The cabin was absolutely amazing. The cabin was very clean. It had everything we needed. The views were gorgeous. The beds were the most comfiest beds I've ever slept in. I literally felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone and everyone.
We were very happy with our stay ,hope we will be able to get Blue Sky again, really enjoyed each day and we always have been very satisfied with Cabin USA,great company,keep the good up. THANK YOU.
Lue Sky was awesome. The location was perfect and the view could not be beat.
The only suggestion I have is have someone clean up the trash littering outside and add more kitchen ware. Also, needs new quilts/comforters on the beds. Although they were clean they were worn out.
The cabin and location were great. Easy access and no gravel or dirt roads. Everything in the cabin was in good working order and we had no issues. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. The view from the outside deck was breathtaking. The cabin is located minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this cabin to friends and family.
We had a great week at Blue Sky. Perfect location and the view was awesome. The only negative from our stay here was the loud gathering at the cabin on top of the hill but it was only one night. We stayed for 6 nights and saw bears at the cabin on four evenings. We will definitely stay at this cabin on our next trip and Cabins USA was great as well.
Side note to the owners. Thank you for use of your beautiful cabin. You may want to invest in a new cover for the hot tub as this one no longer fits properly and may be causing increased utility costs. We loved our stay.

Cabin- Perfect- view-Amazing Booking-super easy Cabin is very well furnished. Only issues we had were the cabin above us must ua e had a frat party going they had their music cranked up and you could tell by hollering that some were drinking or whatever. However i sleep with earbuds so wasn't an issue once i went to bed. I will definitely stay here again the view from all three porches was amazing Cabins USA always comes through for us I have used them since they had shop on Ski Mountain!! Prices are always fair and they ha e always fixed any issue i have had.
Very beautiful property! Ideal location! Everything was wonderful down to the view! I would highly recommend this property and would go back again as soon as I can!
The cabin and view are great! The owners stopped by and were very pleasant. It was the first cabin I've ever stayed in that was completely clean and everything worked. The only problem we had we the college kids throwing a party up on the mountain above us. They left trash everywhere and had thrown eggs and beer cans on the cabin and the property. It seems to be a common occurrence that the HOA doesn't seem to care about fixing. However, this should have no bearing on the property owners nor Cabins USA
Blue Sky cabin is what brought my family's trip together. The location provided breathtaking mountain views. All appliances, furniture, windows, etc were clean and worked properly. The mattresses were unbelievably comfortable! I love the layout of this cabin. 10/10 recommend! My family and I will return to Blue Sky cabin through Cabins USA in the future!
Our cabin location and property were OUTSTANDING! The sunrise view were spectacular! I got some great photos from the porch. The atmosphere was so relaxing.
My only complaint is the cabin or cabins up above us were having a LOUD party into the early morning 1am they were still going! Girls were screaming and the music was blasting. Unlike a hotel where I could call the front desk to complain I had no one to call. We ended up moving to the basement to sleep. I'm not a party pooper but I believe in being respectful.
The view at the Blue Sky cabin was exactly what we wanted & expected from the online photos. It was amazing & we hope to come back again to the same cabin. It truly was a "mountain view". It was clean & comfortable, as were all the rooms & beds. Highly recommend this Blue Sky.
The only slight negative was some of the jets on the hot tub did not work or were very weak but the ones in front worked well. We still enjoyed using it several times.

The view is very beautiful. Cabin has plenty to keep you occupied. Am looking forward to booking in the future. If I put anything on the down I would say some things need redone. But I did see other cabins in the erea being painted so I assume this one will be as well. Just a touch of newness to it will help. But I would still say it was great. My family really enjoyed everything!
The cabin was clean, the view was spectacular and the ease of check-in/check-out was convenient. The only critique I have is the deck furniture could use some attention as some of the chairs were pretty dusty and covered in cob webs. This is nothing major but the webs tend to indicate they haven't been cleaned in a while. Overall, this cabin is a jewel and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!
This cabin was probably our favorite cabin so far! The views were amazing, the rooms were just what we needed, and the kids loved having their own loft beds! Wveryone had their own floor and own room to move around. We really had no complaints! It was great!
The cabin was very clean and smelled that way as well.

