The location of the cabin was perfect! Very quiet and private. Our only issue was WiFi, cabin has a Roku tv but it's useless with no WiFi, so we had limited channels. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. Other than that, the cabin was well maintained.
This was our third time staying with Cabins USA and I highly recommend! Staff is always super nice and accommodating. I will definitely be renting again with them.
The only thing I had any sort of issue with was the keys in the hot tub didn't really work like they are supposed to. But other than that this place was exactly what my husband and I were looking for! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the seclusion of the cabin. We would definitely book with you all again and we would definitely stay in this cabin again!!
Only issue with booking process was we came to stay in a different cabin but we had to relocate and cabin hop due to the other cabin being bad. But other than that everything went smoothly
Stayed in this lovely cabin for my very first visit to Tennessee. Very easy check in, and check out process. The cabin was super comfy, and in a very good location with easy access to everything. The only thing I wish was that the cabin had wifi because my service wasn't all that great but I will be back!
The fireplace would have been nice to have working. The shower pressure was less than great. With those gripes out of the way, we would like to compliment the owners on their well maintained and lovely property! Quiet, private, surrounded by the wonderful colors of the autumn trees and hillsides, we were totally comfortable and relaxed during our vacation stay. Could hardly ask for more, we loved every minute. Very convenient, also! Down the hill, gas on the corner, breakfast across the Parkway, Gatlinburg right, P.F. left, all right there! We will be back!!!
We had a wonderful stay. There was no wifi - but we had great service on our phones, so it was no big deal. The driveway was a little steep and hard to turn a truck around in the parking area so it wouldn't be motorcycle friendly and it wouldn't be winter/ice/snow friendly. OVERALL we were very happy with it.
The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is t great and there wasn't any wifi. Other than those two things we loved staying at grays place. It was very cozy and private.
First time staying here and we absolutely loved it! Check in and iout was very nice. Very clean and had everything we needed. Had slight issue with passcode getting in but the maintenance man was very quick helping us and showed us how to operate hot tub. He was GREAT! Would absolutely recommend grays place!
The cabin is awesome. When we got there, someone had left an open drink sitting on dresser. No wifi. Cable TV channels limited and the guide didn't work half the time. TV would randomly just kick off. Amenities could use improvement, but the cabin itself is really nice.
Upon arrival, hot tub not heating up. Called maintenance, company dispatched a tech right out. He made some adjustments. It appeared to be working. Tub never heated over 97 degrees. Next morning, at 9am, called maintenance again, they dispatched another tech out later that afternoon, around 4pm. He told me that it needs another motor and couldn't get one. Never got to use the tub at all. That was the whole highlight of my stay (being able to relax in the hot tub). Called customer service after he left, with no call back whatsoever. Otherwise, it is a nice, clean property.
Biggest problem was locating the correct cabin at night. We arrived late so it was dark out and the driveway to the cabin split between three or four cabins. All of them were clearly marked except Gray's Place, it was marked Cabins USA which threw us off, so I recommend the owner to put a sign where the road forks designating Gray's Place. Called and was assisted in finding the cabin and once found it was easy to get to.
Over head light in utility room was out so doing laundry was difficult and there were only two towels in cabin.
Other than those tiny things it was great. Very roomy and cozy for a newly wed couple. Water was warm and central air worked perfectly. The hot tub was heated on the first night when we arrived. They take very good care of the place and keep it clean for guest. Price was very reasonable for the time we went. FYI Clingmans dome is closed during the winter. I think it was closed from December to March.

Great Place and very conveniently located. Would stay again in the future. As mentioned in previous reviews, there does need to be a better sign at the beginning of the driveway that drops over the hill. I was able to find it easy but it is kind of hard to see the driveway since it drops off fairly steep and looks hidden. Highly recommend this place.
The cabin was exactly what we wanted. It was cozy, romantic, very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside I could possibly find would be the driveway. It was steep and you kind of had to veer so as not to run over the rocks. Other than that,it was perfect
We loved staying here. The cabin's wifi wasn't working when we were there (maybe due to storms)? The cabin has been painted so the picture on the website needs to be updated too. Other than the confusion of which cabin it was we had an incredible stay. I loved all of the homey touches and the room had a great layout. I will 100% be recommending this place to everyone I know and would love to come to it again myself! The process for check-in and check-out was super easy too which was really nice.

the only thing i see that needs updating would be the replacing the location sign, there was no sign to locate the cabin which was down a very step hill. Had I not pulled up the email and reread it i would never have found the cabin.
We had trouble getting the code to work to work so we could get in the cabin, when we called for help they told us we would have to wait for someone to come and help us get into the cabin. When the maintenance man showed, he too up he could not find the cabin stating to us that there needed to be a sign at the top of the hill, Then we found out that the batteries for the door to open were to weak to operate the door opener.
After all said and done we were able to enjoy our stay.
There was quite a bit of ants in kitchen and cabin was a little difficult to find. I think it should also be in details there is no WiFi available to use your Netflix or hulu
Interior was very comfortable and homey the exterior wasn't that great but overall we had a wonderful get away plus we saw a bear the first morning and a red fox second morning

We were later arriving than we anticipated and the call prior to their closing time to check our reservation was appreciated --this was our 1st cabin stay on vacation, instructions were very clear for checkout and help was available if needed.

