All in all was a nice place.
Around 10min drive to "the strip".
For the most part was a clean abode.
Everything was in order upon our arrival.
We only used the upstairs bedroom and the bed was comfortable and the ceiling fan was nice addition.
Good luck with that pile of tv remotes. (Still unsure wth)
Steep parking! BE CAREFUL!
Those stairs are brutal with heavy luggage.
There were no instructions given on how to light the fireplace but it can be found on youtube (YW!)
Adjust the hot tub temps at your own risk, too.
If you open the windows please beware of spider webs..and spiders.
The grill in the photo is NOT the grill that is there now.
Those crêpe myrtles need to be cut back to open up the view.

Would stay again with less luggage and in my Jeep and not car.
We absolutely loved the view from this cabin. It was very nice and we would definitely stay here again. Our air conditioning went out and they came right away to look at it. Unfortunately they couldn't fix it so they offered us a different cabin. We packed up our stuff and moved to another cabin. The new cabin was beautiful and just as nice. Thank you for the great vacation and we will be back.
Great stay. Only a few things. the hot tub filter was dirty and the water was not clear. No broom for sweeping floor. Bed skirting was ripped. Blankets in closet were unfolded and throw in floor. It was an old bed spread.
Our stay at this cabin was great, great location, easy to find, clean, only a few things were wrong and I did notify the rental agent upon my checkout and they were to send someone out to make sure that it was in order for the next renter. These are some of the things that were wrong which I did see that on some other reviews people had mentioned also so I was not caught off guard by it but the TV in the back downstairs bedroom did not connect and couldn't watch anything, the hot tub for some reason never got warm and it slowly dropped in the water level (not sure where the water went as I didn't see it going anywhere) but the upstairs whirlpool soaker tub made up for that, I would say that there needs to be more lighting on the stairs up and down to the cabin (if you return when it is dark just take it slow and careful), The parking is on a VERY steep hill and if you do not have a vehicle that is not great on hills such as small cars I would recommend getting an SUV OR TRUCK rental. Overall the cabin was clean and spacious my family had a great time there was 5 of us and the 3 bedrooms suited us well. The area is also quiet as long as the people in the other cabins around are not loud (which on our stay they were quiet and no parties). The pool table and game console were fun also. I would stay here again. Oh and the View was amazing! Staff were nice, check in and out was easy as well. Thanks Cabins USA
We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. I absolutely loved everything about the cabin except the parking. This cabin is located on the hill so the parking is very weird. This was not a huge deal, but I felt that it should be mentioned. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will continue to book my yearly cabin rentals with Cabins USA.
Our family enjoyed a wonderful Christmas in this beautiful cabin. The cabin was cozy but the couches were very uncomfortable and there was a lot of dust which aggravated my daughter's allergies. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent. Perfect location to all the attractions.
Beautiful cabin my family really enjoyed every minute we spent there. My only complaint would be the cabin needs deep cleaned . Doors and vents were dusty and cabinets needed a good cleaning witch I did some of it. But other then that it was amazing. We will definitely be back. Aww and there is a friendly raccoon we named Ricky who likes to visit the back porch and still you pop or beer. He is just out looking for a good time.
The cabin is gorgeous. The parking area for this cabin was difficult being on a pretty steep slant. A bit disappointed in the cleanliness. I cleaned it when I got there & left it cleaner than it was when we left. Bit overall, great cabin & location!
This cabin was absolutely perfect for our first stay in Tennessee. Location was great, just on the outskirts of the main strip in Pigeon Forge and the first cabin going up the mountain. And only about 15 minutes from Gatlinburg. Only two things that weren't the greatest was the parking (very steep and not a lot of room) and around the vents in the cabin it was VERY dusty. Other than that, we loved every minute of our stay. More than enough room for 4 of us and having 2 bathrooms is fantastic!
I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at Cabins USA! The staff is AWESOME!! They drive out to personally check the property for cleanliness and even changed lightbulbs!!! The cabin was clean and well stocked. I'll definitely stay in the cabin again and 100% use Cabins USA from here on out!!
