We had an exceptional Sister Weekend away; cabin was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for. Cabin was well kept, clean & the view from the balcony was awesome. Thank You so much for allowing us to stay and we Will be back..... THANK YOU !!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed this cabin. We vacationed with 6 kids ranging from 17-5 month old. The bottom level was great for the kids. Bunk room, tv and the gaming room they had their own level to themselves while the adults stayed upstairs. Super close to town making it easy to come and go. We ended up having to switch cabins during our stay due to no water. But the staff was incredible nice during the entire process. Would definitely rent this cabin again!

this is a beautiful cabin the view is amazing and having the hot tub on the balcony so u can still see the view is great beds are very comfortable the whole cabin is great the only bad thing is there isnt really a yard to paly cornhole or anything so we had to put it on the balcony and there was no firepit but we did buy one and left it there for others to enjoy but we would definitely rent this cabin again!!!!

The cabin was amazing! The views were awesome and the location was great to get to all the attractions. The cabin was very accommodating to our family of 7 and we enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, and the hot tub! We highly recommend this cabin and Cabins USA! Will definitely stay at this cabin again!

We've stayed with Cabins USA before and been in cabins friends have rented. This cabin was by far the best. The only down fall is I have some elderly family that want come on are next trip, and they wouldn't be able to use the showers. As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say. " I'LL BE BACK "

We absolutely loved the cabin!! It has the best view of the smokies and not far from everything. We would totally recommend anyone to use Cabins usa! The only problem was the film on top of the water in the hot tub and no way to empty it, clean it, and fill it up! Other than that it was just enough space for everyone and was a gorgeous cabin. The ataff was so helpful, easy check in and out!! Most definitely coming back agian!

Our family stay at Cherokee Hilltop was nice and the view from the cabin was beautiful! We do wish that the advertised indoor activities were available. The skee-ball was not there at all! We were pretty excited about playing that during the in cabin days, but we were not able to. The dart game had 2 darts that were broken, so we were unable to play darts. The ping pong table did have 4 paddles and two balls, one of which was dented, but the one good ball we were able to play. In the upper room there was a pool table, balls and ques and also a half bath. We ended up having to go and purchase games to play indoors, as we were prepared ahead of time to play what was advertised to be in the cabin.
There are tall trees and brush all around, it is not like in the photos with nicely cut grass all around, not sure when the posted photos were taken.
I do have to say that the cabin was nice, It did have enough rooms and bathrooms to nicely accommodate our family of 5. It wasn't completely clean though. There was alot of dust build up on the fans, especially the one in the living room so we did not turn the fans on in fear of dust chunks flying everywhere. There was also dust build up on all of the picture frames, cabinet fronts in the kitchen, under the beds and on top of some of the furniture. There was some used items left in the bathrooms from other people that were under the sheling unit in the bathroom with 2 beds and also in the bathroom with the kingbed. I did call and let them know what we were experiencing and they sent a very nice, friendly woman to come get rid of some of the dust and clean a bit better, which was nice.
The beds on the main floor are very squishy and soft, which might be great for some people. The double bed for the kids downstairs was a lot better.
The kitchen is stocked nicely with utensils, pans, cookware, plates, mugs and glasses. Just be prepared to bring some containers, aluminum foil or saran wrap if you would be storing leftovers.
Just to let y'all know so you can be prepared for your vacation: There is one single use box of clothing detergent provided, a small bottle of dish soap, about 5 dishwasher detergent squares, 2 garbage bags in the kitchen and 2 small garbage bags in each bathroom, 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and each bathroom had 1 or 2 small bars of hand soap. Each bathroom had bath towels and wash clothes, some of which were nicely shaped as swans or sea shells. I would suggest to bring trash bags, detergent and some type of cleaner to use in the kitchen after preparing meals and such as there wasn't any type of cleaner in the cabin.
The deck was nice and had rocking chairs and one lounging chair, a hot tub and a gas grill.
We did enjoy the time spent in Tennessee for our family vacation. We are so happy that the weather was nice!
Just another thing to let you know...driving up the mountain at night was a little frightful as there are not any lights and it has swerves and curves that are not marked and do not have any guard rails. Driving up in the daytime is much better! Also the driveway up to the cabin is quite steep and you have to drive by a smaller cabin that is super close to Cherokee Hilltop and the driveway is a little narrow.
The sunsets are extravagant! And viewing them from the deck was amazing!