The Location was ok the staff has probably never been there we had an offal time finding the place the only marking was on the cabin and couldn't be seen by the road my wife was chased by a big dog looking for the number the code wasn't explained very good we had a time we called the lady was very helpful and the stay for the most part was good
This place is great, however it is a little hard to find because there aren't any signs pointing in its exact direction at the end of the road. Also updated pictures of the outside would help!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Our get away was much needed and the quietness and peacefulness of the cabin was just what we needed as well. Cabin was very clean, comfortable and cozy. We will be back!

The cabin was very nice inside but the area close to the cabin was kind of trashy. We enjoyed our stay there for the most part. A little disappointed that there was no wifi for internet access considering what it cost to rent the cabin. Check in was ok but I called about getting in a little early as the cabin was ready and we had an appointment and wanted to freshen up before going but was denied access until 400pm as listed. Check out was great as always.
Overall, the cabin was worth it. The inside was clean and very cozy. Spent a great deal of time in the hot tub outside. The cabin itself is down a steep hill, so I could see where inclement weather could pose an issue. The cabin is located a perfect distance from gatlinburg as well.
If I could recommend any changes I would recommend added a guard rail or something at the end of the driveway (where you park) just in case you were to slide down the hill.
Overall, nice cabin. I would stay there again.

Pros: Location, Location, Location, Shopping, food, and entertainment. This is my second time booking with cabins USA will be booking once again in the future.
Cons: No Wifi, but do have service with AT@T and Verizon work phone. The only thing would ask if the sign before coming up to the edge be a little bigger so you can see at night when arriving. But over all great stay. ????????????
Cabin was nice enough, not the cleanest in my views. Front porch has cob webs that we cleaned up , the kitchen had dirt and toast crumbs still on the counter from previous guests. We cleaned up no bigee. The biggest part was the dimly lit cabin. The kitchen had 1 light bulb in the ceiling, seemed to be a 45 watt and the light over the stove was burned out. So it was very hard to cook. However we enjoyed our stay.
Our cruise was cancelled this year and we made the last minute decision to go to the mountains. I called and spoke with a real person, not a computer and the woman was able to find exactly what we were looking for. She didnt make us feel rushed and took her time to talk to us. That was appreciated. When we got the the cabin we were more than excited and pleased. It was small, which is what we wanted and clean and secluded! We he had no issues at all and received a call half way through our stay just to check on us. We will be back to the mountains and absolutely will use Cabins USA again!
Great, very private cabin. It does not have a view, but it is up in the woods right at the edge of Pigeon Forge, very short drive to everywhere in town plus only about 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The picture shows it as brown, but it has since been repainted light blue, but otherwise the photos are very accurate. Check-in was completed before I got there so I was able to by[ass the office check-in, it was very easy and time-saving. Check-out was also super easy, just clicked a link from my email and was all done. The only part I did not give a 10 was comfort, and that was only because the mattress was very firm (like super firm). I am a stomach sleeper so I actually prefer a firm mattress, but this was even a little hard for me. Great King size bed though and nice little couches. No wifi to connect to though, so keep that in mind if you are looking to do work on vacation, you need a hotspot.
grays place was a super a cute lil cabin for a perfect getaway for a couple or mom and daughter whoever ..now when we pulled in we thought this is not what i saw online and its not the 1st picture of the cabin online i think thats just a random photo .. but when we opened the door it was so beautiful on the inside we loved the decor and all the lil picture poems on the walls and everything worked perfect as it should the only thing that did not work was the light in the oven and the light over the stove other then it was great hottub and all i will definitely stay at grays place again thanks cabins usa yall were great ....

