Love this place. Only Complaint wish grill was gas. Would stay here without any hesitation. Great Staff

This was the third time renting this property. We have been satisfied each time. We have 2 couples in our group and this house works perfectly for us; with 2 king suites. There is a nice mountain view out the all-glass front wall. (Although the living room does get very warm when the afternoon sun shines in.) We also like it's vicinity to downtown Pigeon Forge; giving us access to town without curvy mountain roads. We have already booked for next year.

We LOVE this house! We have stayed here many times for Christmas that we call it our Christmas house!

This was our 2nd time in this cabin. Needs some upkeep. Garbage cans need put into cages as something got into them and had garbage everywhere. 2 broken chairs out back that should be picked up and taken away. Not left out back. Fence needs replaced. Needs money put back into it as it is becoming a bit run down.

The directions to the cabin were less than perfect. Never did find the KFC we were told to look for. The keypad steps omitted one major step. Press the check after the number. You should tell people to look for and turn before the Good Stop gas station. The cabin itself was perfect. Clean, well-stocked, and comfortable.

This is my first time renting with Cabins USA, and I'm delighted--the property is in a residential area less than a mile from the Parkway. The house was clean and comfortable. I would strongly consider renting it again at a lower rate.

Observations: There is a blind in the spare bedroom that should be replaced. One of the lawn chairs is ripped. I strongly suggest having maintenance pick up your trash. A bear got into the garbage and spread it all over the yard. First time I ever stayed at a property where the trash cans weren't in a steel cage. The pictures present the illusion the yard is fully fenced in, and it's not after the bear sighting, I didn't feel comfortable using the hot tub located in the backyard.

Couch needs some tlc Feels like you're sitting on the floor. Dirt between washer and dryer and heating vent needs dusting and cleaning. The view is great.

Great staff , had an issue with air conditioning and they had maintenance out quickly had issue resolved in no time will stay with them again. The location is close to the main drag off river rd which made it convenient to get to everything .

We love the dream come true we rent it every year close to all the shops awesome mountain views and will be renting it again next year

We loved the cabin and the views. There are a couple of maintenance things that need to be done however they do not interfere with the stay. We would definitely choose CabinsUSA again. For check out an email was sent however I didn't see the email until the following day. Might disclose with welcome information to watch for check out email. If that's in there I didn't see that part of the email and that's on me.

We loved our cabin. A little disappointed the hot tub worked for one day. Our keypad didn't work- with no spare key at location and needed batteries replaced. We had to sit outside for over an hour as a storm rolled in. We couldn't figure out how to use the fireplace.

The view was amazing. The cabin was nice and in a good location. Could use some updates. The countertop was coming unattached from the cabinet in the kitchen. Some of the cabinets did not match. Carpeting could be replaced. Cabin would be A++ with a little updating.

We had an issue with the Wi-Fi. Your maintenance man Steve was very helpful, professional and courteous.

This was our 15vyear anniversary trip. Your place just added to the wonderful trip. The view from that cabin is breathtaking.. thank you for helping us celebrate our anniversary and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our 8 day stay at A Dream Come True. Very good for two couples. We each had our own bathrooms and a king size bed. The beds were comfy. Air conditioner worked great. Hot tub was very nice. The views were nice. It was great to be in a neighborhood away from all the crazy traffic. I will go back to the house again.

We enjoyed our stay in 'A Dream Come True'. This was our second stay in this house and we have already booked it again for next year. The house is comfortable; offering basically 2 king suites, kitchen and spacious sitting area. Also one very positive point is it's location to downtown Pigeon Forge. The only negative I have is with the check-in process of the company. We were perfectly aware of the check-in time of 4:00 PM, however we arrived a little early due to favorable driving conditions. We drove to the property to see if the cleaning service had completed their work and observed that apparently they had because there was no one at the property. The key pad on the door did not activate until exactly 4:00 PM. We have used other rental companies in the past who will call or send a text if the property is available earlier than their check-in time. It doesn't cost the company anything and goes a long way toward customer service.

Hello, The cabin was great for 2 couples. Nice layout, Comfortable beds, nice views, great location. A few things you need to be aware of. The lighter for the firepit was out of butane. We had to buy one. We left it in the cabin for the next guests. The Potato peeler was completely dull, We could not use it and had to hand peel our potatoes. The pillows in the 2nd bedroom with the smaller bathroom were old and hard and not very comfortable. They need to be replaced. One of them had stains on them once I took off the pillow case to put on another pillow that was better but not great. The smaller bathroom has a small leak as it was wet under the sink.