Cabin's USA is great! Easy to deal with and very helpful. The cabin, Cherokee Hilltop, was beautiful and in a fairly good location. However, the cabin needs a lot of work. We had 2 rainy nights and the big windows leaked so badly that it puddled on the mail floor and dropped through, soaking the bottom floor. There was also a leak in the roof directly over the bed of the cabin. Once those repairs are made, the cabin would be really great! It had plenty of room, was laid out beautifully, and had an amazing view. The kitchen was nice and easy yo navigate. It just needs some maintenance.

The cabin was great!! But some of us got ate up with bug bites....

Could use some new furniture but everything else was fantastic also sign by drive way cause had a hard time finding

What an unbelievable view. Getting up that driveway was a task, but it was definitely worth it. The cabin was above and beyond our expectations. Excellent view, excellent, quiet location, fun games, and comfortable spaces. Some of the games were a little rundown and could use some TLC (ping pong and skeeball). We had a couple minor snafus during our stay, but these were more related to mother nature than anything. Very happy with the level of service overall and would stay here again if we had another large group.

Views were amazing! Loved having coffee on the deck in the morning & a drink on the deck at night. Our party of 8 adults were very comfortable. Location was great & once you find the driveway it's easy to find again.

Needs new tips for all pool cues, impossible to play with what was there. Chalk would be nice too...

The views were majestic! Beware though- a very dangerous access to. The driveway! A very steep driveway/ and there is no flat area around the house. The photo is misleading. It is a shared driveway, with a house in the middle of the grade going up the hill. If there are 2 vehicles parked there, you will have a hard time getting past them to get to Cherokee Hilltop. The house is beautiful, need new darts, skeeball wouldn't work- balls were stuck in the top. Water was good and hot, house was very clean. Lots of towels, dryer vent outside might need cleaning- slow in dryer heat to dry clothes. No baking pans or measuring cups- but we managed. Hot tub was excellent.

Needs new living room furniture downstairs and upstairs. Also needs blinds on windows going to deck to keep heat out. We enjoyed our stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at Cherokee Hilltop. Such a beautiful cabin with a BEAUTIFUL view! Very secluded and easy to get to. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The cabin has an "AWESOME " view and has plenty of room. The furniture is a little dated. The hot tub was not clean, there were some kind of particles floating in it and there was debris in the bottom of it therefore we did not use it. The dryer took a few times to dry a load of clothes. And the beds in the master and downstairs were hard. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay and would stay here again...just hope a few of these things were fixed.

We loved our stay at Cherokee Hilltop. When we arrived the property was in a fire evacuation zone and the staff at Cabin's USA were so wonderful to put us up at one of their other properties. Cherokee Hilltop was amazing. We loved the views, the amenities, and the proximity to Pigeon Forge. 10/10 would recommend this property and using Cabin's USA to book your stay to the area!

We loved this cabin. But we had issues with the hot tub. Although it was a nice idea the water was slimy and the tub was slippery. When we looked in it during the day the water was green. It's as if the water was never changed between guests and or never had chemicals in it. Honestly to think about it makes my stomach turn. The water coming out of the shower was slimy as well like the water was just sitting collecting fungus in the pump. We found a can of beer behind our bed frame and a towel on the ground outside like it had blown over the banister and no one picked it up. All 3 of the darts on the dart board were broken and don't stick in the board so we couldn't play. The balls on the skee ball machine we're stuck and wouldn't come down when we finally got them down they would get stuck again. The main floor fireplace wouldn't light. We had to blow on the starter for it to light up. For the price I'd have hopped everything was in working order and clean. I just would never go in the hot tub again and don't know if it worth the amount paid due to so many issues. With that being said the view is stunning and the cabin itself was very nice.