I was very disappointed when we pulled up. I was already told there was no view but wasn’t happy where the house was located. Also the outside of the property was nothing like the picture shows online. It was run down looking outside. The inside did look like the picture and was clean but the cabin had a smell to it like it hadn’t been used in awhile or maybe it just smells like that. We did have a good trip but I do feel like the pictures need to be updated for the outside of the cabin. The outside of the cabin just didn’t have a cozy feel to it
Enjoyed celebrating our Anniversary at this Cabin which is located at a great and easy accessible location in Pigeon Forge right before you head into Gatlinburg. This cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay. The only negative thing we would have to say about Gray’s Place is that the lighting in the kitchen could have been more brighter for cooking and also we like to grill a lot and feel a gas grill would be a better way to go when trying to cook out instead of the charcoal grill that’s provided. We would definitely recommend this Cabin to anyone who is looking for some R&R with their significant other.
we stayed at this cabin before. this time also was to celebrate our anniversary . we have and will tell how much we like this cabin. the only thing we noticed different the hot tub had to much chlorine and may need to be cleaned and refilled. Next year we look forward to see what other cabins you have and maybe sometime this next spring also. .
Could use an extra towel bar in the bathroom, and maybe recliners instead of the loveseat. We also could have used a rake to get leaves off the driveway. All-in-All this was a wonderful place to stay and I know that the success of our vacation was, in part, due to these wonderful accommodations. Having a washer and dryer on site was wonderful. We'll definitely stay with Cabins USA when back in the area.
This cabin was awesome and basically everything we needed! the price was fantastic (cheaper than hotels for sure!). We booked last minute and the process was very simple to check in an out. was a great option to have meals at the cabin instead of all the dinner shows
Cabin was very nice, bed was fantastic, hot tub was good and was very helpful to have a washer and dryer!
The location is right off the main drag of Pigeon Forge but towards the end by Gatlinburg so was a breeze to get to the National Park.
No mountain view, but so close to the mountains and other things like Dollywood. It is surrounded by trees and you can't hear the traffic. Small camping style grill was a bonus as well
There was next to no cell service or ability for our hot spots to work, but we really enjoyed the chance to unplug from the world while we stayed! Highly recommend this cabin for a couple looking to get away but still be close to all you could want to do in the Smokies.
This cabin was very cozy and I loved the layout. However, I didn't like the location of it... it is in a hole and the driveway was very steep. Also, the water pressure in the shower was not good at all! But where it was just a weekend trip, it wasn't a bad place to stay! The layout is very open which I love. It's a great place for couples to stay!!
Clean, economical older property but well maintained. If location is your priority, this property is a must. Only negative comment is the hot tub. Chlorine was too strong. Mysterious black particles floating in the water. The unit only had a few jets to start with and several of those were not functioning. An upgrade would have made this cabin an almost universal 10 experience.
Missed the beautiful views of the mountains. Also you could tell that the cabin hadn't been opened in a little while. But the peace and quiet was awesome.
The cabin was great, the staff was great , the owner is a very nice person the only thing I had problems with was getting in and out of driveway when it was raining , a little on the steep side, but we managed, we will use CABINS USA again when we plan a trip.
We liked the location of Grays Place, and the decor of the overall cabin is just precious. It’s obvious the owners love the cabin and want others to love it too. The hot tub is perfect for just two people and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch. Well stocked kitchen too. We would return if it weren’t for two things: the bed for one. We just couldn’t get comfortable on it and ultimately were glad to only be there for two nights. The other was the crazy high humidity in the cabin itself. It was less humid outside than in with all the windows shut and ac running. I had a small box of caramel corn that stuck into a glob despite being closed up, and the bedsheets always felt wet. The house desperately needs a dehumidifier.
Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Had all the necessities needed to stay. Just wish there were more towels, that they had wifi, and not all the channels blocked on the tv. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!
This cabin was so perfect for our trip. It's close to Pigeon Forge but still nestled away from traffic, noise, and other people. The cabin was very clean and we loved that there was a hot tub and washer/dryer. The bed was very comfortable, and there was extra blankets. We loved that there was so much space, for being a one room cabin there was a large kitchen and plenty of seating (2 tables, a love seat, arm chair, large bench, and chairs outside). I would definitely recommend this cabin for a romantic getaway, or if it's just 2 people traveling. The outside was so serene and beautiful. Even though the other cabins aren't far away, they are all separated with tree lines and hills so you feel very secluded.
The only cons I have about the property is I wished they had a few more towels. We stayed 3 nights and had to wash our towels ourselves, but it would have been nice to have an extra set of towels for the hot tub. I also think the bathroom needs counter space. There is only one small table next to a pedestal sink, so we didn't have enough space getting ready in the morning.
All in all, it is a great property and we really enjoyed staying. We will definitely be back!
Check in was a little difficult only because our code had a 1 in it and the 1 on the keypad didn’t work unless you pressed it a certain way and even then sometimes it was hard to get to work. The cabin was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the hot tub felt amazing!! The cabin itself needs some clean up on the outside. There’s a lot of cobwebs and if those were cleaned up it would look a lot better. Great location. The easiest check out ever! Will definitely use Cabins USA again!

Such a cute little cabin, that is definitely worth the money. I love the studio style for a quick weekend vacation. It feels very secluded, but only 1-2 minutes from the Pigeon Forge main strip. I have no complaints at all, and will be booking again in the future!
I know when you are in the mountains you are around all kinds of wildlife.. while we were there we had a bobcat that liked to hang around. It would be out once it got dark and right before the sun came up it would start screaming( sounded like a child screaming). It almost seem to stalk us. It was a little scary at first because I have never seen one up close. They are beautiful animals. Just was somewhat nervous to get in the hot tub once it got dark. The cabin was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Thank you!