There was only ONE dish towel and dish cloth! There needs to be at least 2 to 3 of each. Cannot go several days with just one. There were plenty of nice bath towels which was great.

The rear yard is very nice, but you need to replace that grill or at least the grate. It is bad! Also the firepit, you need a new spark arrester. It is all bend up. The inside of that pit needs to be cleaned out. Pretty much unusable in its current condition. Tiles in the smaller bath floor have several hair line cracks.

We would stay there again if these issues were addressed for the next guests.

This property is very convenient. Tucked away but convenient. We try different cabins each year but would definitely recommend this one! It was nicely decorated for fall too!!!!

This place was so cute...loved the location...loved the house...loved the decor....loved the comfortable beds! Wish we could have stayed longer! Absolutely loved it!

Some of the floor is rotting in the living room and it's super stuffy in there. Need some moisture in the house. Other than that it was a good stay.

Cabin was great with mountain views bed is comfy close to town the down side is they need a cheap roof over the hot tub and every year we come the grass needs cut but could use a little more spring cleaning on the ac return by master bedroom door but other than that we will rent it again next year

Great place close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the little rabbits everywhere, also saw a raccoon. Beds were comfortable but I would suggest bringing a pillow. House was spacious, hottub was really nice. Everything was great!

You literally cannot beat the view, cleaning was not the best many things were missed. Hot tub looked great but too many bees outside to use it, so that was disappointing, also the yard wasn't very kept up and the furniture was uncomfortable and bedding was missing for sofa sleeper. Beds and couches not comfortable. Overall staff was very on top of things and decorations were nice. I did advise of bad plug in living room and couldn't plug in
Lamp.

The only big thing I would like to see is the deck to be updated. Location was great and convenient to a lot of this gs and would stay here again!

What a wonderful view to wake up to! This place felt like home to us. Close to everything, but felt private. We're looking forward to staying with Cabins USA again next year.

This was a very good cabin and location. It did have a bit of musty smell that we was able to easily cover with an air freshener. The trash cans need a cage to secure it outside. We had to pick up after critters made a mess a couple time. But overall I would def book this cabin again!

We had the perfect vacation while staying in this cabin and it will be a forever place we return to for many more wonderful memories to be made.

A dream come true is a beautifu cabin. Beds were comfortable, the outdoor space is nice, and the view from the front portch is
amazing. The only thing I would say was it could have been cleaned a little better. The jets in spa tub were dirty and there
were spots on dining table and coffe table, etc. I will try and book this cabin next time for certain.

The only thing I would change is the couches they are uncomfortable. I also would get a metal cage to put trash in other than that the cabin was everything we were looking for would stay there again.

We have stayed in A Dream Come True each October since 2017. It is a gorgeous house, all on one floor, beautifully decorated. It has great amenities and a beautiful view of the mountains. We are looking forward to our stay at the end of Oct. The staff is wonderful, check in and check out are a breeze and everyone is very nice.

The location was perfect. We needed to be close to Dollywood and the strip and it was not that far. Close to everything. It had everything we needed inside except trash bags and the dryer start knob is strip so it took us a few minutes to get the dryer to work. But other than that it was perfect.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at " A Dream Come True". The view of the mountains from our cabin's front windows was breath taking and so relaxing. We plan on staying here again soon.

The place was wonderful and very close to town how ever the grass was not cut and a few things were not fixed when we arived i call the office they sent a guy to fix it and all turn out great but the grass was not cut but i guess that really didnt matter i feel they need to spend more time on cleaning air vents and ceiling fans were pretty dusty which could have been clean but we still love the cabin and the views we will be going back to that cabin next year for 25th anniversay all they could use some new trash cans for out side and new fire pit other than that all was great

I was very pleased with A Dream Come True! The view is just as the picture, location is perfect! I had my husband clean the finger prints from the windows and I cleaned the dirt/scum from the shower head in the master bath. I did see a couple of ants. There were cracker or chip crumbs under the cushion in the rocking chair. The grate on the grill is rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than those minor things, we enjoyed our stay and will book with Cabins USA again!

