This is my 2nd time staying in the lovely cabin with my family and friends. The cabin is beautiful and very spacious and I will rent again. There were a couple of issues we encountered. The fireplace on the main floor was not working, and one of the jacuzzi tubs was not working. Maintenance was called the Friday morning and he showed up later that day. The fireplace needed propane and he was to bring that back with him and he never did. The jacuzzi tub never did work although he said it was nothing wrong with it. The mattress is in the upstairs bedroom needs to be replaced. These are somewhat minor issues but it would have been nice to get that fireplace going as to one of my guest has neuropathy (gets cold quick) so her fingers were purple and she stayed under the blankets pretty much all weekend.
Let me start with we've enjoyed staying with you for many years now. You always worked hard to make right what's wrong, Thank You. The cabin is a great experience. We really enjoyed staying this year. Each floor has great amenities. That been said, three (3) different jacuzzies did not work. The hot tub did not work for many of the features listed. One side of the cabin smelled of fish, then that same side smelled of propane or gas. Lights were not bright enough throughout the main areas, and Maintenace had to come out and replace light bulbs. TV remotes did not work, bad batteries. Dishwasher didn't clean to well. The internet was spotty all weekend, disconnect and reboot at odd times for hours length of time.
The cabin location is a 10. We come 2 times every year for 2 weeks and don't mind paying the premium but expect reasonable care of the cabin. This cabin had a few items of attention. The kitchen cabinets (1) and 2 drawers were falling apart, hinges and drawer slides. The bed frames were all metal and unstable, when you rolled over the bed frames moved. The framing around the sliders/windows on the main deck were loose or falling off on the deck. Not functionally required but not expected for this cabin. The kitchen accessories were only ok, can openers broke, toaster pretty dirty and the knit rug in the main room was terrible. Full of dirt, food crumbs and fuzz balls all over the wood floor. The exterior was visibly worn but did not impact the quality of stay. When we arrived the gas grill was disgusting, ended up having to dis-assembly, deep clean and buy propane to use the first evening. Just a little tender loving care would increase the quality of the stay in this cabin.
Copper Ridge Lodge no doubt has the best views in the Smokies!!! This is our group's 5th consecutive year to stay at Copper Ridge! When we walk in the door each year some of our group even states 'We're Home'!. There are a few areas that could use some 'owner upgrades', but had we not have been here for 5 years straight we probably wouldn't notice some of those details. We have noted those things to the owner through Cabins USA, so hopefully some of them will be addressed. A few upgrades and this cabin goes from 'Great', to 'Fabulous!'.
Great location for a large group! The staff at CabinsUSA have always been top notch to work with, year in and year out, from reservations, to arrival, to checkout!.
Ours day was amazing. The cabin was beautiful all of the amenities were good. Only minor complaint that we had was that the fireplaces were not working. We don't know if this is a seasonal thing or what but we would've loved to been able to utilize the fireplaces.
This is a beautiful cabin. The views are amazing. It is exactly as the picture shows. The rooms are separated and very quiet.
Just FYI there is no crock pot in the kitchen. Luckily we took our own salt and pepper and coffee filters and coffee. There was no dish soap but there was soap for the dish washer and enough laundry soap for one load of laundry.
Overall, a great place and would definitely rent a cabin from them again
Copper Ridge Lodge has the most amazing view in the Smoky Mountains. Plus there aren't Cabins on top of you to the left and right. The Cabin is straight ahead at the end of a culdesac. Plenty of area to park multiple cars. The hot tub is the biggest one yet and I've been doing these trips for almost two decades. The cabin is also very spacious. That was the good.
Now for the minor negatives. The lighting in the main sitting area and the sitting area upstairs, are very poor. Light bulbs need to be changed out in this cabin (which we bought and did) and just overall, the lighting at night is not suffice. Too dark in the evening for two nice areas of the cabin. The grill did not work. That's unacceptable for a cabin this size. The stove wasn't working very well either. This cabin could use more silverware. And the wifi is not good.
I slept in the main bedroom on the top floor, (upstairs to the right). the side of the bed I slept on has springs coming thru, needs replaced. There was a very breezy day and a window in that room (directly across from the door) was howling, it wouldn't latch and was open about an inch. The 3 big living room windows need shades. We hoped to have a big charcoal grill outside as the propane one just wasn't big enough for the amount of people we had to feed. The gear on the ice maker is stripped out and rarely worked. The main level deck doesn't have any shade, needs a retractable awning. It's a gorgeous cabin and we loved our stay, will be back some day.
We had an amazing time with this home. It was clean & spacious, everyone in our party had their own room & the jacuzzi was fantastic! I would recommend this cabin to others for sure!
The cabin location and size were perfect for our group. However, at least 3 of the guest room hot tubs were not working. A couple of kitchen cabinets drawers need repair. The large windows on the main floor leak really bad when raining. One room on main floor the window would not fully close and is drafty and makes howling noise. The main floor TV is old and not viewable during daylight. Shades on main floor for evening sun should be installed.
Lovely cabin sitting atop a mountain overlooking the one and only Dollywood. Bedrooms are a great size with comfortable king size beds, good sized Tv's, balcony access, and full bathrooms, which is a plus in my opinion! Not many cabins in that area offer that kind of accommodations, trust me I've checked. HUGE hot tub to help your friends & family relax. Easily one of my favorite cabins in Sevierville area.
Copper Ridge Lodge has absolutely the best view in the Smokies. It's our 4th consecutive year to stay at CRL, and we look forward to many more return visits.
We loved the cabin. It was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The views were spectacular. The dishwasher needs to be replaced, and the fireplace on the main level wasn't working. Some of the cooking utensils need to be replaced, but overall everything was good. There was a scary moment, though. I received a call from a supervisor asking if a maintenance person could come to our cabin to check out an issue. This was the first night we were there, and it was around 10:00. He wouldn't tell me the issue, but I told him it was okay. We were a little stressed out waiting on the maintenance guy, not knowing the issue. He came, driving a maintenance truck. We let him in, and he went to one of the bedrooms. Someone had left something behind. He found it and left immediately. So we continued enjoying our vacation. We will definitely stay there again.
Beautiful, comfortable home with a great view! The train noise from Dollywood could be either entertaining or annoying depending on what you are looking for in a stay.
This property is so wonderful mostly because of the spectacular 180 view! However, the cabin is large enough to give everyone their own space. Copper Ridge was clean and ready for our stay.
On the negative side, the mattress on the bed in the bottom bedroom to the left really needs replacing. We made do by adding blankets and sheets.
Still, I would book this cabin again for a large group of family in a second!
We loved this cabin it was very roomy and having 6 bedrooms all King beds with their own bathrooms was really nice. The location is very easy to get in to town. The views from the back decks are amazing. We had a few small issues which were taken care of right away by the maintenance staff. There was no DVD playing in the house but they did bring one, however I had already purchased on at Walmart. Hopefully the maintenance guy came back after we left and installed one permanently. Just a couple of house keeping issues - the metal frame bed in the master squweeks loudly when getting on and off the bed which can be heard in the room below. You can shove towels down between the box springs and the side board but It should be moved to a basement room and move one of the wooden frame beds upstairs. The upstairs living room is very dark at night, we used some of the floor lamps to be able to play games on the dining room table but there should be a permanent fix to this issue as there are numerous comments in the past reviews on this issue. The basement decks need to be checked for bear scat...apparently they are climbing up there and staying a day or two as there were large piles of poop in each of the corners. ( no big deal, it's nature just have to check them more often ). And just a general comment. If you are planning on cooking a lot in the house, bring your comfort items: a skillet or two, a pan or two, some cooking utensils, etc. The items there are not of the best quality or size for a group meal. We would definitely return to this home in the future.
This was our third consecutive year to stay at Copper Ridge Lodge. We book the same week every year as the colors are absolutely amazing this time of the year. CRL is the perfect cabin for large groups of couples, as each of the 6 'master suites' are equally equipped! The common spaces are perfect for large groups, and there's absolutely no better view in the Smokies! The reservation, checkin, and check out processes couldn't be any easier. Over the 3 years we have only had one issue that needed immediate attention, and the Cabins USA team quickly responded and took care of our needs. We were really impressed this year upon arrival that the owners had invested some money back into the cabin since our last visit. New furnishings in the main living room, new rails on the main deck, new murphy bed, and several other smaller items, were all much appreciated and enjoyed. We spend a lot of time at the cabin on our trip, so the large hot tub, nice new grill, and other amenities get well utilized! If we could make a couple recommendations, it would be: 1) maybe put more rocking chairs on the back deck. With such a view overlooking Dollywood, and 12 adults, there's never enough seating on the back deck to enjoy the sunset over the mountain. 2) It would be nice if there were more towels available. Even though there's a washer/dryer available that we do use and appreciate, if guest are utilizing the hot tub often, sometimes there's a shortage of towels. 3) only other suggestion is to work on the lighting in the kitchen/living room. Since we have been coming several years, we know to bring additional lighting with us (lamps etc). Again CRL is amazing! we have stayed in many different cabins in the Gatlinburg/PF area over the last 25 years, but CRL is by far our favorite! Thanks again and already looking forward to next year!