Wonderfully stocked kitchen, and ALL linens, towels, paper products, dishwashing tabs, cooking utensils, etc. were more than we expected based on other cabins we've rented over the past several years. Even plenty of TP and coffee filters! The windows and sills could use a good cleaning, and the blinds and underneath the furniture had not been swept or mopped for quite a while - it looks like a couple of spring cleanings have been missed but everything else truly more than made up for that. Would definitely recommend and would definitely choose to stay at this cabin again!
We had a great time, the location was great and the cabin was super nice. Bear Mountain Lodge was easy to get to and located close to Pigeon Forge but was fast enough away to feel somewhat remote. We loved the two smaller refrigerators which was great for drinks. Looking forward to our next trip to the Smokies to stay in a fantastic cabin.
We enjoyed our time at Bear Mountain Lodge. The view was amazing. The cabin was mostly clean although we did notice cobwebs in the corners and a couple things left behind from the last family. We felt the location was perfect getting to area attractions. We didn't love the parking situation but I don't think there are many other options. The cabin next door had 4 vehicles for their family and our parking area wasn't clearly marked so they kept parking at the end of the hill.
It was a great stay and the location was great. I loved the mountain view from the front of the cabin, it was beautiful! The only issue was the cable didn't work in the down stairs bedrooms. I called cabin usa and they sent someone over right away to fix the issue. I will be returning soon , again it was a great stay
The location is great for Pigeon Forge entertainment and dining. Easy access to the parkway and Gatlinburg. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was more than adequate. A bit more light on the grill would be helpful but it didn't stop us cooking some great steaks and having s'mores!
Minor details could be addressed; a floor register wouldn't stay open, some blinds didn't work right, the pool table is in a space to small.
The grade of the drive is substantial and could be an issue for some people with mobility issues and there needs to be better light at the bottom step.
Overall we had a great weekend and really enjoyed this cabin.
This is our fifth time using Cabins USA and our first time staying at Bear Mountain Lodge. The cabin is just as the video and photos show. It is beautiful. We stayed during the week of Christmas and had a great time. We were however a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the Cabin when we arrived. The tub needed a good cleaning and the bathroom sinks looked as though they were not wiped down. The Driveway is steep and is your only option for parking. Made unloading and loading a bit difficult. Not to mention dragging your luggage up the front stairs. Not the end of the world but we brought my parents with us so it was challenging for them at times. The Fireplace is no longer gas but electric and does not put out a lot of heat.
On Christmas Eve it began to snow and we woke up to a winter wonderland White Christmas. The heating in the cabin worked great and kept us cozy our entire stay. Thank you once again to Cabins USA for helping us make more awesome memories to last a lifetime.
We had to have maintenance out twice. The first time was to get us into the cabin because the key code was not working and he had to switch out the entire code and device. The second night the air conditioning went out. Otherwise it was a fantastic time
I gave a 7 for cleaning because there were bug bugs in tubs and lots of dust in the shower on the back of the doors but I loved the cabin and will come again
Good value for the money, but needs a few things. There were only enough forks for all six of us to eat one meal, so we were constantly washing forks. The kitchen chairs are all pretty wobbly. The steep flight of stairs up to the front door are not lit, which is dangerous in the dark, when you’re carrying a child especially. It looks like there might be lights that are broken? The tv channels are extremely limited...not even some of the basics.
Overall, the cabin was pretty clean. There were plenty of towels, which I appreciate!
The only complaints would be that we were given 2 washcloths in a house with 6 people. We were also given the wrong code to get in the house, and were given the wrong WiFi code. Other than that, the location, comfort, and stay were great!
Cabin location was great . While at the cabin you'd think youre far away from the hustle and bustle location is quiet with a great view to wake up to and drink your coffee. When youre ready to get going pigeon forge is literally just 5-10 min down the road perfect for a vacation
The cabin was in a nice setting, enjoyed the pool more cause we could walk there. The parking was a little difficult if you have neighbors because they took up all flat surfaces to park, due to them having 6 cars there, so we had to park on incline which we didn't like!! Over all the cabin is beautiful and had a beautiful view of mountains, and very convenient location and we were very happy with our stay!!
Excellent service, has a small issue with the hot water heater and someone was right there to fix it. It was fixed within an hour. Beautiful cabin. Quiet. View was excellent. Parking for this particular cabin was a little difficult - on odd angle with hill. Overall we were very happy, thank you for the wonderful get away.