We love this location .... just off the parkway, good view of mountains, convenient, easy to locate. This property was just a described. It exceeded our expectations. They provided plenty of towels, blankets, paper towels, and toilet paper. Just bring extra trash bags. Comfortable. Homey. Definitely will book this cabin/ home on our next trip to the Smokies.

Initially we wanted a rustic cabin but took what was available at the last minute. We were absolutely amazed at the property. The location was perfect to get to and from the strip in PF and we were able to avoid a lot of traffic being so close to the end. The decorations, layout and property all exceeded my expectations.

I always stay in a hotel when I come to Pigeon Forge. This is the first time I booked a cabin. I love the closeness to the strip. The coziness of the fireplace. I enjoyed coming in and relaxing with my family. I will definitely book this cabin again.

The view was wonderful !! Just don't expect this to be a cabin in the woods. It is more of a very nice house on a hill with amazing views. There were a few issues with the cabin. The hot tub wouldn't come on but the staff did get someone to find the problem. The cleaning staff did have everything clean but the dining room table had an oily film on it so I wiped it down with paper towels. I had one more issue and just now remembered I need to call them about it. The jacuzzi tub was not working either. I tried to use it our last night there.

Really please don't misunderstand, our stay was very nice and not any bad issues just little things that could happen anytime at any house. The location is very good especially if you plan to go to Dollywood or Any of the dinner shows.

The cabin is a very nice cabin. We have stayed at this cabin many times and the last couple times It seems the cleaning crew is doing the bare minimum. This last time there were French fry's on the floor in the living room, food crumbs on the floor in the kitchen, one of the tv remotes was stuffed down in the chair cushion, and the batteries from the remotes were out and laying scattered on the mantel. Did they not see this?
We reported this to the office at checkout.

I have used your company a few times and was a little disappointed this time. There was lotion packages there from where somebody that rented before us had got a tattoo. There was some railing missing on the deck and I had to worry that my three-year-old was going to fall through it. We was unable to watch TV in the living room. And some of the blankets did not seem clean.

My family and I (me. husband, and our 2 children) really enjoyed our stay here. The location was only a few blocks away from the Pigeon Forge strip and the mountain view was spectacular. It was so easy to get around the area at this location to Dollywood, the strip and the national park. The beds were super comfy and having a fenced yard was nice with young children (though it isn't closed in). Since we're in the middle of a pandemic we cooked alot so it was great to have a full size table and the owner have it decorated nicely. My kids didn't want to come home and neither did we. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Best cabin yet that we loved and enjoyed the views so close to everything which we loved the only thing the deck was missing a rail that should be fixed not to safe for 2 year olds or younger but other then that i will be coming back to that cabin and will tell friends they would love it like we did thanks mrs Deffinger

It's a rental so it won't be perfect it has a great veiw. It's easy to get to if you don't like mountain roads. It needs a hot tub cover and mount. Hard for one perdon to recover. A roof over it would be nice as it rained on us. But over all it's a nice vacation home.

Although this cabin is neighborhoodly an d, it has a stunning view for the morning and evenings on the porch, and a great location to be in to get to the main core of town within a minute or to reach Smoky Mountains asap!

The house was great, amazing view. The living room couches need to be replaced, they are worn out and not comfortable. Also, all of the carpet needs to be replaced. We had a great vacation and will stay with Cabins USA in the future.

We had a very pleasant vacation this year and stay at A Dream Come True. Close enough to the parkway for convenience and far enough for some privacy. We loved the back yard being fenced in. It allowed our toddler to explore & play a little on her own. The house was clean, organized and seasonally decorated cute. There needs to be some painting done to update a few cosmetic appearances, but that must go along with any property. (Scuff marks near floor, behind door and on doorway trim). Would definitely recommend ADream Come True and Cabins USA.