The view was amazing, it was close to town, and easy to get to. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, yet also nice common areas for the group to hang out. However, there were some things we noticed right away that were a bit disheartening.
When we arrived, there was a horrible smell. There were machines on that we think we're supposed to purify the air, but we thought maybe the smell was from them. We turned them off and opened some windows, but each room continued to smell a bit (especially the bedrooms).
In addition, the cleanliness was lacking as the floor needed to be swept (there were dirt tracks in the basement), several dishes weren't clean, and there were several large stains on various pieces of furniture. Even a guest's pillow had some orange stain on it. Next, the beds were not very comfortable and need an upgrade. They squeaked so loud just getting in and out of them.
Lastly, there was an overall feeling that the place had some prior guests that didn't care for it, bc there were a few things broken. For example, the dining chairs in the upstairs living room. We found a chair leg in the chair and it wouldn't go back on. So in order to use the chair, we had to remove all legs to get it stable. There was also a drawer in the refrigerator with a large crack in it, the hot tub had pads that weren't staying on, the pool table had a tear in the felt and the two ball wasn't part of the set (it was smaller than the others).
So for the money we spent, we expected a bit more from this cabin regarding the aforementioned areas. We still had a great time, and made the best of the time we had. Thank you!
Cooper Ridge Lodge was the most BEAUTIFUL CABIN!!! It was 12 people in the cabin and we had more than enough room. THE VIEW morning and night was AWESOME!!!. I used express check in AWESOME!!!. The only problem qe had was that dang on HOT TUB ????. The top was up and open when we arrived so I thought they had worked on it from the pass experience guess had in ALL the other reviews but unfortunately it was working properly, but we used it as best we could. A cabin that big the HOT TUB SHOULD BE WORKING PROPERLY!!! OWNER WE NEED A NEW TOB TUB!!! It was a lil dusty.....and could use a lil more cleaning before guess arrived. I have visit Tennessee 4 time and counting. Will return next year and the year after. You can not go wrong with this cabin. It's easy to get to , a lil up there but that's the beauty of it ......you never know where your cabin is located.We all enjoyed ourselves accept for 1 of our guess. But we will see you CabinsUSA next year. Thanks again for a BEAUTIFUL VACATION AGAIN. ????
We really loved the cabin. You couldn't beat the views, they were spectacular. The cabin was very nice and spacious and was really a beautiful place to stay. We all really enjoyed it!! We only had a few small issues. The downstairs room under the stairs had a lot of centipedes and millipedes, both dead and alive. A lot of the light bulbs were out, mainly on the main level. One of the sinks in the kitchen was leaking and had a bowl under it full of water, but no one mentioned this to us beforehand. The hot tub does get hot, but it takes a full 24 hours to do so. The pool cues were mostly broken and there was no chalk to use them. The main room remote didn't have any batteries in it. Despite these minor issues, we really did enjoy the cabin and were very satisfied with our choice to stay here. We think we had the best views on the mountain, the parking was great, plenty of space, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and the overall aesthetic of the cabin was awesome.
The property far exceeded our expectations. Completely beautiful bright and clean. The only issues were we couldn't figure out how to use the hot tub and our grill didn't work. I can't stress enough how beautiful the property was. So comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely book again.
Beautiful cabin....views were outstanding. As Beautiful as it was furniture needs to be updated beds weren't comfortable. There was dust on the dining table. I think the cabin should have been wiped down before our arrival. Not to mention the black centipede bugs ???? all over the place.
The cabin was beautiful, with plenty of space. The walk in shower was amazing. The kids loved it. The view was spectacular. I will definitely be back. The only thing was the hot tub didn't get as hot, and the dryer did not work.
Everything was great. This was our first family trip to Tennessee. Cabin was amazing. However, two things to improve...... 1. Could not get the gas grill to work, and we were expecting to be able to use it (brought food expecting to be able to grill) 2. One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor stayed cold as ice our entire stay.
The only issue I have is that the Hot Tub outside never would get hot...I set the temperature at 104 and for three days it never got passed 82 to 87 degrees.....That made my guest very unhappy.....Also there wasn't enough utensils for cooking in the kitchen...Also the the toilet tissue was very thin and cheap.....Then furniture needs to be cleaned in the upstairs living room and downstairs also...I found several stains in the furniture....Otherwise that the cabin is very beautiful cozy and we had a very good time.....I will be back soon ???? Beautiful cabin overlooking Dollywood. The view was amazing. Love how modern this cabin is compared to others. All the rooms were clean and fresh upon arrival. Great customer service and loved the express check in and check out options, glad we didn't have to go out the way to check in at the office.
The only problem we that was one of the rooms on the third floor by the staircase had dead ants around the tub. We called housekeeping and they sent an exterminator as soon as they could but it still was a lot of dead ants and the exterminator did not clean it. Also there needs to be additional lighting in the living room on the main floor. It was very dark at night, we had to pull lamps from the room. Overall great experience, friends and family loved it and would recommend again.
The location for us was WONDERFUL. We love Dollywood so it was wonderful being able to watch the fireworks from our deck. When we arrived all of us noticed there was dog or cat hair on the all of the stairs. We also found a few dishes that needed to be cleaned. So the cleaning crew needs to do a better job of cleaning the stairwell and also checking the dishes. A few of us noticed the mattresses need to be changed. You could feel the hump in the middle. I agree with others some type of lamps need to be added in the dining / living room. It is so dark. A light over the table would help a lot. Several of the lights on the Christmas Tree was out as well. It was nice having a private bath for each bedroom. The jacuzzi on the top floor the button did not work for the jets. So that was a bummer for me as I got it all filled up and then it would not work. The hot tub was great and was very relaxing. The cabin is huge and it was wonderful having two areas to hang out. The adults hung out on the main floor and the young adults / kids hung out downstairs. We did not use the grill outside on the deck but it was there.
We have been staying with Cabins USA for 5 years now and we love working with them. Vicky is awesome and I highly recommend using her. We had a few issues with our cabin but they came out and took care of them. Copper Ridge Lodge is a beautiful cabin with a view to die for. They need to add more lighting in the family room and add more games like air hockey and such. The cabin is very comfortable and has plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend Cabins USA and Copper Ridge Lodge!
We stayed at Copper Ridge Lodge for my daughters Birthday weekend. The place is nice, clean, and a perfect view. The train from Dollywood got annoying after hearing it quite a few times. But the View was soooo Beautiful especially at Night time. This place had everything we needed except a Broom and Dust Pan, but we just went ahead and bought one. One small Recommendation would be to Add more Lighting in the Dinning and sitting area. The place is very cozy but not enough Lights when it gets dark. The Lighting is too Dim for Family Game night or if someone wants to Read a book or something like that. But overall I will recommend staying and I would definitely Return.

