Very spacious perfect for our large group. We werent able to get into pool for 2 hours and no compensation offered for this. Most definitely need blankets there were 2 extra for entire home and 3 pull out couches. There were pillows but no pillowcases. The pull out couches were rough. Metal springs poking sleepers. And not enough towels! We took our own for pool and had to use some of those for showers. Overall it was a beautiful place! Gorgeous views and lots of space! Clean.
Directions were unclear at best and inaccurate at worst.
Neighbors were noisy hot tub revelers.
Road conditions in the development were poor.
Indoor pool water temperature was too cold.
The panoramic views, the weather, and the cabin space were exceptional.
We enjoyed our time there.
Cabin was beautiful as were the views, beds comfy and kids loved the pool. The kitchen could use some new pans the one nonstick is on it's last legs. The big windows and doors need some cleaning and the deck needs painted or stained, also I know the view is what attracts but maybe some blinds that automatically go up and down, if you sit at the table or couch you r blinded for awhile. Overall this was an amazing stay, we had fun, the area is beautiful but very busy so be prepared and patient. We even saw mama and 3 bear cubs.
We enjoyed are stay and the sunsets were an extra special treat. The hot tub, swimming pool and game room were enjoyed by all. Some things that could be improved upon are: 1) those working in the kitchen noticed there weren't any hot pads, 2) there were only about 2 chairs per deck, 3) the ceiling fans were dusty, and 4) most of the doors opening to the various decks were difficult to open. Having said all of that, we still enjoyed our visit and would enjoy another visit.
The only downside is that pull out couch beds are not comfortable. You should suggest for guests to bring air mattresses when there are more people than beds.i would not expect it 6be provided but if it was recommended I would have been prepared. Other than that it was fantastic.
Perfect cabin for our family of 12 - we had a great time. The cabin is great because it was big and spacious and everyone had plenty of room. We did have a little issue with getting one of the bedrooms upstairs and the bedroom downstairs warm, but we survived with some extra covers. The staff at Cabins USA were very helpful in making this vacation happen by helping us move from our original booking to this cabin because of a power outage at the original cabin. Thank you for making this happen Cabins USA!
Extraordinary property! Great mountain view. Within 7-8 minutes of all the commercial attractions, restaurants, etc. CabinsUSA staff were graciously accommodating. We called-in numerous repairs, starting Sunday evening when we arrived (ours was a five-night stay), and they were quick to respond with expert phone agents and friendly, skilled maintenance staff.. Indoor heated pool and theater room were highlights, along with spacious, well-furnished bedrooms. Large dining table was really nice. All said, for a house this size, owners should add a few sitting chairs in the large living area (two couches are not enough). In addition, owners need to give some TLC (tender loving care) and attention to the kitchen, including more utensils (measuring spoons, rubber spatulas, cutting knives), cutting boards, hot pads, drain stoppers (for double sink), a Kuerig coffeemaker (a premium rental like this deserves a current, 21st century coffeemaker), better quality non-stick frying pans, to name a few. Not all renters choose to eat out every meal, and some basic cooking is desired by some guests. In addition, unsightly trash immediately outside the property (sides and off the back decks) needs to be removed. Endless Sunsets is a beautiful rental that others should consider leasing. We look forward to renting this fine property again.
Endless Sunset was the perfect stay for our 1st Annual Family Vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were supplied with plenty of towels and bed linen. The view was amazing!!!!
The only issue that we had was with locking and unlocking the front door. Other than that, our stay was great and we will definitely visit again next September.
The cabin is beautiful, however, it is important to note it appears the ceiling in the pool area has mold growing on it. The pool water was also very hot - basically felt like a hot tub. The AC in the cabin was also not working well during the our last few days.
Rented a unit with pool. Pool water was very cold made numerous calls to report problem and on Friday serviceman came and told me he corrected problem and water should be warmer in about 1 hour. On Saturday called again to report the same problem another serviceman came out and told me he fixed problem. Sunday problem still there, called another service person was going to be sent out. At 2 o'clock the person called and said he would be coming by. Never showed. I rented a unit with a pool to keep my grandchildren and great grandchildren happy and to let them have a good experience and to keep them occupied. I know things can happen but this was a huge disappointment.
The cabins are close together kind of take away from the mountain experience and grill is small and not enough outside trash can for cabin but overall it’s nice
The only issue is the smell of sewer from the front of the house. I believe it was coming from the cabin to the left. Could see water coming from the ground next to the grill.
Cleaning could be better. I don’t think the cleaners had moved the sofas in the front room for sometime. We of course had little
ones and they had popcorn everywhere so we cleaned up that mess and move the sofa it was discusting under it. Found a few bugs thought might be roaches. But other than that a super place!! Maintance came right out when we called about our door not locking!!!
Beautiful cabin fully equipped with everything you will need in kitchen, cabin decor is beautiful in ever room!! so much to do we had a very good time! But... Parking is awful on hill if u have more than 1 vehicle. One pocket on the Pool table was torn & falls right out so could not play pool at all, Pool looks bigger in pictures we had fun but wish I knew it was only 3ft deep. Still great vacation & beautiful cabin!
Thank you Cabins USA for making our Thanksgiving Vacation amazing! The Endless Sunsets cabin was everything I hoped for while planning our 7 night vacation to Tennessee. Our group definitely enjoyed it. We had the max staying there (10 adults & 12 kids) and had more than enough room for everyone to enjoy ourselves without feeling cramp. The view was gorgeous!!! As others said in their reviews, the parking is not ideal but we made it work with 6 vehicles. My rating of an 8 for the cleanliness is because upon arrival there was dirty diapers left on the balconies and the jacuzzi had a strange odor to it. I would absolutely book this cabin again & refer anyone visiting Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg to stay at Cabins USA, Endless Sunsets.
Enjoyed our stay. Overall happy with cabin. Kitchen was well equipped. Did find leftover food in refrigerator from previous guest. King bedrooms were very comfortable. Pull out in theatre room was broken. Also pool table had a ripped pocket and video game table didn’t work. Just some things that could use repair.
Checking in & out was easy and staff was very helpful & friendly when I called with questions prior to trip.
IT was very difficult to get our bus to the cabin. It took us a while to find and almost got stuck. It would have been nice to have a map to direct us. We had to stop a CABIN USA WORKER VAN, and even he had a little time helping us. And our cabin was on the downward slope and it was a little difficult parking van and unloading. NOTHING you can do, but just giving a heads up this would have been helpful to be warned about.
We had a great stay and it accommodated our big group perfectly! The pool was a nice added bonus and the customer service was great and responsive! We can’t wait to visit again in the future!
Our family really enjoyed this cabin! The pool was awesome and everyone had a great time overall! Biggest complaint is that the cabin is surrounded by construction of other cabins... and the giant cabin next door had a loud party Fri and Sat night. If you don't mind the noise/other people, it's perfect!