The cabin is a very nice property with plenty of space for 2 couples. Other cabins we have rented were several miles up winding roads. You generally get better views, but this location neat town was much better.
The cabin was well furnished and was spotless. The Wi-Fi and an almost unlimited number of TV channels was appreciated.
Our party is in the 75-85 year old range, and the cabin was not very friendly for old people. The low toilet, lack of grab bars in the shower and jacuzzi makes it difficult and dangerous for us. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable stay.
I liked the ability to book and get all the check-in done on line. The check-out by text message is also very nice. I was a little concerned when I didn't get a confirmation that the text had gone through, but I figured I would get a phone call or text if there had been any problem.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, view was breathtaking, & it matched what we saw online in the pictures! It was even better in person! I love this cabin! The view of the mountains is gorgeous, and the drive up to the cabin is easy (not winding and scary like at some other cabins). It's located just a few blocks away from the main drag in Pigeon Forge, so you are close to everything. There is a hot tub and a Jacuzzi tub at the cabin, which I love. There is also fireplace that you can use in winter. I especially like sitting out on the balcony porch and watching the sunrise. It's my favorite place to stay in the Pigeon Forge area!

This is a beautiful house. We’ve stayed in A Dream Come True the last two years and are staying there this November. We love the house it’s all on one floor, both bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed and good size. The view is simply amazing especially first thing in the morning and in the evening. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We look forward to coming every year and are glad we chose Cabins USA

Everything was nice and clean and everything including the hot tub worked great! It’s not right in town but not too far out so getting anywhere is really convenient and it was still quiet! Would definitely consider renting this one again

Cabin was very close to the parkway yet still had a amazing view. Beds were good enough and plenty of linens. The TVs however were not hooked up properly, and the remotes not programmed. I fixed that myself. But if they are missing that kind of detail, what else ?

The home itself was very accommodating and the location was perfect. We did notice a few details that might need to be looked in to.

The patio door was almost impossible to unlock.
The back yard was a total mess. Unkempt landscaping. The picnic was not usable due to warped boards.
There was a fire ring in the yard that was a total eye sore.
The hot tub was so highly chlorinated that we could not use it
On Thursday we decided to put a few dishes in the dishwasher and there were dirty dishes in there since that Saturday when we arrived.
We noticed and killed several millipedes in the main living area

It was one of the best times I’ve ever had. Your staff was great in responding to the A/C issue we had. I was very pleased with our stay. I would like to return to this property

Floor boards were all messed up, carpet looked gross and stained, towel rack in the bathroom was totally missing with big holes where it used to be, construction next door made for a less than peaceful stay. Happy with the company just not impressed at all with the cabin.

This property is in a perfect location. It is private and in a nice quiet subdivision.
A couple of suggestions, the flooring in the great room needs repair and the carpet in the hall and bedrooms needs a really good cleaning or replaced.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return.
Online express check in and check out was a breeze.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! I’ve stayed at other properties owned by CabinsUSA in the past and this is my favorite one. The drive was easy and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and drinking coffee in the morning. The beds were big and the decorations were really cute and fitting of the season. I especially liked the big windows in the main room.

Iight bulbs need changing, need lights out in patio atea, need dimmer on kitchen & table lights. Enjoyed our stay very much

Convenient location. We were there for Christmas really enjoyed it. It would have been nice to have a Christmas tree, especially for my grandkids. We traveled to far to bring one. However, would highly recommend it!! Staff was great!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay with Cabins USA and A Dream Come True. The cabin was easy to locate, very nice and clean, had comfortable beds and a wonderful view. We have used another cabin rental for years but they did not have anything available for this last minute weekend trip. We will be using Cabins USA from now on.

i wanted to speak with someone to make my reservation but every time i called i was directed to a voicemail and my call was not returned. i had to make my reservation on line which i didnt want to do. other than that everything was great. the cabin was beautiful and location was great. very pleased.

The cabin was exactly as described. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was close enough to everything, yet quiet. The view is great, but dont be deceived by the pics. They make it look secluded, but you are somewhat in a small subdivision and your front porch does over look the roof of the house below. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, but a simple phone call and they had maintenance there the next day and it was fixed. They could have provided a few more amenities such as salt and pepper, coffee and shampoos. But overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and would recommend this cabin to anyone we know visiting the area.

Loved our stay at A Dream Come True. The view was beautiful. Perfect location, close to the parkway but also offered privacy. We will be back next year. This has become our new vacation home.

Our stay at A dream come true Cabin was wonderful. The cabin was very clean and it had everything we needed. The Kitchen had every thing you would need and then some.The view was awesome. The back yard was very nice, fire ring, picnic table & grill, very secluded, we really enjoyed it. The location of the Cabin was off the beat and path but still close to everything. Close to Gatlinburg and to the Smoky Mountains. Really enjoyed our stay!!