We stayed at the Copper Ridge Lodge with high expectations, and we were not disappointed. The only problem we saw was the puddle of water on the floor in the lower level of the Cabin . It was taken care of quickly. It was lacking minor things like a can opener and the blinds either need to be replaced or fixed. Overall the cabin was spectacular with wonderful views.
Great place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very upscale. The only problem that I would like to see corrected is the lighting in the living room. At night it is very dark in the living room on the main floor. Try putting some floor lamps or make sure the lights are bright enough on the 2 ceiling fans. Just need to make that living space more brighter. Overall, I would book this cabin again.
Copper Ridge Lodge is beautiful and spacious! The view was amazing, with both the mountains and Dollywood below! All beds and furniture were quite comfortable. The staff was very helpful from booking, to answering questions about payments and check-in, to assistance during our stay. I actually had to call in the middle of the night when the windows were leaking and the grill flew across the balcony in a big storm. Someone came to take a look the next day. Please be aware: some kitchen drawers need to be repaired; one actually fell out and almost landed on my mother’s foot. Also, the lack of lighting in the “great room†was a big problem. There is not one light in that area. We had to use lamps from the bedrooms and flashlights to play games. If I stay here again, I would inquire about this lighting.

Copper Ridge is absolutely amazing. Being able to hear the Dollywood train was such a treat. As far as the comfort and accommodations the beds and bedrooms were adequate. The Murphy bed is broken and is a piece of junk, you have to put the mattress on the floor if you use it at all. The sink in the bathroom right of the kitchen has a leak underneath in which it flooded your items that were under the sink. Please bring your own Can Opener they only have an electric one which does not work very well at all. As a matter of fact bring pretty much everything you’re going to need to prepare holiday meals. The kitchen is not well stocked. Would love to have seen the arcade game down on the same floor as the pool table having it separated and having family members separated is not ideal ..Also the great room next to the kitchen is very, very dark so you might have to move any kind of games, gift opening any kind of activities down to the game room living room in order to see. all of the bedroom vertical blinds need to be replaced with curtains because every single one of them were missing or broke allowing the light to come in early in the morning. Overall this place is absolutely beautiful!!! Yes, it does have a few flaws but we had such an amazing time and yes I would recommend it and yes we would book here again.