The only thing wrong is the knob on the dryer was broken and did not dry clothes very well and the fireplace in the main bedroom didn't work

We have used Cabins USA in the past. Easy to reserve a cabin, talk to customer service, will definitely book with you again. We really loved Cherokee Hilltop. The pictures did not do it justice . The views were spectacular. All the amenities in the cabin kept all ages occupied(3-53)! We soent many a day/night sitting in the deck. I will definitely book this cabin again. This cabin was also close to the parkway and all the attractions

We love this property and will continue to book this cabin for our family, but the main complaint we had was the television, or lack there of. There was no Directv and only streaming services available. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal, but it was rainy a few days and we were in cabin. There is no access to local channels in the living room and absolutely nothing in the guest room. Luckily we scanned the antenna in master room and got some spotty channels, but they weren't reliable if rainy or foggy. To watch the news and weather, we had to stream on our tablets. Although it won't stop us from booking this property again, it was aggravating. If you aren't going to have directv, then take the boxes out of rooms and leave directions for the "smart" tv's. Also, the chairs on the deck need some maintenance. All but one or two are broken with screws exposed on the arm of chair. Still our favorite cabin, can't wait to visit again soon

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Cherokee Hilltop.
The cabin was well maintained except for some broken rocking chairs that were attempted to be fixed instead of replaced. We did not have the opportunity to use the hot tub but it did need a good scrubbing around the water's edge. There are some trees in the front that if were trimmed or cut down you would have a much better view of the island in the distance and the remarkable sunrise. (Nust a suggestion)
Other than that it was everything we expected and were pleasantly pleased with the property. Beds were very comfortable.
We did not interact with any staff, however all communication needed for our stay thru email and text was good.
NOTE: The driveway is very steep and hard to find, there is a cabin in front of Cherokee Hilltop so it looks like you are going there but follow the driveway all the way up. There is a turn around for your car.
We would stay here again and I would just suggest do your research on any cabin you maybe looking to rent.

The Cherokee hilltop was a very beautiful cabin and the views was beautiful. A few things that should be taken care of before your guest arrives make sure everything works so that the guest doesn't have to contact to have it taken care of, kinda makes it hard to enjoy the stay. I would definitely like to use the cabin again. Managing the property a little better could make a difference in how much guest could enjoy it more.

The cabin is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Our party was very happy. We arrived on Thursday, hiked up Mt. LeConte on Friday -- stayed overnight on top of Mt. LeConte, hiked down Saturday and departed on Sunday. For our purposes, it was more than we needed for our party of 6. My only suggestions would be that in the summer, please set the thermostat to something low that will aid in cooling the cabin for guests arrival. When we arrived (8/12/21), it was set to 75 and because of the sun beating down through the large glass windows, it never got below 81 degrees our first night even with setting it to 66. We had to stay in the basement until the sun came downstairs, which was fine, but we would've preferred to be upstairs enjoying the view and main living room. Our first night was uncomfortable to sleep. I would suggest some shades that can be pulled down if needed. Also, all rocking chairs on the porch are broken with screws poking out, which may injure someone if their not very careful. During our stay, a fuse blew and the microwave wouldn't work. We called maintenance and they came out right away and fixed it. thank you! Overall, the cabin was great minus the chairs and temperature. I would recommend and stay again if these things were addressed.

Wonderful clean cabin and the location is amazing

Beautiful cozy cabin, with amazing views of the Smokys, and beautiful sunsets. Also could see down to the Island, as well. Good location, just minutes from Pigeon Forge. Drive way, is steep, with a blind spot when turning in or pulling out. Back to the cabin, it was very cozy and well equipped with everything you need. Very relaxing in the hot tub with the mountain views. Sofas, both upstairs and down could be updated. There is one cabin, which shares a driveway with this one, but very private. We also seen a bear on our way back to the cabin one day. Would definitely stay here again.

We came for a Ladies Retreat with our church. We had a great time. The cabin (Cherokee Hilltop) was wonderful. The view was spectacular. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. We didn't have any issues with the cabin. The check in and out process was great with us being able to do it with our phone. I wish there was a way to be able to check in before 4. Our family is coming to stay in August for a week in a different cabin. If I could say anything to help with this cabin that would be... clearly marking the driveway for Cherokee Hilltop. Our gps got us there but sent us to the woods due to the address. There was no sign or address at the driveway stating what cabin it was. I spent about 15 minutes back and forth trying to find it and finally found it. It would be great if you could

Inside of cabin was clean. Outside had some trash around cabin, there were nails on the back deck which is a danger when you have kids there. Parking was manageable. We had four cars. The hot water heater needs to be bigger considering the cabin sleeps 11.

Our family stayed here and it was absolutely beautiful!!! The children enjoyed running around and the adults enjoyed running around too!! I recommend Cherokee Hilltop to anyone small or big.

