We booked for our honeymoon and loved the cabin. The tv and swing on the back porch were the best part!

We stayed here for our anniversary and really enjoyed this cabin. Wooded view off screened in back deck with hot tub and an awesome bed swing. Other cabins around but not super close like a resort. Cabin is on a mountain which we enjoyed and close to Pigeon Forge. Very private off back deck area which was perfect! Owners thought of everything in this cabin. Very nice furnishings and fully stocked kitchen which is great because I love to cook! I couldn't find the toaster so we gifted one. Four tvs total with two that have great cable and other two are smart tvs. No issues getting tvs to work and great wifi. No issues with water either from some previous reviews and we stayed a full week. Cabin is smaller but very cozy and the beds were comfy as well. Great grill out front and fire pit area with two swings. I have used Cabins USA for years now and have never been disappointed. The staff are wonderful! We will be back to this cabin definitely and thanks for such an awesome stay.

I've got to say this was one of my favorite cabins I've stayed in so far. It was in a great location. Not far from anything at all. The beds were really comfortable. The bed swing on the porch was the best thing about the cabin! The only negative thing I have to say about it is we could not get the TVs in the living room and on the porch to work at all. Everything else was perfect. I'll definitely be staying in this cabin again!

This is my third time using your service. I'm always happy with it. The only thing was the bathroom in the one bedroom the shower water came out the knob. It worked but could be fixed. The toilet paper holder on the other bathroom could be fixed. Otherwise everything was good. I would use this company again.

Mountain Moonlight was a great weekend getaway! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a washer and dryer (for your convenience), a great hot tub and a sleeping swing on the porch, fireplace, and an outside sitting area with a fire pit, and a grill...we couldn't ask for more as it was just right. We are looking forward to our next stay with CabinsUSA!!

Overall very pleased. Cabin is in a great location without being to close to neighbors. Good views off screened in back porch. Hot tub was ready when we got there. It is up windy roads, so if you're not used to that, make sure you get there before dark. Bed was comfortable, wifi easy to connect to. Up stairs loft with arcade games and seating area was nice. Small kitchen but had everything we needed (except would have liked a Keurig). Gas grill was in good shape. Nice outdoor swings around fire pit. Quiet area, about 10 minutes from the main drag, and about 20-25 minutes from Gatlinburg. 10/10 would rent again.

Our stay was amazing and had no issues, bed was super comfy so was living room. Will definitely request this cabin next time. Check in and check out we're super easy click and you are done.

The cabin is nice. They need to add a toaster and a new microwave the one there didn't work. Some issues with getting the TV to work. A suggestion for the owner to consider a taller commode in 1 of the bathrooms for your older quest. This cabin is a long distance away on a very narrow and curvey roads. I wouldn't suggest this cabin if you want to do activities then go back for lunch or change for a show because of the distance. We timed everything so that we just made one trip out each day.

The cabin itself was cute and romantic. The Wi-Fi worked great, the beds felt comfortable. The cabin itself was clean, but the hot tub water was murky. The road to the cabin, although paved, was very windy and narrow, just keep that in mind if you get motion sickness!

Beautiful location. The cabin was nice. The beds were comfortable. We unfortunately found alot of maintenance issues, and things that were not cleaned well in the cabin upon our arrival. It took 4 days for only some of the issues to be resolved.
We enjoyed the hot tub, and porch swing. The fire pit had a nice set up.

I liked the location and the cabin itself was fine. I only wish that it would have been cleaned properly otherwise it was a good cabin to stay at.

Small and quant cabin, very nice and relaxing. The bedrooms were small, but big enough for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was nice and hot. The cabin was very clean. I would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a small and quiet getaway.

Our first stay in a cabin. We'll be back to stay next year. The gas grill tank was empty but everything else was very nice and comfortable.

Easy check in and check out

Everything was pretty nice. The outdoor firepit was a great plus. The wood burning fireplace was really nice. There was enough cookware in the cabin for a few people. The bed was less comfortable than we would have liked. The cabin was pretty clean with the exception of the air register and the fireplace screen. We would definitely rent again.

The blinds on the front door were ripped off and the doorknob was messed up.

The cabin was smaller than we thought and it was lead to believe. The hot tub was great, the kids loved it and the loft with the game table. One of the remotes were missing batteries and I called and left a message and no one ever returned my call or brought any. The fire pit was good too. Could never find a broom to sweep. Beds were a bit smaller then expected. Overall we had a great time and a great stay. Would use cabins USA again but probably not the same cabin.

Great place to spend our honeymoon, ability to spend time alone in the quietness, also the ability to go to town and visit all of the area.

This was my mother's first trip to the area and she loved the cabin. It's small but very cute and and not far to town. The only drawback would be to make sure to suggest to bring water if they never been because of I wouldn't use it to make coffee,cook or brush your teeth. We have stayed in the area many times so we where prepared. Other than that it was great

Very clean but very dark. The lights were all low wattage making it hard to read or do most activities. Quiet neighborhood.

