at 3:51 p.m., 10 minutes before check in, Eric sent an email informing us of the delay! We were already at the cabin by that time!!!!!!!

The cabin was clean and very inviting for our stay, however, there were a couple of problems. The TV in the downstairs gaming area did not work. Also, the faucet in the upstairs bedroom with the walk in shower was broken, rendering the shower unusable! The purpose of having individual showers in the rooms is to give the guests staying in that bedroom their own private bathroom!!!!!!

Around the front of the cabin there were several cigarette butts laying around on the ground. These were already there and not left by anyone in our party as we are all non smokers!!!!!

When it was time to check out, the phone in the cabin did not work. We tried to call to do our check out. NO ONE, answered the phone!!!!! We therefore, had to make a stop at the office in order to do our check out and inform your staff of the problems we experienced. When we arrived at the office, there was one person working the front desk. She was on the telephone with what we assume to be a possible guest, giving directions, etc. There was a gentleman in front of us needing some type of service or information as well. There were people upstairs in the office and some in the back room, but no one came out to help the guests waiting in the office. The girl on the phone when I walked in the office, and instead of placing the caller on hold to either ask someone else to come out to assist guests or assist the guests herself, she remained on the telephone for 20 minutes!!!!! After she hung up the phone, she then told the gentleman in front of us to hold on a second. She went in a back room, and was there for at least another 5 minutes before assisting the gentleman. When she finally got to me, I told her that we had been trying to call to check out and the response was that "she was very busy". I then proceeded to inform her of the minor problems we had with the cabin, and all she said was "I'm sorry". She did not offer any kind of discount on a future stay or any type of refund!!!!!

Overall, we enjoyed the cabin and it was clean. However, as far as your customer service and your communication to your guests, you are very lacking!!!!!!! Your employees do no answer the phone, nor do you return emails!! (This happened twice, once with this stay and also with a stay that our friend Melinda Muncie had a two weeks earlier) Trying to reach someone the day they are to arrive to let them know of a delay via email or home phone is not going to be received if the guest is TRAVELING! We didn't receive the email until we returned home on 6/7/2017!

This was by far the best, relaxing vacation I've ever had and the view was definitely spectacular! There was a bear in the backyard so be careful. The downside was I assumed by the pictures and information on the internet that there was a yard and hiking within walking distance however that was not the case. Also the power kept tripping so we had to flip the power switch in the rain several times. I suggest you bring an extension cord, extra towel and wash rags. I will definitely stay again.

Everything about my experience with Cabins USA was phenomenal! The room was perfect and the staff was so friendly through the whole process. I definitely will be staying with Cabins USA again!

This cabin and views was breath taking it was a great Escape for me and my family the views were awesome and it was so quite..our kids loved the game room.. hope to come back..

My group consisted of 10 people for a couples retreat. We loved that this cabin has 5 king beds with personal baths. The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and tried very hard to resolve to the cable problems and the theater room issue. My group will stay at this cabin again pending the above mentioned issues are resolved.

Cabin was wonderful! We had 10 adults, plenty of room for everyone. Cabin was really clean. This was something we were nervous about as weve stayed in not so clean cabins in the past but this cabin by far exceeded our expectations.

A few suggestions we had would be to have a few spare towels in each bathroom, yes we could do laundry which we did but it would have been nice to have a few more towels than 3 per each couple so we wouldn't have to worry about requesting more or doing laundry. We'd also recommend a trash can in the basement where the bar and pool table are located in addition to a small light over the hot tub. The light out there didn't provide a lot of light for us. Our least favorite part of the cabin was the driveway pulling into and out of the cabin but none of this would keep us from going again!!!!

Highly satisfied with the cabin, will stay there again and would recommend to others.

We stay at this same property every year and are never disappointed. This year the cabin has been refreshed a bit which was a nice surprise. It was impeccably clean, well above expectation. We had one minor snag with the wireless router. We called and reported the issue and it was fixed extremely quickly. Overall, we had a great visit and were very pleased with our cabin.

There were 9 of us who stayed in this cabin. Our stay was excellent and we all enjoyed our time here. We loved the close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg and can't wait to come back again next year!!

We rented "A Spectacular View to Remember" this year for the week of Thanksgiving (Sat. to Sat.). We've rented from other companies in the past with more upscale furniture and appliances. This cabin fit our needs well. We loved the view and the easy commute to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. As I'm typing my review I am listening to WATE and praying for your community. The cabin was absolutely wonderful and spacious. The only thing we found that could be a potential hazard with the cabin was, the outside railing on the main floor there is a rail attached with only one screw. We thought that if someone not paying attention should bump the rail, a push through and fall may result.

This was the first time I booked with you but it won't be the last. I was there with 4 other ladies and we had a wonderful experience. The chalet was just as it looked in the pictures and the view was even more spectacular. Everything was nice and clean and updated. We had a few minor problems, tv in 1 bedroom, smoke detector occasionally beeping, and trying to figure out the projector in the theater room, but all problems were addressed quickly to our satisfaction. The staff was fast , friendly, and very helpful as were the repairmen. We couldn't have been happier with our chalet. Thank you for your service, we will be coming back again.

This is the second time in three years that we rented this cabin. We originally rented it through Timber Tops two years ago. My family just loves this cabin and it's location. It was perfect for our two daughters and their families and my wife and I. We love everything about it. That being said there were several things that needed repair including ceiling fans that did not work and pluming problems in the master bathroom. When we called the office everyone was kind and responsive. Unfortunately neither one of these problems were ever fixed while we were there. I am very disappointed that Cabins USA allowed such a nice cabin to get in disrepair. This upkeep of this cabin was far inferior to the way it was when We rented it from Timber Tops.if we rent it again I hope it is in better condition.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and stocked with starter supplies that most lasted the entire stay. They provided small soap bars, trial size laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 2 small can trash bags for each can. Our advice is to bring more trash bags, paper towels, seasonings, aluminum foil, ziplock bags. The Air Hockey did not work but everything else did as promised. The bedrooms are large as well as the bathrooms. The view was amazing. It was a trek to get up the mountain as it takes 10 minutes from the bottom with winding, narrow, inclined roads. It's well worth the view though. You are actually very close to where the Ober Gatlinburg's aerial tram takes you if you just wanted to drive to it. The theater room does not have HD or HDMI connections however, the gameroom TV does. Even still, the theater room was very enjoyable to watch. Most of the bedroom TV's are older and very small and in need of updating, but we weren't there to watch TV so it didn't bother us too much. Be very careful of the Bears. We had an incident where a bear pulled an enclosed trash cage out into one of our cars causing damage to the car with dents and scrapes and then the bear clmbed up onto the car and over the hood. Don't park next to the trash cages.

The name definitely fits this cabin, it really was a spectacular view! This was our third time to rent from Cabins USA, and each time we've been impressed. We stayed in this cabin with 10 people (5 adults, 3 kids, 1 teenager, and a 1year old). There was plenty of room, and the cabin was nicely furnished and exceptionally cleaned. The only downside to having this great view is the road to get there. Expect a winding road with sharp turns and steep drop-offs, but the view really is worth it! The drive way is rather steep as well, so you'll want to be careful if you're in a car that's lower to the ground. Also, the quick check-in/out made things hassle free!

The cabin would have been perfect if the hot tub had chlorine in it; by the second day the water smelled like wet mildew clothes. We decided to grill out in the evening and found out there was no outside light to see the grill so we improvised. Over all we love staying with usa cabins, this was our 3rd stay with them maybe next time we'll get a little return guest discount.
