Perfect place for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our stay, the only problem we had was the fan in the main bedroom was broken. Other than that everything was perfect, location was perfect and we enjoyed our time staying here. We will definitely recommend this house to others.
We have stayed at rippling waters before and was happy to book again when we saw it was available. I would recommend to anybody to stay here. Plenty of room for us, we had 4 adults and 2 kids, age 8 and 4. A little bit on the pricey side but with the repeat guest discount it helps.
I enjoyed my stay at the Rippling Waters. I love the location of the Chalet. It was very quiet area. My complaint was the was no broom to use and I couldn't get the vacuum to work. And the trash bin on the outside needed cleaning. But I would stay there again if my knees allow me because there are some steps to climb to get to the front door ( the only way in and out).
Location was perfect. Peaceful, pleasant neighborhood located in great proximity to attractions. We loved the home itself, but had to clean sticky drink stains off of the countertops and crumbs from the bar stools when we arrived. One bathroom had NO toilet paper at all and the other had only one roll so we had to purchase our own while we were there. Other than those minor inconveniences we thought it was an excellent property!
Perfect location near everything easy check in and out they even did a courtesy call the next morning to make sure we check in and everything was good...

Open sausage) and empty bottle of lemonade. Not a big deal but you expect everything to be cleaned out.

Headboards of beds were dusty. The shower curtains had black mold on them. The back deck needed cleaning lots of spider webs & leaves all over. No broom available to clean it off, or to sweep the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked dishes & flatware etc. The house was comfortable & the location was good.
The directions (GPS or written)don't match where the cabin is. Took 40 min and 4 phone calls to find it at night. It would have been nice to have the fireplace work after no electricity the morning of the snowstorm. Otherwise, it was a great stay and place
Great place to stay! We love the convenience to everything and the peaceful location of the house. Pidgeon River is right off the back deck. NO mountain roads!
We have stayed here several times and it is always a pleasure to come back to our "Tennessee Home"! Everything is nice, clean and comfortable. We will be back soon.
We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time this year staying at this property. We were kinda disappointed that even though the property was ready and had not been rented the two days before, we had to wait till 4pm before we could get in. I was told I could leave my car trailer at the check in location like I had done in years past. After unloading my car and unhooking the trailer I was then told that I couldn't leave the trailer there. (Very Frustrating). The only complaint we have with the house is the front bedroom mattress needs replacing. It is broke down and makes all kinds of noise when you move . Overall a great stay!!
Check-in and check-out was super easy thru the app. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with the walking path by the stream, loved seeing and enjoying all the wildlife. Very relaxing. People were swimming in the creek and water seemed to be very clear and pretty shallow. It was also very close to town which was a huge hit!! Cabin was clean for the most part but could use some cleaning on the outside, was more than dirt from normal wear, could use some freshening....tons of spiderwebs on the swing underneath the house and on the table and chairs on the porch, 2 chairs on the porch were broken, and the deck could just use a good power wash or even to be swept, mold and pollen clogging and over hanging the gutters on the back porch. Of course dirt and spiderwebs are to be somewhat expected but this seemed like way more than a normal amount. Beds were comfortable and kitchen seemed to be well stocked with cookware. There were also extra pillows in the closets. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.
Overall the place was nice. We loved the location and river in the back. The black bear decor was adorable. However, there are a lot of spider webs and things growing in the gutter in the back. One chair on the back porch is broken. And the drain pipe for the hot tub is not connected properly. We noticed 2 Robin nests on the outer sides of the floor of the back porch where there is space between the siding and wood. While I followed the email instructions to text when we checked out, I did not receive a confirmation that it was received. I thought there would be an auto response.
One day I saw a Cabins USA van in the driveway and an employee looking at something outside. He did not knock on the door to tell us he was there. I asked him if everything was ok and he said there was a call about a propane smell. We did not report anything.