We had some problems (no working lights in den, dishwasher not draining, no linens for Murphy bed or fold out sofas, and no oven mitts, placemats, or even a broom to help care for the home/furnishings.) which we immediately reported. We had to leave a message, as no one answered the phone, and we never heard anything back from Cabins USA. I know it was a busy season for them, but they need to address these issues, and improve their communication/service so their next guests needs are met.
Also, it was quite inconvenient to have to leave Dollywood to drive to their office (not a great location) to check in and sign papers. A virtual check in would be awesome.
The cabins were nice and I’ve already recommended them to a few people.
They were clean and the maintenance was prompt in fixing the air issue in (2) of the rooms

The 10 of 10 across the board was not a “pencil whipâ€. My family and I discussed it an truly could not find room for improvement related to the questions.
We did read previous reviews that mentioned small issues past guests had commented on. I called prior to our stay and those few issues were addressed prior to our arrival.
The only thing I would mention to anyone considering a stay at the Copper Ridge Lodge is to ask the staff to look at the vertical blinds in the bedrooms. Ours was missing two blinds. We weren’t concerned about it as it had a private deck and unless someone had a high powered telescope positioned on the mountain top on the other side off Pigeon Forge no one could see in.

Great location beautiful from inside and outside. The Outside view was breathe taking..Cabin Usa service was great. There was fireworks every night which was spectacular My family enjoyed the stay we would definitely come back to Copper Ridge and recommend our friends and coworkers too.
Only scored some lower because was missing coffee pot and had wasp nests over and beneath steps to front entryway. We called this in when we arrived on Friday but it wasn't addressed until Sunday morning. Should also put name of cabin on sign out front to make it easier to identify when driving up to cabin. Also the toilet closet in the upstairs master bedroom is too tiny, not enough space. Maybe could take down the wall and just leave it out in the open.
Other than that this is a very beautiful cabin with an amazing picturesque view. We have visted this area several times and this is our 2nd favorite cabin we've stayed in. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
The cabin was wonderful and the view was amazing! The kids loved the downstairs area and we enjoyed grilling and relaxing on the main deck each evening. Each room had balcony access and a private bath, which was a plus. The cabin would have been perfect if not for: 1. No propane upon arrival and 2. No iron in the empty iron box. However, they delivered a propane tank the next day and reimbursed us for our purchase. In addition, the dryer stopped working on the 3rd night and was never repaired. We called the wonderful customer service department and they explained that there were some emergency issues. With that said, it would have been ideal if they had directed us to the breaker box which might have helped. Despite these minor issues, we would stay here again!