No major problems, clean and cozy, had everything we needed. A few minor maintenenace issues were that the shower(right), leaked all over the floor because shower curtain is too high, black mold starting to form on wall and Im sure its destroying the floor. Garbage can in that bathroom doesnt work, is rusty and had no garbage bag. There needs to be hooks installed to hang things. There was a twin size sheet on a full size bed(right). They only provided 1 garbage bag in the kitchen. And yes the water smells awful.

Everything was great besides the water smell. My daughter almost couldn’t stand it. I see everyone posting about the water so why not fix it...

Let me start off by saying, Cabins USA is great to book through & we have used them many times. However, we were very disappointed with this cabin. The pictures made it look much larger than it is and the sulfur smell is an issue but as long as the cold water is ran, you don’t smell it. There was also A LOT of bugs. We kept in mind that we are in the woods but these bugs were only in the back bedroom & bathroom. There was also a lot of Wasps inside the screened in area & inside the cabin, so we bought some wasp spray & left it at the cabin. The only other complaint we had was that there was one pot and no pans. We had to buy our own, which was quite expensive since there wasn’t a huge selection to pick from. Overall, we will use Cabins USA again but we won’t return to the cabin.

The cabin was smaller then it looked in the pictures and we had to go buy some things that we thought were provided in the cabin like a hair dryer, a skillet to cook on and a gallon container for tea. We did find two bugs but they were dead and the issue with the hot tube was taken care of right away which we appreciate. Overall it was a great vacation and we will be back soon just in a bigger cabin and we will bring more supplies.

Staff was very friendly. Think it should let you know when looking up about water type.

It was extremely cozy and kids loved the loft

Cabins USA is the way to go! Best Prices, and wonderful staff. We LOVED this cabin. The back porch area with the hot tub, swing and TV was our favorite. Out boys loved the loft area! That was a wonderful Bonus. The only negative was definitely the smell of the water. It smelled terrible. My son cried every time It was shower time, because the smell of the water was so terrible. I would love to come back to this cabin, but my husband refused to unless the water issue is resolved.

The property was a bit older than expected. Normal wear I guess. Hot tub was cold and had to be heated overnight. The smell of the water (on the hot side) was not good. Sulfur smell. The ice maker was not functioning but ice trays saved the day. Over all I was satisfied and for the money would use this property again. I would not recommend more than 4 people.

Had a great time at the cabin. Loved that it was at the top of the hill from from everything. Was my Mom’s 50th bday and her 1st time there already trying to plan a trip back.

No coffee was provided for our stay but there was a coffee maker inside the cabin. No firewood was located around the site. The small garbage bag was left as a shopping bag underneath the sink. The hot tub was extremely gross and had to have maintenance fix but wasn't worth even getting in. The cable and internet had to be fixed we were without these services for a day. The key code did not work upon arrival had to call guest services to get in. We were somewhat disappointed for the amount of money we paid for the cabin and there were a lot of issues. In my personal opinion I should be refunded some type of my money for having all of these issues and you have a cleaning company but your hot tub is dirty? Also the cabin door would not stay closed or would even lock we had to leave the door propped with a chair to feel secure. Please fix these issues.

Amenities-Dishwasher needs to be replaced. Measuring spoons and measuring cups would be nice too.
Cleanliness â€" other people’s trash were still left in the bathroom drawer and under the bed.

I paid it forward by leaving new wood and a clicker to start the fire.

Loved the cabin, my only complaint was the smell of the water but other than that our stay was perfect and relaxing!!

It was my second time up there and as always it was nice. Can't wait to come back next year!!!

This was my first trip to the mountains and my first experience with renting a cabin. Our trip was enjoyable and it was very quiet and peaceful at the cabin. Didn't see a lot of wildlife. What we did see were a lot of squirrels and crows. Did see a good sized turkey hen one day. The leaves on some trees were turning and it seemed like fall was about to happen.

In the booking process there was an issue where my CC transaction didn't complete. In this case I should have gotten error but I didn't. I was contacted by Cabins USA 2 days later saying that I needed to pay my deposit or they would cancel my reservations. Irritating.

Got the express check-in package. It contained the address of the property plus an eight digit code for unlocking the front door. It was neat to just drive to the cabin and open the door, but having to pull out the phone to look up the code every time we left got old fast. Would be nice if there had been a key inside that we could have used.

The cabin is in a nice location and feels further out from Pigeon Forge than you really are (only about 5 miles from the Parkway through Pigeon Forge). There are other cabins nearby and across the street, but there is enough trees and underbrush between them that you get the desired feeling of privacy. It wasn't like some of the "cabin farms" we saw in other places. Once you leave the main roads you are driving on roads that are barely one and a half lanes wide (more like pig trails), very curvy, and have some steep hills. When on these "pig trails" it is best to go slow, I mean 15 to 20 mph slow. You never know who you're going to meet coming the other way... like a school bus, truck with trailer, etc.