Everything was awesome except for a ceiling fan not working on the covered back deck and 2 broken (dangerous) chairs on the deck as well. Other than those two minor details, it was a great place to stay and close to everything.
The property was really nice & clean. We loved sitting on the back deck & the over look to the river. My daughter enjoyed playing in the river & riding her bicycle along the bicycle path. The neighborhood is realy quiet & only a few minutes away from town. My only complaint was that the bed was a little uncomfortable but other than that we had a great experience & hope to be back again.
This is our second time renting out this home this year. We love the location! A few things I've noticed about this home is that the chairs in the back porch are broke.
And my opinion I think it needs the decor changed. We rented back in may and it was the exact same decor. There are pumpkins on the counter. Just little updates would be nice.
The location of this property is absolutely amazing. You are close to everything without being in the middle of hustle and bustle. The view is absolutely amazing, and the little subdivision is clean and welcoming. We loved playing in the water behind the house, swinging on the swing, and eating on the covered porch. The house itself was clean overall. It was well stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable too. The only complaints were that the big outside trash was not taken out Before our arrival so we had nowhere to put our trash, and we were only left with one trash bag. The chair in the living room was also broken, you can sit in it, but it’s not comfortable and it won’t recline. I would stay here again just for the view and location.
We have a great stay at Rippling Waters. The only thing that could have been better were the beds could have been more comfortable but that is an individual preference so really the only thing is I would have liked to have had extra sheets and blankets of needed. There were no extra blankets anywhere in the property. There were extra pillows but no cases to go on them. And one of the pillow cases in one of the bedrooms looked like it had a mold stain on it and there was nothing to use to change it. All the fees that are charged are a bit much, if you only stay 2 or 3 nights you pay as much or more in fees as you do for the rental. Could a deposit not be refunded? At least one of the fees? Just a thought. We have used cabins USA for years but prices just seem to continue to increase. But we do always enjoy our vacations. Thanks again.
One of the best we have stayed in. Very clean and good location close to downtown Pigeon Forge. I would most likely stay there again when I come to this area .
Love this location. So close to everything. Privacy and quiet is very much a must for me. So easy for check in and check out. Very comfortable and clean. Only suggestions are to add kureg and blow drier.
I would like to suggest that the steps and rails going to front door be pressure washed. After it rained the steps were kind of slick due to mold which was dangerous. Other than that everything was nice. Thank you!!
Only couple things wrong. Toilet wouldn’t stop running so my husband fixed it. Found pubic hair in tub and it wasn’t mine also found long brown hair in tub that wasn’t mine. I had Clorox wipes with me so I cleaned tub myself. I used to be housekeeper and that isn’t good
Wonderful! This is our 2nd stay in this property and it as so relaxing and convenient to everything. You are in a very quiet subdivision, but just 3 minutes from the strip.
We absolutely loved the home, it's in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, very close to the Parkway. We loved sitting outside in the back every morning and watching the squirrels and the geese fly into the creek. The home really does have everything you need to cook it is fully stocked with baking pans to glasses. The only issues I have is the bed was a little uncomfortable but we added our comforter to make it better and please clean the gutters in the back there fill of leave debris and clean off the porch swing. Other than those which isn't bad I will be renting again :)
Great location with easy access to everything. Will definitely stay here again. Would only ask that the heat pump would be looked at though. Made a lot of noise going on/off. Woke me up some.
This cabin was the perfect location for a quick getaway. It was in a excellent location with the nicest neighbors. The house was clean and is exactly what is advertised. We will definitely stay here again.
This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and it certainly won't be our last! Rippling Waters was perfect for our group of four. It was very close to all the attractions yet it was in a quiet and picture perfect neighborhood. The view from the back deck overlooking the water and seeing the ducks and geese was absolutely relaxing. The house was spotless and has everything you need in the kitchen for making any diner including an Easter feast. Other than a noisy recliner in the living room we felt at home. The jetted tub in the bathroom and hot tub on the deck were put into good use after hiking in the Smokies. We were especially happy that the Wi-Fi worked well being that our son had to work from home a few hours each day. Our interactions with the staff were impeccable they answered our questions about flash flooding quickly and reassured us on our Home away from home.