Beautiful interior. We used the dryer to dry a load of towels. 6 or 8 towels and the dryer quit working.. could not access the breaker box to see if the breaker tripped. Also the outside gutter downspout needs repaired... it was banging against the house until I was able to wedge an empty soda can so it would stop banging... minor issues ... Still would stay again without hesitation! !!!
The cabin was beautiful. By far the best view we have ever had at any of our cabin rentals from Cabins USA. You could tell there had been a rowdy group there recently. Beer cans had been thrown in the window frames of the high peak windows. There was a set of pool balls thrown on the ground outside the back deck plus a lot of trash and more beer cans. The Murphy Bed cabinet was cracked, thankfully we didn't need it as bed. The cleaning staff did a good job cleaning up, the refrigerator was even bleached. Just really sad to see such an amazing rental space treated so poorly.
Wow are my first thoughts of this cabin. I have stayed in many cabins and this by far is the best! It had everything you needed plus everything was top notch. Whom ever furnished and supplied this cabin is first class. High end items from the microwave to the mattress on the beds. I can talk all day about copper ridge. We will always make this our first choice. Beautiful !!!!!! Even the staff who manage and sell the cabins are easy to work with. Ask for Paula. If she can not handle your issue she will go down trying. Thanks cabin USA.
Copper Ridge Lodge is the most impressive cabin we have stayed in. The express check in was great and directions to the cabin were very easy to follow. We only called once about a couple of issues. One ceiling light needed to be checked and the fridge would not dispense ice (this would be an owner issue). The light was fixed quickly and some ice trays were delivered. As for housekeeping, the only issue we had was with some of the cooking utensils and flat ware. We simply washed them before and after we used them. I'm assuming some of the former guests didn't clean them well. All in all we were very pleased with Copper Ridge Lodge and would stay there again.
This Cabin was Absoutely Beautiful the view was gourgeous. We had a great time . The one thing went wrong we were grilling steaks and propane tank went empty but other than that it was perfect
This property was the best cabin ever. My family had A great time here for a pre-mini family reunion. This cabin had the best view on the mountain. I can't wait to book it again. Thank you for having us and making out stay Carefree and memorable.
We absolutely loved our cabin. The place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The view from our deck was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in could not have been made any easier. I would highly recommend cabins USA and especially this particular cabin.
Awesome beautiful cabin, location, and vistas ! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well supplied. Suggestions to make cabin the best of the best would be - there were only 8 chairs at dining room table (we had 10 people and there should be 12 chairs) - there were a total of only 4 chairs on 3 levels of decking - what's with that?! - we spent almost all our time on deck enjoying the view (thankfully the weather was perfect) - need more lights in main living room and please clean the grill ! These issues would not deter me from renting again; however, with price of cabin I don't think it's asking too much.
This cabin was absolutely beautiful. Excellent location at the Star Crest Resort, we have stayed at a few cabins at this resort, but Copper Ridge Lodge has been my favorite. The cabin was very clean and well maintained, not sure when it was built, but felt very new. We loved the openness of the main living room into the kitchen area. The view of Dollywood was fantastic, we loved hearing the roller coasters and the sound of the train made it even more special. We only had two concerns in which we did try to call maintenance and after the phone rang for a long time we got a voice mail in which we did leave a message. The dryer was not hooked up properly in the wash room to vent out, lint was everywhere in and around the dryer so please check on this. Also we had a little critter or mice in the cabin, we noticed a few things had been eaten that where left out on the counter top and one night we actually saw a mouse on the kitchen floor. I realize the cabin is in and around the trees, but maybe try to set some traps? Overall I would recommend Cabins USA and Copper Ridge Lodge, we really enjoyed our stay.
Amazing Cabin with breathtaking Mountain views.
The only complaint I have is no light in living room. The huge windows is perfect during the day but at night we pulled a lil lamp outta the bedroom, which didn’t help much.
Overall GREAT Cabin...we are already planning this cabin for next year!
This was our second time staying at Copper Ridge Lodge. The cabin is amazing and has a great location. The cleaning left a lot to be desired this time. There was an old coffee filter with grounds left in the coffee maker. There were rings of soap film left on every one of the tubs. When we arrived at the cabin the trash was already overflowing from the outside recepticals, and through out the week I tried three times to get our trash picked up, they finally came the 4th day we were there to get it. There were many careless missed cleaning details that you expect when you pay $2500+ to stay somewhere. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this cabin.
The cabin was phenomenal. All of my friends loved it! The cabin is just like the pictures. The fireplace on the lower deck was broken, but it didn't stop our stay there. Check in process was a pain in the butt. We did the express check in and my address and codes were not sent. This was the day before so I panic because I was driving out of state and I did not receive the information. I called the 1800 number and thankfully they helped me and retrieved the information for me. Other than that the stay was great, but I will not be using express check in again, I rather check in at the office. Me and my visits will visit again.