The cabin was fairly clean. Housekeepers need to do a better job at chasing down cobwebs and dusting. Bathrooms could use some wall mounted shelves for storage. Drains in the sinks, shower, and tub were slow and need to be snaked or some drain cleaner poured down them. The dishwasher in the cabin needs to be replaced. While it still "technically" works it has the sound (very loud sound at that) of a dishwasher that is just plain worn out. I got down and looked at it to see why it was making such a loud grinding noise and found large pieces of glass in the bottom of it. Removing the glass helped, but there's no way around it, the dishwasher is worn out, and looks like someone set something on fire in it.

The cabin also needs some basic maintenance items performed on it. Gutters haven't been cleaned in so long that there were little trees and other plants growing out of them. Looked like some of the fascia boards on the back were rotted out in places. If basic maintenance is kept up this would be an enjoyable place to visit for a long time.

I saw some comments in other reviews for Mountain Moonlight that the water smelled. It certainly does. The cabins on this ridge are all on wells. There is evidently sulfur and/or iron in the water which is causing the unpleasant smell. I don't think there is anything that can be done about that, but we made sure we took plenty of bottled water and 1 gallon jugs of water for drinking and cooking.

On the express check-out all we had to do was text a number with the name of the cabin we were checking out of and close and lock the door when we left. It would have been nice to have gotten a reply back as confirmation that they got our text.

The overall experience we had was positive and we will more than likely visit again.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 2 plus an infant. It was cozy and the right size. The cabin had a couple dirty spots on arrival (sticky mess on floor by bed, crumbs on couch, a light bulb out in bedroom which prohibited the use of the lamp until we replaced it, dirty coffee cup on counter next to coffee maker, and some sort of dark color stain on bathroom curtain at eye level), but that doesn't take away from the coziness of this cabin. Location was good. Quiet where the cabin sits, with a couple cabins across the street. Loved the screened in porch since it rained some this weekend, and it was nice to keep the bugs out. Also loved the firepit area out front with swings even though we didn't get to use it. Booking was a little bit difficult this time in comparison to last few stays with CabinsUSA. We got quoted more than one price for this cabin, and ended up paying the post expensive of the deviations just out of desperation to quit stressing over it. Other than that, checkout was a breeze and so was express check in. This cabin was great, even though it wasn't the cleanest upon arrival. All in all- good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Moonlight over Memorial Day Weekend! The cabin was clean and had everything it listed on the Cabins USA website. We had some minor issues with our hot tub being in Sleep Mode when we arrived, and our wifi not working, but a wonderful gentleman from maintenance came to solve both problems in a timely manner. We did have a swing on the back screened in porch, but we never sat on it because it was similar to the size of a full bed, but was missing a cushion. We really enjoyed using the fire pit out front, that was one of our favorite places to sit and relax after a day of hiking and exploring! We had a very comfortable stay at Mountain Moonlight and would definitely like to return some day!

We originally were in another cabin and the hot tub did not work and other amenities were not what we thought they would be. They came immediately to fix and after attempting and needing a specialist they immediately called us and offered us this cabin which was considered an upgrade and we truly loved this cabin. It was great for us since our goal was to spend most our time in the cabin to relax. The only negative to this cabin was the roads leading too it. Very curvy and steep and gps did not work so trying to follow written directions were not the most ideal. We said if we could move that cabin in other location it would have been perfect.

We had a amazing time. Mountain moonlight is comfortable and cozy. We stayed there for a week and like always we don't have anything to say negative about the cabin or Cabins USA that's why we go back every year and always book with Cabins Usa .

The cabin was great especially for the price. It was a little little dusty. Everything else was great. My only complaint was the smell of the water. We had to let it run for a while before using it. Great for a couple get away.

The cabin was wonderful, my partner and I go to TN atleast once a year and cabins USA never fails. This cabin is absolutely amazing for its price and it's very comfortable and cozy. We stayed for 10 days so we did feel a bit crowded but it was mostly due to all the clothing and hiking equipment we brought with us and all the food we purchased. The loft is a wonderful addition to this cabin and has a wonderful selection of board games to play. When we arrived the hot tube was completely empty but we called Cabins USA and they came to fill it up in the time we went out to do groceries and come back (about 2 hours). Later in the trip we went to get in the hot tub and it wouldn't heat up so again we called them and they came by very quickly and completely changed the controls so they are brand new and it perfect working condition now. Many of the things in this cabin are actually brand new, the shower drain still had the protective film on it and you could tell that a lot of the wood and appliances were new. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had a plenty of privacy withput being too isolated from others. The fireplace is not gas and take actual wood which is so rare and a wonderful addition to the trip. They also have a fire pit outside that we didn't get to use during our visit as it was too cold out but it looks great as well. We will be back very soon and we would recommend this cabin to anyone.