The cabin has a great lay out but does need some TLC.
Kitchen faucet is cheap and the Handel on sprayer was broke, no spatula , light out over sink and down stairs bathroom, only one hair dryer it is up stairs and falls off wall when trying to use, couches in living room need to be replaced they are very worn, stairs need to be painted or treaded cause they are very dirty in appearance, bricks missing in places on fire place, some dining chairs have wobbly legs. Fronts of cabinets in kitchen needs freshening up too. I did call and report some of these things but never received anyone to replace lights out.
The cabin view does make up for these things, but it really is in dire need of some freshening up and some TLC cause it is a beautiful place.
This place is absolutely a beautiful place. You feel like you are literally "On top of the World" in "Blue Skies". The cabin was everything that we had been looking forward to. We came prepared with everything, not really knowing what all was available to us but we brought it all back unopened.
I would have to add the reason for the "5" on comfortable. The living room furniture was worn completely out. The cushions were pretty much flat as a pancake and not comfortable to sit on. The same thing on the bottom level....furniture to sit on was uncomfortable.
I had read all of the reviews on this cabin and I must agree that the bear sighting was the absolute worse thing about this cabin. I feel as though something needs to be done to the trash cans to secure them a little bit better. On our very last morning there when everyone wanted to sleep in due to a long drive home, we were awakened by a horrible noise! I thought it was my 1 year old grandson (who was also awakened and screaming). A bear had flipped over the trash can container and moving it towards one of our cars. He came within a foot of ramming the trash container into the car. I tried to scare him off but he returned 5 times within an hour. This was very annoying!
Overall, we would probably stay here again. Just beware of the bear!
This house has a leak from upstairs into the kitchen. The sleeper sofas and futons are awful and need to be replaced. The beds are great. The trash bin needs a lock. The bears are too smart. They get trash bags and open them and throw the trash down the mountain. It's a mess. They are cute but messy. Loved the view.

Amazing views . Quiet ,spacious and comfortable. Close to attractions without be in the congestion of town. We had an absolutely lovely and relaxing time.
Our cabin was very comfortable. We had black ants in the kitchen by the sink daily. The hot tub steps need to nailed back down to the frame of steps. This is a accident waiting to happen. I also called about a sewer pipe that was broken and dumping sewer water down the hill beside our cabin this happened daily a couple times a day. This was disgusting to smell while we were sitting on our back deck trying to enjoy our selves. We never saw anyone come fix this the 6 days we were there. This should addressed and fixed!

Our stay was very good, with only the latter of them 2 being of heightened concern.The first I consider to be a minor inconvenience, though some might disagree. The cable TV didn't work in gaming room or the lower bedroom. I was told the box needed to be replaced, maintenance was great, though the cable company never showed, hence box was never replaced. However 3 of 5 TV's worked splendidly. My major concern was that we had 2 bears visit , one smaller yearling, and another quite large Male. Reason for concern is he he came right to the entry door which I promptly shut. However, he exhibited agressive behavior, which was a "whoof " and made no attempt to retreat, but finally did. Problem is came back again and again. Having hunted them and multiple experiences, I am fully aware that a nuisance bear who has lost its fear of humans can quickly become a dangerous bear. Let us also understand that this is nature, and certainly noones fault. However I was not able to convince the ladies in my party so easily. At any rate I believe I have a suggestion that would greatly reduce the "bear lingerings" amongst the guesthouses. This is to remove the trash bins from cabiin areas to locations that are not next to the dwellings. Some guests might say this is an inconvenient, but then safety should override convenience, just common sense, eh?
Great cabin, beautiful view.. the game room was good, but all the sticks were missing tips. Parking rules could be enforced more. To many vehicles at neighbor cabins made it hard to turn around. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would stay again.
Blue Sky was amazing. The views off evwry balcony were wonderful. Hot tub worked well. Could use some new pool sticks but other than that it was a great time!! We will rent again the next time we visit!
Love this cabin! It's the best one we have stayed at in Tennessee. The view is beautiful. It was clean. Not too far from the main road. I will be booking this cabin again in the future.
We had a great stay at Blue Sky. We really enjoyed ourselves. The views of the mountains are incredible. The only thing I couldn't give a 10 on were the pull out couches. There were only 3 bedrooms so we needed to use the pull out couches for a couple of family members. The mattresses have been worn down and need to be replaced. Other than that, everyone enjoyed the whole cabin and what it had to offer. It had a fully equipped kitchen for all our cooking needs which was great. We would stay there again.
We love staying in Blue Sky! It had plenty of room for our family, and amazing views of the mountains. We enjoyed hiking up and down the mountain everyday. It's a little further out than we usually stay, but not too far .
The view- breathtaking. Loved waking up to the morning pre-sunrise with a full wall of windows. The linens were clearly freshly washed and the kitchen and baths cleaned. There was a pleasant, clean scent when entering the cabin. Starter supplies were adequate as well. The electric can opener was the only appliance that didn't work (appeared to be broken) so we used the manual one. No dish cloths or sponges for hand washing a few dishes but luckily we brought some.
This is the third time I have booked through Cabins USA and I have never been disappointed. Thank you!
Our family had the best time! We saw a bear one night before bed by the side of the cabin, a bear and a cub crossing the road on our drive to the cabin on another day and a bear right by our cabin fence on another day! We loved the layout of the cabin and our 6 yr old grandson especially liked sleeping in the loft. The beds were very comfortable, The view was great, the hot tub was perfect and the pool area was very nice as well. Our family also took advantage of the zip lining experience at Legacy Mountain since it was so close. We all went home with lots of great memories from our stay at Blue Sky.
The only thing i would change is the master bedroom getting some blinds. Because that sun is torture early in the mornings. Other then that everything was perfect! And the best view ive ever seen.
We loved the cabin, can’t wait to visit again ! Beautiful view even when it rained we seen the most beautiful rainbow. Only complaint is our fault , cabin was 3 stories and we couldn’t stay still. Our leg muscles were sore by the 2nd day. FYI if your drinking Liqour come stocked because the Liqour stores are much more expensive then normally.
The cabin was very nice, clean, and beautiful. My family enjoyed this cabin. We didn't want to leave. The only minor issue is the Jacuzzi in master bathroom didn't work. But we enjoyed ourselves so much I forgot to inform staff. Hope to visit back soon!
We loved our stay. The views were amazing. We love the CHRITSMAS tree and little details. Everything was clean and had lots of pots to cook since our family enjoy homemade foods. The only complaint is that there was no WiFi information anywhere so we Had to call in to get it. Over all a wonderful stay will definitely book again on our next winter vacays. Thank you!!
First off, there is a paved road all the way to the front door. There is a ramp going up to the front door which is another reason we picked Blue Sky. My 97 year old mother was coming with us and made it easier on the entry. Beds were very comfortable and cabin was clean upon check in. Many restaurants are in close proximity to cabin also there are some delivery options near by. ( we don’t cook on vacation) . There is some wear and tear on cabinets and furniture but that can be expected from a cabin used quite often. Overall a very pleasant cabin and we plan on returning sometime next year with friends.
Blue sky has an AMAZING view! It was portrayed 100% accurately on the website. We loved this cabin, and will definitely stay here again! May be the best one yet!
The view was Amazing! The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The staff were quick to help as needed. I had no complaints!
We had an awesome time staying at Blue Sky cabin. The views were unbelievable. It was super quiet except for our last night. Neighbors had a party going but so did we so it was fine. I would definitely stay here again. Great location close to everything we wanted to do. Only recommendations would be to fix some of the door handles leading to the patios...they were very hard to open and close especially the one down in the game room. We will be back someday.
Over all it was a good trip but when we got there there was no cable tv. Maint come by and said it could be that the package didn’t include a full cable package. I said ok but could I get a list of channels that are available he said yes but never got at list. One thing I would suggest you change is that the light switch in the stairwell be moved from the bottom of the stairs to the top going down from main floor to game room. You have to go down the stairs to turn on the light, me and my wife both fell going down them cause you couldn’t see well, (big problem). The View was amazing though, I hope we can afford to come back one day.