The cabin was beautiful, will book again. The comfort and cleanliness of the cabin was awesome, everyone in our party loved it. Hot tub was amazing. Loved the view the best. We will be back next year.
We are a couples group that travel to Gatlinburg ever year, this was our 10th year and first time staying with this company. The check and started off a little rocky... However, a Melanie, the manager, Save the Day by making some accommodations to sweeten the deal. The cabin and location was absolutely beautiful, The View was amazing. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday with very few hiccups , our coffee maker did not wor... so we purchased a new one and the blender did not work but we just did without the smoothies. And for our guest that stayed on the bottom floor, their room was filled with ladybug like beetles... Even though the cabin was cleaned prior to our arrival, somehow these little beeltes were missed because they were all over the floor dead. Other than that, I would highly recommend this cabin and this company.
The Cobber Ridge Cabin was very nice.. however for the cost I would expect things to be almost perfect. They didn't leave any kitchen towels for us. There was a bit of a bug problem, especially on the lower levels. One of my guest saw a rat in her room, but these are things you can expect in the mountains. There were issues with a few of the blinds. They were broken so you couldn't close them all the way, and one even had a hold in it, so light would shine through at dawn. The fireplace on the lower level does not work, we called Maintenance they came to fix it... but after the fire went out, it wouldn't start again. We were afraid to pull down bed in loft area because the door from chest was broken, and we didn't know if the bed would just come crashing down. Overall, the cabin was really beautiful... all of the bedrooms were equally nice, and everything you could think of for the most part, was provided. If I had to stay in this cabin again I would, but I would be sure to ask them to ensure the bugs are clean before arrival and blinds work. Most everything was great. However, at check-in, having been in the car for several hours, a few of us needed to use the restroom, and we were told there wasn't one. How could that be? That is horrible customer service!
As far as Copper Ridge, everything was perfect, except the lighting in the kitchen and main floor living area was terrible.
Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay, and we will definitely be return customers.
This Cabin was beautiful. The view was amazing.........However, there were a few things that needs improvement. The master suite bedroom upstairs , with the walk-in shower, was not clean. The cranberry comforter on the bed was not clean. It had stains and oil spots on it. The lamp on the side of the bed did not work. The floor in the bathroom had spots on it and the light in the toilet area did not work. The Jacuzzi in this area did not work. The propane tanks were empty. All other amenities worked fine and the areas were clean. Maintenance did come out to deliver the propane and change a light bulb, in which I appreciate. Overall this is a great cabin and I would recommend it to others. Thanks
We absolutely loved this cabin. Very large, clean, well appointed and luxurious and new-looking and feeling. With the exception of the lower fireplace (non functional) and the murphy bed (broken wood door and trim), everything worked as it should. We were a group of 12 (6 couples) and felt very comfortable in the cabin. I liked the ease of the check-in process. The checkout process was supposed to be super easy too (text) but I would have liked a response to my text or a return call to acknowledge that all was well for me to leave. Instead, I ended calling the office to confirm that they receive my text and that I was free to go which is redundant. The cabin was at the end of the culdesac, which I liked and the view out of the back was AMAZING!! The pool table was a nice touch but it would have been nice to have 4 newer cue sticks rather than the 3 run-down sticks that were there but that isn't a huge deal. Lastly, we loved the hot tub. It was huge and suited our large party of 12 perfectly. The fact that it was already on/running and warm when we arrived was a nice touch. As, you can see, I don't have much to complain about. We were very satisfied with our stay and would certainly stay in this cabin again. Thank you CabinUSA!!
The view was beautiful from this cabin. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 people. Needs some work on the cabinets in the kitchen and we had problems with the down stairs fireplace and one of the bathrooms. But all in all was a great cabin.
The only change I would make... would be to add shades to the entry level windows. You cannot escape the sun during the day. Making it hard to sit at the dinner table or watch the Tv. Otherwise this cabin is AMAZING. If we come back we will be booking this one again!
Thia Cabin has views that are Breathtaken!! It was great to have our own sleeping /bathroom space , but still had lots of space to hang out, play games, and relax as a big family..We had to wait to check in after 4:30 due to a mess from the people that stayed before us. With that I felt like the Cabin was not cleaned well, the floors were really dirty and it was dusty around. Creepy long bugs were all over and went super fast when you tried to get them.. We had a great stay, but for the price you pay you want it excellent cleaned .
This cabin was beautiful! We have 4 married children and 9 grandchildren ranging from 3 Months to 14 years old and all were impressed with view and accomadations. The view was spectacular and we have been going to the Smokies for all the 41 years of our marriage I don't think we have missed a year! We had a wonderful time!!