The cabin is very nice with a great view. When we arrived the towel bars in both bathrooms were missing so we called for maintenance. They were very quick to respond and replace both.

It was a beautiful property. I loved the view of the mountains. It was very easy access to the Parkway. I would highly

We really like the location and the easy access to the parkway with no steep winding curves. The view of the mountains from the large front windows was beautiful. There are a few issues with maintenance details. The towel bar in the smaller bedroom was broken; several wands on the blinds in the living room were missing (hard to open the blinds); the shower curtain in the walk-in shower had mold and there could be more attention given to the dusting. These are details that should be easily addressed.

A dream come true was a great spot in a very quiet area, but just off the strip from all the activities. The porch was great, to sit and look into the mountains. The back yard was a nice area to relax in the hot tub or have a fire.

Would definitely come here again. Everything was clean and well kept. Thank you!

Stayed at "A Dream Come True" over our spring break. Really enjoyed relaxing on the deck each morning and evening. The views from the deck were just as pictured on the internet. Combo living/dining area and kitchen was perfect for family time, meal prep and enjoying the fireplace. Location is convenient to Gatlinburg and many of the local trail heads in the Smoky Mountains. We did have an issue with the hot tub blowing a fuse. Staff were very responsive in coming out to the property and troubleshooting even while it was raining. Top notch experience and we will definitely be using this company again when we return. Thank you!

So let me just start off by saying that Cabins USA has a new customer for as long as they keep up the great customer service. We booked A Dream Come True and were very happy with the convenient location of this property. I know they will not give and exact location but I can tell you it is on the south end of Pigeon Forge within minutes of the Pilot location. Very easy to get to and from anywhere with this location. The "cabin" is more of a house in a residential neighborhood. However it is at the top of a hill and is very quiet. The pictures are somewhat deceiving as it looks as if you are on the top of a mountain by yourself. What they do not show, is you are next to a large water tank. Not that this mattered. We liked the cleanliness of the place overall, but did find the dishes to be dirty. 1 pan was encrusted with scrambled eggs from a previous renter, and several plates had to be washed. We also found a dirty, (And I'll be discreet here), soiled pillow case still in the washer. The cabin/house was itself very clean. It has been renovated, (although, whomever did the renovation did a really poor job on the floors, several planks slide forward to reveal a significant gap), and the decorations reflect the time of the season. Someone posted that the beds were bad. I was OK with them but they are very firm. My wife, and kid both complained about the firmness. By the end of the week I too was a little sore, but attributed it to the amount of walking we did. Overall I would recommend this property but do feel a little more attention should be paid to cleaning it. I shouldn't have to wash the dishes in order to use them. Speaking of dishes. this place has just about everything you need. Including blenders, silverware, plates, cups, bowls, pans, toaster, and I'm sure things I haven't mentioned. The value of this property in my opinion is a little high but supply and demand rule here.

Great location near Dollywood! Very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 5 adults and a toddler! Hope to stay here again!

Cabin was beautiful and spacious. Loved the way it was decorated. It was clean. Very comfortable., The only suggestions I have is that I wish they would have had a hair dryer and perhaps some little lotions and shampoos like they have in the hotels. Oh and they had a jacuzzi outside . I t was very clean, but the water was not heated so we could not use it. I would book this cabin again. I loved it.

Our family loved this home. It was very comfortable and felt like we were at home. We loved all the Christmas decorations. The view was amazing and we will definitely be staying at this house again. Cabins USA is a great company. I have mobility issues and it is a great service for me to be able to do everything online. Thank You Cabins USA for another great stay!

The cabin view was amazing! My husband and I come to the Smoky Mountains every year for at least a week and always rent different cabins, this process by far was the easiest with Cabins USA. They were always helpful if we called and were prompt at getting us what we needed. The cabin was clean and bed was comfortable which is hard to find usually. The check in process being able to do it ahead of time and not have to stop at the office was great! I will definitely rent with Cabins USA again. Thank you so much for making our stay so nice!

Our time in A Dream come True was very comfortable and it was perfect for our limited mobility issues. We could not have asked for better service or more comfortable accomodations

We would definitely stay here again. The location of this cabin was great and the views were amazing. Cabin had a great cozy feel. The property is very private and enjoyed hearing the train from Dollywood in the back yard.