This was our 5th time booking with Cabins USA and this cabin might be our favorite yet! The view was amazing from both sides. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The driveway was a little steep but wasn't an issue at all. There was enough room for at least two cars to park. We really liked how easy it was to get to town from the cabin. We had fun playing ping pong and pool!

The dryer maybe needs to be serviced as it takes about 2 hours to dry one small load of clothes. Parking was ok but for 11 people if we had 4 or f5 cars instead of 3 it would have been a disaster getting in and out due to limited parking.

Cherokee Hilltop was beautiful! Very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely book this cabin next time we come back! Thank you!

We loved the cabin. The bedrooms did get a litte chilly at night if the doors were closed.

We were there 3 nights and NEVER saw the view because of the fog- that part was VERY upsetting!!

We had a great time with all the things to do there!

Area rugs are dirty

We have stayed in a cabin for the past 4 visits. Cherokee Hilltop was the best one yet. Absolutely stunning, gorgeous mountain views on one side and city views on the other. Located near everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Perfect accommodations for family up to 11. Maintenance response time was wonderful and the staff at check-in was very pleasant.

The cabin is stunning with perfect views of the mountains and the city. We even watched the fireworks from Dollywood from our little slice of Heaven. We had a slight issue with the wiring downstairs, but they had someone fix it before the day was over. The skeeball, pool table, and ping pong table were flawless. The hot tub was AMAZING. Especially with those views. The bedrooms upstairs had very comfortable beds. The downstairs bedroom with the bunk beds needs some attention. The lower bunks need new mattresses. They're worn and you can feel the boards beneath. The pull out couch needs to be replaced. The mattress inside is basically a pillowcase with worn out springs. When it's closed, it sinks in and has zero support. The recliner is comfortable, but needs some attention on the reclining part. The dart board didn't work. The jets in the double bedroom's tub (upstairs) didn't work. I'm not sure about the master because we didn't try that one. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes very well. Be prepared to wash by hand. The washer and dryer work flawlessly. The check-in and out process were a breeze. We will definitely stay here again. I know I listed a lot of flaws, but really those are easy fixes. I only listed them to let the company have a chance to fix them. Overall it's a wonderful cabin.

Amazing

Cabin was beautiful. Great views. Only problem was Hot Water for showers. Ran out of hot water after two or three showers/ baths.. With a cabin of 3 baths and 11 people , there needs to be a better hot water system. Some had to wait for hours for hot water or take cold showers. Other that the hot water issue, everything was great. Hope to stay there again someday.

We love this cabin. 5th year there and have it booked for next year. Incredible view and the layout inside it great. Loft with pool table and lower level with Skeeball (we have a tournament every year). Very clean, new stove, well organized.

Dead end drive with a nice path to walk.

Only negative is the kitchen is very small. We are only there for a couple of days, so no big deal.

The cabin was amazing. One of the best views I've ever seen off the back porch. Even though it shares a drive with another cabin you don't feel like anyone is around you. We got there right at 4 to check in and couldn't get the lock to work but after about 30 minutes it finally started working. Awesome experience would certainly book again.

This was the third time I have stayed at Cherokee Hilltop. I absolutely love this cabin. It has beautiful views and is a very comfortable environment with everything my family needed to enjoy a carefree vacation! I will be booking again for next year!

No complaints what so ever. The cabin and view were beautiful. Can't wait to plan another stay with Cabins USA.

We have been using USA cabins for the last 8 years we absolutely love you guys.. they need to add a little extra supplies like garbage bags and extra towels when staying several days and there is a group. But we will be back in October

This was our first family vacation and I wanted a place that we could spend time making memories away from it all. We had a great time. Unfortunately we were only able to use the hot tub on the first night because it wasn't filtering, I was also woke up from a leak hitting me over the bed in the single king bedroom, needed darts for the dartboard and some of the furniture was very worn and felt like I was sliding wheels and pegs back on chairs a lot. We did not complain because we didn't want any visitors during this crazy time of social distancing. We loved the privacy and everything else about this cabin. We will definitely be renting again as soon as all this craziness is over. We will also be telling others to check out them out. Thank you for helping in creating memories for our family. Amazing time.