My family stayed here during New Year's week and we absolutely loved the place. Everything from check in to check out was great. Very clean, probably the cleanest I've stayed in, and I've been coming down multiple times a year for the past 8 years. The kitchen had every detail covered, as well as the entire place was updated. I would definitely recommended and will be staying again.
We LOVED staying at Rippling Waters! We could hear and see the river, felt secluded - yet were only minutes from Pigeon Forge! This was one of the nicest cabins we have ever stayed at - well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, tv's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Also loved that I could pull underneath and have my car covered and the nice, level parking area. I would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family.
Had a few issues with the fireplace, but after i reported the issue, maintenance responded promptly and courteously.
The placewas fantastic. Very clean, very comfortable, very convenient to pigeon forge.

We loved this property. It was very clean and well appointed. The express check-in and check-out was a great time saver. This cabin is conveniently located close to Pigeon Forge attractions but still in a beautiful setting along the river. We would definitely stay here again!
The house was as promised for the most part. We liked the location. Everything was clean, mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but bearable. It was sometimes difficult to get in touch with staff, didn’t see where minimal toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and dish soap were provided and we were expected to buy or bring our own, I would have brought from home had I known. Who wants to buy a box of kitchen garbage bags only to use one or two or has travel room for a package of toilet paper when you don’t use it all. JS
My wife and I visit Pigeon Forge 2 to 3 weeks per year. We have used Cabin USA the last two or three years to get a place to stay. We ate very pleased with the service we received from the staff. The places we rented were real nice. Had problem with one of the rental but the staff took care of the problem. Ripping waters is the best vacation rental we have had. The location was great. We have a rental in Oct. in the same resort but which we could swap it out for Rippiling waters if it is avilable for the same price as the on I rented. Thanks for the service you provided.
There were many fine points to this property. 1. Extremely clean. 2. Wonderful decor and appliances (high end quality). 3. Comfortable beds with beautiful bedding. 4. Each bedroom had a better than average bathroom. 5. Deck out back had a fantastic view of the creek. 6. Well maintained, quiet neighborhood. 7. Large tv's. 8. Great space for grilling. We were very pleased, and will definitely rent again.
Rippling waters was a great place to stay .It is close to town and it is a very pretty place. My husband and family loved being so close to the river in the afternoon we would stand on the back porch and look down at the fish in the river I will definitely be coming back to rippling waters.
We could not say enough good things about Rippling Waters! Convenient location, quietness, reasonable price ... we enjoyed it so much that we actually wanted to stay an additional night! We will definitely recommend this rental to our family and friends and will be returning in the future. Office staff was extremely helpful. We did have to check back with him re: express check-in.
It was a great stay except for the weather. We loved the cabin and the great location. I would recommend this cabin to everyone and also using Cabins USA to book your vacation stay while in the Smokies. This is our 2d stay with Cabins USA.
Very clean quiet and inexpensive for a first time trip.
Would be nice if there was a packet of things to do and see in the area.
I would like to return and use the same cabin.
This is my first time staying at Rippling Waters. I loved it! I will stay here again. The only little problem was the garbage from the previous renters was never picked up, so when we went to throw our garbage away the night before check out, we had to call customer service. They did come empty the trash so all was good.
The ceiling fan on the deck could use a light cover.
I only mention this because you wanted the truth.
Overall it was great and we felt completely safe. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at "Rippling Waters". We stayed 7 nights and used your cabin as our headquarters. After a day of shopping and exploring the country side(Cade's Cove, Tanger Shopping, Newport, Walland, Cosby, Seymour, and on and on), it was very relaxing to come back to a cabin on the river, quiet and caim. We were ready to go the next morning. Will very likely come again-----maybe in the Fall.