Beautiful place and home; very quiet and comfortable. My only remarks would be no fire extinquishers under kitchen sink and would be nice if there were a gas grill on back patio area.

The cabin was beautiful and clean and we would definitely rent it again. However the bed mattresses need to be replaced more often(they were lumpy) and bedside tables are needed on both sides of the beds - not just one side. Otherwise we enjoyed the deck, the comfortable living, dining, kitchen areas and bath.

We called about the hot tub having an issue and no one ever came to look at it. Also, there was hair in the whirlpool tub so I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it before using.

dirt and picas of food under front of couch and paper under beds and ants in bath room and by dining table
and snap lock flooring moved leaving crack at carpet and air intake needed to be cleaned and better pillows

It was a very nice cabin. Loved the view, the hot tub and the location. The only thing that would have made it better is some new mattresses. The ones there are okay but showing some age (sagging, but not too uncomfortable).

We had a great time on our 40th Anniversary, hope to be back soon.

Very nice property with an awesome view that is literally 2 minutes off the main road, yet feels much more secluded than what you would expect being that near everything. The back yard with picnic table & fire pit was nice. I though the beds were fine, just my wife & I so we only used the master bedroom. My only complaint/disappointment is the hot tub jets still have not been addressed by the owner, and this is something that has been mentioned in reviews going back to at least 09/18/2016 (and it is now April 2017). Even then, it was just the 2 of us and 3 of the 5 or 6 seats worked so it wasn't like it didn't work at all. A final note - We were glad to see there was surprisingly little fire damage visible in the area, but we can only guess how horrible it must have been for the area residents, especially for those who lost loved ones. Our thoughts and prayers still go out to those who were affected.

Our overall Stay was Wonderful! We come to Pigeon Forge for all of the Rod Runs and Always Rent from USA. I love the Privacy of this location in the back yard area and the view from the Front. The owner (which is Not Cabins USA) really needs to replace the Mattresses in Both Bed Rooms and fix the jet for Hot Tub Near Deck. We would love to stay here again in the Fall!

This is our first time booking through CabinUSA. The booking and check-in experiences were pleasant. The staffs were nice. The best thing about this property is its location: very easy to get in and out to the main road of Pigeon Forge. The house is at the end of the loop with easy and safe parking. I would not really call it CABIN because it is more like a normal house. The view is nice, but honestly, the view showing on the website is nicer than the reality. The house is not that big, but it has plenty space for our family of 5. There are two sofa beds in the living room. The dining table can sit 6 people (not 4 as showing on the website picture), which is nice. In general, the house is quite clean. The only complain we have is the bed in the master bedroom that one side of the bed literally feels tilted. My husband had to switch side with me because his weight made it look like he was sliding down the bed. When I sleeping on that tilted side, I had to move toward the middle a little bit. The house owner should really consider to upgrade the bed.

The view was great! The cabin was very nice and in a great location. Myself and the people I went with would have given it 10 across the board if it wasn't for the Mattress's on both beds. They were completely broke down and worn out. And the one in the smaller bedroom had a very large urine stain on it. This was the most disappointing thing about the trip (Not getting a good night sleep). We would come back to this cabin every time IF!! there was new mattress put on the beds. Thanks

This was a very nice cabin in a good location with a good view of the mountains. The only thing that could use some work is the hot tub only a few jets worked in it.

This was an amazing house with everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful time for 7 nights. The view was amazing each and every day. The house was clean and stocked with enough dishes, pots and pans, etc than you could possibly need to grill a steak, cook inside or bake a cake. The staff was quick responding and on point from the locating of the property to vacation at to answering the phone at 8:30 pm when the smoke alarm went off in the house. We were located 3 minutes from the main road in Pigeon Forge. I would recommend Cabins USA to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. I looked at over 500 vacation homes when I planned this vacation and this one was the cheapest and had plenty of places to choose from. We will be going back and we will definitely stay at one of the Cabins USA homes.

The mattress in the Master bedroom needs to be replaced. It's very lumpy.
Other than that, all was good. We appreciated it. The hot tub was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed it.

Very nice cabin in a great location! I think it could be a little cleaner and the carpet needs a good cleaning.

We stayed in A Dream Come True for 4 nights.The cabin was very clean,easy to get to.The hot tub was in good working order and was used daily.The beds were comfortable.The only thing was the jets in the whirlpool tub didn't work .We would stay here again.