We had six couples (all retired AF-1 Crewmembers) who spent a week in the Pidgeon Forge/Gatlinburg Area. Getting the keycode vice having to travel to the office to pick up the key was a huge benefit. The locations is about as perfect as it could be, although the drive up was a little tricky the first time due to the slopes and curves. Literally 10 minutes to Dollywood. The view is spectacular and situated right above Dollywood. We were treated to the Dollywood Fireworks Show every night at 9:30. The rooms were spacious enough and the beds were all King size and very comfortable with plenty of closet and drawer space. The oversize hot tub on the below deck was very nice. Drawbacks: Refrigerator was small for twelve people or there could have been two. Toilet was clogged early on and there were no plungers. (Called maintenance number and he was very responsive.) Unclogged the toilet and he left seven plungers (one for each bathroom). Twelve people generate a lot of trash and there was no trash pick-up the week we were there and had to stack it on top of the cage that held the trashcans since they were full.

This cabin has one of the best views in the state. It's very spacious and provides top notch amenities. All 6 beds were extremely comfortable and the furniture was in new condition. It has the biggest hot tub I've ever seen overlooking the spectacular views. With the master bathroom shower I felt like a King, taking showers was something to look forward to. The staff checked in with us to make we were satisfied and let us know we could call anytime if we had an issue. Well worth every penny spent and more. This cabin absolutely will make your dream vacation come true. I can't wait to come back!

The cabin was so beautiful, comfortable, and so roomy. We enjoyed the 6 days we spent there celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary, along with all our children and grandchildren. There were 14 of us. The views of the awesome Smoky Mountains was incredible, and we enjoyed seeing Dollywood just below us. We could hear the Dollywood train and see the roller coaster in the "backyard"! It was very pricey, but we SPLURGED big time since it was our special occasion! If the price goes down, we"ll be back!