First time renting a cabin in the mountains... Excellent Experience!! We were a little skeptical about the mountain roads and steep driveway. After the first trip up we got used to it. Awesome Views, large, and lots of games to occupy the kids (and adults). Minor issue with the grill and fireplace; maintenance responded quickly, fixed the issues. We definitely plan on returning! Really a great time!! Great Memories!!! ...even teenagers were impressed!!!!

Wonderful vacation cabin! We were there over Christmas and the cabin was decorated and so beautiful. The maintenance staff were great- we had 3 different issues during our stay and they were taken care of promptly. One by phone about lighting the fireplace. One within hour on hot tub controls(he replaced the button panel) and one within couple hours because the coffee pot quit(they brought a brand new one). The pictures from the website were accurate and everything was amazing. A cabin name sign or numbers would have been helpful when we first arrived. The driveway was Very Steep and felt like a roller coaster ride. We had 3 trucks to park in a limited space with limited room to turn around. Backing down would not be safe at all. The driveway was also shared with another cabin down lower and one night they had the drive completely blocked with two pickup trucks. This is not a driveway you can park on and get out and walk up to ask them to move their vehicles. We had a lot of laughs about not needing to spend money on amusement park rides. I would definitely rent this cabin again the views from the deck are spectacular. Our family Christmas in the Tennessee Mountains was a huge success.

My wife, two children, and myself stayed 5 nights at Cherokee Hilltop and loved our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Pros:
-gorgeous view
-spacious cabin with several games to play
-secluded
-large bedrooms
-2 working fireplaces
-several rocking chairs (a table would be a nice addition as we love to eat outdoors)


Cons:
-The bathtubs and shower are very slippery. My grandparents drove up for a few days, so this was an issue for them.
-It snowed while we were there, so the steep driveway was tough, but doable.
-The cabin was clean, but our son did find a shower bonnet under our bed.
-There were no extra trash bags in the cabin.

Overall, this was our favorite cabin so far. The view was breathtaking.

I am used to going to places and being let down by the location or deceptive photos but this place just blew me away! It was all I had imagine plus more!! The views were spectacular, the amenities were all great, and I want to say the cabin was on the top of this mountain where you had a great Mountain View on one side and the city of pigeon forge on the other! I was so impressed and I most definitely plan to come back to this place again!

This is by far our favorite cabin. It is so cozy and the location is perfect. This year we were even greeted by a bear upon arriving. The only issue we had was with the electronic lock. The code we were given initially didn't work (we had the same exact issue last year) but a call to the office and it was resolved quickly. We had another issue with it later in the week, but maintenance came out and helped us. We will continue to stay in this wonderful cabin.

Upon arrival, the dishwasher had been running and was leaking on the kitchen floor. We had to wait until the following morning to report the leak. We were unable to use the microwave as well as it was missing a microwave plate. Once we called to report, they sent two people out to try and repair. The kitchen was missing oven mitts, and only one trash bag was provided for a week stay. (Thankfully I had brought some bags from home.) The dart board was inoperable until darts were replaced. The filter in the hot tub was bad and had all sorts of things floating in the hot tub. Also, the railing on the porch didn’t seem very sturdy. We were nervous to allow kids outside on the porch as the railing moved too much. Over all, the view was wonderful and the cabin was great size for my family of 8. The employees were very kind and helpful when we called to report issues. We would book again, but probably another rental.

I've used Cabins Usa about 4-5 times im always impressed with the property and the service .. I've never had an issue that cabins usa could not fix I Love Cabins Usa and will use them again and again

Beautiful Cabin with a few issues but nothing major. Dryer wasn't working properly but was able to fix the issue myself by cleaning out the lint trap area that had a lot of build up on it plus the temperature knob had been moved once i discover that it worked fine. The windows in the main room of the cabin could use some shades, we wasn't in the cabin much during the day but with the sun coming in the windows the AC just can't keep up and it gets very warm but it's perfect at night. The driveway is very steep but its paved, a car or minivan would probably drag pulling into it. It is a very nice cabin overall very clean and very comfortable.

Could have used a few more towels, list of what to bring example trash bags and dish soap. Directions or information on what was expected to check out. Other than that our stay was a wonderful experience and comfortable.