Beautiful cabin with an amazing mountain view. Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean, hot tub was ready to use when we arrived and location of cabin was within minutes of everything we wanted to do. The only complaint we had was the loud music coming from another cabin when we sat on our porch. Wouldn't have minded it that much in the evening but at 8 in the morning, it was pretty annoying. Definitely would stay here again but hopefully next time neighbors would be more respectful of others!
The cabin was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful and the resort road up the mountain was very nice. The express check in was very convenient as we were able to go straight to the cabin .

Spent way too long looking for a cabin with good reviews that was a good value and I’m beyond happy i chose to book with cabins USA. Will definitely be my go-to for booking future cabins.
I cannot say enough good about this cabin and Cabins USA! The view is a Million Dollar View and the cabin was so well planned for a very pleasurable stay. The mountains have been our 'away from home' destination for over 40 years and this was one of the best vacations we have ever had. This is a 10 for sure.

Our group had a fantastic stay at Blue Sky. The views were incomparable and the cabin was situated in a way that maximizes the privacy of the lot. We loved the basement and spent a great deal of our time gathered around the pool table, the arcade game, or the hot tub on the deck.
There was plenty of sleep space to accommodate our larger group, and even the pickiest of the girls were pleased with all aspects of the rental. It was also a pleasant surprise to find a beautifully and tastefully decorated Christmas tree in our living room. One of us actually said “God sent us this cabin.â€

Very nice cabin with amazing views. Cabin has alot of room for family and guests. Kids liked the loft beds.. and had fun playing the arcade game. Had an overall pleasant experience renting this property.
There are some minor issues that could use attention. Pool sticks were still broken. Light fixtures and outlets need maintenance (loose) Fireplace had some loose stones laying on floor next the unit.
Hot tub water may need changed more often. Had a strong "fishy" smell and didn't really want to use because of smell.
Some baby gates or possible removable swing gate would be a great addition to the property. If traveling with infants, this would need you full attention.
All this being said... I would still stay again. Just needs these small details addressed... thank you!

Maintenance has addressed the light fixtures and outlets. We replaced the bromine floating dispenser in the hot tub and are having it jet cleaned. The view is gorgeous from every room! The cabin is spacious and quite comfortable for the entire family. We stayed for 6 nights and couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. The only negative I noticed was the pots in the kitchen and lack of mixing bowls (not a deal breaker by any means, but just something the owner could improve upon). My only disappointment was the fact that I called the office to express concern about a couple of things inside the cabin (missing rack in the fridge and broken pool sticks) to ensure that I wasn’t charged for them when we left. I was prompted to leave a message with maintenance and never spoke to anyone even after calling back a few times. That made me nervous as you never know what to expect with people you don’t know. Obviously, it turned out ok but a courtesy call back would’ve made me feel more at ease with that. Again, not a big deal or deal breaker, but something to make the experience even better. Overall, we loved our cabin and the joy it brought to our family. Everyone had ample space and comfort. Would definitely stay here again.