The location and view is incredible, I feel like you can be just about anywhere you'd want to be in 15 minutes or less. Everything about this cabin was truly a 10/10. Our stay in Copper Ridge lodge was by far the very best cabin that we have ever stayed in on our annual family retreat. It was the cleanest, most beautiful cabin with the very best upscale furnishings. High end everything. And the location was perfect. Definitely above the tree lines. You had the best of both worlds with the mountain views plus the views of the Parkway in the distance. And Dollywood was right below the cabin so you could watch and hear the train. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was to die for. Beautiful doesn't begin to describe this cabin. We'll definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Top notch appliances and amenities. Beautifully decorated and by far the best view view of any cabin I have ever stayed in. There was a slight issue with some outlets that was resolved by the company immediately. If there is a flaw in this cabin it is the fact that the hot tub needs a little more "bubble power" and we all wished the arcade game was downstairs where the pool table and the hot tub are located. Other than that there isn't a bad room in the house great for a group of couples.

There are a few things that need to be fixed. Tv in right bedroom on main floor doesn't work, coffee maker doesn't work, hot water in left bedroom on lower floor doesn't work hot tub wouldn't heat up above 80 degrees

I booked this cabin back before there were pictures posted so I was apprehensive. I called and spoke with a few Cabins USA members who were very helpful and they described it to a tee. We were all BLOWN AWAY when we arrived! We have been going as a group for 10 years and this cabin has by far been our favorite and the view was phenomenal! The kitchen was very well equipped, which was a pleasant surprise compared to others we have stayed in. And that front door! Love it converts into it's own "screen door" so you get a wonderful cross breeze through the house. Overall this cabin is fantastic but there were a few things I wish could have been better. The hot tub is insanely huge and one of the main reasons we booked this unit...HOWEVER, it took over TWO DAYS to heat up so we only got to use it one night. That was a major disappointment for us. (Local temps during our stay were between 50-70) Also- the natural lighting during the day is GREAT, but at night you can hardly see in the house, other than the kitchen which is where 99% of the lighting is. I was searching through the house for some lamps to add some light to the living room and the loft. Some additional lighting is definitely needed. I was also surprised that one of the girls with us told me that her shower handle would not go past halfway so they had to take cold showers all weekend.

Wow! What a great cabin! Everything from the view to the cleanliness was fantastic.
That view - it's amazing! And, it's a different view each morning depending on cloud coverage and fog. Lots of pictures taken of the view.
The cleanliness - one of the cleanest cabins I've ever stayed in.
The amenities - fun was had by all from the biggest hot tub I've ever seen, the arcade game, the card table, the pool table and the big screen televisions.
The kitchen - super nice, plenty of room for several of us cooking breakfast and supper for the youth. Two sinks was very helpful. Didn't have a tea pitcher so we bought one and donated it to the cabin. :-) Might need some directions on the coffee maker for those that have never used one like it...luckily I used to have one like it.
The main living room on the main floor - The couches are so comfortable! Be careful on the rug...you might hit the floor.
The bedrooms/bathrooms - wonderful...plenty of room, comfortable, and each bedroom has it own very spacious bathroom.
I really can't say enough about this cabin. All of the adults on the trip agree...it's one of the best!

Lovely well appointed well maintained spacious top of the tree home. All would have been absolutely perfect but for the lack of 3 essentials. COFFEE FILTERS, TISSUES, AND KITCHEN TRASH BAGS. Who doesn't provide those? This inconvenience not only necessitated a trip to town, but also was a serious detraction. For heavens sake charge me another $5 and provide some. We don't use paper filters at home, so didn't bring any. Do you really expect that 12 people can put 2 days trash in 3 bags. There were plenty of small bags in the bathes, but only 4 (used one for recyclables) in the kitchen. Even the least expensive motels provide tissues. Also my call for maintenance was not answered. I recommend a book showing how to operate appliances and electronics and advice to bring candles if visitors plan to eat at the dining table, since lighting is very poor in that area. We were never able to operate the tv on lower level and coffee pot leaks water.

We rented this cabin with 5 other couples for a last minute bonding trip. We were very impressed with the cabin's layout and loved the fact that everyone had a King bed with Jacuzzi in every room.
Cabin seem to be new and well kept.....felt like home.
This home has great views of the city and is located very close to the attractions. We would definitely rent again. Good times!!!!

I was a little apprehensive to book this cabin because there were no pictures available, but the agent that I spoke to assured me that I wouldn't be disappointed. I was absolutely not disappointed, the cabin was beautiful, clean, spacious, and more than I could have hoped for. We had a blast celebrating my sons 15th birthday!