The reason I did not give "comfort" a top rating is that the great room gets so hot in the afternoon/evening. It might be helpful to install some sort of shades that can be closed during the hottest part of the day to keep that area cooler.
It was also suggested by the guest that stayed in the King bedroom that you should consider installing grab bars in the stand up shower, as the river rocks that make up the floor can be quite slippery.
Other than that, this property is spot on perfect! I will be renting it again in the future!'

Cherokee Hilltop is the most amazing cabin!! We vacationed for our sons high school graduation and I am so happy we booked this cabin. It is exactly like the pictures. We were visiting the area most of the days while we were there but the nights were great for family time. Lots of games of pool and movies downstairs. The mountain road to the cabin took some getting used to but was worth it for the view!! Only small issue was the grill outside did not work. We loved the cabin so much we booked it again for next year!!

Report the issue with grill and was promised to be fixed that day, but it never happened.

We loved this cabin and you could tell the owners took a lot of pride in it. The ping pong table was a big hit lots of competition. The hot water was still not fixed when we got there, after I had e-mailed and called to make sure from all the other reviews that there was a problem. Cabins USA sent out someone right away and he said one of the heating elements was bad he drained the hot water heater and replaced no problem with hot water after that. We did not like the drive to the cabin and always made sure we were back before dark. Our van drug everytime we went up the hill to the cabin. I would recommend this cabin if you aren’t nervous with the drive to it. Beautiful cabin and beautiful decorated.

Had something on bed cover and one of the couches but other than that everything was clean.

This house was great, gorgeous views, comfortable beds, cozy family and living rooms and the entertainment this house provides is exactly what is needed! I would stay here again only if they were to fix a few of the issues we had. The major one being, the hot water heater. There is only one shower that gets hot water for any length of time to take a decent shower. The rest (one being the master bath) you have to be in and out within a couple of minutes. So, don’t even try and fill up the whirlpool tub. I’m sure you see where I’m going. The other is the stove, only two burners worked. If they were to replace the hot water heater with a larger one that could accommodate the size of the house, then it work be one PERFECT getaway!!!

This cabin was amazing! The view from was amazing (once it stopped raining) the driveway is very steep but it was worth it. My family and i will return soon

My family goes to this cabin every year, and it is absolutely fantastic! Some needed upgrades have been done, and I can’t imagine a better cabin anywhere in the area. If there is one thing that I would make a suggestion on, it would be better lighting in all the rooms. We LOVE this cabin and look forward to our time there every year.

The cabin was awesome. All the amenities were great. The location was really close to the main strip in pigeon forge so that was convenient. Driveway was a little steep and could cause some issues with snow or ice but fine if the weather is ok. Our only complaint was the hot water heater. There definitely needs to be another one or a bigger one. There was enough hot water for one short warm shower and after that it was ice ice cold for hours. If they fixed the water heater issue we all agreed we’d def stay in the cabin again.

Great cabin over looking the mountains. Plenty of room for the whole family. The driveway is pretty crazy though! Straight up lol. Had a bad rain and wind storm and had a few leaks downstairs but other then that it was a great stay. Just a tip if your staying for a week or so bring extra napkins, paper towels and stuff like that.

The cabin was beautiful with an amazing view! The drive up to it was a little sketchy at first due to the way the gps brought us but it’s easier following the directions that the company gives out. Parking was a little misleading in the photos. The driveway is pretty steep but manageable! My family would stay here again! It was a short drive to the parkway which was nice and convenient. Overall great cabin!

Apon arrival the cabin looked beautiful. It looked just like the pictures showed on the website. It appeared clean at first glance. Later when getting in to the hot tub the water was slightly green and the bottom felt like it had a coat of slime on it. We stayed for 2 nights and on the first night there my fiancé and I who were there to celebreate or engagement tried to take a bath and to our surprise there was no hot water. We tried again the following night and once again, no hot water. Better yet it was as if they turned our water off a whole 12 hours before our checkout time. We still had no water at all by the morning of our checkout. If those few things were not an issue this cabin would have been perfect. If you don’t mind those things I would fully recommend this cabin. The view is beautiful and it feels very homey. The games were also a nice feature.

This cabin is amazing! Our favorite out of all the ones we have stayed in previously. We loved the location, privacy and the amazing views. It was decorated beautifully, the beds are so comfy and all the games provided are so nice. Honestly, we didnt even want to leave the cabin. The only complaint I have is that the tub in master bedroom has no hot water ☹ Everything else was perfect! We will definitely be back to this cabin!

Thank you so much for a great experience this past weekend. There were 9 of us that stayed in your cabin Cherokee Hilltop for my sister's bachelorette party. We stay with you guys at least once a year so I knew exactly what company we would be staying with during our trip. Everyone had a great time and was very excited about all the things that were included in our cabin. Pool table, hot tub, Skee-Ball, ping pong table. The only thing that was a little deceiving is the parking it looked on the picture as there were going to be a parking area in front of the cabin. When we get there there is no parking in front of the cabin because that's a straight heel. It was just fine though for the vehicles that ended up going with us which was a total of 3. I'm very pleased with my experience again with you guys and we'll come back and stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Cherokee Hilltop. The view is absolutely amazing. The drive up to the cabin is a bit steep but you get used to it. Not sure driving down the hill would be safe during the winter.

We had an all girl week. Sisters and sister-in-laws. Very quiet and peaceful. View was beautiful. We will definitely rent this home again.

The back patio and great Mountain View was worth the choice of this cabin. They seemed to have the bee issue under control which was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy drinks. The area around the cabin felt open and comfortable. The layout of the cabin and spacing between rooms was a pro as well.

Cons: The living areas furniture needs a complete overhaul. You do not feel comfortable sitting down. It felt so worn out and dirty. We did not use the tv much but there are hardly any channels to choose from so bring lots of dvds or bring a computer if you have access to your home cable network and can plug in with an HDMI cord. The master bathrooms shower does not warm up. The kitchen could probably use a new stove. Two burners did not work plus the oven took a very long time to pre heat. We stayed here 5 nights and ate in 4 of those nights.
No extra garbage bags or paper towel but plenty of cooking ware and dishes.

I would still recommend this cabin as it is centrally located to downtown pigeon forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg and the park. The lower level is great for kids with a separate bathroom living area and 2 sets of bunk beds.

The cabin and view was beautiful!! The cabin was dirty. I found globs of hair in the master bathroom shower drain. None of the games worked carpets need to be cleaned and the comforters on the beds was dirty. The two front burners on stove did not work called maiintamce they came but didn’t fix problem. The wood floors needed sweeping the cabin needs a deep clean. If I was the owner of that nice cabin I would’ve been pissed the up keep sucked!!’ My only advice to cabin USA is get better house keeping and keep up with the upkeep!!! For the price we paid everything should’ve been working and the cabin should’ve been cleaned!!! Oh and I forgot no hot water in master bathroom🤬

Loved the cabin and its spaciousness, only complaint is that the master bath shower water would only get luke warm and jacuzzi in that bath would not get warm at all.

This was a beautiful cabin, spacious, and had a lot of entertainment for kids. The living room stayed very warm during the day due to no blinds on Windows so, it stayed inn the 80's in the living area. That was the biggest issue but would rent the cabin again. Thank you for a great vacation!

I was a little worried after previous experiences with other rental companies that the cabin was not going to be what the pictures showed but was pleasantly surprised that the pictures represented the cabin perfectly, it was clean, all the amenities that you needed and then some, fully stocked with towels, extra sheets and blankets. There was more then enough room for all 7 of us to we’re we never felt crowded, the view was amazing. The owners definitely care about there property and I felt that thought of everything that would make your stay comfortable and worry free.
We had an amazing time and will definitely be booking this cabin again.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Cherokee Hilltop. It is a beautiful cabin with breathtaking views. The driveway is quite steep but the views are worth it. We did have a few problems but the maintenance department from CabinsUSA was out promptly to fix. Can't wait to return!

Need to upgrade tv in master bedroom. Way to small. Also need more channels to choose with direct tv

This cabin was the ultimate in peace and comfort. A little hard to get to. But worth the effort. WAZE or Google maps is a little confusing with their directions to the cabin. The cabin is spacious. We were originally planning to have my daughter and 3 grandchildren with us. They were unable to come at the last minute. All I could think when I got there was how much they would have loved the cabin also. It would easily accommodate with superior privacy my daughter and her 3 boys, as well as my son's family with 1 child. The downstairs is like a separate living area. I insist on everyone having a place where everyone has their own space when traveling. We will seek out this cabin again. I am a picky picky when it comes to rental lodging, but this was wonderful.
